Aiswarya Iyer: We have lived in this apartment for over a year now and our experience has been nothing but awesome. Angel goes above and beyond with his duties! On rare occasions when we have had maintenance requests, the staff has been fast and efficient - issues have been addressed within 24-48 hours. The community is also overall very safe and well connected with bus stops down/right cross the street.

Em Gee: Angel from the leasing team has been fantastic to work with as we get settled into our new apt. He has been informative, responsive, transparent and friendly throughout the move-in process. Thank You Angel! As for the partment itself, very nice but not the most sound-proofed units. You can hear neighbors doors closing, foot-steps, music etc from time to time. We love the lay-out and location of our unit. All in all, great staff, nice building and neighorhood.

My maintenance requests were also addressed promptly.The management office, especially Chris and Angel were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They addressed any/all of my concerns very quickly. There are community events that are held often and are a lot of fun.The move out process here was also the easiest/smoothest I’ve experienced, in all of the apartments I’ve lived in. There were no unexpected fees in the move out document and I was able to complete my move out quickly

Jing G: Update - I just moved out of Marlowe after 2 years. What makes Marlowe an great place to live is the staff. Chris and Angel have been super helpful with the move out process and went above and beyond to make sure everything go smoothly. Thank you for your help!I've been a resident of Marlowe for almost two years now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The units and amenities are top-notch, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is great and safe. However, it's important to note that if you are sensitive to noise, Marlowe may not be the best choice unless you can secure a unit on the 7th floor. Unfortunately, if you have an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor who likes to engage in all kind of activities during quiet hour like heavy stomping, moving furniture around, or doing laundry, you will hear every bit of it. While the leasing office has made efforts to address this issue and communicate with the neighbor, it seems that the problem persists without much resolution. Marlowe is still a great place to live, just be mindful of the potential noise concerns if you prioritize a quiet living environment.
Ari Sperber: As someone who moved apartments due to poor/rude management, Marlowe has exceeded every expectation I could’ve had. The apartments are fantastic, but more importantly, the staff is incredible. They are always willing to help, very friendly, and do a great job of making you feel welcomed. A special shout out to Chris for making the process from application to move-in seamless and being flexible along the way whenever I encountered a hiccup.

One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was because of its spaciousness and ample natural light, which has made it a truly enjoyable living space. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with convenient access to various popular hangout spots and grocery stores. The community at Marlowe also organized enjoyable events, including both fun and health-related activities, which I will miss.The management team at Marlowe has consistently been supportive and responsive to any inquiries or requests I had. They have always addressed my concerns promptly, and their efficiency has been commendable. Furthermore, the maintenance staff has been extremely helpful in addressing any apartment-related issues, promptly checking and resolving them within a day or so.I wholeheartedly recommend Marlowe to anyone in search of a spacious apartment with modern amenities.

Levi Wheeler: I stayed there for 2.5 months in a furnished rental through blue ground and I didn't have any issues with my place. The apartment itself was super nice and modern, the gym was always clean and pretty well equipped, and the onsite management is wonderful. Ty was super helpful when I was moving in and was always incredibly friendly even if it was just saying hello. It's expensive to live there which is why I didn't sign a lease there, but if you want to stay in a modern, clean, and safe place then I wholeheartedly recommend the Marlowe.

Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!
kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!
Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

The building engineer is very professional and service requests were handled immediately. I cannot recommend this building enough - nice apartment, amazing management and great location!

All amenities will look less pleasing if it take days to get things fixed/resolved at your place. Rochelle is an amazing community manager and keeps things fun and safe in the building. Cesar, leasing consultant will always have a beautiful smile every time you enter/exit the building and will gladly assist you with everything he can. Reynaldo is super quick when it comes to fixing things around the building and taking care of your work orders.Overall, a great place to stay with top-notch management team.

