Bradley Scarp: My 6-7 year old Dell laptop would not power up, at all, suddenly, and none of the numerous online advice or recommended remedial steps were of any use. The guy at GoEBITS on the Ave listened carefully to my description, asked questions, made no promises, took my laptop and charged me the diagnostic fee. He said they’d get back to me within two days - which they did. Fairly extensive corrosion: cleaning and soldering after repowering through a secondary source; all data preserved. About $200 worth of work - inexpensive for a big headache. Thanks, fellas.

Mitch came out to see where the plug was which water coming up thru aerorater hose from dishwasher to up on my counters. Found the issue from another competers work when they put in my garbage disposal, fixed those and cleaned out my very dirty disposal. I will definitely call them for any plumbing work. In fact have them coming out to replace my main water turn off in June.Again I highly recommend this company.They are the best.

I did have to reschedule my first appointment, day of, due to a pet emergency and I was able to reschedule online without issue. The technician confirmed arrival time an hour before, was on-time, professional and completed repairs without issue. You can schedule your service at your home or elsewhere which I appreciated.

George B.: Exceptional service!I happened to have car issues with my 2000 Mercedes northbound Hwy 99, and had to pull over arund the OakTree market. The Best Service and Repair, happened to by on the side street I pulled and as my car was smoking and fuming, it seemed that I had no other option. I left the car parked and went in to speak with the owner, his name is George. Although busy he left what he was doing and came to take a look. He could have taken advantage of the situation and give me a dishonest quote, but he did not. The part need was $60 with the labor on top, it was a totalof a few hundred dollars. I was on my way within 2 hours. I went to that store 2 more times: with my wife's car and my oldest son's car, and everytime the repair was done correctly and in time. I found my mechanic! Now only if my doctor was as proficient!

Benjamin Macke: Update has been made. Geek Squad has paid for a new drive.I was having issues with windows installing. I gave the Geek Squad team my computer to install windows because I was having issues. They told after about a week they couldn’t and I needed a new motherboard. I came and got my computer from them and it was apparently still hooked up as I could hear them detaching my computer from what is was hooked up to and the sound of case panels being put back on on. Once getting it home and taking a look at everything. They had shattered the sata port to my brand new barracuda 2TB hard drive. The band new hard drive that is formatted for windows. I now cannot install windows because the sata disc is damaged beyond use and I am further delayed in my professional life because of this negligence.After leaving my voice mail about this. They called me back and replaced the drive. Apologized about how everything happened. They had me come in with the old drive confirmed the damage. They replaced my drive with the exact same one and again apologize for this happening. I feel like this situation was handled with the best professionalism and customer service was awesome. I would come back to this team to do future repairs.
Jimena Sobrino: for a diagnostics and she immediately knew it was a fan malfunction. Roberta went above and beyond to get the laptop open even with 4 tripped crews not coming out! Ultimately, she got it all taken care of, even cleaned it of any malware, and got it working like new!! Praises to Roberta!

Garden Evils: I was having trouble getting the screw for the tilt head back in after installing an Everdime for my KitchenAid Mixer. I just couldn't get the angle right and the threads to line up. Took it into Ajax and they got me all set in about 10 minutes. Extremely friendly and they didn't charge me anything even after I insisted they do. They didn't have to do that. I can't recommend them enough!

wowbgc: Went here to get my S21 ultra fixed thinking I'd need an expensive repair because my phone wasn't recharging and they took a quick look at it to ensure I actually needed the repair and found the real issue was compacted lint in the charging port so they cleared it out and didn't charge me a dime for their service. peter s: I had some water damage that I considered very minor but after having Abdullah check out my phone it was deemed too cost ineffective to repair. So why am I giving Seattle Device Repair 5 stars? Well, first Abdullah did a great job listening to my concerns. Then he spent time diagnosing my phone which required opening it and visually examining then finally running it through an endurance test to see if the screen/battery would hold up. It didn't, but Abdullah didn't charge me, gave me an honest reason why, and gave me some suggestions going forward. In this day in age where everything is so expensive and everyone is hustling to make a dollar it's nice to know there are people/businesses out there that are honest and helpful. Definitely would bring my phone in for future services.

雙玉: Great experience!! I trusted Google reviews and came to this store instead of other ones closer to my house, and now it seems a wise choice. Nice staff with friendly attitude, and my Mac screen got replaced in an hour with a lower and more acceptable price, which would take 2 weeks according to what Apple Store told me. The only regret was the color of my screen seems a little bit different, since only Apple holds the program of fixing it to urge people to come to the Genius Bar so that everything can look EXACTLY the same. But the difference was subtle enough for me to ignored it. So, great experience overall, and will come back if I meet other issues with my devices.
Yikun Wang: I replaced the entire keyboard board on my laptop, and they not only gave me a professional explanation of what was wrong, but they also checked the entire circuit board and cleaned my microphone and other dust spots. They also helped me to keep the original keyboard board, if any of the keys out of the problem can be replaced at any time. What's more, they gave me a free six-month warranty. Very good service, very professional and attentive, very reasonable price.

Ultimately, the monitor's age and condition didn't warrant the cost for replacement parts and repairs.
