Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!
kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!
Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

We like it here. The location and walkability are major factors why we live at the Stratus. However, the main reason we live here is the Stratus itself. It is safe, clean, well maintained and well managed. The staff is excellent. Terri and Larissa handle the front desk in a friendly, efficient manner. Leasing professionals Danni, along with Kristie, did a wonderful job showing us perspective units and ultimately getting us settled-in. Maintenance requests are professionally, quickly and efficiently handled by Sebastian along with Jerry and Jimmy. The Property Manager Geoff has been here longer than we have and does an outstanding job of keeping the Stratus running smoothly. Whenever there is a personal or building emergency, Geoff solves the problem. The Stratus is a beautiful building that provides many tenant activities. Ask about the community garden, cookouts, pizza nights, wine nights and the holiday party just to name a few.Three useful items:Need a mover? Speak to Leland of Washington Movers. Washington Movers provides excellent service at an affordable price.Need custom paint work? Speak to JR of Maxin Remodeling. Again, excellent workmanship at an affordable price.Need Internet? All shared areas are always clean & spotless, never any issues with mail, and even if there are issues with Maintenance they are usually there that same day to fix it.10/10 Recommend!

The Daring Mormons: The staff has been so helpful -- specifically Aimee -- she was in contact with me the whole first week of me moving in to make sure that everything was going smoothly and was there to answer any questions I might have. She helped with the parking permit, making sure I got the unit I wanted and letting me know where to get good food in the neighborhood. I've had bad experiences in the past with managers/leasing agents not caring so it's nice to be somewhere where they genuinely do!There are bad reviews associated with this place but now that I'm here I know that those things are not accurate. People say the walls are thin... that's just apartment life for ya. People were saying it looks sketchy in the hallways... not at all! The neighborhood and building are full of people just trying to live their life!
Stacy Howard: We moved from Texas. Though apartments are small, we were prepared except the apartment smelled of smokers which 2 weeks later still smells. We got approved to transfer unit which was great. I have nothing but great praise for Aimee, our leasing agent. She was very communicative and super nice, we probably drove her nuts with all the calls and texts and she stayed nice and helpful. You have a winner in her!!

Justin Lee: .Aimee has been tremendously patient through all of my meticulous questions and concerns multiple times a day on different days. I was completely surprised at the timing of her responses and all the resources she had provided even outside of the rental criteria. She knew I was moving from another state and took the initiative to share information about applying for a WA drivers license, getting a parking permit and the number to Apartment Locators, which I didn't even know existed.From the first phone call to every email and text she showed no signs of discontentment which is so important not only for herself, but for an applicant who is unfamiliar of some of the politics or culture in a different state while blindly moving and needs to be out of their place in less than a month.Overall, it is so important to have a good experience with the leasing agents because that is the first impression and they are the liaison of that community whom the residents may have to interact with on the daily. We all need to respect one another and coexist in the same building at the end of the day. It's like that roomie that's never home, but you know they are around so you still have to "deal" with them. 🙄😅

Shahad Barem: Great location, only 10 minutes from downtown. The apartment has a spectacular view of the mountain and the city, "enjoyed 4th of July and the fire work from my window." Friendly and helpful staff. Universally designed building meaning people with all abilities and disabilities can use it easily: step-less entrance, wide doors, reachable faucets, wooden floor ...etc. AND IT IS PET FRIENDLY!!!

Andrew Schimming: I've been here now for more than 5 years. It's convenient to my work, great internet lets me work from home with no issues, and transit is close by. The apartment itself is well-appointed and the appliances in great shape. The leasing staff is great, providing timely updates and notifications to the community. Maintenance team is awesome - Kyle and Mike especially provide great service. The neighborhood has a lot going on, but like all urban areas these days ymmv.
Sindu: I have living over here little over an year. My experience has been great. The staff has changed a bit over last year. Although downtown is known for people’s car getting broken into, mine did few months ago from the secure garage, nothing anyone can do so didn’t want to leave off one star because of the location.Coming to the building itself, it’s modern and the apartments are well made. The sound proofing in these apartments are so good, if I close my doors and windows, I really can’t hear any noise.The build is quite secure, you have to use your fob at every entry point and in elevator as well. The current staff, Johnny Le and Andrue Cashman are great. They are very friendly, and host a good number of apartment events. They are also very helpful when you need something. I highly recommend these apartments.Update: I recently had a first service request and Byron who is a part of maintenance team came over and helped me out real quick.Update Feb 2024 - Requested for a service request, Mike helped me schedule and Kyle came over and helped me with everything, he was great. Shout out to a great maintenance team.

