She is so helpful, and yes some would call it overwhelming but she was well intentioned. I love the one I bought. It is a European brand and is so comfortable. I have serious bunions and this pair has just the nice suede fabric and shape that looked elegant and feel comfortable. I notice her shop is now chosed. I hope it opens up again soon. My only regret is I didnt buy the other one she recommended. Plunking down another $200 was a bit much at that time. Now I have to go back to see if its still there.

Of the other four pairs, three were slip ons. Don't waste your time with those if you have wide feet. Otherwise you'll end up feeling like Cinderella's ugly stepsisters.Last item was just a fun experience: As the very young and hilarious saleswoman went to the back to get my size shoes, there was a clear voice giving directions. I love it whenever there's really a "voice behind the curtain."

I had gotten a pair, some time ago and at the assistant helping me, suggested a great pair boots would give and stretch over time, and that I should get a half size smaller so after they are broke in my foot wouldn't move in the boot. That did not happen, after wearing them through the pain for a few weeks, they did not give, or stretch, and my toes would smash and go numb, so I rarely wore them, I tried stretching them, but still hurt my feet.I decided I would go back and look for another pair of boots, and while looking, Kate helped me, I told her my story, and she said bring them in, she wanted to help me with my situation. I told her about the receipt, and that I wasn't sure if they carried that particular boot anymore, and the other associate pointed out that if anyone was to help me with my situation it was Kate, she's the manager. Few days past I came in with my boots and Kate helped me to every extent and made it easy. She ordered me, that same pair, and the right size and will call me when they arrive in the store. I will recommend this store, for selection of products, quality and choices. I also highly recommend quality and attention to customer service in this store!
