peter s: I had some water damage that I considered very minor but after having Abdullah check out my phone it was deemed too cost ineffective to repair. So why am I giving Seattle Device Repair 5 stars? Well, first Abdullah did a great job listening to my concerns. Then he spent time diagnosing my phone which required opening it and visually examining then finally running it through an endurance test to see if the screen/battery would hold up. It didn't, but Abdullah didn't charge me, gave me an honest reason why, and gave me some suggestions going forward. In this day in age where everything is so expensive and everyone is hustling to make a dollar it's nice to know there are people/businesses out there that are honest and helpful. Definitely would bring my phone in for future services.

I did have to reschedule my first appointment, day of, due to a pet emergency and I was able to reschedule online without issue. The technician confirmed arrival time an hour before, was on-time, professional and completed repairs without issue. You can schedule your service at your home or elsewhere which I appreciated.

Nice staff with friendly attitude, and my Mac screen got replaced in an hour with a lower and more acceptable price, which would take 2 weeks according to what Apple Store told me. The only regret was the color of my screen seems a little bit different, since only Apple holds the program of fixing it to urge people to come to the Genius Bar so that everything can look EXACTLY the same. But the difference was subtle enough for me to ignored it. So, great experience overall, and will come back if I meet other issues with my devices.
Yikun Wang: I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

Robin Greenwood: This is the 2nd time I visited Cloud Electronic. Back in 2019, Remzi replaced the power port on my Dell Inspiron 5565 laptop. I had tripped over the power adapter cord and damaged the port. This visit was for my Dell Inspiron 5379 laptop. While at work this week, the touchscreen began flickering. My first chance I had to consult with someone about the problem was on Saturday. I wandered into Cloud Electronic around 3:30pm without an appointment. BTW Remzi always welcomes walk-ins. I was greeted with a smile. He remembered helping me years before. I told him about the screen flickering. He turned on the laptop to see for himself. He asked if I had dropped it, which I had not. He told me that this problem might require replacing the entire screen. I asked about the cost and asked him whether it might be problem with a ribbon cable. He re-started the laptop and examined the touch screen with his fingers. Then he shut down the laptop, removed the bottom cover and examined the insides. He gently re-seated the ribbon cables that go to the screen. Remzi started the laptop and the flickering was no longer. He shut it back down and carefully used an air compressor to blow out all the dust from inside. Next he replaced the bottom cover and started it back up to confirm that my problem was fixed. For the final step, he used a wipe to thoroughly clean the screen, keyboard, and laptop body. Everything I just typed about my visit took a total of 20 minutes, and the cost was a modest amount. I left very please, knowing that buying my next new laptop remains down the road. I highly recommend Cloud Electronic. Remzi works on improving his English every day. Regardless of any communication difficulty, the man knows how to repair electronics and more.

Joseph Allen: I spoke with someone who said they didn't go here because the Google photo look like an apartment building well he is working out of a space that the apartment lets him rent. Because of the layout the city won't let him have a sign out front but just give him a call. He's there it's legit and he knows his stuff look at all the reviews and just go talk to him you'll see. I've had him do lots of different jobs for me on electronic devices and every time I was there multiple people were in and out requesting services he is really good and really quick at what he does.

Morty Sanchez: Gig techs is a great professional small business. Really professional knows what he’s doing. Has all the tools and knowledge to solve the issues with my phone. He’s updated my battery when it needed to be changed and just recently had to change the power button on my phone when it stopped working. Parking can be an issue but I usually park across the street at the barber shop. Oh and definitely call him before you go there if it’s your first time there . Because of the towns rules and laws he had to take down his signage to the business. But I highly recommend gigs techs if you have any issues with your phone or computers etc.

Unfortunately I got lost and had to pull into a gas station where the attendant was nice enough to let me use his cellphone. When I told Mr Gig that I'm lost, he told me to give him 5 minutes. He then came and I drove behind him to his shop. He was very friendly, efficient and top notch work. My phone looks like new. The price was very fair. I brought the phone on a Friday evening and it was fixed by 10 AM on Saturday. I would definitely refer him to another customer!!
