Stanley Barnwell: We had bought one of the larger, semi hard shell suitcases, and during a trip airport baggage resulted in cracks in the top part of the frame by the zipper , and anotherone at one of the wheel area. The bag is several years old, at least. We contacted the company they sent a perfect replacement and instructions to use the same box to return the old one. It worked very well, and we are very happy with the service provided by AWAY. Clearly a good company to work for and we were very happy with the service. I see no problem with the suitcase itself but think heavy handling at baggage area was the cause. The suitcase has the expected scrapes on the sides, but I fully feel this is expected if we’re going to do check your luggage. These semi hard plastic shells are always going to get some scratches on them. Signs you do a lot of excellent traveling! Unless it penetrates into the carrier, we just ignore them. We will continue to shop with them.
Aileen M Cruz: You had me at “Hello” since 2019!! Love my away luggages. They take a really good beating as I travel often. I also purchased a Monos large luggage to compare to. The Monos luggage is lighter then Away, however scuffs easily.I honestly still prefer Away. Feels much more durable to me.The sand and maroon are mine. The coast is my daughter, Kaylah’s.I plan on purchasing one more large Away luggage.I’m definitely and truly happy with my purchases. 😍

As for product it’s definitely worth the price. We’re a big believer in buying once and these bags definitely hit that bill. There so much functionality to them and they look awesome!The staff at this store are very helpful also. One shoutout was Jaime. We had bought a big tech bag and one of the bigger check in luggage. I had mentioned I wanted a green tech bag but they only had the coast or blue in stock. I went ahead and bought the blue to see how I liked it. Away has a great return policy so I was going to return it if I didn’t like the color. A couple hours later Jaime called to let me know that the bigger tech bag did not come in green and she wanted to make sure that I wasn’t disappointed if I wanted that color. Someone going out of the way to call us with that was so awesome and made me feel so much better spending the money for Away. It’s a small detail but it’s those details that mean so much more in customer care. Away has customers for life!

xx J: I cannot speak highly enough of TW Carrol.They are truly professional and efficient in their service as an authorized repair center for Samsonite.When I was on travel in Seattle I fond my C-lite buckle broken, with a flight to D.C. for the next day, it was really in a hurry to get my luggage repaired. I contacted them via email and received a quick and warm reply to let me just bring my luggage whenever I can.Their generosity and expertise were evident as they swiftly and effectively repaired my luggage. I am immensely grateful for their assistance and highly recommend them to anyone in need of luggage repair services.Besides, I suggest emailing them to inquire about any necessary documentation or information before visiting. This will ensure a smooth experience.
N: and it's much cheaper than buying a whole new suitcase! The wheels matched my other two wheels perfectly as well.The staff were friendly and professional. They have a dog, which is well behaved, but just be mindful of that if you have any allergies.

Daniel Quasar: I came in not knowing that it's not totally an open shop type store but they were extremely kind. I was in desperate need of a bag because I was catching a bus in a short time. They were gracious and kind and helped me find the right bag, and I made my bus with no issues.I got the Sugarloaf Bag in Teal and it's really nice and fit my needs perfectly. Not to mention their business is built on using recycled materials, so a big bonus for that!I will definitely return to buy more bags next time I'm in town. Jesse Beach: This is a smoke shop. Descend down from the sidewalk. Bring cash. The rate is reasonable and the gentleman who runs it is pleasant. Bags are simply stored behind the counter. It was very convenient to bridge the time gap between AirBNB checkout and an evening flight.
Donna English: Great idea. We have been to Seattle many times and being able to drop our bags either before we catch the ferry or after is awesome. The location is perfect for downtown visits, and being able to enjoy every last minute of a trip without having to cart around suitcases and bags is wonderful. We have used this service on 2 separate occasions and will probably use it again.