Alina Hallaq: Really enjoyed my stay at McKanzie apartment complex. Everything starting with architecture, interior and overall atmosphere is top-notch! And of course iconic Seattle view to Olympic Peninsula and Space Needle - truly breathtaking! Wonderful concierge guest service and specifically I would like to highlight Concierge Manager Irina. Excellent customer service, always ready to help, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Irina is high-level professional. She is always going above and beyond in her work - and you can tell how much she cares! Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with reservations, or addressing any concerns, Irina’s proactive approach made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend McKenzie Apartments.
Lindsey Martinson: I really enjoy staying here. The common areas are beautiful and spacious. In the mornings I often go up to the top floor, grab coffee, get some work done, and take in the views even before my workday starts. The management of the building is truly exceptional. They communicate about everything and provide top-notch service. I needed tools to put together furniture, and they had some to borrow. They also have events each month, which I really appreciate because they allow people to casually mingle. Last month there was a Mother's Day card-making event with the most gorgeous charcuterie boards and mimosas. It was a good time and an easy way to get to know some new people. I really appreciated Reese, who hosted the event. We got to talking and he was able to introduce me to some new things to do throughout Seattle and just generally feel welcome.
Kenneth Maurice Martinson: I’m posting this review after my first month living at McKenzie Apartments, and I must say, I'm as in awe of this place now as I was on day one. The biggest reason is the consistent, exceptional service—it's unmatched in apartment living and feels more akin to a luxury hotel, complete with 24-hour service, spas, gym, etc. Two staff members, Reese and Herman, have consistently gone out of their way to make me feel truly welcome and at home. Whether it's help with logistics, entertainment, or anything in between, they have exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the staff and the apartment living experience here.

Gerard Gaimari: I hesitate to say this is an apartment because it truly does feel like a home. I've been here for 6 months and undoubtedly plan on staying! Nothing is perfect but everything has been fantastic and exceeded my expectations... the residences, the amenities, the events, and above all the people. Everyone from the maintenance team to the lifestyle coordinator to the leasing team and of course the concierges! Stan Pro: We moved to McKenzie Apartments last summer and absolutely love it here! The amenities are fantastic, and they host some really cool events that we enjoy. I could not have pulled the event off without the help of concierge, Reese!! Huge shoutout to him for going above and beyond the call of duty!! He made sure the room was ready and worked diligently with us on the sound system so we could play our own music. He checked in frequently throughout the party to make sure everything was going as planned. Additionally, he helped us disassemble, get things to our cars and wind things down.On another note, Reese has taken over the event planning for the building and the events have gone from zero to 60 in terms of something to everyone!! Jasmin Ponce: I would like to point out that in my experience, office staff has been very responsive, accessible and understanding. However, hallways are always "stuffy" a bit smelly due to lack of airflow, especially in lower levels. Entrances to buildings often smell like dog pee and if your balcony is near one of those, for sure you'll catch a whiff of that. The apartments are old, the cabinets have so many layers of paint that the doors no longer stay closed. My sink faucet is working but the water pressure makes it very difficult to open it, it may seem like an exaggeration but it is ridiculous the amount of force required to open the faucet. While the bathroom fans work, they are loud as helicopters and you will hear your neighbor's fan loud and clear. Oh, and there's also the package thief guy... Other than that, neighbors are nice, respectful, everyone seem to keep to themselves and seem reasonable for the most part. I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, I've been in way worse places that make this place not so bad... which is sad.

Every maintenance request I've submitted has been resolved within a day. Amenities are as advertised. The building is clean and grounds are clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly.
Jordan W: .3. Units. These are some of the most spacious units I could find in Seattle. They have so much natural lighting and some of the biggest balconies I've ever seen. Such a beautiful view from them as well. The fireplace is a great touch for the winter season.4. Overlook Staff. I can't remember the last time I lived in a place where it felt like the management staff truly cared about their tenants. More specifically I've worked with Ana and Claire and they're so friendly and even remember the name of our dog!Cons: These aren't cons to me, but I know others may feel differently.1. Parking. Parking in the complex is paid but less expensive than other places I've paid for. There is street parking but it can be a pain sometimes especially later in the evening to find a spot close to your building.2. The units, may not be as updated and modern as some would like. I find them to be quaint, and cozy.3. There are times when we can hear the people above or below us walking around. We also live by stairs and can hear people going up and down them as well. More often than not, it is not an issue. But if you're sensitive to those kinds of things I'd advise looking at a unit not by the stairs.Overall I highly recommend living here. My roommate and I will be here until they kick us out :

We were in the K building and didn’t have any issues with pests or package theft at the time. Parking is priced reasonably, you can hear trains and the Ballard bridge, and the units all are reasonably priced. Magnolia is pretty car centric but the 24, 33, and 31 busses are relatively reliable if you can tolerate the hills lol
N D: First of all, we are newcomers to Seattle and United States. We came here last year in April. I spent may be 3 or 4 night time calls from so far and there was a significant time difference in time zones. And I received so warm attitude and understanding of our movement and changes in life. The team of Overlook at Magnolia supported from initial steps and named us as "super heroes". They helped a lot from the application process. The application process went very smoothly. Exceptional attitude!!! If you are willing to find one of the best and quiet neighborhood in Seattle, it is Magnolia.