Danxuan Zhao: My living experience is very good here in Viktoria. There stuff are very helpful. Today Robort even helped with my car issue. He is always very nice to us and my dogs bring treats everywhere. My dogs like him very much.

James helped make my recent transfer to another unit super simple.Robert from the maintenance team does an excellent job with service requests. He's been very quick and thorough in addressing a couple of issues I've had recently.I also really appreciate their package system here. I've never had issues with getting my packages even though they receive a lot of them each day. A big shout-out to Justin from concierge for labeling them.

The other day, we noticed that the water was dripping slightly from the faucet, so we submitted a service request. Within an hour, Robert called us and said he could come and fix the problem right away. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled the request, and I'm very grateful to Robert for the quality of his work.

Haobo Zhang: Nice apartment to stay! With excellent view and amenities like a hot tub, the living experience is really worth the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff Alem helps us a lot.
Alina Hallaq: Really enjoyed my stay at McKanzie apartment complex. Everything starting with architecture, interior and overall atmosphere is top-notch! And of course iconic Seattle view to Olympic Peninsula and Space Needle - truly breathtaking! Wonderful concierge guest service and specifically I would like to highlight Concierge Manager Irina. Excellent customer service, always ready to help, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Irina is high-level professional. She is always going above and beyond in her work - and you can tell how much she cares! Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with reservations, or addressing any concerns, Irina’s proactive approach made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend McKenzie Apartments.
Lindsey Martinson: I really enjoy staying here. The common areas are beautiful and spacious. In the mornings I often go up to the top floor, grab coffee, get some work done, and take in the views even before my workday starts. The management of the building is truly exceptional. They communicate about everything and provide top-notch service. I needed tools to put together furniture, and they had some to borrow. They also have events each month, which I really appreciate because they allow people to casually mingle. Last month there was a Mother's Day card-making event with the most gorgeous charcuterie boards and mimosas. It was a good time and an easy way to get to know some new people. I really appreciated Reese, who hosted the event. We got to talking and he was able to introduce me to some new things to do throughout Seattle and just generally feel welcome.
Kenneth Maurice Martinson: I’m posting this review after my first month living at McKenzie Apartments, and I must say, I'm as in awe of this place now as I was on day one. The biggest reason is the consistent, exceptional service—it's unmatched in apartment living and feels more akin to a luxury hotel, complete with 24-hour service, spas, gym, etc. Two staff members, Reese and Herman, have consistently gone out of their way to make me feel truly welcome and at home. Whether it's help with logistics, entertainment, or anything in between, they have exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the staff and the apartment living experience here.

Nothing is perfect but everything has been fantastic and exceeded my expectations... the residences, the amenities, the events, and above all the people. I could not have pulled the event off without the help of concierge, Reese!! Huge shoutout to him for going above and beyond the call of duty!! He made sure the room was ready and worked diligently with us on the sound system so we could play our own music. He checked in frequently throughout the party to make sure everything was going as planned. Management does great job keeping the community informed of updates, which I love. I would like to give a big thanks to Talaia who helped us find our unit. Talaia kept in touch with us all the way and showed us everything we needed to know and has been helpful getting us acclimated here.

After coming from properties that provided little to no communication, it was relieving to come to Helios and find such an efficient system for applying, and signing our lease. Talaia has been super helpful and was very kind during the tour. The units are extremely nice, finishes are on par or superior to other 'luxury' buildings in the area. The area that the building is in is not as bad as it is made out to be, for the most part, unhoused people are living their day to day lives, and have no care to harm others.Hope my experience continues to stay so positive!

The emergency maintenance worker was wonderful to work with even though he had to show up at 11PM on a Friday to help. Jorge and Ivy were great at letting us know what to expect and quickly getting our washer/dryer swapped out for us. They kept us updated the whole time and made sure we we're all set before closing our maintenance request. Communicative management makes living here easy.

