Don Kaufman: We have been using another cabinet provider for 10 years in our apartment buildings. I just went to 1st avenue over some service issues and they did the first installation yesterday. Carli Rasschaert: Just bought a condo, hadn’t even moved in and the toilet broke. Plumber was going to be $300/hour and couldn’t find a handyman. Was able to get a $7 part and at Morgan’s and they walked me through how to install it. Everything is running smoothly again!

Rick Farley: This place was so helpful. I could not get my old drain to stop leaking after putting in a new sink. I had an ABS P-trap mixed with PVC so they set me up with all PVC and it hasn't leaked.He also had me get the "Passion Grip" slip joint washer which is exactly what it sounds like. After days of struggle I can take the bucket out from under the sink.

But rather than sell me the replacement he told me it had a lifetime warranty and I could get a replacement by calling the manufacturer. He then took the time to look up the model number and finish and even gave me the phone number. He could have easily sold me a $200 part and I would have been oblivious.They appeared to have a great selection of plumbing and electrical items and I will defiantly be back. This guy made my week!

Christine and Cici gave us a fair price, and was ready to start work the same week. Their crew came to work all day Saturday to have our project finished before Christmas. They were communicative throughout the project, messaging us every morning to let us know when their crew would arrive. Their work was excellent, and they were very respectful of our space and cleaned up their work at the end of each day. Even one of his crew asked us to work an extra hour one evening after everyone had left just to set up the morning crew in a better position for the following day. We even asked for additional work last minute at the end of our project and they were happy to accommodate us. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. We've had a lot of work done on our home under different people, and I wish I could say those experiences were as positive as what we had with ABS Seattle. Joan Williams: This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing, came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! We're very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time.

Liz Koser: We placed our kitchen cabinet order in early March before Seattle businesses started to shut down due to COVID-19. We were going to pickup on March 30, but things were starting to change. ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated.

Deanna Merkatz: I was referred to ABS for a kitchen remodel by a contractor friend that has used them several times for his kitchen projects. It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. My husband and I walked in with measurements of our kitchen project, met Christine and she in just a few minutes had a full design ready. It was incredibly quick which is not the typical experience! There are enough choices that are trendy so it wasn't over whelming. The choices were the most up to date styles. I love the way they look and everything was perfect with measurements for my appliances. They only do standard cabinet sizes what is makes it so affordable. Everything was on time, they were great at scheduling and I would highly recommend them and use them again.
