Ben Kordash: Some times they don't have a good assortment of sizes available for the popular shoes but this is always the first shoe store that I go to when I am in the market for a pair quality (Adidas, Puma, Nike, Saucony, New Balance, Jordan, Timbaland, and other "street wear" brands. Its all about what they have in stock on the day you pop in. This is a small family run business that is interested in pleasing their customers. Take a few moments to introduce yourself if you have purchased more than one or two pairs of shoes from them. Be nice and kind, and thankful. They just might ask what you like and set something aside for you next time. I always tell tourists to go here if they ask where a good shoe store is.

Northwest: I have been to their store many times to buy, sell, and trade shoe's. Tia is very fair when buying shoes off of people that actually come into the store. I have only been going to them the last year and its been a really solid experience. I've boughten shoes off them like the Travis Scott Jordan 4's and Reverse Mocha's. I've sold a lot of shoes to them as well. Out of all the sneaker stores in the Seattle area, they are hands down the best and it's not even close.

Ricky P: UPDATE:Updating because after visiting other sneaker shops across WA, they’re not doing anything different in terms of selling your collection to them. I do think their customer service could be better, but again, it’s pretty much the type of customer service you get at any sneaker shop. I still wouldn’t sell here personally, but I will say they have the best selection of recent/hype sneakers and surprisingly their prices are fair when comparing to other competitors.

These shoes run small! The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to make my own purchase in the near future. I couldn’t believe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. I have shopped in person at Seattle, Vancouver, and Denver and no matter where I am or where the shoes have to travel from, the customer service experience is always amazing!! My phone calls have always been answered with welcome tones and detailed answers! I’ve ordered so many pairs of shoes over the phone and every employee has been cool, knowledgeable, and kind! The culture at Fluevog is the best, and should be an example for any sales experience!!My most recent purchase was over the phone at the Seattle store last week. The Fluevologist helped me pick the correct size based on other shoes I had. The last pair in the country was in Manhattan and that store shipped them fast! I had them in under a week! Thank you so much for all the fantastic service through the years!
Quintin Kreth: The Seattle Fluevog store is one of their best. Fluevogs are excellent, hand-made shoes. Their boots were a big part of the grunge scene. This location is a smaller store, but they have a great selection and extremely helpful staff. I love shopping here whenever I'm in Seattle.

I went to their website and saw that they carried every style of every brand of shoe I was interested in. I was very excited to go in and actually get to try everything and compare shoes better. I've been searching for the right pair of shoes for hiking for several years, but I've found it hard to find what works best for my feet and the issues I have. I really loved the selection of shoes this shop has. I got plenty of help and the man helping me had answers for all my questions and was patient with me while I tried on probably 8-10 pairs of shoes. She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. Tyler Paulson: fall apart from the sole on my way to an event, and Romax just happened to have a pair that fit my style, price range and level of casual footwear when I needed replacements asap. Walked out of the store with them on and walked around the rest of the day, and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. Will be coming back for sure!

Romax is the only store where the associate was knowledgeable about shoe/foot health and the selection offered some stylish options! I always struggle with the compromise between comfy but geriatric looking or stylish but painful. I will definitely be returning to Romax. Even my dad found shoes that he likes for his difficult and damaged feet!

Maria Sierra: What can you say about the feeling of coming home after 5 years! I purchased 2 Mephisto sandals here in 2017 and let’s just say that I wore them to their death! On this trip to Seattle for a cruise, I made sure there was time for another round of Mephisto sandals! Three sandals later I’m a happy lady! Michael is the perfect person representing Mephisto! He’s charismatic, personable, but most importantly knowledgeable in his trade. My sandals will be shipped home without any charges! That way my luggage weight is not compromised any more than it already is!! What a pleasure meeting Michael.