Ian and Ollie make an excellent team and have truly stood out, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for their residents. They actively work on fostering a strong sense of community.Maintenance requests are always promptly addressed, and the appliances are modern and reliable so my living experience has been hassle-free. Ongoing issues don’t get neglected for too long. For example, they’ve recently installed a security camera in the mail room. Location is very ideal and walkable. Best of all, the rooftop is a standout feature, offering views the sunset over the Olympics and a glimpse of the tip of Rainier on a clear day.Overall, Vive offers great value for those seeking a budget-friendly apartment with exceptional staff. Would highly recommend!

The property management company helped me with printing and faxing. There is coffee and snacks in the lobby all year round. The property staff are always responsive and the service is very good and perfect.

Rachel Seitz WA-Seattle: Moved into VIVE in October 2022 and already signed another lease. I toured 8 different properties in the Seattle area and basically the same layout and price point at all the properties. Quite a few properties had some amazing amenities that VIVE just does not offer at this time. I chose VIVE after meeting the Property Manager Nico. He was just so personable, his tour was great, he mentioned and showed me the activities that coordinates for the residents which seemed like a great time. I could tell he genuinely took pride in his community, which is so clean and it smells amazing, quiet and well cared for. The maintenance supervisor, Ollie is so efficient and takes care of any concerns immediately. I am always seeing Nico and Ollie cleaning the floors and different area as well as straightening up to make sure our property looks great! The community itself is so low-key and friendly and very pet friendly. Nico is so easy to talk to and never makes me feel like I'm burdening him with whatever questions or concerns I may have. I signed a new lease for another year at VIVE, mostly because I don't think another community can match the staff here. I do wish they offered amenities, but Nico and Ollie make up for that missing piece.

Rachel D Seitz: I've lived at Vive in Ballard since October 2022. I love living here; so much when a new larger unit opened I re-signed. The staff, Ian and Oliver are fantastic. Vive is locating within walking distance of so many things in Ballard. The Farmers Market every Sunday and delicious restaurants, shops and groceries. It runs on the bus line so I know many residents that have given up their cars.There are activities via online and in person, a nice lobby where you can host a movie night, play pool or just hang out. The property is well kept, clean and secure.

Henry Cabrera: I've been at 206 Bell for about three months now and I have no complaints. The management staff is super responsive, professional, and they always have fun events for the residents. The building is kept clean and the elevators are never out of service. I also love the location, but there are people who are sensitive to having homelessness in their neighborhood, so if this is you, tour the neighborhood beforehand. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the waterfront is about a six minute walk.
Chuchi Her: Garbage disposal needs to be taken care of more regularly. The trash shoot is always backed up. Wish gym was bigger. Other than that, it’s a great place. Glad there’s security now.

I found 206 Bell online and from the first call, it was a fantastic experience. Cori was responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. She conducted a video tour of the apartment with me prior to move in and she assured me everything would be ready for my arrival, and it was. Cori and the maintenance team even ensured that my many packages were delivered safely and securely put into my apartment until I was in market. While I am still getting familiar with my new home and community, I can honestly say, it could not have gone any smoother! Thank you, to the entire staff for being so accommodating!

We decided on Memorial Day weekend for my move in and the few things I requested from them were completed to my satisfaction by Thursday. They recently changed ownership as of March 2023 and since then the new management has done wonders creating resident events, improving security, and actually caring about the community and its residents. This is a huge improvement over the last management company and I can’t wait to see how their changes will continue to improve 206 bell.
Charles Poole III: 206 Bell has been a great place to live at. The staff are all very friendly and kind and are always willing to work with you on anything that may occur. The leasing office staff does frequent community events which I think is amazing. I relocated over 3,000 miles for work and the staff here helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. I appreciate all there hard work and the support and education to the building and residents. The unit I am at is very nice with hardwood floors, big windows with lots of natural lights, in unit washer and dryer, and stainless steal appliances.I also like there there are lots to do in the area with shopping, restaurants, night life, and work. Everything you needs is in walking distance but if you need to take public transportation there is lots of options on either side of the budling to use.Special shout out to Justine, Marisela, and Jose!

