Diane Graves: Best classes ever. Sada's kundalini yoga classes are transforming! I love the gong, sound healing.

Wendy Neely: Guru Gayatri is like a spa for the soul. Sada shares his wisdom and heart in every class. You move, you laugh and relax in every class. We always leave feeling 10X better than we walked in.

K DAVIS: all of the above. This might sound strange but there is a purpose to all of it that leads into a deeper mediation. All meditations are preceded by a gong sound bath to realign a person on a cellular level. If you have not experienced a gong sound bath, run, do not walk to Guru Gayatri for this not-to-be-missed experience.Guru Gayatri experienced teachers bring their own special spark to kundalini yoga and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. A beautiful way to check it out is by going to the Sunday morning class at the Fremont Abbey. Not only is this a beautiful space usually reserved for musicians

Carolyn Anderson: . Sada Simran studied with Yogi Bhanjan

Sada has been teaching for decades and fills every class with wisdom, charm, and a deep knowledge and respect for Kundalini Yoga.Kundalini Yoga at Guru Gayatri has been a turning point in both me, and my husband's lives. It has provided us with the tools and tribe to change the trajectory of our lives. We are both in the best physical shapes of our lives, and it has done wonders to strengthen our relationship.

FGA: Great teachers, energy, space and gongs!

Kathryn Miller: I have been attending classes since early 2016. This yoga has transformed my life in ways I didn't know were possible.Sada is a warm and wise teacher with a sense of humor that keeps us from taking ourselves too seriously.Cindi makes every student a part of a greater family and community.I am so grateful that I found this technology, sense of peace, and supportive community!

Marilyn Smith: Kundalini Yoga is surprisingly different than other yogas. The yoga center Guru Gayatri focuses on the whole system- mind, body and spirit to a great effect. In addition to targeted yoga poses, there is an emphasis on meditation and breathing exercises. Lots of conscious breathing. As a Vipassana meditator, I recognized the immediacy and effectiveness of Kundalini yoga, and am now a regular practitioner. Highly recommend.

Be Luminous Yoga: what do users think?

Sherry Q: I am sad that it closed, I have been to this studio for 5 months and fell in love with yoga again. Both Micheal and Ashish really helped me building strength and stretching my body to the point that I don't have any back pain anymore and did a first ever handstand in my life. My husband started going there too, and it helped his back pain as well. I strongly recommend Micheal and Ashish's class. Micheal currently is not teaching anymore, but Ashish is still teaching. I really miss Micheal's class, I hope she can start teaching somewhere closer to SLU again, Please come back!

Gavi Franco: or

Neil Thawani: I traveled to Seattle for work and decided to drop into a yoga studio for two weeks. Little did I know I would find a tribe of some of the friendliest, most competent, and impressive yogis I have ever witnessed. It was a pleasure to be on the mat with the teachers and fellow students of BLY.

Jennifer Huber: I took a zoom class with Ashish and I highly recommend that you do too while we are practicing from wherever we are under quarantine. I highly recommend checking him out with their zoom yoga offerings or go see him in person if you live in the Seattle area.

Inner Alchemy, Treasures and Transformation: what do users think?

Stacey Doyne: . This created a beautiful foundation for navigating mind blowing experiences, sacred ceremony, deep healing and loads of exceptionally fun moments.I also want to note that as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I felt safe and welcome throughout the trip.I met Maari in 2022 after reading the words, "Sacred Travel to Egypt" on her website. My mind was blown at the concept of sacred travel, which was new to me. I have been drawn to Egypt since I was a kid. I knew right then and there that I would be going on one of her trips. It felt like a deep undeniable calling, and it was a wonderful thing to embrace and trust, despite not fully grasping the why

Jeanne DeBaets: I highly recommend Maari’s sacred travel trip to Egypt. Where to begin…. we were held in such care by the Quest Egyptian team that it allowed each person to focus their energy on taking in the magic of Egypt. Maari’s knowledge of each site allowed us to find places to participate in ceremony that few other groups seemed to know. We were educated in the historical aspects by an Egyptologist who stayed with us the whole trip. The Ceremony and the History brought a unique dimensional quality to each site. For me, there was a charge and energy in my body from putting my feet on Egyptian soil. We had times of special access; one was an hour between the feet of the Sphinx. Our group was all alone and it was before sunrise. We were united in our intention as Maari led us on a Shamanic journey. It was a transformative experience. At the end, the Sun rose in the direction of the Sphinx’ gaze, entrancing!

