Quality Sewing & Vacuum: what do users think?

Kris Blanch: Friendly, helpful service. Good experience purchasing a new sewing machine.

Nancy Cole: Excellent ordering assistance, but I ended up returning the product because it wasn’t what I expected.

Lori Dey: The Kirkland store is always helpful!

Bonnie McLeod: I love this place. I purchased my Meile vacuum here at least 12 years ago and love it. They keep it working in top shape with their tune up program. They don't just sell they service with a smile.

J. Parker: I have visited recently to solve a puzzle with my sewing machine. The store manager spent the time and energy to answer my question and also provided information on how to work smarter with a quilting guide. I ordered it! Many thanks!

Sue Sato: Always friendly. Always helpful. Neat and clean. Have fantastic products.

Connie Winter: Small shop with a wide selection of inventory. Helpful staff.

Griffin: I was in the market for a cordless vacuum and I am so glad that I decided to purchase it from here. Cecilia was VERY knowledgeable regarding all of the product line. She was super friendly and even showed me a quilt she was working on which was nice to see. I highly recommend this place for your vacuum and sewing needs!

linda: great place to look for sewing needs and vacuums. staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The classes have been fun as well.

R Ethel: Bought a vacuum. Rachel was super helpful, knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured. They have quite a few brands; high quality ones; standard ones and even a commercial type vacuum. I highly recommend this retail store. Remember to shop local.

Alice Pham: Had great customer service at this Quality Sewing & Vacuum in Kirkland. We came in looking for a new vacuum for our new home. Rachel and her team were very friendly and helpful. They answered a lot of questions we had about vacuums. They let us try out the vacuums and did demonstrations for us. They were not pushy about selling any extra things we didn't need, but made recommendations when we asked about it. We ended up paying extra for the TLC service here because it seemed like a great deal with a friendly and reliable team. I recommend coming in person for your sewing and vacuum needs!

Lady P: I was looking for two specific items for my sewing room--the correct oil for my Bernina and the manufacturer's book of information about their sewing feet. While the store did have the book available, they didn't have the oil in stock in the store. The sales staff said that they could get the oil for me in the next couple of days and that they'd contact me when it was available. They were as good as their word and I had the oil two days later. I was very happy to be able to obtain both the items I wanted.

Tamaraz Artz (Tamaraz Artz): Hello I've been taking 3 of my Vacuums into this Wonderful, Excellent Customer Service, for the last 12 Years!!! Their Honest 2 yrs ago I took our vacuum in I thought it might need to be fixed? They contacted me within the hr informed me 'No yr vacuum just needed to be Cleaned"! My Mother has taken Several Classes on Sewing she had so much Fun!!! Their Honest, Sincere, Forthright, Excellent Customer Service! Thank You Quality Sewing & Vacuum you will be seeing Me & My Family in the Near Future!!!SincerelyA very Dedicated ClientTamarazArtz 🌻

Luiz Emilia: Great customer service, friendly and attentive staff. Veronica always attentive, willing to help and guide so that the customer is satisfied.

Shea Hughes-Gorman: Fast and efficient vacuum servicing!

Jeni Beck: Great customer service! Celia was so helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a Miele and Dyson. So happy with results!

Patty McAleer: I took my vacuum cleaner in for repairs. This was a great vacuum, a Bissell vacuum purchased 8 years ago. But, it was pretty much done now I took it into the Kirkland location for repair.. It apparently needed 5 more parts to bring it back to its original condition. My total bill was quite small considering how much work needed to be done on it. You have no idea my total joy when I used this vacuum for the first time after the vacuum had been repaired. Not only did it work as well as it did when I first purchased this vacuum, but now this vacuum was so great - I am speechless!! There are no words to describe my vacuum since the repairs. It is so much better than it ever was even when brand new!! I had all of these deep lines in my carpet, and I could feel the difference in the power of my vacuum - it was just the greatest joy!!!! I highly recommend that you use their services. They are outstanding!!