Deanna DiUlio: I moved to Verse about 5 months ago. As other reviewers have stated the value is unmatched. The building is well done so that noise from other neighbors is minimal, sometimes I forget that I have upstairs neighbors! All of the residents have been friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to most stores you need. The gym is fantastic, well equipped and maintained. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Special shout out to Ivy who brought my package into my apartment for me, when I was out of town and worried about it. She really went above and beyond. Also, to Jorge who is the best maintenance man anyone could hope for. He always responds to maintenance requests quickly and tells you when to expect the work to be completed by, if it’s not a quick fix. He always stops to say hello and chat with the residents to make sure they are doing well. I am so glad that I found this community!

racerxion88: I have just moved into Verse however, I feel a review is warranted for the quality of service, the price, and location of this community. This place is amazing! The gym is great, the community room is beautiful, and the parking is reasonably priced. Some parking spots can be a little tight however, there are more then enough as finding parking at night during the week or other times when everyone is home in the community is not a problem at all.My unit is super spacious with tons of luxury features from beautiful flooring to GORGEOUS white counter tops. I do have carpet in the bedrooms but it is very nice and none of the cheap stuff you sometimes see in some post reno units at other places. My neighbors have been welcoming and my overall experience has been lovely. The prices are unbelievable for the features and amenities and I don't know if we just got a stellar deal but this price was wonderful and warrants at least a look at this community if whoever reads this happens to be looking.Lastly the staff are amazing here! There were issues along the way such as a power outage the day before my move in and the system having slight hiccups but it was nothing Amanda and team couldn't handle. Jorge *I call the friendly maintenance person* has been friendly, nice, and helpful. Amanda and Jorge both have gone above and beyond and I must say this place is a true gem in central district! RENT HERE!!!!! 5/5, 10 stars, there is even an amazon fresh right across the street and great dining options close by so this place ticks all the boxes. OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY!

Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. K G: My husband and I moved into Kiara about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

Shreyas Tiwari: Just moved to Cirrus, and Jacob made it really easy to transition. He is very helpful and available to assist with any questions.The Building is at great location, and has cafes, whole foods, transportation etc nearby. The only feedback, I think is trash discarding could be a bit more user friendly.
Kelly Moore: Dealing with the Cirrus Leasing Staff, especially Kilee Cecil was a very positive experience. I needed to move quickly from NY to Seattle and had limited time in Seattle to source an apartment. Kilee and the Cirrus leasing folks made things very easy for me for the entire process. I was not able to view the apartment prior to leasing it, so I was provided with accurate videos of the unit, and that made the difference. On my acceptance day, Kilee walked me through the unit, and it was exactly what was portrayed when I leased it sight unseen. The unit was well prepared and freshly renewed in all aspects from the prior occupants. I cannot say anything bad about my experience with Cirrus and would highly recommend the Winsor brand of accommodations to anyone moving to the Seattle area.

The management has focused on climate change, wildlife protection and provided pet services. I have actually expressed environmental salvage and my interest for my kitten. So my praise for the staff isn’t just a courtesy. In fact the staff take the lifestyle and its healthiness as a big concern. I took a star off because of the general cleanliness. The package locker room is stuffy. The area of recycle and compost and also where the loading dock is located are very putrid and pest buzzing. On the other hand, in the nearby public streets are with frequent dog wastes and vomits. It is the city’s duty for embracing the community so it is understandable that public space is not ruled by Cirrus but I still hope the property can do something about the surrounding environment.This is a followup of the review which was made in 2021. Since then, I have found an improvement in the integrity of the management team. As I have continued to renew my leasing contract for some years, I consider my satisfaction as a result of the belongingness in Cirrus. With new team members, I hope the standard and quality continue to thrive for Cirrus.I still took another star off because of an incident from last year. We didn’t have water on December 22 and 23. Coming near to the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests staying and visiting, and going to parties were expected. I still wonder if the inspection or process was necessary when no one found a problem with the cold/hot water supply. The arrangement was unwise.

Living in this building I’ve had a wonderful time. The concierge has been nothing short of extremely helpful and gone above and beyond his position, maintenance is always considerate of what time works for my schedule and Sarah has been an amazing manager. Mitch gave me a wonderful tour of the building and I can’t stress how nice it is to live in the area! It is far enough away from the tourists that it doesn’t feel so congested but it’s in just a comfortable enough area to be able to walk to local bars and restaurants! Thank you.

K R: I made a new years resolution to start leaving more reviews recognizing great experiences that I've had. God knows I've destroyed enough restaurants on yelp. My mom has lived in this building for years and while its always been a comfortable and safe place for her to live, there had been some communication issues with the front office. The addition of Mary as the building manager has solved all of these problems. She is amazing and has effectively and efficiently resolved several small issues that we've had the last few months. I live out of state and appreciate having someone responsive to help with situations involving my elderly mom.
F R: Leva on market manages to combine open airy modern space with a sense of home. Everyone is friendly. My last apartment had hot hallways, strange smells and a broken elevator ALL THE TIME. Now we have no complaints and if a minor inconvenience arises the staff are so receptive and efficient. Come for the courtyard, stay for the neighbors

Ann Carter: I’ve lived at the Lyric for about 7 years, and I still love it. The location is so convenient to the LINK, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Laly. The Lyric and its residents are very lucky to have her. The maintenance staff are also top-notch. Great job!

