Stefan & Audrey: We recently photographed a wedding here, and have done so many times, so we figured it was time for a glowing review. The charm of this venue is undeniable. Anyone who walks in the door will immediately realize how special the main room is. What sets this venue above so many others though, is the attention to detail by the staff, which includes food & beverage. Absolutely top-tier. And to have so much space, all of which is beautiful, out of the Seattle weather, is also very hard to come by. 10/10 would recommend.

Timothy Leapai: The venue was large with multiple areas for photos. The big tree is awesome. The reception hall is massive with a ton of space.

Brianna Messer: As a wedding photographer I think my favorite thing about Sodo Park is that it is not only a beautiful venue on its own, but its proximity to other locations give couples the opportunity to have such a variety in their photos! The Herban Feast team is also so kind and wonderful at what they do. I loved every minute of my time at Sodo Park, it really is a gem!
Kat Ua: Sat out on the covered patio area. There is a fireplace. Very cozy place and food was good. Good variety for a group.
Mark Lucht: Great venue. I was recently there to see Teatro Zinzanni. Really a large place, but they shoved too many people into it. I can see Sodo Park as a popular option for wedding receptions and the like. I hope that Teatro Zinzanni finds a differently permanent location, though.

Kate Dahl: If there was a way for me to leave a 10-star review, I would!!!We got married at Georgetown Ballroom and the entire experience from Day 1 has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first email we sent, we were partnered with Nancy Neyhart to help us execute our perfect wedding, and she went above and beyond. Her commitment to service, communication, kindness, and honesty were so helpful as we planned our wedding. We loved having a single person throughout the almost year-long process that we could rely on and build a relationship with.The venue itself is spectacular. It was colorful, spacious, bright, and funky, all perfect for a March wedding in Seattle where rain was always in the cards. We were able to visit several times, including an impromptu walk-through with our parents to show them the space long before our wedding day. A lot of other venues we looked at would have charged for an extra run-through, but Nancy was so welcoming and even gave our parents the same magical tour she gave us.We also got to visit for a menu tasting which was a fun evening that we turned into a date night. Catering was included in the booking, and the food was fabulous! We went with a taco bar and our guests raved about how different and fun our food was to the average wedding. The price was absolutely fair and in-line with caterers we had been researching before booking the venue.It never felt like GTB was nickel-and-diming us. Every decision was ours to make, with no hidden charges or fees. With Nancy's help, we were able to create the perfect wedding for our budget, our vision, and our guests. We will be singing the praises of this venue for the rest of our lives!Thank you thank you thank you, Nancy and team. You exceeded our expectations in every possible way.
Stephanie Walls (Wedding Photographer): Georgetown Ballroom is a beautiful Unique Venue in the Georgetown area of Seattle it has a very urban atmosphere. Every inch of this venue has cool features to use for photos and to keep your guest talking for years to come.
Caitlin Gilchrist: We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience with Georgetown Ballroom! Nancy, our venue manager, was such a joy to work with. Extremely well-organized, made sure we stayed on top of everything, and ran the wedding itself so smoothly we didn't have to even think about lifting a finger. The property itself is just gorgeous, the staff is all so friendly, and the in-house catering is DELICIOUS. I cannot tell you how many compliments we got from guests on how good dinner was. HIGHLY recommend you book your event here!

They are very strict on their rules but because of that nothing goes wrong with your day or the person who has an event the day after you. The venue itself is beautiful if you are looking for an immaculately maintained rustic brick aesthetic. 2 things that really stood out1. The staff. From our event manager, Nancy, that helped plan the day to the staff working the event. They are all such warm and genuine people with great organization and attention to detail. They are also one of the few places in the wedding industry that is so transparent with their pricing and policies which really helps with budgeting.2. The amount of services offered inhouse. They have high quality in house catering and bar services as well as venue decorations and back yard games, they literally had everything we needed for the wedding. The only thing we brought in was flowers.Thank You Georgetown Ballroom!
Kate Brunette Kreuzer: We ♥ Georgetown Ballroom! Danielle and team took very good care of us on our wedding day. They run a very tight ship and our night went perfectly from start to finish. We were able to just sit back, relax and enjoy our wedding night without having to worry about the details.It's not often that you can get a beautiful venue, great food and top-notch service all in the same place but GTB delivers! They have great indoor and outdoor space, an integrated sound system for a DJ to plug into, and really fun vintage decor. Quality food was a high priority for us and we got lots of compliments -- especially the cod! Highly recommend.