Theresa Roberts: My new plush carpet and Dyson were fighting...the vacuum would not budge despite adjusting the height of the brush. After looking online for quite a bit to find a vacuum that could handle plush carpet, I gave up in frustration. Then I remembered I had a Quality Sewing & Vacuum just down the street. The staff there was helpful and took their time with me as I explored all the vacuums they offer. Ultimately I chose a Sebo D4 Airbelt Canister vacuum. Pricey, but makes vacuuming the plush rug, LVP floors, and area rugs a breeze. Thank you all at QS&V Kirkland!!

Sewing Machine Service Co Inc: what do users think?

James Panello: This is the best place to have your sewing machine repaired by far the staff are great and they know there Business. They did a great job on my phaff 1245 great company

Lynn Lyscio-Evans: The best service for my Bernina machines. They have quality in all their equipment, threads and customer service.

George and Margaret McGill: Friendly people, fun projects, beautiful machines, great service, love my Bernina

Jacob Laitila: Well stocked, with good customer service and helpful staff

Charles Hooper: but the point here is they took care of it for me promptly , no hassles! Additionally they set this machine up for ME! I need a slow machine with tons of power! They added a speed reducer

Vitaly Greck: My visit was to buy an internment use tool for the occasional parachute gear repair. On the first glance, the price tag on some of the equipment was steep. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and extremely customer oriented attitude, how things are handled. The owner did not want to leave the me unhappy with the future purchase and make a quick sale. He rather asked what type of thread, what material used etc., and explained my options.Although I did not buy anything today - I will absolutely refer anyone who needs the equipment - go there. This business is not going to drain your wallet. They are making sure that you get what you _need_.Thank you very much for the great advice! Very astonishing to see that level of commitment to quality and satisfaction these days ...

j. diamond: Unbelievable level of craftsmanship- my industrial lock stitch machine hasn’t run this smoothly in too long. Rare to find such a quality local business. Good service equals longer wait times, and its worth it.

Audrey Peters: Top of the line care and service with competitive pricing. I could not be happier with my new machine. I hear so many tales of woe from people that order their machines online. If you did make the mistake of buying online the service here department can work magic. Highly recommended!

Katherine Whitehead: They were very knowledgeable and helped me with all my needs.

Rev.Mitch Walsh: They provided great customer service listening to what I wanted and providing options to fulfill it. Even providing a couple 1on 1 training sessions and loading it in my vehicle. To make things easier they have financing available for a promo of 0 interest is paid off within the promo period. making it a win, win. They even fully set up the table and machine I purchased and showed express setup details. I was able to get add on such as presser feet and pro wound bobbins that are also a huge time saver. also add-on upgrade for the machine to allow specific needle sync settings that are a huge time saver. at checkout it was delivered out and put in my vehicle. the staff there was knowledgeable and friendly providing other necessities for the machine so I wouldn't be suppressed when I got home that they weren't included which is standard for industrial machines. Money well spent I would buy from them again, and use their services going forward.... Oh, and can't forget that they even offered a trade in on the old machine.

Maggie Makowsky: when we come in to pick up accessories, and always has a smile for us. Patty's classes are informative and so helpful! They are worth the drive to get there if you're not super close.

Marcela Cecil: Friendly, helpful staff and an amazing shop for everything Bernini.

Ellen Bruning: My 93 year old mother has been sewing masks and donates them for food banks to give to children. She probably sews about 100 masks each month. As you might image, she has run through 3 singers, one baby love and is now using a Bernette which was recommended by the staff at Sewing Machine Service Company. She absolutely loves her new machine. We've had to take the machine in twice for service - one time it was because of a bent needle and Kyle patiently explained how to check the needle. The staff is wonderful and the service exemplary. We drive down from Ballard to Renton because we love this place!

Deborah Katz: If you treasure your Bernina, you'll be happy to have it taken care of here. I left my very old machine and newer serger for routine service. They both got white glove treatment. Excellent selection of threads, new machines and accessories. Happy to know they are there when so many shops have closed

Drygoods Design: what do users think?

Emily Minnette: An amazing shop! The fabric, patterns, and art supplies are one of a kind. The staff is so helpful and warm. A perfect place to buy a present or find something you can’t find anywhere else.

Charlotte Alexander: Wow!!! It is mostly apparel fabrics and an amazing selection.

