South Lake Union Goodwill: what do users think?

Aastha Chandra: went here every day on a trip to seattle just to look at the homewares—clothes are good brands and for an older audience but the homewares are the real gem here, rotating quickly. i especially loved how the decor was sorted by color/style and interspersed above the clothing racks. brought home unique decor and many pictures in my camera roll of interesting items~

Dillon Post: She loved and complimented my shirt which ironically I found at another Goodwill. 5 stars.

Angel Garcia: Great place for shopping

Usillee23: Very good store. My favorite one actually. They even have a solo locked bathroom very clean.

K S: Love

Panos Giannopoulos: The tiniest, most organised and most expensive Goodwill ever!

Shanni Chen: Very nicely curated selection, well organized, prices are slightly higher for a Goodwill

Yogi Donovan: A bright spark in the darkness of human manners that is the SLU. The selection is more rooted to smaller finds and a few apparel needs, but the staff is beyond kind and considerate. A sneaky safe space for sensational accessories and the item you didn’t know you needed! Come in say hi they’ll say hi back

Emily Lippold: Some great finds! Staff is wonderful.

Danlin Teo: Lovely store with friendly service staff. Defo. a place for treasure hunting - found a couple gems myself. Be coming back for sure

Shannon Kucey: I ADORE this shop! Inside this quaint, little thrift store are fashion's jewels and Gems!! With labels such as; LOVE for LEMONS, WHO WORE WHAT, JUCY COUTOUR BETSEY JOHNSON? AND CALVEN KLEIN, any fashion loving thrifter is in for a real treat!! The staff is very pleasant , and the hr prices are as well!

Suzie Hart: I thrift therefore I am..Great place for a quick stop. Very covid conscientious. 5 stars.

D M: I want to keep this place a secret, but it's too good in all ways not to give it the 5 stars it deserves. I have been thrift shopping my entire life. This shop is by far my very favorite.

Simone Menier: Seriously great prices, on better than average used clothes, accessories & a few home items. The men's selection is not bad at all.

Alicia Moffat: . Great curiosity finds. Great maker shoes. Bags. This tiny shop packs it all in. Don't plan to pop in for a quick peak, give an hour a month if you really mean it. And, when you finally make it to the check out, and you're feeling smug that you just outfitted your whole family for the season for less than a c-note, stop and look around you. These folks need help. Put an extra Jackson in the tip jar and be thankful for what you have and can share.

Keecha Harris: Excellent options!

Vive Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Claudette S: The staff is on top of any issue right away. Snacks and coffee for tenants, someone in the office everyday, a cookie bar for the dogs. My beef, thin walls, but that’s all the buildings anymore.

David Garcia: The best place to live

Jinny Trang: I relocated to Seattle from the east coast six months ago and couldn't be more satisfied with my choice of Vive as my first place of residence. The move-in process, from signing the lease to settling in, was seamless. Ian and Ollie make an excellent team and have truly stood out, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for their residents. They actively work on fostering a strong sense of community.Maintenance requests are always promptly addressed, and the appliances are modern and reliable so my living experience has been hassle-free. Ongoing issues don’t get neglected for too long. For example, they’ve recently installed a security camera in the mail room. Location is very ideal and walkable. Best of all, the rooftop is a standout feature, offering views the sunset over the Olympics and a glimpse of the tip of Rainier on a clear day.Overall, Vive offers great value for those seeking a budget-friendly apartment with exceptional staff. Would highly recommend!

Junhong Kang: The service is really good. I forgot to turn off the ignition of my car, and the management door knocked on the door to remind me. I just moved and I don’t have a printer. The property management company helped me with printing and faxing. There is coffee and snacks in the lobby all year round. The property staff are always responsive and the service is very good and perfect.

Victoria John: I love living here - the location, the view from my apartment, and the friendly people in the building. I so appreciate the support and help from both Ian and Oliver. They respond quickly, answer my questions, and are so pleasant and professional. It is a joy to live here.

