Nuflours Bakery: what do users think?

Ty Hen: Found on Alaska mileage plan, and decided to indulge my pastry tooth after seeing they had lemon bars. Bars were decent(crust was a bit undercooked; crumbly and bland, not buttery or flaky. Lemon vanilla donut was soft and tasty, just a tad pricey for the size. Were out of a bunch of drinks on the menu, or didn't have them. The girl working wasn't clear. She wasn't unpleasant. She was very polite, just seemed distracted and a little perturbed, like something had occurred earlier and she wanted to get home. Clean establishment, but the decor wasn't welcoming. I may or may not be back.

mayanthia: Fantastic gluten free bakery! I really enjoy their lemon vanilla donut and the chocolate eclair. My teenager loves the peppermint brownies and the salter caramel brownies. My husband strongly recommends the cinnamon roll. Seriously, go repeatedly and just try everything. You won't be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Good options for gluten free and vegan. Everything is well labeled.

Myles Caddell: One of the best spots in Seattle for Celiac's. A dedicated gluten free bakery. We loved their savory hand pies and quiches, their cinnamon rolls and donuts, their entire menu without having to hunt for asterisks on what parts of the menu were safe. It's all safe, and it's spectacular.Dietary restrictions: Celiac/Gluten Free

Adam M: Gluten free or not this place is delicious! Order now!Food: 5/5 …

Missy: Just grabbed some food items for the first time here and have to say I’m pretty impressed. I have celiacs disease and I can’t trust any place that’s not dedicated gluten free, but also finding a place that has good tasting gf foods is challenging. The hand pies are delicious, the tiramisu is great, and looking forwards to the white cake tonight.

R. L. Stroud: Good news: The food is great! I had the brownie, it's more cake-like than traditional gooey stuff, but I didn't taste or see any salted caramel, it was a Sunday--maybe they ran out. Everyone thought the food ranged from B+ to A+.The so-so news: All 3 of us ordered espresso drinks. We were told straight up it was a latte or nothing. My husband asked about a double shot straight and the barista said, fine. It was a pretty slow Sunday, we must have waited 10 to 15 minutes for 2 double shot lattes which were meh. Also, it looks like they just opened, which isn't true at all. They had 3 chairs & 3 little tables inside, when they clearly could have had double that inside, and there were 2 tables outside with a few more seats. I'm sure the excuse is well--COVID, but they could do better. But double thumbs up for take away!Dietary restrictions: This is a great find if you know someone with celiac disease. It's so great just to them finally relax and enjoy themselves because there's no gluten!Parking: If you know the area, 15th near the hospital, parking's tight, but we have a disabled parking pass, and there's a spot a block or so away for vehicles with disabled permit holders. Not fantastic, but it's Capitol Hill.

Bicky Nguyen: Amazing hand pies! Delicious baguettes, donuts were pretty good but a little on the sweet side. Highly recommend it!! The staff member was very friendly, talkative and informative. He recommended an amazing cafe for us, as they only serve drip, coffee and espresso. Lots of great recommendations to go to. Will definitely return if I'm ever back in Seattle! Thanks for making my visit AWESOME!!!

Askatu Bakery Cafe: what do users think?

Vardah Malik: !

Howard Cohen: The sales person at today’s University District Farmer’s Market was wonderful! He knew the products and had great pride. I bought the apple, ginger, cinnamon pie for my dinner with friends tomorrow. I hope to see him again.Howard

Courtney Cheng: I ordered a custom cake from Askatu, and they went above and beyond to make sure my nuanced dietary needs were all met. We exchanged several phone calls to finalize ingredient lists and flavor details, and they even further customized it when they realized I had a preference for one ingredient/flavor over another. The cake was delicious even with all the substitutes I had to make. As a baker myself, I felt very pleased and satisfied with the cake Askatu made for me. Will definitely come back for another cake in the future.

Gavin Ayling: Friendly service, 100% gluten free, wide selection, and a cute homemade atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: All top nine allergens are not in the store. No milk, as a result, makes it all vegan, except the meaty breakfast sandwiches.

Maurice Gonzalez II: Absolutely delicious baked goods - and GLUTEN FREE! Taste and texture are not sacrificed in order to make their food gluten free it really is just that good. I’m visiting from Atlanta ga and wish we had something this good there. Wouldn’t strongly recommend to anyone looking for delicious baked goods - whether in need of gluten free foods or not. Also, staff is very welcoming and personable. Made my time in Seattle that much better.