Rueben Otero: They've got a ton of great fabrics both for apparel and quilting. The apparel could use a bit more variety, but the staff is sweet and helpful and they enjoy my dog in the business. Not a must that i should be able to bring my dog, but it's nice to take a stroll down and pop in.

Brittany Kadansky: Always kind and helpful. I love the curation of goods and the ability to ask silly questions and get answers from a real person!

A F (Pochemu2): Drygoods also carries yarns, notions, indie company patterns and they have classes one can take. The prices are not cheap. And nothing is mediocre quality.Drygoods caters to a creater who is dedicated to a different kind of fashion lifestyle-- conscientious, creative and dedicated.

Catherine Billor (Priester): In store shopping by appointment only. Can also shop their online store.

Stephanie Seufert: I visited Drygoods during my travels before border closures and really enjoyed my time there! They had a lovely variety of contemporary fabrics and cloth perfect for clothing and quilting alike! I also picked up some fantastic sashiko thread for visible mending! Can’t wait to return when my travels resume!

Anna P: Amazing little shop with tons of trinkets and do-dads for crafters! I've taken a few of their classes now and I love it. They're a bit pricey at first glance, but you get a lot of individualized attention and you get to use some of the best sewing machines out there. I love their fabric selection and everyone who works there is so nice! I make the trek to Pioneer Square just for Drygoods Design.

Guy Spainhower: Cute place and I like that they have work shops

Dennis Li: Great place for beginners. Classes are great, instructors are super helpful, and the studio has all of tools for you to work on any project at a really reasonable hourly rate.

Shelly Mills: They were so kind and helpful and nice.

Atari Betamax: I'm not a big crafter so when I'm interested in something it's usually my first exposure. Having helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff goes a long way. I decided push needle might be a fun way to express myself and a friend recommended Drygoods Design. My friend was spot on. I left with the materials I needed and the info to get started. The store was clean and we'll laid out. It was my first time shopping for these supplies so I'm not sure how there prices are compared to other shops. I knew I could find everything online for less but I love to shop local when I can and I want to talk to a human about the craft. I totally recommend this place. They're downtown, for me that was a huge plus.

Kreator Kiki: Lots of good products here. Fabrics and trims high quality, but really pricey. Maybe everythings a bit overpriced, but clean atmosphere and kind people.

Vahishta Vafadari: Great place for sewing classes, as well as materials. The people who work there are very helpful when it comes to getting started or picking a project. The store itself is adorable, and even has cards and things that would make great gifts. Plan to go back there often. Wonderful store for anyone who loves hand crafts or just wants to learn more

Andrea: We took one of the intro sewing classes here and it was super fun and informative! Sewing is actually a lot more technical than I thought it'd be. This place had a fair bit of foot traffic on Saturday when we went. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Maya Jones: Amazing little shop with lots of unique items. They have a nice selection of lovely fabrics and notions. A huge studio on site for the many classes offered as well! Highly recommend!

Quality Sewing & Vacuum Creative Center: what do users think?

Nadeen Ward: They had the foot that I wanted.

Martha C: I can say that most companies, including from other retail or industry sectors, could learn important lessons from this company. They are supremely CUSTOMER oriented, they know how to help and treat their customers, and their employees are ALWAYS cheerful, helpful and knoweledgeable. KUDOS to the owners, who evidently have put a lot of HARD work and SMART thinking into their business.I bought my Baby lock Vesta from them in Sept/2023, and have purchased many sewing accessories at their store online, at the Expo in Puyallup and their Tacoma store. It is a pleasure to take their classes, and the Sew & Stitchery Expos they help organize are a MUST: fun, educative, incredible people. KUDOS to ALL of them

Rebecca Walker: A quality company as always. Been a customer for over 20 years and they never disappoint!

Celeste Cassa: Got the product I needed in a timely manner. I recommend them.

Sandy Harrison: Staff are always helpful and courteous. They have a great variety of items so you can find what you need. If it's not in stock, they can order it for you. They have recently added beautiful quilting fabrics to their stock.