Joshua Doering: Stacey was AMAZING!

Lynne Nilson: Sacred travel to Egypt - If you are looking for a typical touristy trip, don't go on this trip. If you are looking for a wonderful, expansive, energetic/spiritual trip DO GO ON THIS TRIP! Maari Falsetto the group leader holds very sacred intentions for the entire group before, during, and after the trip. I have done lots of group travel and I have not experienced this type of clear intention from other group leaders. Even if you have zero experience with meditation, ceremonies at sacred sites, energy work, or LOTS of experience I highly recommend traveling to Egypt with Maari. It will change your life in unimaginable ways. I'm still integrating the beautiful shifts in my life. The approximately two-week trip is jam-packed with visiting the sites having sacred/energetic experiences. And yes, we were around lots of tourists for many of the sites we visited AND we were able to experience MANY sites with just our group. We either visited that site very early before it was open to tourists or visited later after the site was closed for the day. And the one full week sailing down the Nile is, well, just magical. If you are in the inquiry about Egypt, I'd say your soul is calling you to go! Listen and do it!

Michelle Downes (Divine By Michelle): Before I met Maari while renting healing space from her in 2019, I didn't know it was a safe place to travel. I hoped to go on her next trip, but COVID happened. I just got back from Egypt on this sacred journey with Maari at Inner Alchemy's Transformative Travel of 2024. It was a wonderful trip. I said yes to yes to this journey because I was told to go back to Egypt as I had several lifetimes there. It was like reuniting with the land, sacred sites and with even more of the Gods and Goddesses. I felt very safe, very spoiled, very well fed, and that everything was taken care of. I felt like a Queen. Maari, Quest Travel, Heba our tour guide and everyone in our group were very loving, caring people. Maari held the container for us well while leading various ceremonies and meditations before, through and after our trip. I would recommend this trip to everyone! In Love, Light and Gratitude!Michelle Downes

Eric S.: Egypt 2024I initially signed up for the Egypt trip out of curiosity and adventure. Only later during our half dozen trip prep zoom meetings did I begin to feel the pull to open up and embrace the healing opportunities available in Egypt. For myself I had a profound experience of self-forgiveness. This was not a conscious intention I set for the journey, it was my heart's intention. Wow!Our scared group of travelers quickly coalesced into an incredibly respectful, energetic, fun, and loving community. Friendship was easy and sincere. I feel like I made a dozen new friends for life.Throughout the journey Maari maintained our scared circle of travelers with integrity. She led the group in an array of grounding, connecting, and meanigful ceremonies. Highlights here include reverence and celebration at Sakkara, the Temple of Ptah at Karnak, the King's Chamber inside the Great Pyramid, and between the paws of the Sphinx.Personal fav's include the drive into the Sahara, Abu Simbel Temples, Nile River boat tour, and our fierce and loving Egyptologist Heba. Along with her knowledge of ancient Egypt she was able to provide astute insights into modern Egyptian customs and culture.Deep gratitude to Maari and Inner Alchemy for orchestrating such an amazing and transformational sacred journey.Love

Cheryl Zoe Dailey: , and also having fun swimming, sunning, sharing food and playing together. Know that this is a journey where you will be exquisitely held.

Ian Mowbray: I recommend this journey to anyone who has felt a call towards Egypt, no matter how small. Traveling in a sacred way, you’ll find that your conscious intentions will be met but more importantly, Egypt gives us what we need. There were many sites we visited where I was surprised by the energy or what I received while there. The important thing is to be open, don’t force it, and talk to Maari as she can always lend a guiding hand when needed.