The leasing staff are so friendly, the building is incredible, and the spaces are well maintained.Of particular note are the Wednesday cafes. The leasing office organizes free food and a social event every week.I could not recommend this community enough. The location is stellar, close to two grocery stores, the light rail, and so many good restaurants. Just take a walk around nearby and you will see what I am talking about.
Ali: . Gym is solid with plenty of cardio machines, some dumbbells and machines. Rooftop is spacious and well kept, sky lounge is solid and often free too. They’re doing a renovation of the lounge and keep the building modern. Lots of apartment socials too. Close to broadway street and everything Capitol Hill, including the light rail.Cons: dishwasher is a little small. Safety of the surrounding areas can be questionable since it’s so close to Public transit and the city.

Not only this but the weekly events are so well done. I have met so many of my neighbors through the weekly events, it makes the atmosphere at the lyric feel like home. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I have an issue, which is not often, they always are quick to respond with creative solutions. The maintenance service is equally as quick and very professional. Over all it’s a 10/10 for me. Love this building and hope to never leave

But I had a great experience with Josh so definitely wanted to share.

Josh made the re-sign, and lease transfer process so easy and was beyond helpful with my onslaught of questions. While moving out of my old unit, Junior from maintenance was assigned my inspection and was super transparent about what things would need to be done and what I should be expecting for final fees and such. He was also super super informative with tips and tricks for easier moving within the building. Cheers Radius!

He ordered a replacement microwave and was able to have it delivered and installed in three days. The new luxer lockers they implemented have also been a plus!The location is the best! As Chipotle and portage bay are directly downstairs, LA Fitness is down the street, Whole foods, QFC, and Safeway are all within walking distance, and lastly so many restaurants and fun bars to explore! Honorably mention to the year-round farmer's market that is a step away from your front door.

Izzy a Leasing Consultant is always quick to respond and provided excellent customer service regarding a family emergency I had, making the situation much more tolerable. I'm impressed with the teams willingness to help out and accommodate me during that time.Spencer from the maintenence team was incredible fixing the maintenence issues i had with my apartment. I submitted a work order for three small issues I had in my unit. Spencer came out the next day and had the issues fixed before I returned home from work. I came home to the work completed and note detailing the work that was done. I was impressed with the friendly customer service and the urgency placed on my ticket, regardless of the urgency.This is a great place to live, and the views from the roof are incredible!
B S.: , out to the bars. There is almost always someone out in the Junction, even through the residential area. Still be aware of your surroundings though, obvi. There's even a dog wash downstairs of the apartment that I loved!Spencer is quick with maintenance repairs and works hard to get things fixed, too.A few things worth mentioning:Parking is expensive but worth it in my opinion. Spots are super tight, and you will most likely get frustrated. I was lucky enough to snag an ADA spot with a valid placard.I would suggest reading through the fine print and every single line, acknowledging the charges that will occur monthly. There was an apparent "discrepancy" regarding the Fetch system they are required to charge you for - whether you use it or not. You will pay for common area electricity and such too.The elevators constantly smelled like dog urine through out the day. I know the floors are mopped in the morning... but a lot of dogs live here
Jamie C: to get a reasonable rate. Now similar apartments in the same building are ~500$+ a month more. So close to Alki, close to downtown and the water taxi. If the weather was like spring and summer all year here, I would have stayed, but the winters are miserable.Pros: Overall the main pro here is the location. Even with the bridge closed I could walk to a dr, massage, nail appointment, multiple grocers, grab food, coffee, etc. You will hardly ever need to drive.Less crime than other Seattle areas we’ve lived. Even with street parking our cars were never broken into or keyed.The build is high quality. Hardly had issues with garbage disposal, toilet, or anything in the house compared to other places I’ve lived. The only issue was our living room heater which did not seem adequate for the space it was supposed to heat, or the windows were the issue. Never quite figured that out.Cons: the parking lot has EXTREMELY TIGHT SPACES. So tight each time you park if you have any spot other than on an end cap where you drive straight in, you will need to take a 2-5 point turn to park. We have a compact car and were just skinny enough to fit with enough room to exit. A ton of people have trucks
Legend: When I first moved here, the management was constantly changing and there wasn't much stability, however two years later, Axel and Izzy are doing a great job! They are both friendly and professional, and get the job done. Furthermore, maintenance has been swift and work around your schedule. Most of the neighbors are nice friendly people, and the overall building is nice. Location is walkable to a bunch of restaurants and shops in the Junction on California Ave. I like the gym, rooftop, grill, dog run, and coffee areas! Parking rates are a little high, but that's expected for this area, and has been safe so far. Highly recommend for anyone moving to Seattle/West Seattle!