Heather Foisie: We stopped by to see what they were all about and I'm so glad we did. All of their goods are beautifully crafted and I love the variety of creative flavors. I think my absolute favorites are their tea cakes. The citrus cardamom was out of this world incredible. They're also the kindest, most welcoming shop I think I've ever been to in downtown Seattle. We'll definitely be back!

LeRoux Matau: My new favorite place in Seattle. An actually allergen free bakery. I’m very allergic to dairy and sensitive to wheat so it’s a godsend to find tasty baked goods I can enjoy. I love coming here to try whatever new treat they’ve crafted. The different cookies, donuts, hand pies, and truffles I’ve tried have all been delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Brightens my day every time I go in. They also have sandwiches which I haven’t tried but look tasty.Vegetarian options: Loads of vegan or vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Allergen free bakery!!!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter. A little cramped but otherwise movable.

Cinnamon Works: what do users think?

Marisol Ramos: I love Oatmeal raisin cookies and this place has the best oatmeal raisin cookie that I’ve ever had. Snickerdoodle and cinnamon roll were great as well. They have a lot of GF options as well.Service: 5/5Recommended dishes Giant Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Snickerdoodle …

Cynthia Compton: One of my favorite bakeries to stop that when I’m in Seattle. They have a great selection of gluten free pastries, such as muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, danishes. They have a large selection of vegan options as well.Dietary restrictions: They don’t have a separate kitchen for the gluten free items, but they take cross-contamination very seriously. I’ve never had an issue as a celiac eating any of their foods. They also have a large selection of vegan options.

Leonard: So so good that i came back twice in the same day. I ordered a frosted roll then came back for the pull apart which is a larger portion of the frosted, classic roll they have.Their Cinammon rolls are like literal rolls. They are very fluffy, light, soft, and flaky. It isn't super sweet, but the icing makes it the right sweetness. There isn't seating or dining in option, but really cool to see the kitchen is open and they use the space like they did traditionally way back when.Note: They charge a really high 50c convenience fee for cards so better to use cash. There is a Chase and non branded ATMs closeby.

Dr. Colleen Kragen: This place is fantastic!! I can't eat gluten or dairy, so it's challenging to find tasty baked goods. Especially since I didn't always have these food issues, I know what I'm missing. I've gone here with others too, that either couldn't eat just gluten or had no food limitations. We all loved everything we've tried here! The bakery doesn't have seating, but it is in Pike's Place Market, so there is public seating in different areas. It's also good to know that those of us with restrictions didn't get sick from cross-contamination, which can be an issue at bakeries.Vegetarian options: There are several vegan options.Dietary restrictions: There are many vegan options and gluten free ones. There are even a few that are both!

Y T: They have many vegan options and non-dairy-friendly muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cookies. The vegan pumpkin muffin I got tasted goodDietary restrictions: Vegan, dairy-free, vegetarian

Moose: Cookies were quite nice

Wildflour Gluten-Free Baking Company: what do users think?

Lauren Nelson: Wonderful bakery with amazing baked goods. They taste the same if not better than items with gluten. Jay, the owner, is such a cheerful and patient human. He always has a smile, loves what he does, and seriously tries to please everyone. He has something for everyone with the exception of gluten. I love that he has products for people with eggs, some vegan etc. Jay is conscious and aware of the products used. He takes great care with all products and ensures no cross contamination. He makes it safe again for people with celiac. Myself and my clients love your bakery. Jay, I support your cause and your business 💯. Keep bringing goodness to the world. Please keep making the Flying apron cookies!!

Liz O'Dea: , Lemon bread, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, pie crusts, and more. I’m so happy I found the bakery. Spread the word and help them keep going!I’m not able to eat some GF flours that are in the grass family and most of it is safe for me. Yay.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, grass free

kristin meyer: Yall this place is not cheap. All GF foods are expensive, however. And honestly, worth every penny. The only thing I wish is that they had more single serve items. I would have bought one of everything if they came in smaller ammounts.Vegetarian options: A number of good vegan options, including donuts and bars.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free and vegan.

