Do NOT let anybody fool you into thinking that going with just any company doesn't have its drawbacks, from scheduling to inspecting and then to installation and explanation of what they need to do to bring it up to code including filing the permit... SEAMLESS!!! Price was right bc I know I'll sleep good knowing I won't have any gas or water leak!

Sally HOLLISTER: Dylan arrive about 10 in the 8 to 12 window. I asked him to take a look at the faulty hose bib Gj installed last year and, after explaining his bibs weren't in his venue, he got right to work under the kitchen sink. He showed me the price of the repair, I signed off, and Dylan got right to work. While I ran some errands, Dylan installed a new garbage disposal and attended to other business under the sink. I felt perfectly comfortable leaving him to finish up on his own, and sure enough, he did and left the site tidy and ready for me to move my stuff back in. I waved to him as we passed on the hill.Thanks for sending this polite, competent young man to attend to my plumbing issue.

This guy has more energy in problem solving than Mr. Wriggles McGiggles, our 10-year-old papillon, on fetch day. Problems getting through to dispatch, Chad takes care of it. Need a quote, Chad. I’m not entirely sure anyone else works here as Chad does it all. I am currently looking for more plumbing projects for this guy because he is one of the most enjoyable people to have in the house, I have two teenagers… Kidding aside, he is on a win streak for exceeding expectations, and I always know where I stand and what my options are. I feel no shame in selecting an option and am well educated on the path forward. Are they the cheapest? I have no idea, it is worth it to me to have quality craftsmanship and materials because I know I am not going to have to worry about it for many many years, if at all. I couldn’t recommend Chad Hendrix any more. April 23rd will always be known as Hose Bibb Replacement Day, and I will smile while watering my plants.

It took a while but he kept being honest in disclosing his findings with us, listening to us, and taking our concerns seriously, and solved the whole issue conscientiously. Mitch came out to see where the plug was which water coming up thru aerorater hose from dishwasher to up on my counters. Found the issue from another competers work when they put in my garbage disposal, fixed those and cleaned out my very dirty disposal. I will definitely call them for any plumbing work. In fact have them coming out to replace my main water turn off in June.Again I highly recommend this company.They are the best.

Rick Xu: They helped me replaced the main shutoff valve. The wall needed to be opened, but after the wall was opened, there was no place to cut it. They had to open another side of the wall, cut and replace 3 of the connections out of the main pipe to take out the main pipe, which took 1 hour longer and $200 higher.I deducted one star because their estimate should be more accurate and I expected no additional charges at all. I get it is behind the wall, but no one mentioned that it could be higher in the estimate.

The technician arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins, used his tool to do a quick fix and resolved the issue for me on the fly. Miranda McGowan: ProMax and Daniel are simply the tops. We got at least 4 quotes on replacing a tankless water heater at our house. Daniel was the most prompt of all of the plumbers, and he came in with the low bid. He also was able to install it sooner than other plumbers had said they could. We wanted a water circulator in order to decrease the wait for hot water to our taps. That was driving the bids we were getting sky high. Daniel came up with a far cheaper alternative that has worked extremely well. He also did a magnificent job installing the new tankless heater. He also built me a holder for my outdoor hose, which shares the same cabinet as the heater. I have never seen a worker leave a job cleaner or tidier than Daniel did.We just had him come out to install a new kitchen faucet and to fix another faucet. Once again, he was responsive and did a top notch job. I really couldn't recommend him more highly.

He showed up quickly and on time to look at the job, got us a quote quickly, got us scheduled for the water heater replacement quickly, and showed up on time again for the install. Then, he quickly replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless unit and did a really nice job. Final price was exactly as quoted and within the price range I expected for the job, which was several thousand less than a quote I got from one of the national chain places. Tom is a nice guy, too, and didn't mind that I was hanging around and watching. Love our new Navien tankless water heater so far. Highly recommended.

The other time, a little more dramatically, was when we discovered that there was a leak in a faucet, literally on the day that we had to move out. They got there extremely quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with an hours. He very clearly and carefully explained to us why we needed the heater we needed and what our system was like. Elizabeth Servey: Friday afternoon after speaking to someone in the office when our sewer broke, Bob Oates had someone out to our house with in the hour. Very respectful associate and team came out and had assessed the situation and had a plan to fix the sewer by the end of the day. They used a camera that showed them and help explain to us what was the problem and where it was. We did have four other companies out on Friday afternoon and most did similar work and had similar prices to fix our problem. Bob Oates impressed me with the over all knowledge, equipment, and workers for our problem. Their office impressed me with their assistance, offered a military discount and helped us set up zero percent financing! Bob Oates offered to be out on Sat morning to do the work, but we passed and they came Monday morning and by the end of the day our sewer was working again!! They were very helpful in showing us the remaining of the sewer line to understand possible future problems. Bob Oates applied for the needed city permit. They were able to put in a NuFlow liner with a 20 year warranty to protect us in the future. Bob Oates never made us feel any pressure in the liner! Bob Oates was able to do the liner and all the work in house and did not have to contract out to another company. One stop problem solver!! The workers were very respectful of us, our yard and basement. They protected our yard from the digging and put everything back and cleaned up very nicely. The office was very easy and friendly to deal with the payment and paperwork. We 100% would recommend them to family and would use their service again in the future! Our project manager Julian was always prompt and courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what was being done and why. I had several follow up emails/texts with questions that I'm sure would drive anyone nuts, but Julian was always patient and polite and thoroughly answered all of my concerns. When it came time to the installation, there were some delays caused by some staffing issues, but Julian made sure we were appraised of the situation and made sure we were taken care of. At the end of the job, the crew left our driveway looking cleaner than before they started! We're repeat customers of Bob Oates and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

Panda Halford: Kitchen sink suddenly backed up less than a week ago. Hot water, baking soda and vinegar, and enzymic cleaners all were no match so landlords called Craftsman. Garrett prepared the quote, snaked the line, and answered other unrelated plumbing Q&A in the process. Garrett always wore booties inside the house, carried the snake machine in and out so as not to drah on or damage floors, and left work area clean. Also went under the crawl space and checked nearby connections in the nearby laundry room to confirm no leaks or bursts from snaking these galvanized pipes.
