Laura Petermeyer: I inquired about refinishing a kitchen sink and the integrity and honesty blew me away. They were honest with me that it would be better for me to get a new sink vs. refinishing. I am so grateful for businesses with integrity who are willing to walk away from a job when it is best for the customer. We have a tub that will eventually need refinishing and I will absolutely be calling these folks back. They earned my business long term.

We have an old tub that had been refinished once before and needed to be refinished again.In both the emails and over the phone, they were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process, as well as the pros and cons of this option vs. A new tub.While a new tub is not something we are considering right now, we opted for the refinished option.Jon showed up and we chatted about the process and expectations again.He was patient and honest.I can say that I've been in the service industry all of my life, and when you meet someone with actual integrity these days, which seems harder to come by, it means a lot.They are not here to price gouge or promise anything unrealistic, but they do exactly what they promise.Our tub looks fantastic and I now have a good understanding of how to care for the refinished tub to prolong the life of the work.I would definitely recommend these folks as a company to use if you are considering a refinished tub vs. Replacement.And, I think it's also worth it to mention they're half the cost of most the other quotes I got and still did a fantastic job!

Shane, the sales manager, was the first person I met when I walked into their showroom. He was immediately welcoming and helpful, and he remained that way for the entire project, even through delays, misguided design issues & production mistakes. I do wish their showroom had more physical examples of their materials because I'm not very good at visualizing the finished product from a catalog or a tablet screen

D M Cook: NW Shower door was very professional and complete the project in a timely manner. Another shower door company installed my shower door about 4 years ago and when the door sagged they do not fix it even when we wanted to pay for a completely new door. NW put a new door in and it works perfectly. We were very happy with the company and their service.

They added a sliding glass door for our bath/shower conversion and installed an extra long mirror into a challenging location in our house. In both parts of the job we were told clearly what to expect, the crew was extremely professional and timely--no surprises. With the mirror, there was a bit of creative problem solving needed when it didn't fit around a tight corner, and the crew, led by Max Schupfer, did an exceptional job of working together to complete the task well--something that a few other companies refused to even try. Tony Markee: Graham was great, he is a one man show. It was reassuring to deal with the same person through the entire process. We had him refinish our old bathtub and a shower stall. Both look brand new. We are very happy with both jobs. So much easier and cheaper than ripping them out and replacing them. This is a perfect option if you want to refreah your bathrooms.
Holly Sprague: Graham was wonderful to work with. We had our cast iron tub refinished a little over five years ago by a different refinisher in the area. At that time I was bamboozled into accepting the glued on mat as an upgrade when in reality it was a significant downgrade that came with multiple problems. I had the glued on mat replaced and no matter what we did it lifted around the corners. We pulled out the mat, and the discoloration from the prior refinish showing the original porcelain finish under the mat was driving me crazy. In addition, there were a few pinhole rust spots that the prior refinisher did nothing to repair - he just glued down the mat on top of the original porcelain.This is where I called Graham. Upon arriving at our house he quickly refinished the bottom, and it looks great. We will be using Graham for any refinishing needs in the future.
Nikki A: I had a great experience with Graham. He had no problem removing an old sealant and making my tub look new. The drain was also rusty and water pooled like a moat and he did a great job making it look brand new and with no moat. Finally, I was extra appreciative that he helped us remove and replace some undried grout that was improperly installed by our contractor. I definitely recommend Graham.

Nicole McTavish: Although there was a glitch in the installation, the supervisor came out, assessed the situation and quickly addressed the problem. The shower door had been installed incorrectly, causing the shower to leak water onto the floor. A second installer expertly fixed the problem and the door no longer leaks. The shower surround is beautiful and easy to care for. The rep who took my order did a great job, and the whole process was easy and quick. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. The important thing is that Bath Fitter quickly and effectively addressed the problem, and fixed my shower door. I love my new shower, and I am impressed with Bath Fitter's professionalism and determination to stand behind it's product. This company is a class act.

They had a lot of challenges to deal with, based on a bungled job done in 2006, but handled it efficiently and competently. We love it, and highly recommend. Bathfitters rocks, and stand behind their product with professionalism and top notch customer service. Now, we have got to get rid of that 90’s linoleum!

Nabeel and Hector additionally crafted a 6-foot window kit with amazing results and personalized my accessories to accommodate shower height and seat placement. The project outcome was a beautiful walk-in shower that the estimate had promised, with no surprise ad-ons or additional costs. The quick phone and email responses from John Michael were very much appreciated as were the cooperative efforts extended to the hard working crew from DHC Asbestos Removal Company who were willing to complete the small pre-shower drywall removal. MIKE J: I was referred to Tub Cove, INC mid Nov 2023. I was looking for a company that could help me with the renovation of my existing bath - a tub and shower conversion. I needed this one renovation task completed asap but no later than January 4, 2024, as I was scheduled to have a full hip replacement on January 11, 2024. I could no longer safely climb in/out of my current bathtub / shower.Tube Cove responded to my request and came through with the much needed time critical assistance. I did add a couple extra renovation tasks to update the existing vanity top and replace the toilet to an ADA toilet. Tub Cove came through in a timely manner with the tub and shower conversion. The remaining tasks were completed by mid-March due to a delay by the suppliers. This delay was found to be fully acceptable by me ...... I had my new walk-in shower!I found Tub Cove amazing to work with....from the owner, Jim, down to all the exceptional crew members. All were very pleasant, friendly and professional. Their pricing is also very reasonable. My bath remodel looks awesome!!! I will use Tub Cove again in the future and highly recommend them.

Was referred to Tub Cove by a friend and had such a pleasant experience. They had great selection and are flexible when you want something different as long as they feel the items are of good quality.The quote was reasonable and the marble was all prepared on the timeline they committed. They came in and did demolition of the old shower and found rotted wall behind that was out of the scope of what they did. They parked my stuff and waiting for me to find someone to repair walls and came back promptly when the repairs were done. Finished on time and the job looks great. The workers are all employees - not contractors and it shows. Reza was very responsive from the initial request for a bid, to being responsive to my questions. The workmanship and end result were great, he uses good quality material, and took care to make sure the work was done right. I always favor supporting smaller owner/operator businesses, because they truly care about the result. This was no different and I will look to work with Reza at Glassma for any future work.

The glass doors are of high quality, installation was very professional. Reza worked with us on our preferences and we had the most hastle free experience. They even cut our existing mirrow by an inch to help us with the new back splash. Our bathrooms look amazing and I highly recommend Glassma for your shower doors.

They not only had a reasonable but more importantly they are very nice and interesting people. I've had such good impression on them so I again had them installed a wall mirror for my bath. Lewis Chang: In November 2018 I needed a cracked window replaced for my townhouse. The first company I contacted said they only take jobs that replace 6 or more windows. The second company gave me a quote I found unreasonably high. Glassma was the third I contacted but they were fast in response. The quote was very reasonable so I chose them. I was able to make and change reservations via their website which was very convenient. The owner Reza was very friendly and professional and the job was nicely carried out. Thank you very much!

He offered to replace the window type as is or I can opt for a sturdier tempered glass. I chose the tempered.His quote was competitive, no hidden fees; he showed up exactly on time, finished within 2 hours, and cleaned up after himself.

Reza Saber: They told me up front how much it would cost, cleaned up the shards of glass from a broken window I had, and repaired the window without me even being home. He was very timely and respectful and speedy as heck! Highly recommend this business to anyone and will use them again, when i inevitably destroy a window some day.
