Modo Yoga Seattle: what do users think?

Maggie Astolfi: .

Rani Zimand: I love this studio. Creative and attentive instructors + free mat rentals if you bike-so awesome!

Michael Doquilo: Pranify has been great! I’ve been enjoying the classes a lot.

Bridgit Montgomery: I really enjoy practicing at Pranify! The lobby is a cozy, welcoming space, the locker room has all the amenities I need to shower and get ready for work and the practice space is large and clean. I'm a fan of Bekah and Greta in particular but have loved every class I've taken. Pranify definitely believes in community and I look forward to spending more time there on and off my mat! Thank you 😊

Olivia Moskowitz: Love this studio! The instructors are great and the space is beautiful.

Oren Levy: Great yoga location. Teachers are friendly and helpful. Easy to sign up for classes and a good range of classes as well. I very much recommend Peabody

Ellen Bruchmiller: I've been loving Pranify lately! It is a small studio, but they have a good variety of classes. Beautiful space and all the instructors have been great. Main reason for 4 stars is that the studio itself tends to get pretty smelly, which is not surprising given that it's hot yoga, but I have been to other hot yoga studios that didn't seem to have that problem. I also got spoiled having a good friend that was an exceptional yoga instructor, so my bar for class quality is extremely high. But overall, I would definitely recommend Pranify and I will be going back for the foreseeable future!

Logan Fitzgerald: A great overall experience! I'm new to Yoga and everyone being so friendly and inviting has really helped me feel like a part of the community. Every class has been great and the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be coming back and I'm excited to continue to try all the different types of classes they offer.

Hannah Reilly: I’ve taken classes with Jodi, Chelsey, and Tami who are all wonderful teachers. The classes are very flowy and the staff create a warm atmosphere. The building is spacious and comfortable, it feels like a place run by people who love and care about yoga!

Natalie Dostoomian: I love going to Pranify to warm up on a chilly seattle morning. It is a welcoming and comfortable space

Joely Hannan: Hot yoga studio with great vibes in Greenlake! I've tried lots of studios traveling for work and this is a consistent favorite. There's good variety in classes for finding what you're looking for, awesome instructors, and the way the room is heated is comfortable!

Abbi Nussbaum: one of my favorite yoga studios in seattle! classes are the perfect temperature super hot, flows are always fun and challenging, and all the instructors i've taken are so welcoming and helpful for my practice!

S Young: I've attended Tami's and Chloe's classes for the past year and find them to be phenomenal yoga instructors - kind, knowledgeable, challenging in all the best ways. Staff in general have handled any issues/queries with openness, understanding and so much compassion. Great facility as well. I looks forward to coming every week to inprove my healtg.

Jenny Cugier: Pranify yoga has been such a game changer for me; I feel strong, zen and empowered! Love this place ♥️

Karin Stevens: LOVE this studio. Energy of staff, the aesthetics of the space, showers, and the HOT room. It is like a warm hug when you walk into the silent room and prepare to meet a thoroughly engaging power flow and flow. I like a 60 min class. And there are many daily options. And a 75 min if you need it. Teachers are very thoughtful and offer more than just movement, they offer teachings for life. I am a long-time yoga practitioner and am comfortable jumping into anything, but I wonder if these classes would be challenging for new practitioners to learn the poses. I've only taken The Roots class once and look forward to taking it more. Perhaps this is a class for newer yogis. Overall I am SO happy to be back in a yoga community. It has been a long time! And I also really like their online class schedule booking site! So easy to book and reschedule if needed. And they offer great workshop offerings. Thank you Pranify.

Julia Ginder: Love the variety of classes here and the beautiful facilities. It’s also so convenient for those in the Green Lake area.

Lizzy Canarie: Pranify has made me fall in love with hot yoga again.

Sohyun Park: Great yoga studio! I love that it is warm, but not too hot to complete your 1 hr yoga class. Highly recommend!

Brianna Foley: I've really enjoyed classes at Pranify. Each teacher brings something different to the class and the environment has been inviting and warm.

The Grinning Yogi - Seattle Capitol Hill: what do users think?

