D M Cook: NW Shower door was very professional and complete the project in a timely manner. Another shower door company installed my shower door about 4 years ago and when the door sagged they do not fix it even when we wanted to pay for a completely new door. NW put a new door in and it works perfectly. We were very happy with the company and their service.

They added a sliding glass door for our bath/shower conversion and installed an extra long mirror into a challenging location in our house. In both parts of the job we were told clearly what to expect, the crew was extremely professional and timely--no surprises. With the mirror, there was a bit of creative problem solving needed when it didn't fit around a tight corner, and the crew, led by Max Schupfer, did an exceptional job of working together to complete the task well--something that a few other companies refused to even try. They paid attention to fragile items which I mentioned. They worked really hard and only took one break in between, which they totally deserve. I had no real issues and would totally hire them again. Laura Petermeyer: I inquired about refinishing a kitchen sink and the integrity and honesty blew me away. They were honest with me that it would be better for me to get a new sink vs. refinishing. I am so grateful for businesses with integrity who are willing to walk away from a job when it is best for the customer. We have a tub that will eventually need refinishing and I will absolutely be calling these folks back. They earned my business long term.

We have an old tub that had been refinished once before and needed to be refinished again.In both the emails and over the phone, they were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining the process, as well as the pros and cons of this option vs. A new tub.While a new tub is not something we are considering right now, we opted for the refinished option.Jon showed up and we chatted about the process and expectations again.He was patient and honest.I can say that I've been in the service industry all of my life, and when you meet someone with actual integrity these days, which seems harder to come by, it means a lot.They are not here to price gouge or promise anything unrealistic, but they do exactly what they promise.Our tub looks fantastic and I now have a good understanding of how to care for the refinished tub to prolong the life of the work.I would definitely recommend these folks as a company to use if you are considering a refinished tub vs. Replacement.And, I think it's also worth it to mention they're half the cost of most the other quotes I got and still did a fantastic job!

Winterdreams 66: DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO BASHER ALLEN FOX! Total fabricated write-up, as this is a quality family-owned business for the last 13 years. Possibly, Allen works for another drug testing clinic and is feeling the pinch. American Diagnostics is not a medical lab, but deals with an assortment of certified laboratories and pre-employment testing for walk-ins and employers. The place is as clean as it can be kept during a heavy volume day of testing. If any needles were brought in, possibly they were Allen's. Fully accredited and qualified with documentation visible to clients. Obviously, Allen disagrees with employers doing drug and alcohol testing - which keeps the workforce clean, responsible and accident and sick-call free. Actually, American Diagnostics Seattle has every right to sue Allen for defamation - but, probably no use to sink to his level. By the way, American Diagnostics Seattle has a vast assortment of repeated satisfied customers. Always a pleasure to deal with this facility - they go out of their way to help.

Shane, the sales manager, was the first person I met when I walked into their showroom. He was immediately welcoming and helpful, and he remained that way for the entire project, even through delays, misguided design issues & production mistakes. I do wish their showroom had more physical examples of their materials because I'm not very good at visualizing the finished product from a catalog or a tablet screen

