The guy at GoEBITS on the Ave listened carefully to my description, asked questions, made no promises, took my laptop and charged me the diagnostic fee. He said they’d get back to me within two days - which they did. Fairly extensive corrosion: cleaning and soldering after repowering through a secondary source; all data preserved. Robin Greenwood: This is the 2nd time I visited Cloud Electronic. Back in 2019, Remzi replaced the power port on my Dell Inspiron 5565 laptop. I had tripped over the power adapter cord and damaged the port. This visit was for my Dell Inspiron 5379 laptop. While at work this week, the touchscreen began flickering. My first chance I had to consult with someone about the problem was on Saturday. I wandered into Cloud Electronic around 3:30pm without an appointment. BTW Remzi always welcomes walk-ins. I was greeted with a smile. He remembered helping me years before. I told him about the screen flickering. He turned on the laptop to see for himself. He asked if I had dropped it, which I had not. He told me that this problem might require replacing the entire screen. I asked about the cost and asked him whether it might be problem with a ribbon cable. He re-started the laptop and examined the touch screen with his fingers. Then he shut down the laptop, removed the bottom cover and examined the insides. He gently re-seated the ribbon cables that go to the screen. Remzi started the laptop and the flickering was no longer. He shut it back down and carefully used an air compressor to blow out all the dust from inside. Next he replaced the bottom cover and started it back up to confirm that my problem was fixed. For the final step, he used a wipe to thoroughly clean the screen, keyboard, and laptop body. Everything I just typed about my visit took a total of 20 minutes, and the cost was a modest amount. I left very please, knowing that buying my next new laptop remains down the road. I highly recommend Cloud Electronic. Remzi works on improving his English every day. Regardless of any communication difficulty, the man knows how to repair electronics and more.

雙玉: Great experience!! I trusted Google reviews and came to this store instead of other ones closer to my house, and now it seems a wise choice. Nice staff with friendly attitude, and my Mac screen got replaced in an hour with a lower and more acceptable price, which would take 2 weeks according to what Apple Store told me. The only regret was the color of my screen seems a little bit different, since only Apple holds the program of fixing it to urge people to come to the Genius Bar so that everything can look EXACTLY the same. But the difference was subtle enough for me to ignored it. So, great experience overall, and will come back if I meet other issues with my devices.
Yikun Wang: I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

peter s: I had some water damage that I considered very minor but after having Abdullah check out my phone it was deemed too cost ineffective to repair. So why am I giving Seattle Device Repair 5 stars? Well, first Abdullah did a great job listening to my concerns. Then he spent time diagnosing my phone which required opening it and visually examining then finally running it through an endurance test to see if the screen/battery would hold up. It didn't, but Abdullah didn't charge me, gave me an honest reason why, and gave me some suggestions going forward. In this day in age where everything is so expensive and everyone is hustling to make a dollar it's nice to know there are people/businesses out there that are honest and helpful. Definitely would bring my phone in for future services.

Not sure what happened to it but she has a full backpack and plays bball so I think sometime it maybe got squished or something. Irdk. Looked online called and found this location. They were able to get us in right away and had it screen replaced and phn repaired in 40 minutes. Pricing was not bad either. I do recommend this Wireless Connect.

Also, he went out of his way to set up my brand new phone. Fyi, Beware of those phone companies who have lazy ppl working for them and don't want to help an old person with their new purchased phone an hour before closing, but send them to a repair shop, telling me I won't make it there within the half hour before they're closed, because they need to help me to put my sim card in my phone cause they wouldn't.. So, check out Tech Repair and if you need help with your phone, go see Boja. He's the friendly, respectable and helpful young man with the beautiful smile.

Rich Gaudi: We moved up to Richmond Beach and needed help upgrading our computers. Techs Repair is fantastic. They replaced one fan, added another terabite to our harddrive, and did a general tune ups. They did work on three computers. They are extremely reasonable in price, fast, and nice people.

In addition to doing a great job installing the extra RAM, they spent extra time to understand the applications I use and even watched my work flow to ensure that the extra RAM would in fact help to address the problems I was having with memory pressure. They also suggested possible future enhancements such as swapping my hard drive for a solid-state drive.

Tim Fletcher: Needed some help upgrading the RAM on my desktop PC. It's a sweet system, but 6 years old and the RAM wasn't quite keeping up. Tried installing it myself, but couldn't figure out how to slot the second stick in. Because I couldn't see a space for it. You know, when your simple 5 minute upgrade turns out not so simple? But I still wanted that RAM!Took it to these guys, and the gent at the counter quickly figured out my fan was in the way. Would have to be moved a bit, something I had zero interest in trying to do myself but he assured me he could get it done by the evening. Returned a few hours later, he charged me a price lower than he'd first quoted, and my rig works fine. Better, even. Cyberpunk has finally stopped lagging when I dash!