The laundry room is convenient with 4 washers and 4 dryers so laundry is not a time suck.The management and maintenance are the best. Strong communication and friendly. They schedule community events and make you feel truly at home.The location speaks for itself. I love being in the heart of Fremont.

I started out in a one bedroom, and when I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom the process was super easy and straightforward. The whole building is immaculately clean and well kept. The views are gorgeous from everywhere. I have always felt safe, especially with the multiple doors and security desk. And honestly, the best part of all is the people. The manager and head of maintenance are genuinely kind and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They're incredibly responsive to all my maintenance requests, and they always check in to make sure things are still going well. They have also organized several rooftop barbecues. My neighbors and I absolutely love them and always look forward to them. Everyone gets treated like a VIP here! If you're looking for a home that feels like home in every way, this is the place! 🙂
Stacee: I have been living at St James Tower for more than a year now.Marcus and Edgar are the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet in an apartment management office.The building is located in a great location, right close to the Burke Gilman trail and all the fun stuff in Fremont. The view from the rooftop and some apartments are unbeatable.Only 4 stars because I honestly think the management company could invest some more work on the 24-hour maintenance line. Our elevator was down a few times during the weekend and we called that line but they didn’t fix it 🤷♀️ When Marcus was back on Monday, he got it taken care of right away. But then what’s the point of the 24h maintenance line if that line doesn’t deal with urgency?There was another time when water was cut in our building on a Saturday morning, I called the 24h maintenance line again and the lady who answered the phone snapped at me and said too many people have called about that same problem so I should just wait. That answer was ridiculous on so many levels 🤷♀️

Evan Ziebell: St. James Tower was my first "home away from home" when I moved to Seattle four years ago. I could not have made a better choice for my first apartment. The building is positioned in a walkable location in Fremont. The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of Mount Rainier and Lake Union. The sense of camaraderie among the residents and staff provided an unmatched experience for me. Adrienne, the Community Director, is quick to assist residents and resolve any issues. Edgar, the maintenance Service Manager, is extremely skilled and professional at every encounter. I recommend this community to everyone I meet. While it's true that Seattle is a difficult city to meet new people, St. James was the place I made lifelong friendships and memories that I will cherish forever.

Public transportation is right outside the door.The building is ALWAYS kept clean by Delores. She makes it smell so good everywhere. She is also a lovely person who always says hello and asks how we are doing.Ryan, the maintenance person, is always available to fix whatever problem we have. He is knowledgeable and very friendly.Johnny, the manager, has been so amazing to us!! Johnny is the type of manager that makes us feel like he cares. We have seen upgrades to security since he has become the manager. This area is relatively safe but we do live in a city and the entry doors need to be secure. We have definitely seen how the important things are always handled in a very timely fashion. He is easy to get ahold of and is always communicative. We know we can rely on him if we ever need him. That is hard to come by in this day and age.The views at this location are beyond compare. We will often go to the rooftop to see the sunset and the beautiful water. There is an unobstructed view of both. It is AMAZING!!On top of that, we never hear our neighbors!! Yes, I said that. Unbelievable living in this area but it's true.Overall, it's a top notch place to live and you won't regret moving here.

Elise Boos: I just moved in on the first of October and I'm already blown away! I wanted to live here because of the good reviews and they did not lie! The team here is amazing! Josh handled most of the logistics of my move and he was super responsive and even sent me a video of potential units since I was on the east coast and couldn't tour. David the in-house maintenance man is super friendly and gave my cat a toy after she had a freak out. The unit itself is very nice and super spacious for a studio - it has everything I need and more. The views from the rooftop are also stellar. My only complaint would be the price of parking, it is underground and secure so in my opinion it is worth it, but being from the east coast I'm not used to paying monthly for parking. Definitely would recommend this place!

