I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. Since I was liking the merchandise, she showed me this slouchy button-down top, perfect for casual-no-I-didn't-dress-for-you occasions. I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!

He was not friendly at all and made me feel like a big inconvenience even though I was spending almost 200 and trying to support a local small business, I guess I will be going to REI or ordering online from now on. Very disappointing.

No more. They simply give you the box for you to try on yourself. Plus, my clerk today at Shoreline was a real crank. I do love the shoes and will continue to shop there.

However, I wasn't sure that I wanted to make the drive from Stanwood to Shoreline regardless of the quality of shoes they have. In spite of the busyness of the store Samantha was attentive, informative, and she helped me find multiple pairs of sandals that 2 weeks later I'm still very happy with.

Called them late Friday, the pulled a pair of Kendo 88s aside, and by 11 am last Saturday I had new skis with a spring setup ready to test. One day of practice was all I had, but the skis were tuned and set so well, one day was all I needed to adjust. Passed my L2s! Would not have happened without their great assistance and technical support. Bought all my skis, my wife’s skis, and my sons’ skis from this team. Small but stocked and always friendly. Very kind, knowledgeable, no pressure attitude which is much appreciated when you are visiting. My only feedback is with respect to ordering sizes that they don't currently have available in store. The in-store experience to order took about 35 minutes as there was only one person on the floor that could ring the transaction and was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive. After 6 weeks of waiting for my flannel I was gifting to someone, I called and they assured me it would be coming soon. When nothing arrived I called again 2 weeks later and they were able to help to expedite getting me my flannel. They were extremely apologetic about the delay and at the end of the day I was happy to receive the item when it arrived.

DR. S.WOO!: Can't say how fortunate we are to have a Frye boot storefront, it's not common. Everyone is super kind, nice and helpful. I think I bought 3 this season!?!?! They are well made, durable and a must!