Mallika: This place is amazing! You walk out feeling fresh rejuvenated and happy. One of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been to.

Sonam Singh: I love this yoga studio. I have taken classes with Arzu, Ashish, Anja, and some other teachers and always had a great time.

Gilberto Silva: It was really a nice experience. Instructor Ashish we was super good, for a beginner like me, he was helpful and welcoming. The environment with other people was awesome.

Anya Y: I love the instructors! Can't recommend this space enough. The space can get pretty crowded sometimes so I would try to arrive a bit earlier sometimes to make sure there's a good spot!

Victoria Venturella: Shannon Ryan is the best yoga instructor i've ever had! I love how mindful she is of what we are needing and what works best for us! She is authentic, fun, and intune with our bodily landscape in its totality. Both emotionally and physically! I haven't taken a class with her yet where I haven't continuously smiled! I wish she was in Capitol Hill more often!

Meg M: I love Ginning Yogi. In a city that is packed full of yoga studios, Grinning has been my favorite from the very first class I took there. Warmth, generosity, kindness, humor. Grinning is the place you turn for all of this goodness while also having a safe environment to move your body.If you haven't had a chance to check out their online classes, do yourself a favor. They're amazing. Or check out the variety of other ways they offer to practice safely - small groups, outdoors, etc. When the Grinning doors fully open again - and they will - treat yourself to classes there. It's going to be amazing to get back in Studio when the time is right.Thank you, Grinning Yogi, for being there. You all create light and love in what can sometimes be a dark world.

Summer Bourn: I have been practicing here since 2016 and took my teacher training here! Wonderful community with welcoming and knowledgeable teachers. So happy to have found this space that has become such an integral part of my life. So much appreciation to the owner, Jamie, for bringing this space to the community.

Emily Kongchunji: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityA lovely studio in a beautiful neighborhood. I have enjoyed my practice here, the teachers are insightful and I always come away better.

David: This place has two connected studios, large rooms, more of a hippy interior and facilities are okay. Didn’t particularly enjoy the loud music but I knew that going in, instructors are generally good. Parking is very hard to come by after work.

Neda Javadpour: small studio but amazing instructors.

Nancy Isenberg:

John Dougherty: Преподаватели замечательные, студия хорошо управляется. Очень рекомендую Софи, Бри и Кейси — их занятия феноменальны.

Bobby Ray Jones Junior:

Roberta Collison: .

Nicholas Hansen: Расслабленная атмосфера сообщества. Отличное место для общения с людьми и практики

Lacey Lancaster: Мне очень нравится эта студия... преподаватели, сотрудники и другие студенты сообщества шефайоги делают этот опыт особенным. Не могу порекомендовать его больше!

Hayden Flanders: Excellent space for a yoga! Such a friendly atmosphere and great location.

Samuel Slutsky: Great, clean, facility, wonderful instructor, lots of constructive guidance, encouragement, and positivity. Peaceful and zen environment.

Graham Morrison: My first experience with 90 minute Bikram class I was intimidated coming in, but the instructor Parvanah had a distinctive presence and confident voice that helped me stay in the headspace - reassuring, not distracting, instructing not correcting. Within the first few minutes I wasn’t worried about being a beginner or doing it wrong, I was just doing it. I did more than I thought I ever could, I’m looking forward to my next time. The studio itself was clean and inviting, the people were friendly and welcoming. Try it!

Michelle L. Townsend: Frani is the best yoga studio owner and she has hired the best yoga instructors. The space is absolutely lovely and peaceful.

Ana Sepetovska: I believe this studio is an excellent place for healing, fitness and fun!I’ve been subscribed for six months consecutively and have had great classes with so many of the teachers. Each and every one of them teaches to a great standard.I love that the studio has a hot room and a loft for vinyasa and yin. The yin classes have been such a breath of fresh air!Next, I want to urge anyone that is doubting if they should try hot yoga. I feel warmer and more at peace. The benefits are certainly there!

Khalif A.: Fantastic experience! Really relaxing & feel more stretched than I have in a while

Angelica Gutierrez: Fantastic class… deep stretches… perfect!

