Matt Perrone: Tile For Less is in the SoDo area and sells a huge variety of tile, flooring and countertops. They have a lot of items in stock to bring home that day while also being able to place an order sometimes for delivery and/or installation. The staff here are really nice and helpful. Parking outside only has a few spots and the road is busy, so be careful trying to find one. The prices here were better than some of the other local places, so we chose here foe our tile needs, solid choice.

Kristina Krause: So many good options at this space, with different textures, colors, thickness, etc. The people who work here also truly help with design - they don't just take your square footage and order the tile, they make sure you're not gonna have weird cuts and ensure you choose tile sizes and shapes that fit the size of your space. Something that really needs both a design eye and lot of experience, which they have.

Evan Bue: These folks are great...We were looking for a remnant quartz slab and most places we contacted showed little to no interest in helping us out or accommodating a smaller remnant purchase. Stoneworld was eager to help and delivered a great product, service and install. At a fair price.

The employees were very helpful and even showed me remnants in the back in case they had a small piece that would meet the needs of my small project. I didn't end up buying my slab through them because my contractor had their own fabricator, but Seattle Stone's pricing was competitive with 5 other quotes I got during my search. When my contractor ran into material delays, Jason went above and beyond to help us locate alternate inventory. I will definitely be ordering my quartz from them when we reno our kitchen in the future!

Aaron Gray: Worth the visit if you are looking for slab galleries in this area. Although I did not purchase my quartizite here, I greatly appreciated the sales representatives. They were professional and engaged. Would recommend this place of business to a friend.
Juan Mata: Went in to try, and find a match to a broken tile I had. The staff was very helpful, and understanding to the specific color,and close to the size I needed. I only needed 3 tiles 2 for repair, and 1 just in case. The worker searched, and luckily found 3 samples that matched,and very politely, and generously handed them at no charge,since I only needed a couple. That is an example of an awesome company serving exceptional service to their clients. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any kind of tile.
Chris Burning: Came here to pick a slab for my counter top. Working with Precision Countertops they told me to visit this location and pic out a slab for our counters. We visited and told the individual in the front why we were there and directed us to the slab showroom next to the main showroom. We got in and had our initial questions answered in the lobby then we were taken out to the warehouse to pick. It was quite the experience, seeing that much raw stone all in one place. The two gentlemen who helped us were very courteous and patient. They also showed a lot of interest in our project and I felt that was above and beyond what they had to do. They moved around probably 5 different slabs for us to look at and they were all gorgeous. If I ever find myself doing another major remodel again ill definitely be sure to use Dal Tile for their slab selections!

The staff is there to assist in getting samples and checking on specifics. The tiles must be purchased by a tile installer or fabricator.
Tobin Booth: Gals in the front were super helpful and patient. This place is loaded with choices so definitely plan to come prepared with good ideas of what you want before getting lost in here. They have many, sizes, colors and styles to choose from.

Scharl Young Scott: Bella’s was really wonderful to work with. The project scope was to replace the entire carpeted 2nd and 3rd floors, including the full flights of carpeted stairs to engineered hardwood floors. Our timeline was tight before the move-in date but they were able to accommodate. There were some unforeseen subfloors and fireplace issues that needed to be addressed but Bella’s did a fantastic job resolving them. Andre is an amazing project manager with great communication skills and attention to detail. He and his team don’t cut corners and do everything properly. I would highly recommend working with this company.

Michael McGloin: It is easy to write a 5 star review for a contractor when everything goes smoothly and a job gets done quickly and professionally. This was not our experience with Bella Flooring. A small kitchen tile project took almost two years to complete. First there were manufacturing delays, then there were issues with defective tiles. Repair efforts failed and on and on. Yet, I could not be happier with the experience we had with Bella Flooring. Throughout the process they were a pleasure to deal with. They communicated clearly, did exceptional work with great attention to detail and took pride in making sure the job was done to their high standards. I would never work with another company on a flooring project in Seattle!

Mahalie Stackpole: We've done flooring projects in multiple Seattle neighborhoods with different contractors, including some 'big guys' and our experience with Andre at Bella's was absolutely THE BEST.We had a very tricky 1940s basement with old uneven concrete stairs and they had no problem leveling, adjusting the substrate. Even fixed the entry way and threshold due to slope adjustments. To make it more fun, we live out of town and were not available for frequent site visits. They worked quickly, professionally and inspired confidence. Asked great questions, solved tricky areas independently. Excellent communication during install. Clear bids, and price was as quoted.We got a lower bid but I know from experience that bid was not realistic or comprehensive. Sometimes it pays to go with the local pros.
Steve W: I used Bella's Flooring for a project for my basement den/office that was damaged by a water leak. Jeff quickly responded to my request for an estimate. Choosing new flooring was a great experience. Lots to choose from and quality products offered. David and Jeff were very helpful in choosing the right options for me and my budget. Scheduling was prompt and efficient and needed to be coordinated with the drywall and painting contractor which was achieved without much effort. The installers were professional, respected my home and did a quality job. Communication was great and prompt. Highly recommend. The dog at the office was an added bonus.

The project manager, Andre, went above and beyond our expectations for the scope of the project-- coordinating the removal of a door, pain touch ups, and installing a new vanity, in addition to removing the old carpet from our basement and replacing with radiant heating + tiles in living area and bathrooms + new carpet in bedrooms. I wish I could hire them for all my housing projects and not just flooring! Thank you so much for your hard work, prompt communication, thoroughness and thoughtfulness.

Laura came to do the measurements and had a quote to me the same day. I was able to get on their schedule in one week and they worked around my son's spring break schedule. I thought my original 1926 hardwoods were going to be toast but they worked their magic and they turned out absolutely stunning.

After exploring our options, visiting many flooring stores, and reading reviews, we decided to use Dallas Watson Flooring. We had a mix of hardwood and carpet installed. We were totally impressed with the personable individuals, knowledge of product, and ease of communication with the sales representative, scheduling manager, and site supervisor. They were flexible and understanding of our needs and the constraints of an older home. We will use them for any future flooring.