Rachel Seitz WA-Seattle: Moved into VIVE in October 2022 and already signed another lease. I toured 8 different properties in the Seattle area and basically the same layout and price point at all the properties. Quite a few properties had some amazing amenities that VIVE just does not offer at this time. I chose VIVE after meeting the Property Manager Nico. He was just so personable, his tour was great, he mentioned and showed me the activities that coordinates for the residents which seemed like a great time. I could tell he genuinely took pride in his community, which is so clean and it smells amazing, quiet and well cared for. The maintenance supervisor, Ollie is so efficient and takes care of any concerns immediately. I am always seeing Nico and Ollie cleaning the floors and different area as well as straightening up to make sure our property looks great! The community itself is so low-key and friendly and very pet friendly. Nico is so easy to talk to and never makes me feel like I'm burdening him with whatever questions or concerns I may have. I signed a new lease for another year at VIVE, mostly because I don't think another community can match the staff here. I do wish they offered amenities, but Nico and Ollie make up for that missing piece.

Randy Miller: Ian is a beast and has been a bright light and an encouraging soul he is the leasing specialist and an asset to the property.

Rachel D Seitz: I've lived at Vive in Ballard since October 2022. I love living here; so much when a new larger unit opened I re-signed. The staff, Ian and Oliver are fantastic. Vive is locating within walking distance of so many things in Ballard. The Farmers Market every Sunday and delicious restaurants, shops and groceries. It runs on the bus line so I know many residents that have given up their cars. There are activities via online and in person, a nice lobby where you can host a movie night, play pool or just hang out. The property is well kept, clean and secure.

Hector Villalva: Nicholas is great to work with. Answers all questions in a timely manner.

Michael Metcalfe: I love this place. Nicholas L. at the front desk is more than helpful and genuinely a great person. A stellar place to live. Always clean and welcoming. Thanx Vive!!!

Barok Imana: It is really hard to find such a thoughtful and caring management. They regularly throw events with free food. If I happened to sit in the community lounge for a bit, the manager will come over offer refreshments. Nicholas truly cares!!!

Pike Flats at The Hill Collective: what do users think?

Oliver Hart: Affordable and centrally located!

Brandon De Ruiter: Great location. Management changed last year and has been significantly better. Adrienn Kinsey is always on premise and available to help, super responsive to email or call. Made for a very good renting experience overall.

Jon Beacher: Adrienn is a marvelous property manager! She is kind and affable and responds to all of my emails quickly. Further, she is always downstairs during business hours, ready to chat if she's not in a meeting. These units are a fantastic value for the current price. I got a six-month lease for around $1,000 a month, not facing the street. This complex is a newer development in this prime Capitol Hill location, with an elevator, a superb roof deck, a locked bike/package room, in-building laundry, heating, and a fast-fiber internet option. A lot of vegan takeout options around this complex which I enjoyed. I never had any issues with hot water, and Seattle tap water is drinkable. I work from home and don't currently own a car, so this complex was perfect for my needs. A large grocery store is a flat walk away, which is rare for a Capitol Hill or even a downtown Seattle apartment building. I would highly recommend a six-month lease here to experience everything Seattle offers

Takauto Kimura: It was a tad bit hard to get in contact with the leasing agents. However, once you do they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Meredith Ewen: be the one to accept the help when it arrived.

Vincent Cuny: PikeFlats being in the heart of the vibrant Capitol Hill makes it appealing. The managing team onsite is professional and very friendly.

Cody Duncan: Update #2: I got a call from Pike Flats today about a package newly arrived, and it was indeed the latest lost package. +2 Stars back since they shouldn't be dinged for FedEx's mistake in marking an undelivered package as delivered, and for contacting promptly to return a $1000 piece of computer hardware to a recently former tenant. This doesn't resolve the other packages that have long since been irrecoverably lost. The missing star is for the remaining need to improve the package flow through the facility from courier to resident. Lost packages have half a dozen places they could be, not the least of which is 'accidentally picked up by another resident' or 'outside'.Update #1: I should mention that the staff are exceedingly helpful in checking the package lockers, package room, security cameras, and other possible locations for said lost packages. I had contacted them every time a package was lost, and I had recently contacted them about a recent lost package prior to posting this review. Doing so has never found a lost package.Staff are nice. Unfortunately lost update:$500 worth of packages because couriers put them in a wrong, unsecure, or unknown place. Something about this place makes package reception difficult.

