Since it was such a quick visit, he waived the dispatch fee l, contacted the other company, and I have a same day appointment with them to open up my walls. That extra step of not just giving me a referral but setting it up was so helpful.

Christina W: This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.Service:Garbage disposal repair

Panda Halford: Kitchen sink suddenly backed up less than a week ago. Hot water, baking soda and vinegar, and enzymic cleaners all were no match so landlords called Craftsman. Garrett prepared the quote, snaked the line, and answered other unrelated plumbing Q&A in the process. Garrett always wore booties inside the house, carried the snake machine in and out so as not to drah on or damage floors, and left work area clean. Also went under the crawl space and checked nearby connections in the nearby laundry room to confirm no leaks or bursts from snaking these galvanized pipes.

Anna Humphreys: We used Mr. Rooter twice during our move out; once for a sewer scope inspection, and a removal of a root ball. The other time, a little more dramatically, was when we discovered that there was a leak in a faucet, literally on the day that we had to move out. They got there extremely quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with an hours. Super thankful!Just one star off because they didn’t send us the proof that we had removed the root ball in a timely fashion, even after we had called and requested it, which created a little bit of a communication breakdown during our open houses. they got the information to us eventually. Elizabeth Servey: Friday afternoon after speaking to someone in the office when our sewer broke, Bob Oates had someone out to our house with in the hour. Very respectful associate and team came out and had assessed the situation and had a plan to fix the sewer by the end of the day. They used a camera that showed them and help explain to us what was the problem and where it was. We did have four other companies out on Friday afternoon and most did similar work and had similar prices to fix our problem. Bob Oates impressed me with the over all knowledge, equipment, and workers for our problem. Their office impressed me with their assistance, offered a military discount and helped us set up zero percent financing! Bob Oates offered to be out on Sat morning to do the work, but we passed and they came Monday morning and by the end of the day our sewer was working again!! They were very helpful in showing us the remaining of the sewer line to understand possible future problems. Bob Oates applied for the needed city permit. They were able to put in a NuFlow liner with a 20 year warranty to protect us in the future. Bob Oates never made us feel any pressure in the liner! Bob Oates was able to do the liner and all the work in house and did not have to contract out to another company. One stop problem solver!! The workers were very respectful of us, our yard and basement. They protected our yard from the digging and put everything back and cleaned up very nicely. The office was very easy and friendly to deal with the payment and paperwork. We 100% would recommend them to family and would use their service again in the future! Our project manager Julian was always prompt and courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what was being done and why. I had several follow up emails/texts with questions that I'm sure would drive anyone nuts, but Julian was always patient and polite and thoroughly answered all of my concerns. When it came time to the installation, there were some delays caused by some staffing issues, but Julian made sure we were appraised of the situation and made sure we were taken care of. Zeke: Fantastic experience. Initially got evaluations from two other plumbing companies about low water pressure in our house, both of whom misdiagnosed the issue. One of them was Beacon, who tried to upsell us, suggesting we re-pipe our entire house. Prima was super helpful and experienced, clearly knew what they were doing, correctly diagnosed the issue, and completed the job for 1/10th the price that Beacon had suggested. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

He showed me the price of the repair, I signed off, and Dylan got right to work. While I ran some errands, Dylan installed a new garbage disposal and attended to other business under the sink. I felt perfectly comfortable leaving him to finish up on his own, and sure enough, he did and left the site tidy and ready for me to move my stuff back in. I feel no shame in selecting an option and am well educated on the path forward. Are they the cheapest? I have no idea, it is worth it to me to have quality craftsmanship and materials because I know I am not going to have to worry about it for many many years, if at all. I couldn’t recommend Chad Hendrix any more. April 23rd will always be known as Hose Bibb Replacement Day, and I will smile while watering my plants.

