ethan hollingsworth: I've went there twice just to check out how often they restocked there guns and its actually really nice for being such a small shop and I should mention every time I went they were really great about understanding that I was just looking for a new gun but wasn't able to buy at the moment and since it's such a small shop you really have a good chance to meet and connect with the staff so they can help you find everything you want and if your a new play they try to make your trip as easy and as enjoyable as possible my only complaint would be that they don't have many gas rifles in stock but that doesn't matter if you want that then go to there Tacoma location. Anyway I just want to thank all the staff at the Seattle airsoft center for making my time there enjoyable and for not pressing me to buy stuff.

I told them I was being cheap and black was the ideal and of course, most coveted of the colors for such an accessory, but this did not hinder their endurance. After a couple of misses, Elijah finds me the most perfect multi-wear waist pack. It had one solid strap which is adjustable in any way imaginable and oh, so minimal and sleek. It was so perfect, I could cry. I didn’t, but I could have.So, to my super hero Elijah, thank you so much for dealing with my indecisive, ADHD brain and helping me walk a way with the Nike Sportswear Rebel Crosdbory in black, of course. Terence Fowler: First, realize these guys are not a huge shop. There are some pros and cons about this. Like some of the more critical reviews I think have unfairly stated, they are only open twice a week. And the shop front door is a bit hard to find. But you know their hours going into it, so I don’t see how that is an issue. They can be a bit hard to get on the phone but if you call a few times or let them call you back they are super helpful.They have a lot of options online for really great prices compared to any of the other shops around that I looked at. Personally one of my items arrived in a few days. The other is delayed, but that is because of the mfg.On the positive side, the two guys at 2A are super nice, really helpful, and seem pretty knowledgeable. Their hours actually line up perfectly with the ten day waiting period if you do the math. Personally, I like that I can go their after work and they are still open. It’s great.Mostly they are just good guys who will help you if they can.

Todd Gruenig: I recently ordered custom lettered football jerseys from OnTheField for a church event. When they arrived, everything was perfect except that two of the jerseys were mixed up size-wise. I called them immediately because our event was just days away. They immediately took ownership of the issue, saying they would remake the jerseys and get them to me in time for my event. Sure enough, I received an e-mail just a short time later indicating that new jerseys had just been shipped via 2nd day FEDEX. Mistakes happen everywhere, but how a company responds tells you everything you need to know about them. Their response landed them in my contacts list for doing future business. This is a stand-up company.

Afterimage Films: lots of lanes, kind of tight for 2 people to help each other, but despite that, it was good. They have safety gear, targets, and ammo there for purchase if you forgot anything. We were not under a time limit, so that was nice since three of us were sharing a lane. They also allow long guns, rifles, and shotguns plus AR's for the full shooting experience.
John Gabel: Awesome place. I went there for the first time. Friendly, very helpful customer service! Decent yearly membership prices.
Troy Hestle: This is my go-to dealer and indoor range. Sales staff are amazing and knowledgeable. The range is top notch. Impressive ventilation system. Safety staff constantly monitoring the various ranges. I love this place over the other options in the area.

I get helped promptly upon entering, the employees are courteous to me and answer all my questions with accuracy. They always have a fantastic selection of firearms, optics, parts and accessories even in the midst of our state’s anti-2A laws. I’ve purchased several suppressors through them and Erin has always been fantastic to work with when it comes to scheduling and certifying my form 4s. After mentioning the model I wanted, he immediately pointed it out on display and took it out for me to inspect. When purchasing, he even grabbed a brand new one from the back, to make sure it was in the best condition possible.While doing the necessary paperwork, Ryan also answered some questions I had about recent gun law changes -- such as waiting periods and class requirements. The entire purchasing process was nice and streamlined, and Ryan was great to work with. This was my first time visiting this store, but I'll definitely be back in the future.

Crimson: If you're looking for a great friendly experience when purchasing a firearm, you could have no other place. West Coast Armory staff are knowledgeable and will share their opinions and recommendations. They answered all the questions I threw at them. When it came time to purchase, I presented my 1639 certification. However, King Inslee dictates that a new certificate is required. WCA was prepared and had a QR code so that I could take the new certification on the spot. True champions of the 2A, as well as they have an email list of all upcoming gun laws to be cautious of and initiatives to vote against.

Christopher Gu: Recently purchased a bike off of FB marketplace and needed to have it checked up as well as a tune up. The staff took my bike in for a few days and gave it back in tip-top shape! They were also super helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how I should be taking care of various parts. In the end, they mentioned my bike was already pretty tuned up and only charged me for the items they replaced/fixed. Will definitely be coming back for any bike service needs!
Adam Farhan: Super friendly and helpful staff. Traded in some golf clubs and walked out with a Ping G410 3 Wood. Couldn’t be happier. Small golf selection, but there were very high quality, barley used clubs. Ping, Titleist, Taylor Made.
Tim Van Harmelen: This is not in a location that we would typically frequent being from Lynden. But, when we saw online that they had a new baseball bat in stock that we had been looking for, we decided to give it a try. We called ahead to make sure the bat was in fact in stock. The guy that answered the phone was clearly busy but still took the time to look for it. When he couldn't find it, he explained that he was in the middle of helping another customer but would be happy to call me back if I wanted. We decided to stop by and found the bat we were looking for. We were impressed with the selection of both new and used items. Including the latest high-end youth baseball bats. In store the employees were once again very busy helping other customers, but just as pleasant and helpful as on the phone.
Nicole Marie: Extremely helpful staff, and surprising amount of new snowboarding boots! Went to REI first, and they only had one pair of snowboarding boots in my husbands size available. Play it again was just down the street, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the options! They also have a better return policy is an Evo, but not as good as REI.
Jay Desai: Was looking for binding disc and this was the only shop with Burton reflex 4x4. Great shop, customer service.

LmS: I went into Big Five in mid-October while visiting family in Shoreline. The AirbnB I was staying at had a terrible mattress, and I would not be able to sleep on it another night. I went into Big Five hoping to find something I could sleep on for a few nights. An excellent young lady named Damaris not only directed me to the camping-style mattresses, she explained the two options and helped me select the one that would be best for my circumstances. The air mattress I purchased exceeded all of my expectations, and I slept like a baby for the next five nights. The customer service I received saved me hundreds of dollars as I did not have to leave the AirBnb for a hotel. I appreciate the selection of Big Five and the patience and thoughtfulness of Damaris. Thank you!