Lauren Merkley: and had meals prepared for us. Our Egyptologist was truly an unending resource of knowledge, blowing my mind everyday. My favorite part of the trip was sailing the Nile. Every team member on the boat was so wonderful and caring, and truly made me feel safe and happy

Brenda Leyva: Led by our amazing guide, Maari, we embarked on a spiritual journey through Egypt, visiting sacred sites and temples that have stood for millennia, each holding profound energy and history.Maari's presence as a ceremonialist and leader was truly inspiring. Her deep reverence for the sacredness of each place we visited was palpable and she effortlessly guided us through meditations and sacred circles, creating a space for us to connect with the ancient wisdom and energies of Egypt. One of the most pleasant surprises of the journey was the sense of community that quickly formed among our group. Despite being strangers at the beginning, we bonded over our shared experiences and the profound moments we shared at each sacred site. This sense of connection and camaraderie added an extra layer of depth to the trip, making it truly unforgettable.I am deeply grateful to Maari and Inner Alchemy for creating such a profound and enriching experience. This journey to Egypt will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I cannot recommend Inner Alchemy's trips enough to anyone seeking a deep, transformative travel experience.

Sharlyn Hidalgo: A Testimonial for Maari FalsettoApril 12, 2024I just returned from a two week spiritual journey to Egypt led by Maari Falsetto that ended on April 4, 2024. It has been my honor to mentor Maari in the teachings and healing energies that the ancient sites of Egypt and their representative gods and goddesses offer. She worked hard to study this material and apply it to our experience at each site. This in itself is no small feat.I am proud of her for her dedication to learning this body of spiritual knowledge and wisdom and allowing it to further awaken and activate her and add to her teaching.I was thrilled to be able to accompany her on this last trip and witness what a fantastic job she did. I was so impressed with her leadership skills as she led us through the healing power of the various sites, monuments, temples, and tombs. I was so proud of her as she stepped into the role of ceremonialist and Priestess. She enters these mysteries with respect, reverence, and deep appreciation. And at each site she asked for permission, protection, and guidance which paved the way for a wonderful experience.I was also touched by her commitment to hire female guides to support women in Egypt in the travel business. As a businesswoman working in Egypt this can make a significant difference. She also models how to cooperate and work together with others. She does not fear competition, nor does she avoid others because they might become rivals. She teaches how to be cooperative and supportive. She shares power and that is a really big aspect of her work that can serve as a new business model where we all can thrive. She teaches that in an abundant Universe there is enough for everyone!Maari applies dedication, integrity, deep vision, and a heart centered approach that provides a safe container for the group. I watched her fall in love with each member of her journey and experienced her kindness and care that she offered to me and to the rest of her group. She made time and space for each one of her travelers. She understands the healing power of the energies in Egypt and is committed to providing the experiences there that open people’s minds and hearts, and welcome the healing that they seek. She is trustworthy, and full of light I am made better just by knowing her!By Sharlyn Hidalgo, MA

Stephanie Sanchez: I have learned so much from Maari and continue to explore my connection with this universe through many different avenues, Inner Alchemy being one of my most supportive methods. Thank you 💜💜

Alea F: Great experience. Maari is knowledgeable and kind.

Stacey D.: . In addition to the store, Maari offers sound baths, Kundalini yoga classes, and crystal 101 classes locally and offers private Reiki Shamanic healing sessions out of her home sanctuary on Alki. I highly recommend stopping by!I also highly recommend the Crystal Therapy session Maari offers from her home sanctuary. I've enjoyed a variety of healing modalities over time, and this one is completely unique. The level of relaxation and recalibration I have experienced with this is deep. It feels like a coming home, on an energetic level, which opens doors for insights and a deep sense of calm.

Kay&L P: I first connected with Maari at her crystal and sound healing boutique, stepping into her boutique I immediately felt a genuine warmth from Maari. Navigating this healing journey with a healing master like Maari has been a breath of fresh air. Every meditation, yoga class, or community hike I’ve experienced sparks new grounding connections within myself, important relationships, and my community. The space Maari creates for others is unmatched, I am grateful for the safe and learning space Maari creates. I highly recommend connecting with Maari as an experienced healing master and community builder.

