Aaron: , they helped me get full mobility back in my shoulders. Julio Gutierrez has been my main physical therapist. He has been wonderful. Kyle Shilling helped guide me towards recovery, especially my shoulders. Reina had a unique approach that really helped my foot recovery. Victor, Andrea, and Miriam all guided me through the PT exercises needed as we talked about life. William, the OG assistant; he’s in graduate school now but he was great also. Briza helped schedule appointments and made me laugh, both as needed. To make it even better, you could tell that they all enjoyed being there working together. It made for a place to recover while socializing. If you need a physical therapist, don’t walk, run here. But then again, if you can run you might not need their expertise. Good luck in your recovery.

Everyone at this location is great and really shows they want all of their patients to improve. Daniel Born: I just finished up my second round of physical therapy at RET and I plan to return here if I need more in the future. I've been to 5 physical therapists and Kyle and Julio were by far the most helpful.My first round was when I was 18 for chronic back issues and headaches that began when I was 13 or 14. I had spent years being told it was an issue of muscle imbalance or core weakness despite being extremely active and fit as a dancer. I saw Kyle, who quickly saw my issues stemmed from a problem with my breathing and muscle tightness in my upper body. The treatment helped me a ton and I still use the exercises today to keep my pain manageable.This second round, I saw Julio for problems from a dislocated shoulder. He explained my issues thoroughly and succinctly, and encouraged me to stay active through recovery instead of relying on slings or braces. I've made a full recovery and am continuing to do the exercises so I can strengthen my shoulder as I return to my sport.The rest of the staff is fantastic as well. I was helped by Briza multiple times and only had positive experiences with scheduling and getting information about my treatment. Highly recommend RET if you are looking for quality physical therapy and a positive experience!!

My first treatments with Susie were right after a very serious bicycle accident, and that's when my healing from the accident really began. I think the meds were harder for me than the broken bones.I value City Garden Acupuncture for their breadth of vision, depth of insight and strength of purpose, and am always looking forward to my next treatment.

Dr. Do cleaned my teeth today, but before he started, he asked about a vacation I took with my family, and how my youngest was doing; it’s that kind of care and thought that really makes me appreciate him and the entire staff.

Larry Knapp: This was my first visit to 32 Good Reasons since the retirement of Dr. Barrett. I had been going to Dr. Barrett for over 40 years so was curious how things would go now with Dr. Do now that he was the new dentist. In all honesty the transition seemed pretty seamless. Stephanie, who was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, did an excellent job and was super friendly. I met Dr. Do for the first time and by all accounts he'll be just as good as Dr. Barrett. One thing I always appreciated about Dr. Barrett was that he didn't push dental procedures unnecessarily and that's the same impression I got with Dr. Do. So far so good but my first visit under the new ownership was very positive and I plan to stay with 32 Good Reasons despite the fact that they're a bit of a drive for me.

In the past I’ve enlisted the help of physical therapist for healing injuries and also a personal trainer for strengthening but could still not lose weight. My body was struggling and then I was fortunate to read about the Skinny Seattle program. After consulting with Dr. Klimek, I sensed this program was going to fit my needs. Her personal and encouraging style is very welcoming. Within the first few months of the program I lost twenty pounds and I’m still losing. I have no inflammation,  and no pain in my knee which has cancelled my need for surgery for my meniscus  tear. Once my body got accustomed to  proper nutrition my metabolism was reset, weight started dropping off, and my acid reflux was gone. Other positive outcomes have been increased energy level, improved sleep, no more food cravings, and better eating habits. All of the above have been benefits to my health, but the most important take away for me has been my mindset shift toward my body. Skyler Onyx: Overall great practice. I've seen Dani and she is a miracle worker, she is compassionate, listens well and very educational in that she wants you to know how your body works. Knocking a star down for lack of body inclusive practices, e.g. when not wearing loose enough pants I was offered shorts that were a size "large" as their largest available and they were tiny and absolutely not inclusive for people in larger bodies. Please consider how your practice needs to adjust to support fat and large bodied people, and that starts with buying bigger shorts.

The amazing staff member who did my women's wellness exam here talked me through the whole thing and was so wonderful and empathetic throughout it that she completely calmed my anxiety during the procedure. My knee has been so much better since my stem cells more than 4 years ago. Lets me ski the way I want to ski. I suggested a program to Dr Wagner after 19-20 ski season there I do a PRP after ski season to get ready for biking in the summer and then do a gel injection just before ski season. It's a great program. But I switched it to PRP this year because I find it works better than gel. I'm a firm believer in thinking outside of the box but I know the therapy won't work for you by itself. You have to stay active and keep moving. Dr Wagner's work allows me to do this.

I subsequently came to Dr Waliafor adjustments weekly in the beginning while he was addressing my issue. Once he got things under control over about a month time frame, I moved to less frequent adjustments every three weeks to as needed. I’m very happy with Dr Walia’s approach and success in quickly bringing me relief and ensuring I stay pain free.

Bettie Orr: Dr Gilmore is skilled and personable. I wouldn't go to any other dentist, unless she recommended them. I have been her patient for 40 years.The front office has lost its professional edge. A couple from Tacoma arrived for their cleanings only to learn that they had no appointments. The receptionist did not try to accommodate them by checking with the dentists to see if they could be worked in. They left in disgust saying they would be looking for a new dentist. Checking out the gal was looking and stating information from another patients chart, not mine. It's unacceptable. It is hard to find competent help. I get it.

Alan Ross: I've been seeing Dr. Gilmore for over 35 years. She is great!. My hygenist Bonnie was great as well. The practice is clean, well organized, and very modern, comfortable and professional. Only problem is scheduling. I had to wait an additional 6 months after needing to reschedule a cleaning appointment. I really don't want to have to find a new dentist. That needs to be fixed!!!

Diane and Stacey have been experts in guiding me to select the best services that are appropriate for my skin. They are honest and very professional. I have received Botox and filler from Diane about four times, and recently saw Stacey for Morpheus 8. I can already see the results from the Morpheus 8 after just one treatment. I will definitely continue to be treated by the skin spirit staff. The environment is warm and sophisticated, the staff is very professional and timely. Very clean and beautiful facility.