Lou Glass: Timing. A leaking main water feed occurred late Saturday night on MLK weekend when plumbing emergencies were everywhere due to the cold snap. I called 3 plumbing repair vendors Sunday. Raymark was the only one to have a live person answer. An estimator visited my property the next day, Monday, and supplied a bid to replace the leaking 58 year old galvanized underground feed. A crew showed up Tuesday and ran a temporary line from my meter to the house. Water flow restored after only 2 days of shutoff. Wednesday the Ditch Witch boring machine showed up and placed a new approximately 60 foot plastic underground feed line. Thursday a crew showed up for final connection of the new line and site cleanup, working in cold rain and mud. I was always informed by phone when a crew was coming out and they always appeared as promised. Every worker on the project worked hard, knew their stuff, and they were friendly and courteous. The final bill came in exactly as quoted - no nickel and dime add-ons in spite of going the extra mile such as relocating my crawl space shutoff valve to where it could be quickly accessed in an emergency. To get this level of service, without price gouging, during an area-wide plumbing crisis really impressed me.
Ivy L: It's very rare to be 100% satisfied with a contractor, but we had a great experience with Raymark. We hired Raymark to repair a water pipe leak on our property. They were very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. We got quotes from three different companies and Raymark's was the most reasonable. Adam Cox: Ricky and Jordan reworked my 100 year old Sewer stack and did a great job getting it to look nice but more importantly it even drains better. Very nice, friendly, professional people and did excellent work! Also helped me locate an old abandoned aeration pipe and re seal it. They were great Plumbers to work with and I would highly recommend them! I know I have future plumbing work to do and plan on having O'Neil do the work and ideally Jordan and Ricky being the guys doing it!
Nick Wagner: We have worked with O’Neill in the past to replace our sewer pipe from the house to the street and again to do the plumbing to add a half bath on the main floor. Both projects were completed on time, on budget, and the work was high quality. Yesterday, we needed a plumber the next day and they were able to send someone. Our plumber, Ricky, was professional, personable, efficient, and did an excellent job - fixing a couple of other items that would likely have caused us a problem in the future. Great quality, great responsiveness, and great service. I will definitely hire them again.

Bo Goodrich: We had a fantastic experience with Jeff from O'Neill Plumbing!Jeff came out to replace our clogged hose spigot on the outside of our house and he did great a great job, including cleaning up after his work. He was also on time, a great communicator, kind, and he got it done UNDER the estimate price.Our shower drain happened to clog the morning that he came, and he also took care of that even though he wasn't originally scheduled to do that.Jeff is not only the best plumber I've had work on my home, but even I'd say the best trade person overall. I'd trust him 100%.

Super Julie Braun: Jeff came over to fix a leaky pipe under the bathroom sink. He made an adjustment in 1 minute and said "No charge" and I almost died. In the world of people not showing up or bad attitudes or charging an arm and a leg, this was something that we don't hear very often.Jeff was OUTSTANDING! Kind, smile, good communicator, and "No charge" which made me tear up a little bit after he left. I am sending him heartfelt thanks for my experience with O'Neill Plumbing. Whatever happens, give Jeff a raise!My home owner LOVES O'Neill and they use them every Spring/Summer for maintenance - a good "clear everything out" job. I had a small concern about how much I was charged, but I called O’Neills and they explained it to me and it makes sense. I highly recommend this company.

Michael de Haan: was done efficiently and expertly. The comaraderie of the crew was wonderful, which to me reflects the company's approach to its staff, which I especially appreciated. The company took care of the city permits, but most importantly, once the project was done, provided the after-care which was beyond expectation. Timothy Riley: Highly recommended! We had to replace our entire plumbing system in our 3 story 1940s house. It was time to finally do it and we were concerned about such a huge job. O’Neil Plumbing did a fantastic job from start to finish. There were four plumbers here for three days and they were very professional, hard-working, and easy to work with. They were also extremely efficient. Because our house is so old there were complications that other bidding plumbers didn’t seem to understand. O’Neil Plumbing understood that and worked with us through it all. We also have dogs and the workers were very good about keeping our dogs in the yard. The whole crew was awesome too. It was a huge job which cost me great deal of expense but i am glad I hired them for it.