Jessica Gombasy: WOW. Seriously. Fantastic. Amazing food, even as someone freshly gluten free. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely fantastic as all the reviews say, but THE RED VELVET CUPCAKES. Seriously! So good! And the biscotti are fantastic!Dietary restrictions: AMAZING for dietary restrictions. Clearly they are gluten free, but they have tons of dairy free, vegan, raw vegan, and low/no sugar options. Seriously a dream when it comes to options!Parking: The store front doesn’t stick out, but there is plenty of parking in the strip mall. Small-ish spots for big carsKid-friendliness: Not the most kid friendly spot, but definitely not bad for kids! Had my 3 year old and did need to remind her that there was no touching, but not bad for a quick stop.

j spain Greene: Large selection of gluten free baked goods. I loved the guy that helped me - he was fun to talk to and gave me good recommendations. My family preferred the bars - pumpkin pie squares and apple crumble - to the chocolate cake we also got. They didn't care for the taste. It was well decorated, though, and I will definitely come again to pick up treats for my gluten free friends.

Grant Helbley: Excellent friendly service and delicious cake doughnuts. They had a good spongy texture and weren’t sticky, gummy, or dry like some gf doughnuts. I especially liked the rich flavor of the chocolate doughnuts. The bread is beautiful, well risen, and soft. We got the mini baguettes and I can’t wait to try them with dinner

Buck R: This is a retail bakery not a place to stop for snacks. The sourdough bread the biscuits the cinnamon rolls the bagels everything is fantastic. Navideo Is a delight at the counter.Vegetarian options: Much of the food is vegan.

Sarah Brunelle: worked with us to assemble an alternate bundle of delicious GF and vegan treats from the Bellevue location. He helped us sort through the mix-up and went above and beyond to help the event go off without a hitch. We are so thankful for his kindness and incredible customer service so we could still serve GF goodies to our guests!

P Jg: My family is thrilled to have access to these lovely and tastey foods. Lot of good ratings. Although I am sad a couple people are posting negative in regard to vegan options. Please do not ruin it for those of us looking for gluten free; vegan is nice too but let's think about the health of a business. Let's encourage them to add back more vegan/plant-based selections, without the damaging posts. You okay with this??? I love their foods, but definitely we will encourage vegan/plant based additions to accommodate our environmental/ethical convictions.Kid-friendliness: They always provide me with a reason to smile.

Pamela Goff: GLUTEN free that tastes even better than traditional baked goods - WOW! Celiac's are thrilled and no longer left out. Now from the standpoint of a non-celiac; in my household we have no gluten due to my partner suffering from Celiac Disease. Now I can bring into our abode lovely baked goods. Gotta call out your GF/vegan cider donuts. Undeniably scrumptious! Thank you so much.

Peter N: Amazing GFV donuts. Best in the PNWDietary restrictions: GFV donuts, cookies and crumblesRecommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend …

Lakeisha Finney: The pricing is great. Not a lot of breakfast food options. The staff was super pleasant and inviting.

Zoey Peralta: Yummy yummy

mmorale7: I got a gluten-free cake and some other products. Phenomenal service and quality of food, I wish more companies would operate like Flying Apron.

Kawthar Bakhach: Got a delicious 9 inch gluten free dairy free cake here for my sisters engagement . Absolutely scrumptious everyone loved it the Costco sheet cake was not touched lol. It was vanilla with lemon frosting and raspberry filling - soo moist and tasty and beautiful frosting

Holy Bee's Bakery: what do users think?

A M: Great shortbread cookies I found at Uwajimaya. The Early grey doesn’t shine through as much as I’d like. Would be nice if the flair was increased in that area.Looking forward to trying other flavors.

Willow Justin: Found their Yuzu Shortbread cookies at Uwajimaya, Omg it’s so good I can’t stop eating it. As of speaking, the cookie bag is less than half capacity and keep going low. I’d like to go back and get more to share with families however the market closed now. Will get more tomorrow when market opens. Please stay in the business 🙌🏼You guys made the best shortbread cookies in the world😋

Marc W: The best cheesecake that I have tried. Reminded me the cheesecake from TV series ‘Friends’ when Rachel and Chandler unexpectedly got delivered the best cheesecake from someone’s mom.

Jerry Wu: It’s not easy to find a nice bakery specialized in Basque cheesecake! Luckily I finally found one here.Tried their original basque cake. It tastes light and comes with airy texture. It’s also mildly caramelized, which is good! Personally I don’t like overly sweetened cheesecake this it hits my sweet spot!Recommended and I’d love to try their different flavors in slices.

Penny Smith: Pretty good cheese cake

Anna Fochs: The best cheesecake I’ve ever had.