Michael Ramos-Foster: Just moved out after 2 years. Great building. Sheilagh is a solid property manager - when moving I sought out buildings with the same management company first because I appreciated the way this one was managed. The entire team that works here always seems happy and that made living here all the better. Nice neighbors too.

Lifelong Thrift Store: what do users think?

Megan Mentink: Will keep shopping and donating here above all else! Great mission and one of few places where thrifting still feels like the thrifting I used to know and love. Thanks for keeping prices low, running sales, and bringing joy through fashion finds and community services.

Effy Feng: Such a cheerful community! People shopping there and the stuff are singing along the 90s pop song. I see people working in normal class thrift here happily, they are just most humble people in our society, try to save and have a good time! Love the positive vibe! I encourage donations to them!

Leslie Tomlinson: I always seem to find the things that I want to buy

Linda S: Love this place. I've gotten some great stuff for way less than other thrift stores in the area.

Hayden Flanders: Such a friendly staff that really goes above and beyond. Lifelong is offers an amazing selection to shop from for some exceptional treasures! You must go!

ALE MARIE: Erica made everything such a easy experience. Definitely will find some gems here.

Vikki Reynolds: Gratitude to LLTS for masking Thursdays. This is disability justice at work, small acts of community safety that enacts harm reduction for people with disability to be able to return to thrift knowing Thursdays are safe-enough. such small brilliant strategy, everyone should do this!

Joanna Oliver: This place is great, staff is wonderful and great quality on items that is well organized.

Andy: Really great selection of items here, I purchased a couple of my favorite pairs of shoes here that always get complements for less than $20!The selection of shirts, sweaters, and dress clothes upstairs is great as well. Everything is really reasonably priced here especially given the fact that some items are new or lightly used.Once you’re done getting excited over the clothing deals upstairs, you can go downstairs and find cool furniture, art, decorations, and other random things!

Cynthia Miller: Friendly staff and goods are nicely organized!

Luis Sova-Rayas: Awesome finds!

Priscilla Park: They have high quality clothing at a super low price, highly recommend coming here. I bought an Anne Klein blazer here for $8.27, tax included. Staff is super friendly, they're really helpful if you want to ask about how clothing should fit you and clothing maintenance too, they make the place clean and provide masks and hand sanitizer. Also they're nonprofit and all funds go towards a great cause, which is helping people with chronic illnesses meet basic needs like food, shelter, etc.

Metroline Flats Apartments: what do users think?

Beril Ozay: apartments and the maintenance guy Victor was super quick to address issues and also very very nice. We had 4 different property managers in the office in the 9 months we were there. 3 of the 4 were good but the current one is worthless. The area is kinda tucked away but still very close to capital hill. It's walking distance to a couple restaurants and a small park. There were a lot of break ins to cars on the street but we generally didn't have any issues in the building with shady people or anything. I had a couple packages get stolen from the lobby BUT most packages were delivered to lockers so it wasn't an issue if the delivery people did their job. They did increase my rent significantly but the price was on par with similar apartments in the area. I would live there again and would recommend it to others.

Carly Meier: Mindblown by the level of hospitality shown by these apartments! I feel like I live at a hotel with the above and beyond attitude that Brandon continues to display every time we interact. I’ve never felt more welcome. Any questions I’ve had, any concerns, have been handled better than I could have ever imagined. Recommending this apartment complex is an understatement! So glad I made the choice to live here. Shout out to Brandon! Thanks for making the experience so special!

Josh: I love living at Metroline Flats! The building is always clean and surrounding areas feel safe. My neighbors are very respectful and friendly, and I have nothing but positive things to say about building management. Brandon is always polite, prompt, and through. The only knock that I can think of is the higher rent prices, but that's to be expected for a quality apartment in First Hill.

Andrew Hill: Beautiful building, great location, and a fantastic property manager, Brandon.

Helen Habib: The building is clean and well organized. On-site personell are very helpful and responsive.

Robert Chriscoe: I was involved in an accident that left me paralyzed thus having to stay here with my son during my rehabilitation. Brandon is the absolute sweetest person I have ever dealt with in my rental history. He’s such a pleasure to see in my passing and now I actually make it a point to stop and say hello. I really wish there were more like him.