Corrine Foster: The staff at the Tukwila Quality Sewing were fantastic! They got my vacuum checked in quickly and told me what to expect. I got a phone call from them asking my permission to replace the filters and telling me about a couple blockages they found. My vacuum cleaner looked brand new when I picked it up!!! Took it home and it now works great!! Thank you for providing this service. I’ll be back… keep up the great work!

Edith Gealy: Customer experience was very good. I have not had time to use the serger yet due to otherproblems, but hope to do so soon.

mark “Just Me” Swanigan: Its always a great experience when i go to quality sew and vac

Alice Cook: If you need anything for your sewing machine this is the place to go.I took my very old Kenmore sewing machine in to get looked at because it was making a noise. They were up front with me that because of the age of the machine parts are no longer available but they will do their best. When I went to pick up my machines it looked awesome! They had cleaned the outside body of the years of grim, added a new needle and thread, along with spool pads on the thread spindles. The inside was clean and oiled and a small gadget was replaced.Because there was no large repairs needed I only had to pay for that gadget that was replaced! I was not charged labor even though they had put in the time to make it run the best it has in years.Along with the great care they took on my machine, the store has tons of needed items for sewing and lovely fabric. There were so much there I will be going back to pick up my sewing supplies.

Jacqueline Choe: , also the bags and filters they give you as part of their program is great. Really like this store...my carpet is so clean now

Ben Flint: Absolutely top notch service. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was being talked to, not sold to.

Lorraine Kramer: Quality Sewing has friendly and knowledgeable salespeople, and an extensive selection of machines, notions, fabrics, and other sewing needs. Their educational classes are great, and Sew Fun is always enjoyable.

Viking Sewing and Vacuum: what do users think?

meaghan peterson: Great and wonderful service. Awesome people. Thank you for fixing my vacuums.

Cindy M: They’re awesome and very friendly!

Abraham I: This is an awesome shop in the heart of downtown Renton. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here.

Zurka Wolford: Great store! I've had my sewing machine serviced here twice now. Both times the turn around time has been significantly shorter than any other store I call. This time they did it over night! I brought it in recently because my top tension stopped working and they were able to fix it and get it working again. It's definitely worth the trip from Seattle to get my machine serviced here! Also the guy who does the repairs sounds just like John Goodman. :D

Jean Campbell: I sewed & serged on Berninas for years. I taught our son, daughters, and grandkids to sew on Berninas. Not long ago, we moved to Renton & I called the local Bernina store to arrange for service on my sewing machine and serger. They said it would be 6 - 9 months before they could get me in & they'd call me when they were ready. Almost a year later, they had not called, so I called back & they said did not have time to service my machines, so I called Viking Sewing & Vacuum and they told me to bring them right in. We took them in on a Friday. Wayne serviced both machines over the weekend. I picked them up Monday. They run perfectly. I'd lost my 2-ended philips/regular screwdriver, saw Wayne using one, and asked if I could buy one from them. Wayne gave me one of his and refused to take any payment for it. I have been a fan of Wayne and Tami at Viking Sewing ever since. After that, I bought a new Viking self-threading serger that I love. It's great not to fiddle with threading the sergers I already had, and it even came with a free class that was fun.

Makenna O'Meara: Exceptional service and a wealth of knowledge !! If you have any need, this is the place to go for help. Highly recommend !!

Leeds Main: I needed a used sewing machine, and they advised me on an excellent model. I really appreciated how personal the purchase experience is - A+ They also offer in house lessons on how to use the machines! Amazing.

Rowan Green: This is the only place I will bring my vintage Viking sewing machine for service and parts, even though it is a long drive for me. I always leave knowing and understanding more about my machine. Most importantly, my machine runs beautifully after every tune up. Excellent service by very knowledgeable and friendly owners.

clo ki: Such a great shop

Gary Taylor: Really appreciate this store. Went in the back door looking for vacuum bags and was cheerfully helped shortly after. All I knew is it's a Riccar and it's red. Tami knew which bag I needed and showed me the store model just to verify. It's great to see a successful locally owned family business providing great service.

Virginia Morrison: Love this store. I just picked up my machine today and it sews like it was new. Thank you so much. You guys are amazing.

Joao Santos: Great services, great crew!

