Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

Yogi Donovan: Two different restaurants, and two separate cafes. Seven floors of shopping ecstasy, the downtown department store truly continues to exceed expectations. This location makes sure to include amazing art installations and makes your trip in store worth your while. Maybe the best return policy in the nation. Gary H Y Zhu: First of all the store is amazing, that’s been established already. Definitely worth a visit even as a tourist spot. But today I was touched by the amazing customer service I received. Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Emily Gipple: Great selection, easy to find what I needed, easy parking, good prices. It’s nice to just get the right things I’m looking for quickly in person, instead of wading through the million options on Amazon and unboxing the deliveries.
Osh Morethstorm: Fairly priced and bargain priced vegan items are plenty here.
Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.

Cat Warren: High quality threads from a progressive, locally-owned athletics company with a focus on the empowerment of girls, women, and community. I really like that they have a range of fabric options suited to different climates. I can run from the coast, through the desert where I live, into the mountains, with a few high performance pieces from Oiselle.

Since I was liking the merchandise, she showed me this slouchy button-down top, perfect for casual-no-I-didn't-dress-for-you occasions. I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!

sfbay jack: I made it right before closing one weekday night. I needed two things. However it had been awhile since I had been to a super center and my cart soon filled up with other items I thought I needed. When at the checkout, I realized they didn’t take tap and thankfully I had the app downloaded so I just needed to update my address and payment information. It did take some time but thankfully no one was behind me and the cashier was directing other shoppers to use the self checkout. It appears to have a very urban crowd despite is suburban location past SeaTac intl in Renton. ideally I would shop earlier in the daytime not close to the 11pm closing time. As far as finding a member of the Walmart crew, it was the opposite experience of Home Depot as there were literally as many as 6-10 associates in any given area or department of that store. Not my go to store but I did find what I was needing and more.