Pierre Bradette: A great studio with fantastic teachers - all very skilled with years of experience. Great place to immerse yourself in yoga and learn at your own pace. The instructors meet you where you are at in terms of ability and skill. They will challenge you in a way that prioritizes what is safe and what you are ready for.

Feven H: I took a noon class, fundamentals with Kathryne Bouchard. Such a beautiful flow. Challenging but gentle. It didn't feel like I was working hard, more like traveling/exploring in my body. Abs were very sore next day lol. I recommend! Thank you Seattle Arts.

Jordan Kump: Fantastic local studio. Ellen in particular is an amazing teacher. The free to use mats, props, and water is so convenient. If you haven't tried one of their classes, sign up today!

Lauren Cree: I was devastated when my beloved "yoga home", Sutra in Wallingford, closed its doors a few years ago. Began my search and upon a friend's recommendation took a couple of classes at SYA. Well.....the rest as they say is history. Beautiful space, warm and welcoming staff and teachers who really know their stuff, innovative and supportive styles of classes for all levels/moods, and a lovely and diverse community.

Mauricio Borges: Best place to do traditional Yoga in Seattle

S Antupit: SYA is Seattle's most wonderful community, studio, and teacher training resource.

Michelle Peterson: I have been a student since 2002. There is no other studio I've been so at home in.

The Yogi Grind: what do users think?

Kylee Sutton: I've been coming to this studio for almost 5 years now. The instructors just keep getting better over the years. They have fun and interesting sequences that progress logically from less difficult to more challenging poses over the course of the class. The environment is very welcoming and relaxing. And on top of that, there is a huge parking garage literally right next to it! I'll keep coming to this yoga studio for as long as I live in Seattle.

Chris Shaiman: If you like hot yoga there are some really great instructors here, chill vibes, and a kind owner.

Emilia Slimon: This is my favorite studio in Seattle. So welcoming and wonderful instructors!

Alex Maloney: Great teachers and classes! I’ve tried many of their various classes and I love how each one is different in their practice. All the teachers are kind, open, friendly and watchful of their students to help us little yogis grow! They always have different variations of poses so you don’t feel left out or bad if you can’t get into a pose fully. Highly recommend Yin classes if you like to get a good stretch but still be very relaxed - it’s my favorite 🧘🏼‍♀️

Heidi Weakly: Awesome hot yoga studio! The instructors are very knowledgeable, and add great variety to the classes. My personal favorite class is yoga flow. The only con is that occasionally the instructors let people after the session has started - which is distracting.

Seujan Bertram: Been looking for a new yoga studio since I switched jobs earlier this year. After months of trying out different studios and not quite finding the right fit, I decided to drop into this one after reading the reviews. Loved it right away. Excellent classes and accessible to all levels. The instructors have been exceptional, knowledgeable, attentive, and egoless.Signed up for their new student 1 month unlimited special and plan to enroll in their monthly unlimited plan.

Melissa Peterman: The Seattle Yoga Lounge teaching style is by far my favorite that I've tried in Seattle and I've been doing yoga for 17 years now and I grew up in this area. I appreciate that they keep their classes unique, challenging- yet approachable and very satisfying in the fact that I always feel like it's an hour well spent and I've noticed great muscle tone from the classes that I haven't in others. Each instructor that I've had the pleasure to meet,Teddy, CJ, Elvis, Caitlin, Josh and others have all been tremendously encouraging and fully engaged. Yes, each class is packed, but that is to be expected when you offer something great.

Luke Daining: With working hard with patients every day and spending time in difficult postures, the core strength and stretching I get from hot yoga is essential. SYL has fantastic instructors who will patiently teach you the practice of yoga.

Gina Daining: I always feel like class goes by so fast at SYL. They truly have great instructors! They also give you a lavender soaked towel at the end of class. Amazing.

Jeremy Harvey: I’ve been attending for about 7 months now and and extremely happy to have found this studio. I learn something new every class I take.

Gather Yoga: Loved the class with Elvis!

