They able to understand my terrible explaining of what I wanted to do but also offer so many suggestions on things I would have never thought of to improve my basic plan. Karen: We contracted J&M to remodel the wet room in our bathroom which included demo to the studs, moving plumbing, new floor and wall tile, installing a glass shower enclosure and plumbing fixtures. There ware some hick-ups with the initial work crew in addition them falling behind schedule. Once this was discussed with our project manager, Carlos Martinez, he brought a new crew in that worked diligently to correct and complete the project. Justin was very knowledgeable and when he provided the proposal and budget we were blown away with the level of detail compared to others we had reached out to. The remodel project involved removing all existing appliances, cabinets, countertops, and lighting, and replacing with new ones, including tiling on the walls. We kept the basic footprint the same, but re-worked some functionality and added a few new features like a wine fridge.We enjoyed working with the entire team throughout the project. Justin was helpful in answering our questions as we selected appliances and prepared for the renovation. We interviewed multiple contractors back in 2022 and I found Liran to be upfront, true to his word and highly communicative. His quote was also the most reasonable after seeking consultation from friends. Despite the delays we incurred from materials and permit scheduling, Liran and crew were extremely accommodating with any changes we needed to make. Their craftmanship has exceeded my expectations. Maki: Liran and his company, Level Up Construction & Remodeling Co, saved us from a bad situation. We discovered our bathroom had been leaking for years and had dry rot everywhere. The last contractor did a lousy job and left the space structurally unsound. Liran and his crew step in to fix everything. Our bathroom looks fantastic now, and I don't have to worry about it collapsing! Liran is a knowledgeable builder, from remodeling to ground-up home building. He has been dependable and responsive throughout the project. His crew is fast, meticulous, clean, and respectful of our space. Remodeling is disruptive, but Liran makes it less so. We worked with Liran and Alan mostly, and the follow-up is so great. Almost a year later, and there have been a few minor fixes, but they've been following up and fixing anything that came up afterward. Can't really ask for more in terms of honesty and making sure their product is to a customer's satisfaction.

Donna Howard: I don't even know where to begin. Liran, the owner of Level Up, saved me from a disaster of a small bathroom/kitchen renovation I had started with another contractor. It quickly became apparent that this person was over their head, but by then my kitchen and bathroom were in a shambles and I was in a panic. Liran responded to my initial inquiry quickly and calmly, and came out within 24 hours to look at the project and give me his honest assessment. He was willing to tell me what the other person wasn't...that my 95-year-old house needed more than just the small job I had planned because there were problems with wiring, plumbing and code violations that were exposed as things had been removed. It felt very overwhelming, and this is where his vision and his demeanor came in really handy. He walked me through the process as we went, helping me to make decisions on design, colors and fixtures. He has a pleasant personality and is great to work with. He manages his own crew of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc., so can keep things moving along. They all did excellent work and made sure I had all the information I needed to think of not only my current needs but also the next 20 years. And, most importantly, Liran was in constant contact with me, even when I left town for vacation, to make sure I was aware of what was happening and what the next steps were. What started as a nightmare of a project ended up being much less so due to the trust he allowed me to have in him and his team. I cannot recommend him enough.

Brendan Hannemann: I contracted with Gaspar's to install a steel mantel into tile above my fireplace. This work was the last remaining item of a multi-month gas fireplace conversion, and the fireplace company would not take it on due to risk of cracking the tile. Gaspar's informed me of the risk as well, yet was willing to give it a try.Turns out, it was porcelain tile which is much harder/denser and takes a specialized diamond bit to drill into without cracking. The Gaspar's contractor inspected the tile, found the correct bit, and performed the work with high level of professionalism. He even brought a gimbaled laser level to make sure the 58" mantel was installed level.After completing the work we had some extra time, so the Gaspar's contractor offered to do some small jobs around the house which I could think of in the moment, without any extra cost. He even showed me how to do them next time. Super happy with the finished work, and excellent service!