Beril Ozay: apartments and the maintenance guy Victor was super quick to address issues and also very very nice. We had 4 different property managers in the office in the 9 months we were there. 3 of the 4 were good but the current one is worthless. The area is kinda tucked away but still very close to capital hill. It's walking distance to a couple restaurants and a small park. There were a lot of break ins to cars on the street but we generally didn't have any issues in the building with shady people or anything. I had a couple packages get stolen from the lobby BUT most packages were delivered to lockers so it wasn't an issue if the delivery people did their job. They did increase my rent significantly but the price was on par with similar apartments in the area. I would live there again and would recommend it to others.
Carly Meier: Mindblown by the level of hospitality shown by these apartments! I feel like I live at a hotel with the above and beyond attitude that Brandon continues to display every time we interact. I’ve never felt more welcome. Any questions I’ve had, any concerns, have been handled better than I could have ever imagined. Recommending this apartment complex is an understatement! So glad I made the choice to live here. Josh: I love living at Metroline Flats! The building is always clean and surrounding areas feel safe. My neighbors are very respectful and friendly, and I have nothing but positive things to say about building management. Brandon is always polite, prompt, and through. The only knock that I can think of is the higher rent prices, but that's to be expected for a quality apartment in First Hill.

After you’ve taken the tour of your new apartment the real surprise awaits…Ride the elevator up to the roof and you’ll be awe stricken at the truly magnificent million dollar view of the iconic Space Needle and Seattle skyline. The expansive roof deck offers lounge seating, a gas fire pit and even a fenced in astroturf "dog friendly" area for pets to do their business. As far as location goes…The building couldn’t be nestled in a better part of the city. Lower Queen Anne is truly a hidden gem among the vast city of Seattle. Within walking distance you have a convenient grocery store, always fun karaoke / DJ bar, movie theatre, sushi, and a CVS pharmacy. Zella truly is the place to be in Seattle.

Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. I felt like seeing an angel after a long exhausting trip.Also other people in the team, Sara, Michaela are also really nice. The concierge people Hong, Scott, Denisse are also really nice.

Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

Paul Anthony: Arriving at Auru here in Seattle, WA after driving cross country from TN, we were greeted with numerous warm welcomes from both staff and residents. The entire facility is thoughtfully laid out with convenience and style affording an entire roof top of pet area, personal gardening spaces and included BBQ grills. Security is well handled with fob entry to all outside entrances including the parking roll-up door. All apartment appliances, plumbing, outlets etc are modern and working at top notch. City views and roll out windows complete the cozy atmosphere. Located nearby are no less than 5 top notch restaurants, a convenience store, Pep Boys, Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s. Love it!
Michael Beebe: This a great place to live and so near amenities in downtown West Seattle. The nightime noise around us is problematic at night but we have adjusted to it. After almost three years we have come to know many of our residents neighbors and that makes it an even more pleasant place to live. Being so close to everything we need like food and dentist is a real plus for us.

DeWitt Donaldson: Great community and even better staff Kyle, Deven, patty and Andria are always smiling and welcoming in the office and are great at figuring out and solving issues involving maintenance. That being said I could not pick a better place to call home
Liza V: Our move in to Helm was the smoothest I have ever had. Kiley and her team were so supportive and accommodating during the move-in process, they were always available to answer even the most basic questions and have truly made their best effort to make us feel like home on day 1. The apartments themselves are very comfortable, spacious, with lots of light, great modern appliances and beautiful design. Super grateful to the wonderful staff at Helm and excited to be living here!
Eric Lefor: Solid management. Nice community. The employees at Helm go above and beyond for the tenants. The amenities are great, and the views are amazing.
Tim Metcalf: so the finishes and appliances are all new and high quality.- The sound isolation between apartments is unbelievable, my neighbours had 10-20 people for a party a couple of times and with my bedroom on the other side of the wall it was only a faint noise and easy to sleep though.- There’s power outlets absolutely everywhere which comes in handy.- The apartments all have big floor to ceiling windows which really take advantage of the open views with no large buildings close by.- The best side of the building to be on is the north side with uninterrupted views of Lake union.- I’m on floor 12 on the west side of the building and would consider this the second best side to be on with a view of the olympic mountains

Rae Du: My husband and I moved into Helm three months ago. We really enjoyed the beautiful lake view from our living room, and the view of Space Needle from our bedroom. I think the apartment unit was nicely built with a modern design and thick walls since I have never heard any noise coming from my neighbors. More importantly, Helm team esp. our building manager Eli was super friendly. He helped us book our apartment through a virtual meeting, and also reserved elevator for us to make sure we had a smooth move-in experience. The Helm team also prepared a white elephant gift during Christmas for all the residents in the building, and they always go above and beyond. We felt so lucky Helm is our first home in Seattle.
