Jarred Brand: Price for the project was very affordable and in line with other bids. The quality of the work is amazing. True craftsmanship. They also were extremely accommodating as we had a 5 day newborn when our install date came up. They installed it almost being silent it seemed. We couldn’t tell they were even here. The work space was clean and everything was exactly as they found it, of course with the addition of the amazing shower glass. Pictures attached to show what I mean

D M Cook: NW Shower door was very professional and complete the project in a timely manner. Another shower door company installed my shower door about 4 years ago and when the door sagged they do not fix it even when we wanted to pay for a completely new door. NW put a new door in and it works perfectly. We were very happy with the company and their service.

They added a sliding glass door for our bath/shower conversion and installed an extra long mirror into a challenging location in our house. With the mirror, there was a bit of creative problem solving needed when it didn't fit around a tight corner, and the crew, led by Max Schupfer, did an exceptional job of working together to complete the task well--something that a few other companies refused to even try. Patty Bauer: & measurements, plus an incredibly fast turnaround from order to installation day. The installation process took only took two days from start to finish. We’re very happy with the quality of cabinets for the cost and the skill of the installers. They were quick, efficient and kept their work space extremely clean. Our overall cost came in much lower than even the local hardware stores. Robert patiently walked us through every decision and communicated well. I wish we’d found First Avenue Kitchen & Bath sooner!

He essentially played the role of designer for us, as we took all of his helpful suggestions. Scheduling the installation was straight forward, and the team did a quality job for us. Don Kaufman: We have been using another cabinet provider for 10 years in our apartment buildings. I just went to 1st avenue over some service issues and they did the first installation yesterday. The cabinets themselves are slightly higher quality. The team came and did the install in one day versus the other company which took half day for the cabinets and half day for the countertops. I highly recommend them.

Christine and Cici gave us a fair price, and was ready to start work the same week. Their crew came to work all day Saturday to have our project finished before Christmas. They were communicative throughout the project, messaging us every morning to let us know when their crew would arrive. Their work was excellent, and they were very respectful of our space and cleaned up their work at the end of each day. Even one of his crew asked us to work an extra hour one evening after everyone had left just to set up the morning crew in a better position for the following day. We even asked for additional work last minute at the end of our project and they were happy to accommodate us. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. We've had a lot of work done on our home under different people, and I wish I could say those experiences were as positive as what we had with ABS Seattle. Joan Williams: This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing, came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! We're very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time.

Our kitchen looks much better than we had envisioned when we started the process thanks to ABS and their wonderful staff.
Liz Koser: We placed our kitchen cabinet order in early March before Seattle businesses started to shut down due to COVID-19. We were going to pickup on March 30, but things were starting to change. ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated.

Deanna Merkatz: I was referred to ABS for a kitchen remodel by a contractor friend that has used them several times for his kitchen projects. It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. My husband and I walked in with measurements of our kitchen project, met Christine and she in just a few minutes had a full design ready. It was incredibly quick which is not the typical experience! There are enough choices that are trendy so it wasn't over whelming. The choices were the most up to date styles. I love the way they look and everything was perfect with measurements for my appliances. They only do standard cabinet sizes what is makes it so affordable. Everything was on time, they were great at scheduling and I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Laura Petermeyer: I inquired about refinishing a kitchen sink and the integrity and honesty blew me away. They were honest with me that it would be better for me to get a new sink vs. refinishing. I am so grateful for businesses with integrity who are willing to walk away from a job when it is best for the customer. We have a tub that will eventually need refinishing and I will absolutely be calling these folks back. They earned my business long term.

We have an old tub that had been refinished once before and needed to be refinished again.In both the emails and over the phone, they were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process, as well as the pros and cons of this option vs. A new tub.While a new tub is not something we are considering right now, we opted for the refinished option.Jon showed up and we chatted about the process and expectations again.He was patient and honest.I can say that I've been in the service industry all of my life, and when you meet someone with actual integrity these days, which seems harder to come by, it means a lot.They are not here to price gouge or promise anything unrealistic, but they do exactly what they promise.Our tub looks fantastic and I now have a good understanding of how to care for the refinished tub to prolong the life of the work.I would definitely recommend these folks as a company to use if you are considering a refinished tub vs. Replacement.And, I think it's also worth it to mention they're half the cost of most the other quotes I got and still did a fantastic job!

They have a lot of items in stock to bring home that day while also being able to place an order sometimes for delivery and/or installation. The staff here are really nice and helpful. Parking outside only has a few spots and the road is busy, so be careful trying to find one. The prices here were better than some of the other local places, so we chose here foe our tile needs, solid choice.

Donna Howard: I don't even know where to begin. Liran, the owner of Level Up, saved me from a disaster of a small bathroom/kitchen renovation I had started with another contractor. It quickly became apparent that this person was over their head, but by then my kitchen and bathroom were in a shambles and I was in a panic. Liran responded to my initial inquiry quickly and calmly, and came out within 24 hours to look at the project and give me his honest assessment. He was willing to tell me what the other person wasn't...that my 95-year-old house needed more than just the small job I had planned because there were problems with wiring, plumbing and code violations that were exposed as things had been removed. It felt very overwhelming, and this is where his vision and his demeanor came in really handy. He walked me through the process as we went, helping me to make decisions on design, colors and fixtures. He has a pleasant personality and is great to work with. He manages his own crew of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc., so can keep things moving along. They all did excellent work and made sure I had all the information I needed to think of not only my current needs but also the next 20 years. And, most importantly, Liran was in constant contact with me, even when I left town for vacation, to make sure I was aware of what was happening and what the next steps were. What started as a nightmare of a project ended up being much less so due to the trust he allowed me to have in him and his team. I cannot recommend him enough.