Gail Longhi: I had a small job - replacing the wood steps up to my front porch. Friends suggested a private handyman, but I chose Gaspar's because I knew I could trust their work for quality and efficiency. I am so glad I did.Their employee, Chris Bucklin, was terrific. He came with the experience to know exactly what needed to be done, and had the tools and equipment to do it. He went right to work, and never stopped. He not only replaced the steps, but the stair supports that were rotten. He was careful to save the wood that could be saved, and paid attention to the details that finish a job, i.e. bonding and sanding, patching imperfections, and caulking, gluing and reinstalling what he had been able to save. He cleaned up everything at the end of the day, and later had it hauled away and dumped. And, on top of that, he was personable, showing me the work, providing explanations and answering my questions.Gaspar's, and Chris were great.I would use both of them again without reservation, for any job I needed done.

I’m quite picky, and had lots of questions and feedback, but they handled it very well. Divven was great at customer service and planning. Rick was our project manager, and proved to be very personable and detail-oriented. Our kitchen turned out very nicely despite our very old and out of level house, and we often walk in and think wow! What a great kitchen! The project was on time and on budget, which I think speaks to the care that Built Square brings to their projects. I hope we can work with them again.
Jennifer E: Nathan and Enrique were a delight! We have just finished a large remodel on our Seattle home, and Built Square was absolutely the right choice for us. Nathan was so organized - much more than what we expected from a typical contractor. We had a standing weekly meeting with a printed agenda; he was always prepared for the meeting and knew the details of what we needed to cover; billing was clear and openly discussed; we had a printed calendar with the job stages on it; he provides a Google sheet to be sure finishes are selected and clear to everyone. Of course, mistakes are bound to happen during a large, 6-month job - and Nathan handled them with poise. He was honest and fair and clearly explained options for solutions.As important was Enrique, who was our lead on a daily basis on our job. Enrique was on-time, pleasant, the perfect amount of chatty, and completed work with the highest quality I could have imagined. He was kind to our dog and daughter and always beyond respectful of our home. I could not have imagined a more pleasant person to have practically living with us for 6 months!Our job finished on-time and on-budget, with the exception of increases in scope that we decided to do along the way. I look forward to an opportunity to work with Nathan and Enrique again and am pleased to recommend them to anyone considering a Seattle remodel!

Laura Petermeyer: I inquired about refinishing a kitchen sink and the integrity and honesty blew me away. They were honest with me that it would be better for me to get a new sink vs. refinishing. I am so grateful for businesses with integrity who are willing to walk away from a job when it is best for the customer. We have a tub that will eventually need refinishing and I will absolutely be calling these folks back. They earned my business long term.
Aletta Todd: I called for a quote a few weeks ago and had a couple of conversations, as well as email correspondence about our situation. We have an old tub that had been refinished once before and needed to be refinished again.In both the emails and over the phone, they were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process, as well as the pros and cons of this option vs. A new tub.While a new tub is not something we are considering right now, we opted for the refinished option.Jon showed up and we chatted about the process and expectations again.He was patient and honest.I can say that I've been in the service industry all of my life, and when you meet someone with actual integrity these days, which seems harder to come by, it means a lot.They are not here to price gouge or promise anything unrealistic, but they do exactly what they promise.Our tub looks fantastic and I now have a good understanding of how to care for the refinished tub to prolong the life of the work.I would definitely recommend these folks as a company to use if you are considering a refinished tub vs. Replacement.And, I think it's also worth it to mention they're half the cost of most the other quotes I got and still did a fantastic job!