Eva Kiss: This is a very nice building. The apartment was clean upon move in. All the fixtures and appliances are look new . Regarding management, I typically communicate with Brandon Mendoza and he is always very prompt with his replies and helpful.

Anthony Chriscoe: Living at Metro has been one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had living in a building. Especially moving from out of state. I appreciate the manager before and the current manager Brandon. He’s very attentive and cares about us as tenants. You can tell he cares about what he does. He saved me from dying from the heat and had AC units available for us!

Rebecca Wright: Recently toured the property, and had the pleasure of working with Brandon! He was very friendly, and made sure that he found the perfect home for me. I cannot wait to move!

Abenezer Gebre: I recently just moved in and had a hassle-free move-in experience, all thanks to the wonderful property manager, Brandon for making the process incredibly easy and stress-free. The apartment is well-maintained and clean. Highly recommend!

Saroeum Kou: Our experience transitioning to Seattle was seamless. The application process and touring the apartment with Brandon was simple and easy, which we greatly appreciated.

Cindy Luong: Brandon, the recent property manager is by far the best they have managing Metroline flats. He tries his best for the residents; better at communicating any changes, resolving issues, problems, making sure the apartment building is safe and running smoothly w Victor who goes above and beyond helping with maintenance, keeping the apartments clean and functioning.

Sydney: I recently moved into Metroline and have had a great experience so far. The current property manager, Brandon, has been incredibly accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. Whenever I have had an issue, he has promptly sent over maintenance, and everything has been resolved in a timely manner. The neighbors who I've come across are very quiet and friendly, which has made for a peaceful living environment. We are lucky to have such a nice view from our unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to move here and highly recommend it, especially for those who work in the area.

marina rivera: Brandon in leasing was amazing. The apartment complex is safe and secure. Contact with management is easy & they get back to you quick. Nice tenants and they keep the apartment building clean and tidy!

Emily Dunlop: I have loved my experience at MetroLine Flats. I moved here last July from a different state and it was the easiest move I have ever made! The managers here have been so helpful. Brandon, especially, has gone above and beyond for me whenever I put in a work order or needed anything from them! The community here has been very welcoming and me and my pup have made many friends along the way! It is in a very walkable part of the city. I would definitely recommend moving to MetroLine Flats! Brandon will surely take care of you!

Tower 12 Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Zach Chapman: Michael and the leasing team are extremely professional and are a joy to work with. They are very reasonable people--which can't be said for various other apartments throughout the city

Krista Rahman: Very happy with building, the staff and the location! The view from the sky lounge is beautiful!

Preston Leslie: , and it is within your price range---you absolutely should go with Tower 12. You will be so happy that you did. 5 stars is a no-brainer, highly recommend!

Camoen V: Pros:* Location. A couple blocks from Pike Place Market and a 15-20 minute walk from Elliot Bay Trail

Travelers Health And Wellness Inc.: “I have had the privilege of being a resident at Tower 12 for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the environment they’ve created. Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!

Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

Tricia S.: , great community events every month and the best rooftop view in all of Seattle. The gym is on the top floor with an amazing view as well. The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Blake Bartlett: Everything about Tower 12 from the concierge, leasing office, maintenance, amenities, apartment quality, views, and location is 5 stars. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Sanchit Batra: was extremely patient with the tour and going over everything the apartment had to offer.Incredible rooftop view, concrete flooring, tons of amenities. Pricey rooms but comes with the location and quality I suppose

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine! The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open. But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents. The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

Elan Uptown Flats: what do users think?

Tim Cannon: Чисто, по-домашнему, удобства и отличное расположение!!

Aaron C: Great place with lots to choose from as well as an upstairs.

Nirvana Enyo: Love it here great place to get items for your college apartment

James Brown: It's ok

K S: My favorite

Christopher Ferguson: I can only tell you that “they have the best hours”!!!

Gregory Bowne: Very small store. They dont have the variety the other stores have due to the size and space. This is a great place for UW students to get stuff. Wish they had more room.

Kira Benson: Definitely a smaller goodwill but can make some good finds here. The fitting rooms are very spacious which is great for folks with mobility aids.