He greeted me with a warm smile and a respectful nod, instantly making me feel at ease. It's rare to encounter someone who combines such kindness with efficiency, but Jamen did just that. He listened attentively as I explained the problem, nodding understandingly and asking insightful questions that showed his deep knowledge and experience.What stood out to me was not just his ability to diagnose the issue quickly but also his skill in explaining the problem in terms I could easily understand. CJ H: My stay in The Martin has been nothing short of amazing! I love the office staff and they were one of the biggest reasons i moved into the building sight unseen. I was greeted with a smile and never really had any issues. I wish the gym was a little bigger but the location is perfect. I saw a review that was talking about the crime, but what do you expect in a metropolitan area?? Its not bad and I've never had problems walking out after dark. It's a quick walk to the attractions downtown plus i live two blocks away from work. I've enjoyed my time so far and it's a little hidden jewel downtown. Also Casey has been the best! I love them all but Casey has been there since i arrived. Promote this lady. She needs her own office!
Taci Chin-Robinson: . Any question about the residence and every maintenance request we’ve ever made have been handled swiftly and with care from the great team here.The atmosphere is super cozy. The people you encounter in the building are just genuinely friendly. We’ve made some awesome friends while we’ve lived here thanks to the community events. The building is also super pet friendly. You won’t go long without seeing a dog or puppy going on a walk, or even a properly transported cat, to brighten up your day.Being downtown has some great perks. The building’s location is perfect for taking the bus, light rail, or even a walk to Pike Market. You also get some great cityscape views. We’ve had some awesome times on New Year’s Eve and the 4th of July watching the fireworks.One last thing I’d like to praise is the layout of our unit. Being in a taller building, the intentional avoidance of awkward support pillars that create dead space was one of the major reasons we moved into the building years ago. We didn’t know we’d have such an awesome time living here and I’m so glad we made the decision to call the Martin our home.

This ensures I got the best value for my money. They have a good set of amenities with a small gym. This apartment is right in the middle of downtown, so it has easy access to most places in Seattle.Some notes about the management:I basically found this apartment online via the website in March 2022 and I was traveling, so I was half way around the world in a different country. The property manager Mae Garcia had been super helpful in providing me with the right information on time which helped me make my decision.As soon as I got here, I was greeted by Lauren who helped me with my move in procedures. I did not have to run back to them for anything as she was thorough with the information she provided and ensured I had everything I needed on Day-1A special thanks to Casey, who tracked down my packages even before I arrived and I was surprised to see them already in my apartment before I stepped into it for the first time. She also helped with the tons of luggage I walked in with and was really helpful with any requests for my entire stay at 'The Martin'. She always greeted me and all the other residents with warmth and kindness.The rest of 'The Martin' property staff Kilee, Jaimen and Vince have also been super helpful and kind when I needed some information or any kind of maintenance requests.Overall, I deeply enjoyed my stay here and would recommend staying at this apartment.

4 Dreams: Great building with an awesome management team. I have been a commercial tenant with them for a little over three months now and so far it has been a great experience! Sam, the property manager has been super helpful and made it so easy and joyful to run my business. Also, they have super friendly stuff at the front desk office and absolutely great maintenance crew! Special thanks to Alex, the maintenance manager, for all his help during the opening time!

Grace Wright WA-Seattle: I lived at Skye Belltown for a year and I really enjoyed my studio. I thought the price was fair for the amenities + apartment features. My studio had a great view. Staff was always responsive, packages were safe, and maintenance got back to me in a timely manner -- with easy communication through the app. My only con is the parking garage was stressful at times. It is public on the weekdays. The spots are REALLY close to each other. Very common for cars to get scratches on them. Also, I would get ticketed a few times since their tag is made out of paper and would fall off the dashboard occasionally. Other competitive parking garages for apartments pay about the same, yet you get way more.This con did not overshadow my overall experience. I highly recommend if you want a reliable, affordable place you can trust.