Victoria H: Holy Bee's is really the bomb. They are so nice with exceptional customer service.I was wanting a cheesecake really bad during this COVID-19 pandemic, and they truly were awesome. I ordered the Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious with a wonderful taste and very smooth. I had never had this type of cheesecake before.I submitted my order online and within just a few hours of submitting it, my cheesecake was at my door. They deliver to you if you order a whole cheesecake. I ordered from them not only once, but twice. I will order from them again soon as well. So glad they delivered and it was seamlessly delivered during this horrible COVID-19 pandemic.I highly recommend Holy Bee's! I dont think you will be disappointed.

Carrie: Delicious basque cheesecake and earl grey shortbread cookies! Basque cheesecake had a thoroughly burnt exterior and wasn't too sweet. I absolutely loved the shortbread for it's crumbly texture and buttery flavor. They have some other unique flavors such as lavender and peanut butter chocolate.

Jaime B: Outstanding bakery, had some of their butter cookies. What makes them so perfect is that you can taste the quality ingredients used and there is a balance, so it is not overly sweet it is just right. Haven't tried their cheesecake yet, but I will.

Philip Gissen: Holy Bee Bakery came up twice this week, so a visit was imperative after the bakery left free samples at our apartment complex. Tiny, without much of a selection, Holy Bee was one of those retail operations that forces you to wonder how the heck they survive financially. The shortbread cookies are nice, in that shortbread kind of way, not sensational but nice. The cheesecake is an acquired taste, with a burnt smoky flavor while being very light at the same time. I liked them. This business needs support, and it’s in my neighborhood. Thus, the five stars. Go and see what you think.

Michael Grella: Came here and got 2 cheesecake slices, nougat, Earl grey and chocolate almond shortbread. My fiancee, who bakes herself, couldn't quit eating the nougat and everything else was exceptionally delightful as well. Absolutely will return.

Yoloxochitl Vidal Guzman: Lovely place and everything is delicious. Try the chocolate trio 🤩

Lia Yu: Very friendly owners and delicious baked goods! I love the matcha flavored treats and the black sesame cookies are delicious! The shop itself is very cute and playfully decorated. Stop by for a quick treat! There are lots of free samples to try!

Stacey Chung: The ube cheesecake is amazing!!! Lots of great options to choose from in cake case. Nice that they provide samples as well. Would recommend that they serve coffee/tea options in case customers what something to drink with their cake/cookies.

Lucy Liu: The taro layered cake tastes amazing!!

Kaitlyn Phillips: Everything is delicious! They have a generous amount of samples out, so we've been able to try many of their treats. Highlights so far are the Sesame Shortbread and Taro "Bee Box" parfait-like dessert. Ooh and the Uber Butter Cookies!

Kate Kirkpatrick: They make carrot cake the right way!!! My gf is very particular with cakes and sweets, and rarely enjoys them. Not only did she love her carrot cupcake, but also loved the dark chocolate seafoam chocolates. Indu!ge is now my go-to for quality desserts!

Erin Orth: Why did I give this place 5 stars? They don’t have a lot to choose from but the cupcakes are gourmet, moist, light and really tasty. The cup in the picture is two cupcakes smashed together and boy is it sweet! It’s also original. I’ve never seen anything like it and if you want to impress your friends/family with some gourmet deserts, this is the place to go. Support your local establishments!

Bryan Sanders: Terrific service, creative and unique treats- a great local spot! Good GF options, too

Anthony B: Excellent, friendly, and welcoming customer service. They have many delicious vegan cupcake and cookie options. Loved that they were open later than expected on a Saturday to get some last minute cupcakes for a birthday. I strongly recommend this local cupcake bakery!

Quincy Rowe: Second time visiting this place in about a month. Absolutely love their cupcakes, they're very moist and favorable! I highly recommend the chocolate pecan pie cupcakes!

Sandy Tudor: Best cupcakes I’ve ever had!

Claire Nguyen: Ok, so this place is a hidden gem! They made a dozen cupcakes for my daughters birthday and let me customize it any way I wanted. Cupcake flavor, frosting, toppings etc! They’re super flexible and really strives to give you what you picture. Everyone is super nice as well - even the nice guy in the back who seems to always be washing something lol.Oh! And don’t sleep on their carrot cake flavor! Whew!!!!!! So good!!!!!

jason robertson: WOW I got one of their cupcakes and had to go back just to tell them how great it was! So perfect just sweet enough with out trying to prove something. Highly recommend and will be coming back

Aviona Creatrix: My step dad wanted a chocolate cake... so I went here and they had jumped o chocolate cupcakes. They were able to make an inscriptions and everything! He loved the joke

Rebecca Goldberg: Best cupcakes in W. Seattle. We had the Samoa and the Oreo. Both were so delicious.