Jason McWalter: I have been taking classes at Seattle Yoga Lounge for about a year now and they have really helped me increase my mobility and core strength. Being a rock climber and a personal trainer, this is especially helpful! I highly recommend Seattle Yoga Lounge to all my clients and anyone who wants to improve their performance as an athlete!

The Center For Yoga of Seattle: what do users think?

vidya balasubramanya: I'm so glad I found authentic iyengar yoga and a teacher like Richard. Richard has helped me practice through several joint and muscular issues.Im thankful that I'm able to do yoga despite body limitations; thanks to Richard's thorough instructions on alignment and his emphasis on the basics.

Branco: @rsch

Big Mike: gre@t $tudio

Disha Goel: Richard is an amazing teacher with years of experience, The personal attention each student gets in the class in outstanding.

Anasuya Basu: Richard is an amazing teacher with great attention to detail. Both in person and online classes are available. Highly recommend to anyone looking to pursue Iyangar Yoga.

Andreas Grasser: . It would be nice if You would answer my follow request

Jessica wolinski: Great teacher

Tara King Whiteside: I chose the Center for Yoga and Richard Schachtel for my very first 200 hr yoga teacher certification, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! As a dedicated student of yoga for eight years, my desire for an experienced, wise and senior teacher in an alignment-based practice drove my decision.Richard is extremely knowledgeable, and he keeps control of his classes so that you are always learning--about every body type, every prop, and you're encouraged to explore what different modifications and props do for you.I've left this training prepared to begin working with ANY type of body and ANY level of ability, which was my goal. However, I've also left this training having discovered such an invaluable resource and teacher in Richard that I'm committed to continuing to study with him both to further my own practice and to also continually deepen my understanding of yoga in the Iyengar tradition.I have chosen to teach yoga to others and share the joy of this self-healing practice, and I'm incredibly grateful to be learning so much from Richard that I can then pass on to my students.

Birud Jhaveri: The best yoga studio in Seattle, bar none. Richard is incredibly knowledgable and a no-nonsense teacher. If you want to learn traditional yoga as it used to be taught by the masters, visit this studio. You'll be in a highly focused class. I took a year long course with Richard, and am planning to sign up for another one!

kereshmeh taheri: Best yoga place in the world

Afrin Sopariwala: This place is terrific. For those who want to experience authentic and traditional yoga taught in the Iyengar style, this is the place that will give you the best. The teachers are amazing, the attention to each student, and their alignment and technique is what makes this place stand out compared to the standard yoga class. I have been going here for more a year and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Bala Yoga Fremont: what do users think?

Emily Marcum: Bala is the best place for yoga in the greater Seattle area in my opinion! All of the instructors are absolutely fantastic, they have multiple different class options, and the vibes in the studios are so peaceful. Everything you can ask for from a yoga studio 5/5.

Tanner O'Rourke: I went to the Kirkland Bala Yoga for years, and after moving to Seattle have started going to Fremont. Everyone is so friendly, the classes are professional, and the workout is great. Love this spot!

Ada Zhou: I'm having prenatal yoga classes with Chelsey Ocean. She is very kind, humor and well considered. The excesses are not too tired nor too easy for a mom-to-be. I feel I benefits a lot from the classes mentally and physically, practiced a lot for breathing. Highly recommend it.

Anita T: Love this place. A wide variety of yoga types and creative movement. I went to 8 classes while in town to help a family member. If I lived closer I would buy an annual membership without thinking twice as the movement offered is more varied and creative than my home yoga studio.

Maha Taji: , it is good to talk to the staff about the best way to transition. I found that starting off with Bala Fundamentals was perfect.

John Q: Great place. And the instructor Fernanda, has some pretty clever transitions and will make you work.

Sandra Sophiea: Bala is a great place to practice yoga. Each teacher is unique and offers a ‘special something’ to enhance your practice.I would love to see a morning class added on weekdays

Kathryn Cardenas: Such a beautiful studio and wonderful instructors. Convenience class times. I also go to the one in Kirkland which I love. Highly recommend.

Cinthya Tu: 3 my fav place to recharge!