Eric Sailor: Inner Alchemy has offered me a locally accessible refuge. My initial access to Inner Alchemy was through Maari's Kundalini yoga classes and sound bath events. I decided to jump in and recently completed a 10 session Shamanic reiki/sound healing package. Wow! A profound personal growth and healing experience. Maari offers a safe space and meets you where you're at.

Wendy Ann Goldmark: Come the dark days of winter, I always like to add an extra layer or two of self-care to support me through to spring. For unknown reasons, I was remiss this year, but in came Maari's email about the women's sangha. It was perfect timing! I did not hesitate to immediately sign-up for the complete series. The first gathering checked all the boxes. Whitney Mack's presentation was filled with a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and inspiration. The ambiance of the space was expertly adorned to welcome, soothe and hold a truly beautiful group of like-minded women of all ages. With loneliness and isolation now categorized as an epidemic, we need opportunities like this more than ever to gather, heal, share our stories and build a supporting community. I very much look forward to the January and February sanghas!

Olivia Rapp: and each was transformational for me in a unique way. So much love for this gem in West Seattle!

Nancy Gambin: Shopping is a rewarding experience at Inner Alchemy-the kindness and assistance of Maari and her team creates a warm, visiting feel. The product is not merchandise, it’s the atmosphere. But, the merch is fab too! Beautiful unusual crystals, jewelry, and other items to help cultivate a feeling of contentment in life, and self love. Absolutely love this oasis! Thank you Maari, for the shop, and extending the love into the neighborhood with meditations and the new monthly retreats. Life changing experience!

Holly Furen: Anything Maari does is magic. From her fantastic selection at Inner Alchemy to her many motivational events she offers.

Shambhala Meditation Center of Seattle: what do users think?

Alex Lofton: Such a welcoming environment for a meditation novice such as myself. I recommend checking out their weekly public sittings if you’re new to practice.

Sara Jensen: No big deal. crazy wisdom abides. just come sit and be open😌Find others in community. family day 1st Sunday of each month. pls rsvp on website calendar.Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche brought Buddhism from Tibet founding Naropa University and establishing the Shambhala Training method.Among his contributions are the introduction of the Vajrayana teachings to the West, and a presentation of the Buddhadharma largely devoid of ethnic trappings.

Noe Khalfa: The Shambhala Meditation Center of Seattle has been an incredibly helpful resource in my life. I loved it when I first stepped in the doors for an open house about 12 years ago and I still sit with the friendly community almost every week. If you’re looking for a non-judgmental place to come practice meditation no matter what your beliefs or background, you’ve found the right place

Joshua King: I highly recommend Shambala Meditation Center. The staff and volunteers are very welcoming, and you'll find a Sangha that greets you with open hearts and open minds ❤️

Peter Kwok: An excellent place for discovering your spiritual side.

Laura Kaye Chamberlain: Welcoming for beginners and those who have been meditating in other styles, or at other Shambhala centers. Intentional about aiming to incorporate more direct social justice conversation and action, as well as sitting with one’s own mind.GORGEOUS setting surrounded by trees and a wild garden at this converted home—truly unlike a normal urban center.Great place to breathe and connect ♥️ 🌞

Rabia Friedman: They were very nice and welcoming.

Mark Helsel: This is a beautiful space to learn to meditate and work with your mind.

Kyle Clayton: Wonderful place. Friendly open community. And amazing free meditation classes

Merala Heins: I have been a member for a number of years and very much appreciate the camaraderie and wisdom found in the teachings. There are some amazing teachers here and a lot of learning to be had. And also making connections with like minded people

Jan Walker: Nice people, beautiful facility, important mission.

Kaitlyn Hatch: The Seattle Shambhala Centre is a wonderful, spacious place with one of the most gorgeous shrine rooms I’ve ever had the pleasure to practice in. The surrounding garden is delightful and members are warm and welcoming.

Martha S: Most wonderful meditation center anywhere.

Jennifer Yador: on Sundays starting at 1PM is so groundbreaking.

Sanctuary: what do users think?