Kaitlin Gillespie: When my husband and I first walked into Georgetown Ballroom, we knew it was the perfect location for our intimate, 40-person wedding. This gorgeous venue is full of charm and history and highly customizable for events big and small. We immediately fell in love with the brick walls, paper lanterns and other thoughtful details throughout the space. The food and drinks were excellent -- the chef even helped us make a custom Bob’s Burgers style “burger of the day” as one of our appetizers.But what makes Georgetown Ballroom truly special are the wonderful people who work there. We worked primarily with Nancy Neyhart for more than a year to make every detail perfect. Nancy was responsive to my many, many questions, transparent with us about costs and allowed us to tour the venue multiple times as we were planning our decorations and details. Nancy and the team at Georgetown did more than help us plan a wedding -- they helped us share our love story.And I can’t go without mentioning the massive hiccup Nancy helped us navigate. On our wedding day, my husband woke up sick, and for more than a few moments, I thought we were going to have to cancel. But the Georgetown Ballroom team went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to schedule. Nancy helped keep me calm, and even brought my husband cold packs and ginger beer in his getting ready suite.We would recommend Georgetown Ballroom a hundred times over for all types of events. We will be forever grateful to Nancy and her team for her care and dedication to making our wedding happen.
Zoey Ferenczy: for 200 guests. Danielle was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and flexible -- it was always clear that her first priority was for our event to be successful and our guests to enjoy their time. It was a joy planning our event down to the smallest detail together. The night-of staff made sure the night ran so smoothly and created a warm & inviting atmosphere. We could not thank Georgetown Ballroom enough for all their help. They took care of so much of the logistics, allowing us to focus on our program and meeting with our guests. We not only met our fundraising goal, we far surpassed it! Our guests provided so much positive feedback on the venue, the food, and the overall flow of the event. We couldn't have done it with Danielle & her team!

We loved the secret bridal/groom suites, which made it convenient for us to take a breather during the chaos of the night.2

The people were wonderfully helpful and kind, the park was a fantastic place to hold the ceremony, and the reception venue was perfect! It’s such a great space that requires little extra decorating. We got the candle package and had flower arrangements on the tables, and it was perfect! Our guests raved about the delicious food, the rooms to get ready in were so comfortable and creative, and the service was fantastic. Overall, it was all so great and Imperia was the best place we could have chosen to get married!

Briana Evans: and then the reception at their location. And wow. We immediately fell in love with the venue the first time we saw it - the vibe, the look, the secret rooms. Months later we tasted the food. We were a little nervous that we’d booked the venue without knowing what the included food tasted like. And oh my. We ended up adding more options than we initially planned because everything was so delicious! It was so good that some of our guests wanted to come back and have a dinner after the wedding! We got so much good feedback about the venue, the location with views of the water, and the food from all our guests. Lastly, the people. Tasia and JJ were one of the best parts of the venue. The amount they love the space, the patience they had answering all our questions, how much they wanted to constantly help make it the wedding of our dreams. This place has the whole package.
Joseph Orefice: This venue was an easy choice for our wedding. The vibe, nice bathrooms with gender neutrality option, amazing get ready spaces, wonderful staff, beautiful and flexible/spacious layout, and LGBTQ inclusivity really stood out for us. The working sessions to confirm details, build the timeline of what happens when, and table layout was a huge timesaver for us. The food tasting session exceeded our expectations, and made us so excited for everyone to enjoy the menu. We were so pleased with how easy the team accommodated changes, how quickly they responded to any inquiries, and helped us to be prepared. They clearly worked hard to ensure our wedding day went as planned. Overall, we really can’t think of anything we would have liked the venue staff to do differently. The day was everything we had hoped and planned for.
Emily Wise: the decor is top notch! It is a DANCE VENUE! We couldn't have hosted the dance party we did without the space of Imperia. It was idyllic. From the very beginning, JJ and Tasia were so communicative, accommodating, and focused on creating the event of our dreams! JJ's flowers matched the paper products my mom made PERFECTLY. It made for such a cohesive, polished look. Tasia was so flexible with our "alternative " requests for a private dinner in the back

Conley Pells: It was a great show. 3 musicians and a lead singer. All very talented ! Venue is very beautiful with amazing views.
Thuy Mack: Motown Under the Stars at The Olympic Rooftop had a Amazing live band playing! It is a beautiful, clean, safe venue! The staff are all very nice and helpful. We were able to enjoy the whole night without smelling pot smoking and vaping! We will be back again for more events!

The musicians are very talented and everyone is so friendly. The vibes are immaculate and I will be back plenty of times more!

As a rooftop bar, which it isn’t, not so much. But the view is still pretty if you can convince the staff to let you have a look.