Theresa Olson: This is the best place for machines and service. I would never buy anywhere else. They provide training and service in addition to financing options and excellent customer service. 100% honest and trustworthy.

Gena Reed: Best sewing and vacuum anywhere! I’ve been with these people 36 years. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They keep my sewing machines and vacuum running perfectly. Love Viking Sewing and Vacuum in Renton 💖

raf men: Great help

J Coward: Very helpful!

Aaliyah Bright: We’ve been a customer for 17 years unparalleled service keeps us coming back!

Issaquah Sewing & Vacuum: what do users think?

Tom, Maple Valley: If you’re out of area, Issaquah Sewing and Vac is well worth the drive. My wife and I came in with a very old Pfaff sewing machine for possible repair. Scott from the repair shop happened to be in, and we’re sure glad he was! Scott not only knows machine features; he literally knows the machines inside and out. If you have mechanical or durability questions, he’s your guy.Well, our 40+ year-old Pfaff was finally due for replacement, so Scott guided us though the many replacement options. We left to do some research and check prices. Then we messaged a few times with Scott via email, to which he was very responsive. Btw: I haven’t found that level of customer service at any other retailer. With Scott’s product knowledge and technical expertise, our decision on a new machine was easy. And, with a little discussion, Scott gave us an excellent deal. My wife won’t be going anywhere else for her quilting and sewing needs, as well as for service and repair.Tom

Prime House Cleaning llc: Jonathan, goes above and beyond to help us as a small business, I do live in Everett and I don’t mind the trip just so I can do business with him. There was never a time that I came in that he didn’t do all he could to help. Really recommend this place.

David Schertzl: Helpful, convenient, friendly . They have been there for as long as I can remember. Did I say knowledgeable too?

Kirsten Reeves: Jonathan is incredibly helpful. Really goes out of his way to help with any and all vacuum issues. You don’t find this amazing of customer service anymore. Highly recommend.

Linda Lane: My daughter told me about this store and their high-quality products! I am hooked on this place. I broke my Miele vacuum and they fixed it super fast! Friendly and helpful.

Judy Jennings: I had a wonderful experience taking a class taught by Mo and Laura from this store. Both ladies were patient and supportive in teaching embroidery techniques on an amazing machine!

Theresia McLynne: Love this store - esp. the vacuum portion! The staff is so helpful & friendly. I highly recommend to all! 😊

keith chau: My Hoover vacuum roller brush is not spinning, I thought it is the belt problem. They explained clearly in detail on phone about other possible causes even without any purchase. Excellent!

Erin Mahaney: Wonderful customer service. So friendly! I only needed a small part and from calling to going in, all three people I spoke to were so sweet and happy to help. Now that I've see the thread options they sell though I will be a regular customer.

Ann Becker: Great people! The new classroom is AMAZING 👏

K Lee: that kept displaying the service light but the unit worked normally otherwise. I contacted the local Aerus dealer and all he wanted to do was sell us a new sweeper/broom/hose set and make the service light go away for close to $1000. This Aerus dealer just said the unit was really old and everything was broken. The next day I called Jonathan at Issaquah Sewing & Vacuum. Jonathan was very friendly and listen attentively as I explain my service light issue. I also told him I smelled a faint “burning” smell. He told me there was a reset button inside the housing near the top of the unit on the circuit board. He also told me to let the unit run for awhile to see if the burning smell becomes more pronounced. Jonathan offer to stay on the phone and walk me through the reset procedure. I said I would try it myself but I would bring the unit into Jonathan’s store if I couldn’t reset the service light. Well, I couldn’t make the service light go off so I unmounted the vacuum unit from the garage wall and took it to the Issaquah Sewing & Vacuum store. Jonathan was helping another customer when I walked in with my vacuum unit and he excused himself from his customer to greet me. Jonathan was just as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. He checked in my vacuum unit and said he would check it out. I get a call a hour later from Jonathan telling me the service light was out and the unit was in good working order. Later in the afternoon, I went to pick up the unit and again Jonathan was helping other customers but he quickly said I was good to go and there was no charge. This kind of service isn’t provided that often nowadays and I just wanted to give Issaquah Sewing & Vacuum, especially Jonathan, kudos for my experience with their business. Needless to say, they have earn my future sewing machine and vacuum cleaner business. Thanks again.