Not only did Tyler remember me, but he helped me to find a bell hop and made sure my girlfriend and I were squared away with what we needed. Jayson, who I also worked with in signing the lease, was very helpful, despite my move-in date being his last day before relocating himself.We did find the kitchen sink to be leaking after a couple uses, but luckily Bruce came to the rescue promptly and had it fixed within an hour from submitting the request! These things happen, but the team at Skye went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued resident from the get go. If you're looking for an apartment in the Seattle area, this one not only has great views of the city and the Space Needle, but has exceptional people running the show, too!EDIT: Wanted to also thank Susan, Bruce and Milton for coming up to help trouble an internet issue after a poor experience with the installer. Once again they went above and beyond. Five star service!

Eilis Jones: Just moved out of Skye Belltown after 2 years. It was a great experience. The maintenance team is top-notch. Any issue we had was addressed extremely quickly. The leasing office was also very good. Will miss the great rooftop views!

It doesn't just feel like another apartment, it truly feels like a home.The space is incredible, from the units themselves to the outdoor garden, but the greatest part of Skye is undoubtedly the people. I have never lived at a place where the team takes such pride in the space and has such care for the residents. A HUGE shoutout to Susan and the entire services and maintenance team and everyone in the leasing office. Skye is a community in every sense of the word and that is due in large part to the effort and care of the team.I am not surprised to see a lot of folks that have lived here for years and years, I've been here for 18 months and couldn't imagine wanting to be anywhere else.

Started off dealing with one of the leasing agents, Tyler, who was able to help me with finding a unit that would be suitable for me. Jayson was able to help navigate some issues on my side and was able to help finalize my lease and get me into a unit! This is a very difficult move for me, as I’m all the way across country in Atlanta making the move to Seattle, but everyone here has been nothing but friendly and very helpful!I’m looking forward to moving into my unit soon and seeing what else Skye at Belltown has to offer!Thanks to the whole team for making this move possible for me!

Matthew Lemaire: Ok, the maintenance team at Skye At Belltown is great. Any time I see them in the building they ask me if there’s anything I need help with. Well today I did need help with an outlet in my apartment. They showed up minutes after I requested help in the portal and fixed the problem. I love living here.Special shout out to Bruce for his friendliness, this does not go unnoticed.
Ken Holder: Place is wonderful. From the GM, to the leasing team to most importantly the engineering / maintenance team. You put a request in on the app and it’s done the next day without fail. Our little “Central Park” is always on point. Always gas in the grills, landscaping to perfection and beach fireplace always on point. When everyone knows your first name, you know you’re home 🙏

Eve: We moved here for the view and dog amenities. So far, we love it and the staff except:-windows haven’t been cleaned since 2022. See pics below shared by residents. So if you also move here for the view, it’s pretty disappointing that Equity Residential does not prioritize this.-big dog area is great but I rarely see it being cleaned-our car was vandalized in the garage- even if not owned by the building, residents should feel safe and confident about our cars while we live here

Erika Buchholz: We ended up going with another place, but we loved meeting Alicia and how accommodating she was to us and giving us a great tour of the property.
Eth Alli: Alicia was a great tour guide. The location is really great, around major grocery stores and pharmacies. There are so many eateries and little shops in walking distance. It's also close to a few bus lines. The apartment itself offers a rooftop deck with a wonderful view of Ballard and the docks. The community room is great and the fitness center has great equipment to use. I would have been happy to choose this place as my next home if I wasn't looking for a space large enough for two people.
Lisa Cathey: I assisted this business. The grounds are beautiful and if you get a chance to, definitely take a tour! The roof is amazing! Very dog friendly. Residents are stellar! I will come visit you guys and the pups again soon!

Blaire Crockett: Moving to The Wilcox has been such a bright spot in my time in Seattle. Alicia, on the management/leasing team, has been phenomenal in every way. It seems like there has been constant movement in management over the last year or so, but seeing her consistently has brought so much joy to not only myself, but the rest of the building. I know I can go to her with any questions/concerns and they’ll be answered promptly with the correct information. Same with the maintenance team - they are fantastic. I had an issue with my sink, and Taurus was available and fixing it less than an hour after I contacted them. I’m really grateful for the community they have built and just resigned for another year!

Clean amenities with beautiful views from the rooftop, spacious units close to a vibrant downtown, and down to earth workers who will support your requests, or are there just for a pleasant chat. Highly recommend getting a tour with Alicia, she won't be pushy or make this place out to be any better than it is, a thoroughly kind individual.