Alex K: I’ve enjoyed the classes here, they haven’t been overly crowded, and the bathroom is spacious with amenities. It’s a welcoming environment, and offers a range of classes for different comfort levels.

Natalie Akers: Bala is a wonderful studio space: warm and spacious with plenty of supplies and natural light. I especially loved class with Karla and Casie. Both offered unique flows that built strength and flexibility through holding and adjusting and playing.

Logan DeGrand: This is a peaceful, quiet sanctuary, perfect for practicing yoga. The room is 85 degrees, so it's not hot yoga, but warm enough so you are never cold when you come inside on a cold day and dress down for class.

Lou Reyes: I really enjoyed practicing at Bala Studio! The instructor are very welcoming and helpful to challenge me with my practice. Also, kudos to Amy for all of her help in supporting me to be part of this amazing community.

Hilary Lashley Renison: ! After having a 2nd child, I’m eager to regain my core strength and feel like Bala is going to be a great place to do so. Parking can be tricky, and classes fill up fast! So get there early!

Oveys Hedayati: Great place, great staff and trainers. Highly recommended!

Oleksandra Prokopenko: love this place!! lots of variety in classes and a very nice atmosphere.

Alexis Thurston: Bala yoga has been awesome! I received some classes as a gift and was looking forward to trying yoga in a studio instead of videos at home. I felt very welcomed by the instructors and others attending the classes. Students are all doing different levels of poses but just focus on yourself and ways to push yourself at your level. I was motivated to keep trying and coming each week and seeing improvements in myself. There are lots of options for classes as well as times throughout the day. As a busy mom of 3, it has become something I look forward to going to each week.

Sylvia Gholson: Great studio with lovely teachers who build creative and challenging yoga classes that are still accessible to multiple levels of experience. I am building on my practice every time I come here!

Seoyoun Hahn: Very helpful for relaxing and stretching my muscles, and gain strength at the same time. All 6 classes so far were amazing and I’ll continue on!

Brittany Skinner: I’ve had a great experience with Bala Yoga! I’m very much a beginner but the classes are accessible and modifiable to my level. The space itself is gorgeous and the staff and the community has been kind and welcoming.

Be Luminous Yoga: what do users think?

Sherry Q: I am sad that it closed, I have been to this studio for 5 months and fell in love with yoga again. Both Micheal and Ashish really helped me building strength and stretching my body to the point that I don't have any back pain anymore and did a first ever handstand in my life. My husband started going there too, and it helped his back pain as well. I strongly recommend Micheal and Ashish's class. Micheal currently is not teaching anymore, but Ashish is still teaching. I really miss Micheal's class, I hope she can start teaching somewhere closer to SLU again, Please come back!

Gavi Franco: or

Neil Thawani: I traveled to Seattle for work and decided to drop into a yoga studio for two weeks. Little did I know I would find a tribe of some of the friendliest, most competent, and impressive yogis I have ever witnessed. It was a pleasure to be on the mat with the teachers and fellow students of BLY.

Jennifer Huber: I took a zoom class with Ashish and I highly recommend that you do too while we are practicing from wherever we are under quarantine. His teaching is effective and powerful and his cueing is clear and effective. I highly recommend checking him out with their zoom yoga offerings or go see him in person if you live in the Seattle area.

Peter Feysa: Favorite yoga spot.

Marcus: Dropped in for a class while visiting Seattle. Very aesthetically pleasing, clean studio. Instruction was also quality.

Psy Zhou: One of the best yoga studios in Seattle! Cozy and right in downtown!

Aline Altmann: Great classes, very demanding but still feasible for all levels since teachers would always give different options. Temperature of the heated classes is not too hot - overall a great experience and definitely recommended

Aimee Leong: Best yoga studio I've been to. Teachers are passionate, calm but not over-bearing.

Jonathan: You'll be hurting, in the best ways possible! Good skill range and schedule!

Irene Brown: Great

Lauren Whiddon: Some of the classes are too crowded for my taste. I love the combination lockers they have.