Michael Saunders: Excellent customer service and a great selection of new and refurbished machines.

Kevin Selkowitz: .So if you want quality vacuums that will last and great support, you can't go wrong here.

Ashley Beveridge: Very helpful and nice people

Jeremy Rogers: What a great store. The customer service is great and their vacuum knowledge is amazing. They helped get my vacuums working on two different occasions, each time in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely return.

Jennie Warren: Really great team working here. I had fun trying out their Long Arm and I think I'll be back to buy. Mo Carrie and Johnathan really helped answer all my questions. I'm looking forward to 1 on 1 instructions at my home, who does that? In so excited. This store is independent from the big guys and by far, worth your time if you're in the market for a new machine, service or notions. Speaking of which I think I'll go back just to walk the whole store and see all the specialty notions.

Steve Hanel: Jonathan is pros pro, he goes the extra mile to be of service, a rarity in this day and age!

Beth Carman: Their lack of communication during the pandemic was frustrating. Eventually, they made right by their policies and practices, but it was a frustrating and confusing process.

Katie McKeown: I took the beginner machine basics / pillow class. I learned so much and am finally not scared of my sewing machine! Great class and teacher—will definitely be back.

Melissa Snyder: This place is awesome! Carisa is super helpful and knowledgeable. I've worked on several projects here and it is great to have a place to sew that has everything you could possibly need.

Anna Dean: Wonderful selections of buttons and accents, all the basic supplies fo sewing and great fabrics!! Staff is super friendly and helpful, love this place!!!

Rueben Otero: Excellent local fabric and fiber shop

J N: I'm old ....love stitches. Your Pets *won't* go out for exercise??? Leave them at home and walk to stitches on Pike and buy purple fabric! You have to!

p ptemn6: Bought theses 3 fabrics 100% cotton under $13 a yard.Friendly staff.Fab location.Get out and walk to Stitches ...you'll find them on Pike...in stitches!

Teo Zimmerman: Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my project!

Davison Carvalho (Dave): Incredible store. Great variety of products, excellent customer service and overall friendliness. I'll come back for sure.

Richard W: One of my favorite local businesses. Great selection. Great staff.

Sharon Finden: Fantastic store and knowledgeable staff, in the heart of the hill! Classes too!

Rose ro: Cute little store! Not too pricey, especially for in the city. They had lots of different "stitch" related craft stuff. I saw a great fabric selection. The yarn section is smaller than I would like, but honestly very reasonable for the amount of stuff in the store. I just always want more yarn 😭. Customer service was great and they even wount the hanks I got into cakes for me! 10/10

Alina Boychenko: its a lovely store, and I would much rather support them than a chain but as an avid embroiderer that strictly uses pearled cotton the selection is slim 😔

Laura (Factofmyth): Great selection of fabric for such a small space. Blessed to have this in the neighborhood.

Laura Felice: Really nice little shop! It's a small place, but they have a lot of selection for the size and everything they sell seems to be carefully chosen and good quality. Really friendly and helpful staff. It's great to have a fabric store in a location that is so accessible without a car!

Pacific Fabrics: what do users think?

Dave Kester:

Kevin Reitz: Хорошо укомплектован. Полезный персонал.

Shahm Martini: Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm glad there's still a place to go where you can touch and feel the fabric instead of online shopping.

Marilyn Botcheos: .

Sandra Ewaskow: We always find what we need here. Helpful staff, excellent selection of fabric.

Gary Foster: Plenty to choose from! Fun visit with Gary.

Nozomi J: Really nice store and the person running it was very kind and gave me tips.

Jim Guan: Amazing place

Ellie Miller: I went in to check out the store and see if I could find some fabric for a quilt. I’m going to make. The customer service was beyond. Awesome! Debra helped me put together some fabrics that will make an awesome quilt. It was really a pleasure to work with her. I’ll be back!

Shreya Sriram: They have a pretty nice fabric collection! I really loved all the fabric I got here - planning to make shirts and tote bags out of them!