Dana Morningstar: Place was filled with good buys. Cashier at checkout was super friendly!

Watermelon Warlord: Friendly staff, great finds. Good prices.

St. James Tower Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Haley Monson: Just moved in and can’t say enough good things about Edgar and his brother - their maintenance help and response time for a few mounting needs have made moving in a breeze. Thank you!!

Colleen W.: I’ve lived in the St James apartments for 5 years. Every lease renewal I like to check out other spaces to ensure I’m in the best place and I can confidently say that I am. While the building isn’t as new as others, and I do not have a W/D in my unit, the layout makes sense, I have a real bedroom and full size kitchen appliances. The laundry room is convenient with 4 washers and 4 dryers so laundry is not a time suck. The management and maintenance are the best. Strong communication and friendly. They schedule community events and make you feel truly at home. The location speaks for itself. I love being in the heart of Fremont.

Bethany: This is a very well maintained building. Edgar, the site maintenance manager is such a friendly and outgoing person who allows ensures that everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this building to whoever is considering spending time here whether it be at the gym or apartment complex. Beautiful view of the canal as well.

Arjun Sridhar: Great location, management responds promptly. Maintenance is very quick to respond and does a great job

EJ Bridges: and Edgar

Tayler Tucker: . Definitely would recommend.

Gianno Maliani: This apartment has excellent staff, with Edgar and Marcus truly providing great service. They also have a spectacular 24/7 gym in the same building.

Rebecca Butler: These are the views from my balcony! My apartment is just as beautiful on the inside. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it truly feels like home. I started out in a one bedroom, and when I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom the process was super easy and straightforward. The whole building is immaculately clean and well kept. The views are gorgeous from everywhere. I have always felt safe, especially with the multiple doors and security desk. And honestly, the best part of all is the people. The manager and head of maintenance are genuinely kind and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They're incredibly responsive to all my maintenance requests, and they always check in to make sure things are still going well. They have also organized several rooftop barbecues. My neighbors and I absolutely love them and always look forward to them. Everyone gets treated like a VIP here! If you're looking for a home that feels like home in every way, this is the place! 🙂

Stacee: I have been living at St James Tower for more than a year now.Marcus and Edgar are the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet in an apartment management office. The building is located in a great location, right close to the Burke Gilman trail and all the fun stuff in Fremont. The view from the rooftop and some apartments are unbeatable.Only 4 stars because I honestly think the management company could invest some more work on the 24-hour maintenance line. Our elevator was down a few times during the weekend and we called that line but they didn’t fix it 🤷‍♀️ When Marcus was back on Monday, he got it taken care of right away. But then what’s the point of the 24h maintenance line if that line doesn’t deal with urgency? There was another time when water was cut in our building on a Saturday morning, I called the 24h maintenance line again and the lady who answered the phone snapped at me and said too many people have called about that same problem so I should just wait. That answer was ridiculous on so many levels 🤷‍♀️

Nathalie Martinez: Marcus has been a pleasure to work with! Excellent customer service and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Thank you!

Roger Herrin: I've been a resident for several years and really appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. It's a great location and the views are fantastic.

Laura E McClain: I would absolutely jump at the chance to live there if a unit opened up!

Gayle Ghiotto: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value

Evan Ziebell: St. James Tower was my first "home away from home" when I moved to Seattle four years ago. I could not have made a better choice for my first apartment. The building is positioned in a walkable location in Fremont. The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of Mount Rainier and Lake Union. The sense of camaraderie among the residents and staff provided an unmatched experience for me. Adrienne, the Community Director, is quick to assist residents and resolve any issues. Edgar, the maintenance Service Manager, is extremely skilled and professional at every encounter. I recommend this community to everyone I meet. While it's true that Seattle is a difficult city to meet new people, St. James was the place I made lifelong friendships and memories that I will cherish forever.

Kate Silverman Larsen: Fantastic location and attentive management. A great place to live!

Hal Friday: I've moved every year since I was 18, and this is the first time I have had a purely positive experience with building management. adrienne makes this place safe, cozy, happy, and efficient. she is so thoughtful. someone give that woman a raise!!!

Overlook At Magnolia Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Amber Anders: There maintenance crew is amazing I never have to ask twice, they are prompt, kind, & curious. Really go the extra mile & always wearing a smile.

