Melinda Barnes: Dr Kapnadak has been my OB for over 7 years. She and her lovely team at Sea-Obgyn have delivered all three of my babies, providing high touch care for both me and baby! She is a calm in the storm during pregnancy complications, always treating you with warmth, respect and encouragement. You won’t find a more personable, knowledgeable obgyn; I highly recommend her!

Erin Phair: I absolutely adore my team. I switched to this provider at 36 weeks, with multiple risk factors, in response to the recent attacks on women's healthcare. I no longer felt comfortable going to Polyclinic and Swedish due to their affiliation with Providence and what seems to be a hemorrhaging of unhappy staff.Since my very first visit UW has made me feel so welcome and so cared for. Every person I've met with has been incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone is passionate about thier area of expertise and takes the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I can not thank them enough for providing me the care I need while putting my anxiety at ease.

Julia Rosales: I had the best midwifery care. Heather was my midwife provider and Erica ended up delivering our baby.Fantastic care overall.My labor and delivery were smooth. Erica stayed with me, kept me informed, made me feel like family, assured me, and advocated for me all the way through.I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Browser 123: . Of course there are residents and lots of them because it's a teaching hospital, but the attending is always present. My wife was seen by Dr. Kachikis throughout her entire pregnancy and the doctor was there at 7 am when labor started, checked on us throughout the day before heading home, and came back at 2:30 in the morning when baby was ready to be born to get us through the last hour. Aside from the doctor in charge of my wife's overall care, there were several residents and attendings on call for labor and delivery, a dedicated nurse just for her throughout labor, pediatricians and lactation specialists for after birth, and a slew of others to help my wife get the best care possible. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Brittany Luciano: . I switched over from Swedish First/Cherry hill, and it was the best decision I ever made. They respected every one of my decisions, they answered all my questions, they helped me with charity for my bills when my insurance didn’t cover everything for my visits and my child’s birth. They see you on time for every appointment, you aren’t waiting for 30-40 minutes to be seen after you are checked in. I came in multiple times during my last pregnancy because I kept thinking I was in labor when I wasn’t, and their after hours labor and delivery staff were completely respectful and didn’t get annoyed by me coming in all the time crying wolf. This is honestly the best hospital I’ve ever been to and the doctors are the most educated I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I also got amazing support with breastfeeding and was able to breastfeed my last two children! I didn’t think I could with my first and gave up because I had no help or guidance! This clinic is outstanding. I can’t thank it enough for helping me birth my two babies vaginally without assistance

Miriam Blanar: I love Dr. Cheng. She listens to what I have to say and cares about my needs. I had a C-section last pregnancy and I asked if this time I could have a V-Bac this time if all goes well and without hesitation she said yes. Last pregnancy I developed preeclampsia and had to be in the hospital and she let me go home to be on Bed rest until the baby came. Her nurse is also wonderful. She always gives us free parking and cheese and crackers and juice. It's almost like she knows we're broke.

The outcome of the ult was not good as we had suspected - but the staff throughout the clinic was magnificent, especially Tessa the genetic counselor. They set up every appointment for you, they answered any and all of my questions, they set up my other appointments outside of Swedish and prepared me for that. I could not be more grateful to have been sent to them, I can't thank them enough. 3

Sharley Gilbert: We had a great experience at our appointment yesterday. Everyone was nice and polite from the moment we walked in. We were nervous about the appointment due to the lack of information given to us by the OB office that referred us. Our ultrasound tech was wonderful and explained everything she did and was looking at. The doctor came in and was so friendly and made us feel so much better about our situation and he just reassured us that everything was going to be ok. All of our questions were answered and we felt heard about our concerns. We could not have asked for a better visit.

I wasn't crazy about all the doctors but most of the doctors were good enough. We had a hard long delivery but my emergency safe section was successful. In the aftercare was good as well.

They have great bedside manner, were quick and gentle with the worst parts of the visit, and took time to walk me through my options while being clear I am in the driver's seat on my care.Hearing, "Your choice will always be respected here," from my provider meant so much. After having the best and the most comfortable experience with my first one, I decided to continue with her for my second pregnancy irrespective of the fact that I had to drive from North of Seattle to meet her for all of my appointments. Her love of her patients and her profession is evident in the way she handles all the patients. She is definitely one of the best. She's always there for you whenever you have to pop a question, she and her team make sure to take care of the questions. I will continue with her as long as I am in Washington. Also, she took care of my labor for the second one, still can't forget how she supported me did not let me give up, pushed me through my labor, and handed my baby into my arms with all safety. Always grateful to her.

She is incredibly professional and caring and acts as a true partner in your care through the entire process.My BP was raising toward the end of my pregnancy and was trending toward preeclampsia. Dr. Foltz recommended an induction at 39 weeks due to this issue so we scheduled it for the following week. The nurses at Swedish working with Dr. Foltz were complete angels and cared for me the entire time and I managed to give birth to a very health baby girl in just 3.5 hours!! All while managing to very effectively minimize the pain I felt and keeping me informed of what was happening the whole time.If you are looking for an OB go with Dr. Foltz, you won’t regret it!
