The designers that I work with take the client there to select their fixtures and be educated on the products. If there is an issue in the field or with a product the response is immediate. Abbrio has gorgeous kitchen and bath products to choose from and so just on this I would refer people to go to this amazing store!! But that is not all I wanted to say about Abbrio! Their customer service is above and beyond! Garth is who we worked with and 6 years later I was having a problem with a couple of the items we purchased and he took weeks to track the pieces down and then sent them to us AT NO CHARGE!!!! Unreal!!!! Standing behind their products too!! Amazing integrity and ethics!! WOW! So impressed with them on all levels! Джентльмен на стойке регистрации в пятницу 1 сентября около 15:30 по имени Крис лично вывел меня во двор, чтобы попытаться найти кусок трубы из ПВХ, который помог бы. В куче металлолома мы нашли совершенно хорошую деталь, которая справилась бы со своей задачей. Я предложил заплатить, и менеджер уже сообщил Крису, что это осталось и будет бесплатно. Я очень впечатлен этой компанией, и, основываясь на этом опыте, я буду покупать весь ПВХ, необходимый для моего бизнеса, в компании Pacific Plumbing Supply. Спасибо за ОГРОМНОЕ обслуживание клиентов.