Elizabeth Winter: This is a great place to live ! Iam so happy here!

Jasmin Ponce: I would like to point out that in my experience, office staff has been very responsive, accessible and understanding. However, hallways are always "stuffy" a bit smelly due to lack of airflow, especially in lower levels. Entrances to buildings often smell like dog pee and if your balcony is near one of those, for sure you'll catch a whiff of that. The apartments are old, the cabinets have so many layers of paint that the doors no longer stay closed. My sink faucet is working but the water pressure makes it very difficult to open it, it may seem like an exaggeration but it is ridiculous the amount of force required to open the faucet. While the bathroom fans work, they are loud as helicopters and you will hear your neighbor's fan loud and clear. Oh, and there's also the package thief guy... Other than that, neighbors are nice, respectful, everyone seem to keep to themselves and seem reasonable for the most part. I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, I've been in way worse places that make this place not so bad... which is sad.

Ali R: Lived here for four years. The experience overall was very good.Very fast maintenance response, leasing office is flexible and ready to help at anytime!

Juliette Vega: I've been here for just under a year and it's been a wonderful living experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, great communicators and just a delight to interact with. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been resolved within a day. Amenities are as advertised. The building is clean and grounds are clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly.

Jordan W: .3. Units. These are some of the most spacious units I could find in Seattle. They have so much natural lighting and some of the biggest balconies I've ever seen. Such a beautiful view from them as well. The fireplace is a great touch for the winter season.4. Overlook Staff. I can't remember the last time I lived in a place where it felt like the management staff truly cared about their tenants. More specifically I've worked with Ana and Claire and they're so friendly and even remember the name of our dog!Cons: These aren't cons to me, but I know others may feel differently.1. Parking. Parking in the complex is paid but less expensive than other places I've paid for. There is street parking but it can be a pain sometimes especially later in the evening to find a spot close to your building.2. The units, may not be as updated and modern as some would like. I find them to be quaint, and cozy.3. There are times when we can hear the people above or below us walking around. We also live by stairs and can hear people going up and down them as well. More often than not, it is not an issue. But if you're sensitive to those kinds of things I'd advise looking at a unit not by the stairs.Overall I highly recommend living here. My roommate and I will be here until they kick us out :

Gracie Brown: Staff at overlook is super friendly & helpful, I toured with claire & she was super personable & made it a great experience!!

Haley Martin: Staff super helpful, especially Claire !!

冰淇淋 Bīngqílín: Alex the gentleman in the office was extremely helpful, kind, respectful courteous professional he made us feel comfortable addressing all our concerns. I highly recommend this apartment complex and really like there new management leader Alex.

RISEN KING OF GLORY JESUS: Alex Findlay the community director has been extremely sincere and professional helping us since we've lived here we've had different situations arise that are just part of life and he was very professional didn't take it personally handled them in a business like manner extremely sincere prompt caring and I really appreciate that I've been around the block a few times and ran into my sheriff professional people and I'll just say that the team you got under Alex right now with Claire as well is phenomenal! If I was Overlooking at Magnolia I'd give Alex a raise definitely he is a good fit for that position Claire as well. Shalom thank you for making me want to keep living here .

Kathy Peters: Always, always, always super professional, clean, and they go above and beyond to fix everything quickly. Can’t say enough positive about our maintenance crew!!!

Orion: This was my first home in Seattle and the staff in the office is so incredibly helpful that we chose this complex over another in Northgate with in-unit w/d. We were in the K building and didn’t have any issues with pests or package theft at the time. Parking is priced reasonably, you can hear trains and the Ballard bridge, and the units all are reasonably priced. Magnolia is pretty car centric but the 24, 33, and 31 busses are relatively reliable if you can tolerate the hills lol

N D: First of all, we are newcomers to Seattle and United States. We came here last year in April. I spent may be 3 or 4 night time calls from so far and there was a significant time difference in time zones. And I received so warm attitude and understanding of our movement and changes in life. The team of Overlook at Magnolia supported from initial steps and named us as "super heroes". They helped a lot from the application process. The application process went very smoothly. Exceptional attitude!!! If you are willing to find one of the best and quiet neighborhood in Seattle, it is Magnolia.

