Michael: Went in on Black Friday, place was closed. Note in the window said "be right back" with a number to call. Called the number and a guy came and opened the place up. This is a baseball oriented place. Good selection of gloves and bats. Very pricey. Very knowledgeable owner.

I was so impressed that when it was time to get another glove, I didn't purchase from the big box store, I waited to make this small neighborhood shop a stop on our next trip to Seattle! 3 gloves later, only 1 of which was necessary, I'm completely sold on Misho sports & will be back!!!

We looked around and tried to get more knowledgeable about what to buy him to fit his age and level.A friend recommended Misho Sports and it was a game changer! The owner is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely nice. He made sure my son likes the bat he chose, he even went out of the shop with him to check him swinging with it. The owner also helped us find the right glove for my son and he even started breaking the glove in for him.We had a great experience in this shop and a very happy boy riding back home. Later we went back for buying a baseball bag... the same excellent customer service and experience every time you go there! Thank you SO much!

C'na P: I purchased a light weight Mariners jacket on 5/14/18 to wear to the game on 5/18/18. At the game I noticed there was a defect on the jacket that I had not noticed when I bought . On Monday 5/21/18 I called to ask about exchanging and they immediately offered to exchange the jacket, ship to me and to donate the coat to someone in need!! As a a result this will be my spot to shop and can't wait to return to their store for Seahawks football season . Amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much!! Todd Gruenig: I recently ordered custom lettered football jerseys from OnTheField for a church event. When they arrived, everything was perfect except that two of the jerseys were mixed up size-wise. I called them immediately because our event was just days away. They immediately took ownership of the issue, saying they would remake the jerseys and get them to me in time for my event. Sure enough, I received an e-mail just a short time later indicating that new jerseys had just been shipped via 2nd day FEDEX. Mistakes happen everywhere, but how a company responds tells you everything you need to know about them. Their response landed them in my contacts list for doing future business. This is a stand-up company.

Christopher “Riley” O'Donnell: Is awesome, after my first experience with a less-than -thorough club fitter he went above and beyond to re fit my existing iorn set and make some modifications, he had me hit plenty of balls and try many shaft flexes weights length and grip sizes and got them dialed in for me. He was beyond fair with everything he didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary or up sell me. I am very happy with my clubs after he took a second look and found what the previous fitter missed. Michael Rodgers: Great customer service!I ordered 10 pairs of medium pink socks for my daughters soccer team to wear during breast cancer awareness month. The socks arrived timely, however I did not review my order until a few weeks after the fact, and after having handed out all of the socks to the girls on the team.After the fact I realized I had received all size "small" socks instead. I had accidentally deleted my email confirmation from the company about my order so I was trying to figure out how to remedy this issue - or if they would even help me out.I emailed the company about the issue, providing my email address that I placed my order with, the FedEx tracking number, my date of purchase and so on, explaining that I received the wrong size socks from what I ordered.The very next day, they found my order, realized their error, and sent out 10 new pairs of socks that were medium size - telling me we did not have to return the small socks that were originally delivered in error and that we could keep them or donate them instead.They didn't hassle over it, they just fixed the issue, no questions asked. It was really painless. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Jennifer Cordell: Our Little League ordered spring uniforms and hats. Philip was so helpful, stayed in constant contact, and extremely nice. The product was very high quality. We were so impressed, we ordered our all star uniforms from them as well. Philip made us look like Pros. I was especially impressed with how fast we recieved our shipment. By far the most consumer friendly, quality products, and quick fulfillment we have ever had!

G. Yong: Stepped in to get new sleeves for my decks. A classic sports card shop that reminded me of my friend's in SLC. You can tell its been around way before CCGs like MTG & others. They have dedicated tables and space for tourneys. Substantial display space for singles to tempt you, whatever you are playing.
Cole Moore: Was coming here 15+ years ago spending my allowance on Pokémon cards, recently came to pick up some MTG cards as Christmas gifts for my cousins. Staff was friendly and helpful and it’s so nice to see a local family business still around.