I was looking for a specific type of skirt pattern, as I was searching through all the vintage patterns the store clerk was helping to find what I was looking for. They had some beautiful wedding lace and appliques. I'll have to go back with a bigger budget to get some of these finer pieces.

Misty DeChant: Stash. Oh stash! I found these vintage gems for a quilter here. Lori Holt Calico line from 2016! Thank you very much Gary! You just made a customer for life!

Hannah Tobin: Amazing treasure in Pike Place! The in store selection is great and the online stock is incredible! I intend to go here for all of my fabric needs.

Kathy Armstrong: I have had three machines in for maintenance and have been very happy with each one of them. I recently wore a motor out of one of my Husqvarna machines and did not want to part with it so Valentin installed a new motor and I am so happy with the machine. It runs and sounds fantastic! I highly recommend his services.

Lynn Gagg: Very friendly and informative and decently priced

Paul G: Kitsap County has it's own sewing machine whisperer. Valentin Felix did an incredibly thorough repair/tune up on my sit down long arm machine. Although he advised me that he was unfamiliar with the specific brand of machine, he intuitively fixed my initial complaint he then proceeded to clean, oil and buff and balance all moving parts. The machine has never sewn as well.

leslie siemer: Valentin did an excellent job of repairing and servicing my old Kenmore sewing machine. He promptly returned my initial call and answered all my questions. He provided me with several suggested solutions to my problem, and gave me a very general idea of possible costs. When we met in person, he examined my machine and provided a more detailed plan, including specific costs for repairing, cleaning and servicing my machine. During the process, I found him very responsive to calls and texts regarding progress on and completion of services.I’m extremely satisfied with the work BP Sewing Machine Services did for me. My old machine has never worked more smoothly. Thank you so much Valentin.I highly recommend to anyone wanting proper repairs on their sewing machine.

Alison Seamans: I took a vintage 90's Bernina to Valentin and he did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. That machine has never run so well!

Marie Feoch: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueValentin did an amazing job fixing my old industrial machine. William Perkins: I borrowed a heavy duty sail-making sewing machine and broke it. It took deep knowledge of all aspects of a complex system to diagnose and repair the machine. Valentín did an excellent job of determining the problems, communicating the process of repair, and fixing the sewing machine. When I picked up the repaired item, he gave me an extensive lesson on how to sew so that I would have fewer problems in the future. I fixed my sail with ease after his help. Excellent work!

Gail Williams: Valentin at BP Sewing Machine Services is the best! He brought my 50 year old Elna back to life after another shop told me it couldn't be repaired! I recently purchased a 1952 Singer machine that wasn't working and Valentin is bringing it back to life. Tami Czuleger: unfixable andb

Ruth Carlson: . I love to support local business and this business is worth to support it.My old Viking is now working wonderful and better than new!!!

Anne Potasky: This is an excellent sewing machine repair shop. Valentine is very careful and knowledgeable about your machine and how to care for it. He does a thorough and complete repair job at a very reasonable price. Our local sewing machine store charges twice as much just to even look at your machine and would rather sell you a new machine than fix your old one. He is well worth the trip to Port Orchard to use his services. I highly recommend him.

Charles Wenzel:

Jeralyn Haney:

Angelica Brewer: Total Fashion Alterations is the best service and craftsmanship you will find anywhere in Seattle and beyond. These skilled tailors will ensure you have your desired fit, unbelievably quick and unbelievably fair priced. I highly recommend this business- you will be in excellent hands- trust me, I know!! My dress was taking in perfectly. At first I thought it might be a bit too loose, but after trying it on at home it became clear that this is the perfect alteration- because it is still comfortable and extremely flattering. The finishing work is impeccable so much so that you will wonder how it has even been altered without a trace. Support this business- you will not regret it. Thank you Total Fashion from the bottom of my heart!!!

Brittany Grant: Very good service

Soul Train: The owners are super nice here and provided me with great customer service. The stitching on my jackets zipper was coming undone and they took care of it right away for me and had me in and out super quick. Yon Han Chong: Regular customer. Excellent service and reasonable price. Highly recommend.