Leilani Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Ed: Really nice place with a great leasing team. They leasing process was smooth, the gym is sufficient to get a good workout in, and they made sure I got a parking spot that would accommodate my vehicle. I highly recommend!

Kim Lasalata: Beautiful, historic community within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Samantha Springman: The staff are so friendly and helpful!

Alex Hurd: This place is pretty great! They are super pet friendly and a lot of residents have friendly dogs. The leasing team is also the best I have encountered in my apartment living life. They even host 3 or 4 events a month for the community.

Brittany: Very cute, modern apartments with some solid community. Dog friendly and queer friendly too!Francisco helped me find the perfect space to call home and was SO patient and helpful! I’m so thankful to him for all of his help during the move in process and after!

Phoebe Selene: What a lovely, friendly & clean environment! The communal amenities including the gym, pool, theatre room and other spaces are fantastic. The staff are always kind and helpful and they clearly love everyone's pets.

Jesse McElroy: I've been living here since August and it's been a wonderful experience. The overall location and community is amazing. The management staff are so great and so very helpful with everything they do. Jeremy, Francisco, and Ashley , thank you so very much , the amount of care and dedication you have to the residents here at Leilani is unmatched to anything elsewhere.

Living Veda: and even tightened up the door handle as they left because they saw it was loose. Above and beyond. And they are always smiling, friendly and respectful whenever we run in to them around the buildings.

viwan khoajunt: Good service and always warm welcome and helping when we needed help, since first day I and my roommate scheduled to view the room until we have moved in here. Francisco and Ashley have helped us every processing. You guys have done a great great job. Thank you so much..Lailapak & Tuanjai

Lisa Chen: is not just helpful, but a testament to his dedication to going above and beyond. In a world where exceptional customer service is increasingly rare, Francisco shines bright. His passion for his work and genuine care for the residents is palpable. Having worked with various leasing agents in the past, Francisco stands out as a remarkable professional, and I am genuinely grateful to have had the opportunity to interact with someone of his caliber. His presence and work ethic truly enhance the living experience here.

Oliver Espinosa: I'm a new resident and I plan on providing more updates as I continue my stay, but I do want to give an initial review that reflects the staff. Everyone has been great! Francisco Crisanto specifically has been fantastic. He's super kind, patient, and he communicates extremely well. It's a fantastic dynamic to work with because I am indecisive, I lose my thoughts mid-sentence, and I live in a constant state of panic. He easily helped resolve any issues that I had, and I probably had issues aplenty. He's the best.

Alicia Meyer: I’ve only been living here for a little over a week but it’s been amazing so far. Great location, quiet, and the apartment has everything I need. Francisco has been super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He made the move in process smooth and has been checking on me to see if I need anything. I’m happy with my decision with Leilani (:

Josie Noel: This is a super safe and cozy place for my family.

Harbor Steps Apartments: what do users think?

Kem End: I recently had the pleasure of staying in this luxurious apartment, and it was an experience I’ll cherish forever. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the elegant decor, the comfort of the living spaces, and the top-notch amenities that made every day feel like a retreat. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment spoke volumes of the care and thought put into ensuring a premium living experience. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping, all while providing a peaceful haven to return to at the end of the day. The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free.Although my career has taken me away from this beautiful place, the memories of my time there remain vivid in my mind. It is my sincere hope to return and reside in this apartment again in the future, as it truly felt like a home away from home. To anyone considering a stay here, I can wholeheartedly recommend it without reservation – it’s an experience you won’t regret and a place you’ll look forward to coming back to, just as I do

Rishabh Garg: Thanks Joseph for organising pickleball!

andy tymczyn: Alora is the best!!! So helpful. Made it so easy to move into my new place at Harbor Steps!

Eve: We moved here for the view and dog amenities. So far, we love it and the staff except:-windows haven’t been cleaned since 2022. See pics below shared by residents. So if you also move here for the view, it’s pretty disappointing that Equity Residential does not prioritize this.-big dog area is great but I rarely see it being cleaned-our car was vandalized in the garage- even if not owned by the building, residents should feel safe and confident about our cars while we live here
