Elizabeth Servey: Friday afternoon after speaking to someone in the office when our sewer broke, Bob Oates had someone out to our house with in the hour. Very respectful associate and team came out and had assessed the situation and had a plan to fix the sewer by the end of the day. They used a camera that showed them and help explain to us what was the problem and where it was. We did have four other companies out on Friday afternoon and most did similar work and had similar prices to fix our problem. Bob Oates impressed me with the over all knowledge, equipment, and workers for our problem. Their office impressed me with their assistance, offered a military discount and helped us set up zero percent financing! Bob Oates offered to be out on Sat morning to do the work, but we passed and they came Monday morning and by the end of the day our sewer was working again!! They were very helpful in showing us the remaining of the sewer line to understand possible future problems. Bob Oates applied for the needed city permit. They were able to put in a NuFlow liner with a 20 year warranty to protect us in the future. Bob Oates never made us feel any pressure in the liner! Bob Oates was able to do the liner and all the work in house and did not have to contract out to another company. One stop problem solver!! The workers were very respectful of us, our yard and basement. They protected our yard from the digging and put everything back and cleaned up very nicely. The office was very easy and friendly to deal with the payment and paperwork. We 100% would recommend them to family and would use their service again in the future! Christina W: This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. Other bidders either did not inspect the line, suggested short term repairs, or recommended closing off downspouts which would have caused me new problems. Tricia replaced the entire line, and her pricing was the same for a sewer line replacement vs, other contractors providing only short term repairs. Kirk Berry: Amazing drainage repair services! Our storm drain in our driveway was totally clogged and there was no drainage every time it rained. They came out and identified the drainage problem immediately and repaired the drain same day. After hydro jetting they discovered holes in the pipe and more drain clogs. It turned into a two day job because the cast iron pipe was completely impacted and rusted out. They cut the concrete, dug out a new channel and installed about 30 ft of pipe that led to a pop up drain. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which most contractors don’t bother with. Super knowledgeable, professional, affordable and skilled team. David Quinn Carder: I am so happy with the work Trisha and Josh did to fix my fully clogged sewer line during the COVID-19 crisis. If I could do it all again, the only thing I would have done differently is called them sooner! They:1. Were super responsive. Every time I called, they either dropped what they were doing to take my call, or called me back ASAP.2. Were punctual and reliable. They had to come twice and both times arrived when they said they would and called and gave me a heads up when they said they would. I got the impression they went out of their way to help me as quickly as possible.3. Kept costs to a minimum and gave me all my options with accurate price estimates, even after my problem turned out to be much messier and more complicated than expected. I live in a very old house with very old pipes and as my problem turned out to be pretty extreme, they could have gouged me on the price… but they didn't!4. Actually seemed to care about helping ME as a person. Lou Glass: Timing. A leaking main water feed occurred late Saturday night on MLK weekend when plumbing emergencies were everywhere due to the cold snap. I called 3 plumbing repair vendors Sunday. Raymark was the only one to have a live person answer. An estimator visited my property the next day, Monday, and supplied a bid to replace the leaking 58 year old galvanized underground feed. A crew showed up Tuesday and ran a temporary line from my meter to the house. Water flow restored after only 2 days of shutoff. Wednesday the Ditch Witch boring machine showed up and placed a new approximately 60 foot plastic underground feed line. Thursday a crew showed up for final connection of the new line and site cleanup, working in cold rain and mud. I was always informed by phone when a crew was coming out and they always appeared as promised. Every worker on the project worked hard, knew their stuff, and they were friendly and courteous. The final bill came in exactly as quoted - no nickel and dime add-ons in spite of going the extra mile such as relocating my crawl space shutoff valve to where it could be quickly accessed in an emergency. To get this level of service, without price gouging, during an area-wide plumbing crisis really impressed me.

We had a plumbing emergency at 2 am, and every single place we called sent us to a call center, and told us that we would have to wait until the morning for someone to come out even though our basement was flooding. When I finally called Jafco I got to speak to a real person and they were so helpful and said they could send someone out right now. Kylen was the one who came out to our house and right from the start he was super thorough and helped us get the issues sorted. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
