peter s: I had some water damage that I considered very minor but after having Abdullah check out my phone it was deemed too cost ineffective to repair. So why am I giving Seattle Device Repair 5 stars? Well, first Abdullah did a great job listening to my concerns. Then he spent time diagnosing my phone which required opening it and visually examining then finally running it through an endurance test to see if the screen/battery would hold up. It didn't, but Abdullah didn't charge me, gave me an honest reason why, and gave me some suggestions going forward. In this day in age where everything is so expensive and everyone is hustling to make a dollar it's nice to know there are people/businesses out there that are honest and helpful. Definitely would bring my phone in for future services.

I did have to reschedule my first appointment, day of, due to a pet emergency and I was able to reschedule online without issue. The technician confirmed arrival time an hour before, was on-time, professional and completed repairs without issue. You can schedule your service at your home or elsewhere which I appreciated.

雙玉: Great experience!! I trusted Google reviews and came to this store instead of other ones closer to my house, and now it seems a wise choice. Nice staff with friendly attitude, and my Mac screen got replaced in an hour with a lower and more acceptable price, which would take 2 weeks according to what Apple Store told me. The only regret was the color of my screen seems a little bit different, since only Apple holds the program of fixing it to urge people to come to the Genius Bar so that everything can look EXACTLY the same. But the difference was subtle enough for me to ignored it. So, great experience overall, and will come back if I meet other issues with my devices.
Yikun Wang: I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

Stan Finkelshtein: Very good experience. I came to replace the charging port on my Pixel, and instead , in 5 min the super nice technician cleaned it up and with a smile handed it back to me, free of charge. Definitely will be back if my phone will play more tricks on me!

Though they were unable to help my late phone, they were extremely friendly and helpful in offering other solutions, even going so far as to call a different repair shop and inquire about parts availability and pricing.

Without it I can die, literally.Brought the phone into the Capitol Hill location and explained the situation. Tony said no problem, and did a rush screen replacement while I waited in the parking lot. It was a very positive experiences and a much smoother experience than going to the Apple Store.I recommend GoEBITS!

Zoe Medel: Definitely coming back if needed it. My iPad need it a new screen and it was replaced in no time. He will tell you if it will take longer. He is very honest because he told me my iPad had some other issues and replacing the screen was not guaranteed to fixed all the issues. When the screen was replaced it was like a new iPad. I'm very grateful we find this place and it was very affordable.
