Blaire Ziegan: My nail tech was meticulous. I liked the overall presentation of the salon. They had a great shade range for gel and regular polish. $50 for a gel manicure is about the going price now. I felt well taken care of for the price. My nail tech was receptive when I was asking for small changes. Was a good experience at a new salon for me.

Nothing disappoints me more than spending an hour getting a nail service and have paint on your cuticles, uneven shaping, etc. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I have yet to have a bad service. It seems like the women are happy to work there, and work together as a team. It makes supporting the business trouble free. Easily the best salon that I’ve found in the city.

Jung Amaral: This is the best nail salon! They pay attention to detail and my cuticles always look amazing after! I usually come here for shellac, and it lasts 3 weeks and looks great until it grows out. They also do lots of dipping powder and have a ton of color options. Lovely staff and owner; I used to wait to come on holiday breaks when I was living on the east coast - they're the best!

Miranda Girardi: The best gel manicure I’ve ever had! I found QAN after some quick googling and walked in. They were super sweet and had space for me immediately. My manicurist had very kind energy and was so patient with me while I deliberated over colors and eventually asked to change colors after the initial filing and cuticle prep.She was very detail oriented and my polish and cuticles were immaculate! I was also SO pleasantly surprised when she placed my hands in warmed lotion gloves and then walked around to give me a shoulder massage! That was then followed with a lovely hand and arm massage.I’d give them an award for best gel manicure and best value. I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done when I’m in Seattle.
sydnie cudahy: I love this salon, it’s much cleaner than the few I’ve tried around downtown.. the ladies are nice and welcoming. I came in with the crustiest, shortest nails, and they did not judge or care and have helped me shape and grow them. Cindy is one of my favorites, they’re all sweet but there is something about how she takes so much time in my nails, making sure they’re perfect. I love this place. Jamie Carroll: Feeling very grateful to have discovered this gem of a nail spa in 2023. Sa & Han are the kindest & most skilled nail technicians! My pedicure is challenging as I get ingrown big toenails, but by coming here regularly my nail health has improved. Pedicures receive a sugar scrub with massage, and warm lotion massage with hot stones, AND a hot towel wrap. Manicure receives lotion gloves with massage. All of this is with basic spa mani/pedi, at $55.00! So, please, if you go tip a lot! They are amazing and so worth it.

The ladies listened carefully to what I requested and took care of my nails/toes gently. I got a classic red shellac on my toes and received a relaxing hot stone massage. They did a moisturizing hand glove mask for my manicure on my natural nails, and they made them shine. Both mani and pedi came out exactly as I hoped!

Harmony Jorden: I’ve been getting my nails done at Jolie regularly for the past couple of years and they do a really good job!Couple of things to know though. As far as I can tell, they don’t actually take appointments. If you call, they will say you have one but they don’t record it and when you come in you will be placed in queue same as anyone else that walks in. It can be helpful to call ahead during busy times though—which is basically any time after 4pm. They will tell you if they are busy and give you a time frame to come in based on the people there at that moment.The other thing is that there’s only one tech that does acrylics so you can end up waiting quite a while for her if that’s what you need to get done. They will often have someone else prep your nails then leave you waiting without any explanation as to what’s going on.I recommend going in the morning or early afternoon when they’re less busy. Otherwise, you may have to wait for half an hour or more.Other than that, they really do a good job and they are very nice! They have a HUGE selection of colors too!Update: they have brand new pedicure chairs that are super nice!

It was time. I brought some fancy Chanel and found Jolie.The women were brilliant. They immediately knew I was nervous and confused. While medical pedicures are more expensive, they are done completely dry with sterilized tools which prevent any bacteria. Ji Heuscher-Dotson: . Very impressive seeing that she only compared two nails while shaping. I can tell Mary is experienced and highly skilled at her job ^^. The gradient was put on using an airbrush and looks flawless, as she took the most time during this step. These are easily the best nails Ive ever gotten, so I will definitely be coming back! The price is a bit more expensive then typical salons, these being 80$, but for the quality of nail Im not complaining!

I was skeptical that she would call back, but about 10 minutes later she called me back and was very helpful in getting a gift card issued! And she waited in the phone with me until I received the gift card and my receipt in my inbox.
melissa barajas: This place is just up the street from my apartment and it is my go to spot for a Sunday pedicure. I do agree there is a tech that does get grumpy when you tell her you don’t like her work. However, the manager onsite has always been able to course correct and resolve any issues related to the techs work. This place also ensures that they respect appointments which is so huge, they will even be transparent if they have time to see you. I’ve come here to get pedicures before my big trips, some that lasted for a month and a half worth of backpacking. Their products are durable and the management is wonderful

Blessing Musgrove: This is my second time here, I will definitely be coming back! This place is the best nail place I have ever been to. They were so kind and helpful in helping me find the color and style I wanted. The first time I came here I got lilac dip power with holographic chrome I loved it so much that this time I got something similar with a darker lavender dip powder nails with the holographic chrome on top. And I absolutely love it! If you haven’t tried chrome before you definitely should get it done here, they are very skilled. Thank you Savvy Nails for my beautiful nails!

Leiren Designs: The best pedicure I have had in town. I usually get the deluxe, but this time did the signature which included more massage and it was heavenly. I have had Vincent do my pedi and mani a few times now and he is so meticulous. The usually can accommodate walking in too, which is super helpful.

E. E.: I got a standard mani-pedi with regular, non-gel polish at this location.The location is new and very clean inside. Mostly very well ventilated and the air doesn't smell like cleaning chemicals or acetone outside of one small area. The chairs and equipment are new and clean.The pedicure was average, felt very perfunctory but I feel that is the case for most nail salons and nail treatments done outside of a spa setting. My boyfriend liked it so much he almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!The manicure was good too, and didn't take very long. They really push the gel polish here like most places. But I was shocked at how long my manicure lasted!Still going strong 10 days later. I would highly recommended if you need quality polish to last a long time.