Nie Happy: Christine and Cici were fantastic to work with. Our previous experience with contractors has typically been weeks if not months between an onsite estimate and work actually starting. Christine and Cici gave us a fair price, and was ready to start work the same week. Their crew came to work all day Saturday to have our project finished before Christmas. They were communicative throughout the project, messaging us every morning to let us know when their crew would arrive. Their work was excellent, and they were very respectful of our space and cleaned up their work at the end of each day. Even one of his crew asked us to work an extra hour one evening after everyone had left just to set up the morning crew in a better position for the following day. We even asked for additional work last minute at the end of our project and they were happy to accommodate us. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. We've had a lot of work done on our home under different people, and I wish I could say those experiences were as positive as what we had with ABS Seattle. Joan Williams: This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing, came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! We're very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time.

Keith Brown: My wife and I remodeled our kitchen. We ordered cabinets and counters. It was our 1st experience buying cabinets. We went in with little to no knowledge. Cici was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The installers were very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the end product and grateful that we went through Cici through the process. Our kitchen looks much better than we had envisioned when we started the process thanks to ABS and their wonderful staff.
Liz Koser: We placed our kitchen cabinet order in early March before Seattle businesses started to shut down due to COVID-19. We were going to pickup on March 30, but things were starting to change. ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated.

Deanna Merkatz: I was referred to ABS for a kitchen remodel by a contractor friend that has used them several times for his kitchen projects. It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. My husband and I walked in with measurements of our kitchen project, met Christine and she in just a few minutes had a full design ready. It was incredibly quick which is not the typical experience! There are enough choices that are trendy so it wasn't over whelming. The choices were the most up to date styles. I love the way they look and everything was perfect with measurements for my appliances. They only do standard cabinet sizes what is makes it so affordable. Everything was on time, they were great at scheduling and I would highly recommend them and use them again.

From start to finish, the process with Tub Cove was smooth and easy- Jeremiah, the installation manager, was very communicative, and Alan, who installed the shower did a great job. MIKE J: I was referred to Tub Cove, INC mid Nov 2023. I was looking for a company that could help me with the renovation of my existing bath - a tub and shower conversion. I needed this one renovation task completed asap but no later than January 4, 2024, as I was scheduled to have a full hip replacement on January 11, 2024. I could no longer safely climb in/out of my current bathtub / shower.Tube Cove responded to my request and came through with the much needed time critical assistance. I did add a couple extra renovation tasks to update the existing vanity top and replace the toilet to an ADA toilet. Tub Cove came through in a timely manner with the tub and shower conversion. The remaining tasks were completed by mid-March due to a delay by the suppliers. This delay was found to be fully acceptable by me ...... I had my new walk-in shower!I found Tub Cove amazing to work with....from the owner, Jim, down to all the exceptional crew members. All were very pleasant, friendly and professional. Their pricing is also very reasonable. My bath remodel looks awesome!!! I will use Tub Cove again in the future and highly recommend them.
Shawn Pouliotte: Was dreading doing a shower remodel in the new place we bought. Hiring contractors is always a nail biting experience and the quotes are often high pressure and just obscene. Was referred to Tub Cove by a friend and had such a pleasant experience. They had great selection and are flexible when you want something different as long as they feel the items are of good quality.The quote was reasonable and the marble was all prepared on the timeline they committed. They came in and did demolition of the old shower and found rotted wall behind that was out of the scope of what they did. They parked my stuff and waiting for me to find someone to repair walls and came back promptly when the repairs were done. Finished on time and the job looks great. The workers are all employees - not contractors and it shows. Great people, really professional and very friendly.If you are looking for a really solid nice looking remodel on your tub/shower, give them a call. Their prices are fair, work is good and people are really really nice to deal with.

Joan Schnebele: We first became acquainted with TubCove in 2014 when we had them replace the shower stall in our rental home. We were more than pleased! We have since had them replace 2 vanity tops and sinks in our home. Again, we are more than pleased with the materials, the workers, and the workmanship. We did not want a total bathroom remodel, and it was a great way to blend existing flooring and tiles with the new tops. Everyone was great to work with from beginning to end, and we highly recommend them!

In the 2nd bathroom they replaced an old claw foot bathtub with a new tub and surround adding a shower and replaced the flooring, sink and toilet.