Adriana Ramirez: I've been coming here for about a year now and am SO sad they will be closing till May! 💔 I have the membership plan and was about to really throw myself in starting new year but I guess not! I love it here and hope the new place will be just as great....please open sooner I'm gonna miss you guys!

Avery Stratton: Our group had such a blast here for a bachelorette party. The host was warm, inviting, and kind. The space was serene and grounding. Highly recommend!

Christian Warren: Awesome place, awesome experience! If you’re looking for something new and unique experience in the world of yoga, this is definitely the place to go.It’s also currently unique to Seattle! So if you’re just visiting, I recommend getting this in! I did, and no regrets. Absolutely gorgeous and fun, and got me actually interested in practicing yoga

Catherine Edwards: One of my favorite places to be for a great detox. The facility is always so clean and relaxing! The staff are so sweet and amazing! Smiles all around for Modo!

Rainier Aliment: Really special place to experience guided breathwork!Every detail of the space has been thoughtfully designed and put together. Very supportive and healing.I'll be back!

Doug Lyon: Had a great experience, and will certainly be back. Wish that there were more of these around the city/state/along the west coast.

Mafara Hobson: This was an AMAZING experience. The facility is luxurious yet simple with the inviting relaxing feel of a spa with minimalist and sustainable undertones. The vibe is incredibly chill and calming with subtle notes of fragrant aromatics. The class sessions are led by instructors who deliver dialogue that is easy to follow, offers safe alignment cues and alternative asana positions to increase or decrease intensity.

Lee Kindell: Wow. Unexpected! I hesitantly went thinking 50 bucks is a bit much for one visit , after the experience, I realized how wrong I was. Walking through the door is entering what you’d imagine a place that is supposed to transport you , to be, from decor to custom scented space and calm environment. The cleanliness is a solid “10” The “ Docent” , the one who tends to you is well trained , friendly and knowledgeable. It was a fully customizable experience . I did not realize how distracted I was in a regular yoga class , vs being focused solely on myself and the instructor . This is the FUTURE of wellness , I highly recommend at least trying it once . You’ll probably change your mind , just like I did . Peace!

Julia T: This place is amazing! I have brought several girlfriends here and my boyfriend-- all loved it equally. The personal customization is one of my favorite features about this place. You get to pick the class, the music, the temperature and whether you want scents or not.Update: I expressed my concerns with my last visit here and was reached out by the team almost immediately. I appreciate the fact that they read their reviews and will note the feedback they receive. It is so rare for me to see a business care and try to rectify their guests negative experience and try to make it positive. Thanks Sanctuary Team!

Robin Williams: Amazing! Will definitely be back!

Smeeta: recommended so I decided to try this on a wet, cold Sunday afternoon

Rebeka: Sanctuary is the most incredible yoga/meditation studio out there. The thoughtful design of the entire space makes you feel like the most special person in the world. Taking a class there is such a treat. The flows are creative and challenging enough to get you out of your head and present at the moment. Can’t recommend it enough.

Evanjelina Alejandre: I had the most incredible experience. I’ve had such a stressful month and needed to find a place to escape to. I downloaded the app and booked my first appt. I was running 5 minutes late due to not being able to find the location. I walked in the door frazzled and stress. I was welcomed in by Elizabeth who immediately put me at ease. She welcomed me in with the warmest energy. The session was like no other. Your completely immersed into your meditation. I was able to silence my mind and focus with no distractions. When the session ended i took a session and was able to relax and unwind in the comfort of my own studio. After the session ended i walked back up front and was given some recommendations from Elizabeth for my next visit after i told her my experience and what i wanted the next time i came in. I’m 100% coming back. I’m so grateful that i found this place, it truly felt like my sanctuary.

Audrey Perkins: Very serene, great instruction. The setup was seamless and the environment welcoming. Highly recommended, especially if you enjoy luxurious vibes 👌🏻

Katlen Tillman: It is everything the name is

Thais: My new favorite place! The amount of joy I have going Sanctuary... the whole experience gives you nothing but joy!

Janice Jimenez: ! If I could afford it, I would take class here every day!!!!