MM: These are literally the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The salted caramel and thin mint were so good.

Tania Rhoten: I came here for the first time earlier today and i’ve decided it’s my favourite coffee shop in all of Seattle! The food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere, everything about this place was amazing and i want to go back again! I ordered the fruit danish and the matcha green tea latte and it was the best matcha latte i’ve ever had! Every coffee shop i go to, i always order a matcha latte and they’re mostly decent but this one was rich and full of flavor! The danish was also so delicious. I highly recommend this place, especially the matcha latte!

Kyle Sendgikoski: Nice spot next to climate pledge arena. There is some outdoor seating and a good amount of indoor.Cold brew was fantastic. So much flavor. Sugar cookie is a pass but the cinnamon bun/muffin was excellent. Likely will consider a slice of red velvet next time.

haha h: Stopped in here the other day as i was in need of a nosh to stave off my hangriness, and wow did i choose the right place! It's a light and welcoming space that has many of their baked goods on display once you walk in - i admit at first i was just a tad confused by where i'd need to go to order and where i'd pay, but i figured that out easily.I opted for two savoury croissants - the turkey/Swiss & the Havarti, and i am SO happy i chose those - they were perfectly baked, and the Havarti one had the excess cheese that melted out of being inside the croissant that then turned all brown and crispy, which i ADORE. I'll definitely be back for them, and am looking forward to trying some other baked goods and sandwiches! For a beverage i ordered a cold brew with a milk alternative, and it hit the spot/gave me the boost i needed. The staff member i dealt with was very friendly and helpful - sorry that i didn't catch his/their name.Oh and the restroom was clean and well stocked.Overall a wonderful experience, and as i mentioned above - i'll be back again!

Erica: Parking: Not too sure if it’s free but it is open

Jordan Villegas: !

Regina Jovic: поддержите эту замечательную пекарню, особенно если у вас есть веганские потребности! даже не могу отличить оба торта

shivam gohel: Their vegan cupcakes were delicious!Vegetarian options: Vegan cupcakes and cake!Dietary restrictions: I wanted an eggless option, and I got one!

Tammy Crates: The cake we got was beautiful, the decoration was highly skilled but I was disappointed tasting it. The chocolate frosting was too sweet for my taste and the raspberry filling not flavorful enough. The owner reached out to talk about it all and make it right, which is a huge part of the experience. Overall I would be willing to try again but with different flavors.

Mark Vega: Amazing little bakery! So glad we found it. After traveling to 5 other places around Seattle, we almost gave up trying to find a cake spot. Chelsea automatically welcomed us and was excited to hear we wanted a wedding cake. Her personality was so positive and infectious. We took a couple cupcakes for tasting based on her suggestion and immediately knew we wanted them to be our spot. Holly helped with our order via email, was so pleasant to work with and made the process extraordinarily easy. We provided a few mood board pictures and colors, but everything else was imagined and made by their team. It came out better than we imagined! Best part was the taste. It truly shows they use quality ingredients and everyone was asking where we got it and came back for seconds. We had a separate vegan/gluten free cake and it could have been even more popular than the main raspberry/vanilla one. So happy we found Hollywood Baked Goods and we will be coming back when we need to satisfy our sweet tooth.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and Glutten Free cake option is incredible!

Alesha Khun: I am so pleased with Hollywood Baked Goods. The quality of the two cakes I ordered were amazing. The design of both cakes were exactly what I was looking for and they tasted fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Hollywood Baked goods to anyone looking for a custom cake or any other products they offer. The manager is very kind and it's just an overall wonderful place. I will be ordering all my baked goods from here. Thank you, Alesha Khun

Dev: My sister and I ordered a cake from Holly, and immediately we were met with so much kindness and professionalism. We sent her an email with a photo of the type of cake we wanted to celebrate our birthday, and she NAILED IT. She sent over the details and quickly replied to any questions we had. In addition, picking up the cake was a breeze. Holly was right there, present in her shop, greeting customers as they walked in to pick up their orders. She took the time to speak with us about the cake, and it truly felt like a personalized experience. Now on to the cake. The cake went WAY beyond our expectations. We didn’t even want to cut into it because it was so beautiful. Thanks again, Holly! We will DEFINITELY be ordering future cakes and treats with her!