Katie Tran: I seriously love this place! I have been practicing Vinyasa Yoga for about 3 years and this studio has the best flows! Each teacher has different sequences so you aren't repeating the same flow everyday like most mainstream studios. Team is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I hope to come here for a long time.

Maven. A Yoga Studio.: what do users think?

Carli L: Maven is the best. I attended this studio for 2 years until I had to move and absolutely loved the challenge and peace it brought me multiple times a week. Kai is an incredible teacher who has a unique touch to his classes, he’s a great yoga instructor and his music sets the vibe every time. Each week, Kai had a new flow and always challenged certain poses and stretches. I also went to Carly’s classes and loved them as well, she is so peaceful and meditative. Will come back to this studio if I find myself in Seattle again. Love it so much and will miss it!

Jodi Boone: I just started to attend this studio, and it is truly lovely. The aesthetic is beautiful with wood floors, exposed brick, and soft lighting, it has a relaxed and intimate feel, and I have appreciated the excellent teaching, as well as kindness, of the two teachers whose classes I have attended so far, Kai and Hannah. What a gem of a studio.

Joe Hiatt: Maven offers consistently transcendent, transformative yoga. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Molly Hallahan: I've tried so many different yoga studios in Seattle and this is by far my favorite!!

Zachary Kirshbaum: As someone trained in yoga teaching, this is my favorite studio that I have been to! I cannot recommend this place enough, and I feel lucky that I live nearby and get to go as often as I do :D

Sophie Dion-Kirschner: Hannah is an amazing yoga instructor and person

Cassius Wright: What an outstanding experience! You can tell much about a business by how the owner interacts with the community and Kai has proven to be an outstanding example of that. Beyond being professional and capable, Kai demonstrates that the most important aspect of any successful enterprise is still kindness. As a fellow business owner I can say with certainty that Kai exemplifies positivity, intelligence and heart, even to complete strangers. Highly recommended 😎

Scott G.: First ever yoga experience and needed to work on flexibility versus strength building and the hot yoga session I attended was exactly what I needed.

Tiffany Huan: This studio feels like home. Great community of teachers and students that cater to all levels of practice. Classes are vibrant, challenging and heated. I needed to move around and unstuck my energy from my WFH situation and Maven was the answer. Every single teacher is incredible and comes with their own unique style.

Trey Harnden: Maven is a great yoga studio. There is street parking. There are nice showers onsite. The classes are heated flow. So temps are mid 90s. Different flow each class. Soft music & lights that follow the flow. Really enjoy all of the instructors

Holly Real: This studio is wonderful! I always feel nervous to try out a new studio and this was such a dream!

cait: which was nice for me but I can see this place filling up sooner rather than later once the word gets out :

Dana Donovick: was fantastic. I felt like she took me through a therapeutic journey that helped me synchronize my mind and body

Megan Tuschhoff: Highly recommend! Maven is such a warm and welcoming place with fantastic instructors and community! I travel a lot for work and family, so I’m regularly out of town, but find myself craving the classes here when I’m away! Every class I’ve taken has has incorporated a wonderfully balanced and intentional flow, great cueing, and supportive instruction. Very much looking forward to my next class!

Barry Brinker: Hands down the best yoga studio in Seattle! Authentic, articulate, and all around A-MAZ-ING teachers. All the teachers are descriptive with their cues and very helpful with choices for modifications to suit your body. A clean and cozy space with great music and lighting. Kai has done a great job in providing a welcoming space for all. 5 STARS!!!!

ashley salo: is what keeps me coming back.I'm astoundingly grateful that a whim has turned into something so much more, and I'm so much looking forward to working on my practice within this beautifully established community!Thank you Kai and the rest of the instructors for creating the space for all of this.

Spira Power Yoga: what do users think?

Rucker Alex: classes as well as occasional workshops, retreats, and mindfulness / yoga teacher trainings too. There's always parking right in front, and Dora has also allowed me to bring my bike into the lobby for safekeeping during class.

Amanda Babai: Spira is one of the best studios I’ve ever been to—it’s clean, friendly, and welcoming. Dora is an amazing teacher and yogini, and I love how she perfectly combines physical rigor with the spiritual & mental sides of yoga. Truly, it’s an art.