Courtney Jordan: This is just heaven! Private and totally customizable yoga studio in a beautifully designed space!

Modo Yoga: what do users think?

Maggie Astolfi: .

Rani Zimand: I love this studio. Creative and attentive instructors + free mat rentals if you bike-so awesome!

Michael Doquilo: Pranify has been great! I’ve been enjoying the classes a lot.

Bridgit Montgomery: I really enjoy practicing at Pranify! The lobby is a cozy, welcoming space, the locker room has all the amenities I need to shower and get ready for work and the practice space is large and clean. I'm a fan of Bekah and Greta in particular but have loved every class I've taken. Pranify definitely believes in community and I look forward to spending more time there on and off my mat! Thank you 😊

Olivia Moskowitz: Love this studio! The instructors are great and the space is beautiful.

Oren Levy: Great yoga location. Teachers are friendly and helpful. Easy to sign up for classes and a good range of classes as well. I very much recommend Peabody

Ellen Bruchmiller: I've been loving Pranify lately! It is a small studio, but they have a good variety of classes. Beautiful space and all the instructors have been great. Main reason for 4 stars is that the studio itself tends to get pretty smelly, which is not surprising given that it's hot yoga, but I have been to other hot yoga studios that didn't seem to have that problem. I also got spoiled having a good friend that was an exceptional yoga instructor, so my bar for class quality is extremely high. But overall, I would definitely recommend Pranify and I will be going back for the foreseeable future!

Logan Fitzgerald: A great overall experience! I'm new to Yoga and everyone being so friendly and inviting has really helped me feel like a part of the community. Every class has been great and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be coming back and I'm excited to continue to try all the different types of classes they offer.

Hannah Reilly: I’ve taken classes with Jodi, Chelsey, and Tami who are all wonderful teachers. The classes are very flowy and the staff create a warm atmosphere. The building is spacious and comfortable, it feels like a place run by people who love and care about yoga!

Natalie Dostoomian: I love going to Pranify to warm up on a chilly seattle morning. It is a welcoming and comfortable space

Joely Hannan: Hot yoga studio with great vibes in Greenlake! I've tried lots of studios traveling for work and this is a consistent favorite. There's good variety in classes for finding what you're looking for, awesome instructors, and the way the room is heated is comfortable!

Abbi Nussbaum: one of my favorite yoga studios in seattle! classes are the perfect temperature super hot, flows are always fun and challenging, and all the instructors i've taken are so welcoming and helpful for my practice!

S Young: I've attended Tami's and Chloe's classes for the past year and find them to be phenomenal yoga instructors - kind, knowledgeable, challenging in all the best ways. Staff in general have handled any issues/queries with openness, understanding and so much compassion. Great facility as well. I looks forward to coming every week to inprove my healtg.

Jenny Cugier: Pranify yoga has been such a game changer for me; I feel strong, zen and empowered! Love this place ♥️

Karin Stevens: LOVE this studio. Energy of staff, the aesthetics of the space, showers, and the HOT room. It is like a warm hug when you walk into the silent room and prepare to meet a thoroughly engaging power flow and flow. I like a 60 min class. And there are many daily options. And a 75 min if you need it. Teachers are very thoughtful and offer more than just movement, they offer teachings for life. I am a long-time yoga practitioner and am comfortable jumping into anything, but I wonder if these classes would be challenging for new practitioners to learn the poses. I've only taken The Roots class once and look forward to taking it more. Perhaps this is a class for newer yogis. Overall I am SO happy to be back in a yoga community. It has been a long time! And I also really like their online class schedule booking site! So easy to book and reschedule if needed. And they offer great workshop offerings. Thank you Pranify.

Julia Ginder: Love the variety of classes here and the beautiful facilities. It’s also so convenient for those in the Green Lake area.

Lizzy Canarie: Pranify has made me fall in love with hot yoga again.

Sohyun Park: Great yoga studio! I love that it is warm, but not too hot to complete your 1 hr yoga class. Highly recommend!

Brianna Foley: I've really enjoyed classes at Pranify. Each teacher brings something different to the class and the environment has been inviting and warm.
