Dominique Morales: I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a minute when I past by their window and saw they’re super intricate display nails. I saw there was some mixed reviews but still decided to check it out. I asked beforehand when booking my appointment if they could do a specific set of nails and they reassured me they could. My appointment started on time and lasted 3 hours - granted the design I asked for was A LOT. My nail tech did an amazing job and took so much care and attention to detail. My set ended up being $130 but given the amount of time, labor and embellishments I found that to be more than fair esp given the nail tech match the reference pic I gave her literally perfectly. Definitely not a set I would keep up regularly but for special occasions this place is my new go to!

It was my first time getting anything like this, I usually just stick to plain black polish, and the nail tech was so kind, she made sure to ask along the way about little details, too. I had a reference photo from LRB and it looks exactly like what I had hoped to recreate. The price was higher than I was quoted for- only because I made the decision to get acrylics. This will be added on top of the design fee, so please keep that in mind when coming here. One of the best nail salons for intricate designs in Seattle!

You will feel so relaxed, refreshed and your nails will look like you're ready for the Oscars.They have a very different model, where you sit in real chairs, with bowls instead of whirring jacuzzi tubs, and I wasn't sure I would like this at first. So many places will tell you to come in while they are busy, and you end up waiting so long, not here. They will make sure to get you in and out without having you sitting around waiting.

Patricia Chirinos: I was running late for my appointment, and call to let them know, which was kindly taken. I arrive and immediately was attended by one of the nail technicians, a very calm and sweet lady who knew well what she was doing. She was very kind and careful not to damage my cuticles, unlike other salons have done in the past. I had a fill and change one tip which she did with such precision and detail. I explained her how I like my nails, and he did everything needed to achieve that what asked for. There was a problem with the UV light dryer which cause to botch the nail polish, but she didn't even think it twice, and redid the whole thing until it as virtually perfect. I left the salon very happy with the service they provided me with, and I will recommend anybody who truly is detail oriented, visit the salon as is just a wonderful how good they treat you!

Harmony Jorden: I’ve been getting my nails done at Jolie regularly for the past couple of years and they do a really good job!Couple of things to know though. As far as I can tell, they don’t actually take appointments. If you call, they will say you have one but they don’t record it and when you come in you will be placed in queue same as anyone else that walks in. It can be helpful to call ahead during busy times though—which is basically any time after 4pm. They will tell you if they are busy and give you a time frame to come in based on the people there at that moment.The other thing is that there’s only one tech that does acrylics so you can end up waiting quite a while for her if that’s what you need to get done. They will often have someone else prep your nails then leave you waiting without any explanation as to what’s going on.I recommend going in the morning or early afternoon when they’re less busy. Otherwise, you may have to wait for half an hour or more.Other than that, they really do a good job and they are very nice! They have a HUGE selection of colors too!Update: they have brand new pedicure chairs that are super nice!

It was time. I brought some fancy Chanel and found Jolie.The women were brilliant. They immediately knew I was nervous and confused. A friend recommended Bolsa when I was in need of a new, better salon and I’ve never looked back. The women who work here are experts and genuine, good people to support. The massages are great, nails always look wonderful, solid color selection, and it’s a warm and relaxing space to be in. Not crowded, and you can keep to yourself or get to know the nice ladies working. 11/10.

If you’re still not convinced, read on.Price: I pay about 100$ for a gel fill including nail art, every 3 weeks. About $70 for a gel pedicure. Is it more expensive than an acrylic fill elsewhere? Yes, but you get what you pay for. my nails break so much less often now and my nail bed is much healthier than when I had acrylics.Quality: Gel extensions are much stronger and better for your nails than acrylic sets. Bails Palmer: I scheduled my first appointment with them after they responded to me almost immediately on instagram and helped me choose exactly which type of booking I was looking for. They had to cancel last minute after the appointment was booked but went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