Shannon Rock: I've been doing yoga at Spira for several years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. Dora's yoga classes are physically challenging for the experienced yogi, but not unapproachable for those new to the practice. She has an incredible depth of knowledge, so you know you're learning proper technique. She's also darn funny, reminding us that joy and humor are important parts of every life endeavor. This is NOT just an exercise class, Dora is building something special here in Issaquah. Support small local business owners and gain a community!

Dana Reinert: Great slow-flow Sunday PM class with Alyssa. I’ve been looking for a slower, more mindful practice that still gives me great movement, and Alyssa’s Yin/Yang class on Sunday PM at 5:30 was fantastic! If you’re looking for a slow vinyasa and yin poses, a dose of wisdom, and a welcoming environment at all levels, check this one out. I live in Ballard but I’ll be coming back!

Liudmyla Kozynska: This place is awesome! For every level of your yoga knowledge. Very powerful atmosphere. Yoga instructor experienced, super friendly and respectful.

Danielle Fleumer: If you are looking for a yoga studio, this is a great choice whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade; have been to multiple studios across Seattle, the Eastside, and the country; been in yoga teacher trainings; etc. and I can honestly say that Spira is one of the best in the area. All of the teachers are great and the owner is a very knowledgeable practitioner with a heart of gold and beautiful values.

Victoria Gnatoka: I've been attending Spira Yoga Classes for more than 3 years now and it has been amazing. I love teachers, atmosphere, ambiance and of course great yoga classes. I would highly recommend Spira Power Yoga to anyone.

Rose Faerie: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityOne of the best yoga classes I’ve ever been to. I hadn’t practiced in years. The instructor was easy to follow and encouraging. Classmates were welcoming and polite.

Kira Kitchens: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityDora was provided a wonderful practice in a relaxed setting. I got exactly what I needed from this practice including a good sweat, an excellent full body stretch and a renewed perspective on the day. Highly recommend.

Cala Zubair: At Spira Yoga, I get my daily dose of mindfulness along with a range of yoga classes, from challenging power yoga to soft flows and guided meditations. The variety of classes and workshops really hits the spot for all of life's daily ups and downs.I love the studio because their classes make me feel strong in both mind and body. And as an avid jiujitsu practitioner, I can say that yoga really compliments the sport. So thankful for Spira Yoga!

Elizabeth Wyosnick: This studio is a gem!! I have been a faithful member for 5 years and I am still completely in love. The instructors are all knowledgable and offer strong, captivating flows that help body, mind and spirit. You know those workouts that you feel better after, than you did before?! - That's Spira!!!

Shakti Vinyasa Yoga Bellevue: what do users think?

Martha Fulton: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality

Ilya Razenshteyn: Great beginner-friendly studio with friendly and competent instructors.

A Y: , but it was often just too much for me

Irene Yu: This is one of the best yoga studio in town! Awesome instructors, very clean and tidy facility, peaceful environment with big room and large windows, and there are many different levels of classes to choose from so there is one that’s right for you.

Lu: I purchased a unlimited new student special in 30 days.I living super close from the studio, so I decided give it a try. From now I tried Zak and Lisa, and Susan's classes, so far so good. They are so patient and detail came to correct me several poses. The studio is so neat, even the front desk receptionist are super friendly, they even could memorize my name in the second time saw me entered the front door, really make me feel comfortable. Will buy the membership for sure.BTW: At the first class the only thing to bother me was the temperature, I never took any hot yoga classes, or higher than room temperature classes. But after several classes, I got used to the temperature.