Jennifer Lee: Yesterday we tried out an AirBnB experience at the @greenfireloft. It is an interesting event space located in Melrose market. The experience was a cocktail making event where you played around with various bases of alcohol, bitters, mixers, infusing alcohol, smoking, fizzing, garnishing, and drinking your experiments. The experience took around 2 hours. The host, Jen, was extremely personable and she has a shop filled with quirky interesting artifacts that make you smile and sometimes laugh out loud. This included raunchy fortune cookies and vodka with glitter you could drink! I also got to make a drink called "the COVID" which was glitter vodka with a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice, glass rimmed with emergen-c, and garnished with three airborne gummies. Cost for 3 people was 234 dollars and a couple brain cells you didn't need anyways.
Ricardo Parker: Greenfire Loft is a fantastic place that is hard to describe with words. You have to see it for yourself. Full of hidden treasures, it's a great and items that will leave you wondering... I recommend spending at least an hour exploring there.Great spot for a photo shoot or holding a small event. It’s held in a loft so you’re socially distanced from everyone else in the market place, and Jen the host was very fastidious about cleanliness. Greatly appreciated her attention to detail on that front. My fave part was learning how to use the smoker gun with various wood chips, and getting her insight on which ones she recommends to buy online at different price points. She’s a wonderful host who answers any questions you have. It’s a very free-wheel type of session, so if you expect a lot of structure, you’ll want to ping her ahead of time. Highly recommend!
Ethan Harris: was incredibly friendly and happy to offer suggestions and prompts, while also allowing us all the freedom to try our own creations. My initial skepticism around the adventure quickly gave way to the fun of a truly unique adventure that I have never had before. Additionally the location was beautiful and scattered through the loft we kept discovering fun oddities that generated a lot of discussion. While making our own mixed drinks we were provided with a steady supply of snacks to keep up the energy. Truly a top shelf experience that I would encourage anyone of legal drinking age to try!

We learned a lot about different ingredients and techniques for making cocktails. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable... I felt like I was on a drinks version of a Food Network show, sans the cameras. Great atmosphere in the loft, and the owner took great care to ensure Covid safety: hand sanitizer, masks required when not actually drinking, small number of people allowed, etc. Finally, I was thrilled that our 14 year old daughter was able to participate, making mocktail drinks. She had a lot of fun too! It was an overall great experience, and I would happily go again.

During the demo, they found a small defect on the screw hole of the frame, and they replaced it without any excuses. We're in a bit of a time crunch on the project so this was really appreciated. The glass looks great and we're excited to use our new shower!

The sales/measure team were very knowledgeable and meticulous.There were a lot of aspects that were relatively customized at most of the closets and the installation crew knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I personally like to think I have an eye for detail and the install team Fernando and “Chewy” did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. They were polite, courteous, respectful of tracking dirt/debris inside and even outside of the house.I noticed they had what seemed to be an amazing support team behind them. If there was a part needed, they didn’t have or otherwise, they made a call and 30 minutes later it was there. Having worked with other companies in the past, this was most impressive. For context the builder on the new house didn’t paint garage and am having that done by another company who no-showed 3 days in a row. The sheet rock guys for the texture on the walls didn’t show for 3 days in a row.In short, stop thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and just call these guys.

Tony Markee: Graham was great, he is a one man show. It was reassuring to deal with the same person through the entire process. We had him refinish our old bathtub and a shower stall. Both look brand new. We are very happy with both jobs. So much easier and cheaper than ripping them out and replacing them. This is a perfect option if you want to refreah your bathrooms.
Holly Sprague: Graham was wonderful to work with. We had our cast iron tub refinished a little over five years ago by a different refinisher in the area. At that time I was bamboozled into accepting the glued on mat as an upgrade when in reality it was a significant downgrade that came with multiple problems. I had the glued on mat replaced and no matter what we did it lifted around the corners. We pulled out the mat, and the discoloration from the prior refinish showing the original porcelain finish under the mat was driving me crazy. In addition, there were a few pinhole rust spots that the prior refinisher did nothing to repair - he just glued down the mat on top of the original porcelain.This is where I called Graham. Upon arriving at our house he quickly refinished the bottom, and it looks great. We will be using Graham for any refinishing needs in the future.
Nikki A: I had a great experience with Graham. He had no problem removing an old sealant and making my tub look new. The drain was also rusty and water pooled like a moat and he did a great job making it look brand new and with no moat. Finally, I was extra appreciative that he helped us remove and replace some undried grout that was improperly installed by our contractor. I definitely recommend Graham.

He helped set up a time for the installers to come out and measure our space which happened in a timely manner.Our materials were delivered on time and our installed was scheduled soon after. The installers arrived on time and did a great job from start to finish. The biggest change for us is that our old floor was uneven and slopped - we now have an even and smooth floor. It has completely changed the space.Everyone was great at communicating scheduling, the install process, and all of our questions along the way were answered.We could not be happier with the final look.