Ammara T: I've been coming here on and off since I was in high school and my practice has only grown over the years. I enjoy the classes and wonderful instructors. The techniques and Baptiste practice taught here is just one of my favorites! I've tried different Yoga studios and practices from Hot Yoga to Vinyasa Yoga and this place has always been by far my ultimate go to place. I love the consistency in the quality of instructors, the personal touch with the assit's, the Vinyasa flows with variations and the cute little studio itself. I love the refreshing and energizing feeling I get after attending a class. I know 1-1.5hr class might sound like a lot but it goes by really fast. There are no mirrors and no clocks in the studio so you get to focus on yourself, your breathing which I love. Also if you're worried about the heat its definitely not Hot Yoga but some classes can range from 80-100 degrees and helps you sweat out the toxins. The level 1 classes are definitely more slow paced and they take time to show you the different poses and walk through them a lot more. Level 1.5 and beyond just flow through your practice and go at a relaxed pace with the instructors demonstrating the different poses. It has gotten pricey over the years with being in Downtown Bellevue but they do offer a student discount and I believe 10% off for Microsoft Prime holders.Plenty of parking in the apartment garage right behind the studio with clearly labeled parking specific for the Yoga studio. There are also a few Main Place Parking spots right outside the garage that people filter out of pretty quickly. Never had a problem finding parking. You can also park at the CVS parking area which is free for 1-2hrs and its like a 2min walk to the studio.Water fountain is located right outside in the hallway. This is a small studio with only one room but the experience is just wonderful and rewarding. They don't offer lockers but having cubbies to store your items. I've never had a problem leaving my stuff out and I have been coming for years. They have 2 showers and 2 bathroom stalls which can get a little crowded with the back to back classes. Overall, I recommend trying some classes here! There new student package is amazing!

Breathe Hot Yoga: what do users think?

Anna Bell: Dan was a great teacher! Pushes you in a healthy way

Tahel Kooby: I've gone for over 6 years and it's an amazing studio. Kristin is amazing; professional, hilarious and instructs.

Jean Prominski: . The heat really helps loosen up my muscles so I can stretch better. Since they have 3 locations, there’s a great variety of times that classes are offered. If you’re looking for a great yoga and Pilates studio in Seattle, I highly suggest Breathe!

Thomas: It may take a little while to try the various instructors to find where you mesh but I recommend classes with Amber, Eddie, and Andrea.

Serina Hsu: A beautiful studio with passionate and smart instructions.

Mary jane Shaw: Well for starters the studio is good enough space for everyone but sometimes they just overbooked it when it’s like 6 and 7pm classes and sometimes I still see strands of hair on the floor and they only have 1 towel to use to wipe the weights and such but the teachers were amazing I highly recommend book on Susannah’s class! She’s a great instructor very helpful with a fun side! But overall experience is 4 ⭐️ ‘s! I will stick to this yoga studio it’s closer and good environment!

Gisela Cardenas: Best yoga tribe in Brownsville

Lucas Roncato Batista: Great place! Great staff!

harsha rastogi: I have been going to this studio for around six months and I totally enjoyed my time here. My favorite classes were Hot Pilates and Bikram 60/90. What I liked most about Bikram classes by Mike was its focus on improving each and every pose and perfecting them over a period of time. If you want more cardio in your workout, then Hot Pilates is a good option. Its main focus is core body workout and a high intensity interval training. Yin is also an interesting class if you are looking deep stretches and relaxation. Another great thing about the class, is that sometimes instructors come and correct your poses, I think that helps.Make sure you keep yourself hydrated before and after the class, Bikram 90 classes tend to get very hot.

Metta C: . You will find some instructors offer classes at both. I love that there are so many different personalities, although they are all very friendly and willing to help you with perfecting your pose. There are also a variety of special events happening that range from yoga workshops to holistic wellness. Facilities are always clean. Culture is always welcome to newbies wanting to make a positive change in their bodies. Grab an auto-debit membership to get the most of what you pay. Highly recommend this place!

Tricia F: changing rooms are VERY small, however. There are two showers, and room for about 4-5 people to comfortably change clothes. There are obviously more women than this in a class, so this presents a problem between classes when people are coming in and out of the changing area. The location is easy to get to, and there are spots to park bikes out front.

Alissa Dare: . I've made similar requests of other companies and been told, "No, but it's always good for $30 at our store". Well, not only did the owners agree to let me extend the original value of the deal, they also have an onsite physical therapist, so I can start healing sooner. Sometimes the simple act of good will demonstrates the values of a business. I'm impressed.
