Seattle Resident (Trying To Help): We have a Vespa. Easy to get help with in Italy - not so much in Seattle. We were lucky to find the Scooter Center once our other Vespa guy shut down. Seattle Scooter is really knowlegeable! Even allowed us to order our own parts.
Marcus Volpentest: These guys are great, I’d recommend giving this place a shot before others, the prices are fair, I did a lot of research before buying my Cabo 50 and prices are same or more everywhere. What I appreciate most is the times I needed advice or help on my Cabo 50. Little things like the battery dying after I let it sit for too long and they charged it for me and called it a favor and I’ll gladly come here for my motorcycle/moped needs.

Kimberly Pham: We're in the market for an Ebike suited for island life, so we decided to visit Seattle E Bike. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, offering a wide range of options in terms of brands and models. They even provide the opportunity for test drives so you can experience the bike firsthand. While the bike we considered isn't inexpensive, it's among the best we've encountered thus far.The store is conveniently located next to a restaurant and across from Green Lake. They also offer repair service.

My bike was ready an hour after the tires were delivered. The cost was reasonable and transparent.

Phil Coulson: about a 20 minute drive away. We found out the next day when we went to charge the bike that the charger we were give wasn't for the bike we had. Called the shop and long story short they brought the right charger to us later that day. Wow - very appreciative!

Highly recommended shop and here is the longer review: The day I went in to ask about MV Agusta bikes, both Wyatt and Mike kept the shop open 1.5 hours after their closing hours and gave me a ton of information about the bike and it’s history then I left and came back a week later for a test and Wyatt allowed me to test a bike and gave me full freedom. After the test I came back home to put my thoughts together and had a few concerns and again they gave me more info and guidance without expectations and gave me another opportunity to test more bikes I ended up buying the MV Agusta Brutale 800RR and I love it. I understand some people probably didn’t have good experience based on some of the bad reviews but guys give this shop a shot! go see Mike and Wyatt and the other guys. Wyatt and Mike helped me load the bike to the car and everything. Such nice people!I am loving my choice! These guys helped me make the absolute best decision. Can’t be thankful enough for everything they did. Amazing people.Besides all that Wyatt helped me to find the right gear. Super happy about my experience.

Sulphurs: Four weeks ago, I was looking for a new waverunner. I called dealerships around the area, and they all said no to putting a deposit down and placing a hold. I then called Bellevue Motorsports, and Cole at Bellevue Motorsports offered to put a hold down for me. When the time came to buy the waverunner, Cole made the process smooth and quick. I would highly recommend Cole, and Bellevue Motorsports for all your recreational needs.

Emad Shirazi: Bought my 3rd bike from them!First I bought a 2017 Ninja 300 Winter test edition, flawless purchase experience, then traded that in a couple years later for a ZX10R from them, which was another amazing experience, and a few days ago bought a 2023 Ninja H2 from them! Which was yet another fantastic experience. Even in the unlikely event of something going wrong they sure have your back and take good care of you. Brett is amazing and very approachable. Cam in Service is also a very chill dude and did my full Vandemon exhaust install on the H2. Great service and experience all around.

I rode the City Lite and was really impressed by the quality of components compared to the first bike I rode at a different store. Andrew Gomez IV: I had engine trouble with my vintage '70 Honda CT90. Most shops will not work on older bikes. But they made an exception for me. This was a hard one to pin down what was wrong. Took it to them once and they fixed it up and ran well but after having it back for a couple of weeks it reverted to its bad performance. SUB took it back without hesitation. rechecked all their work from the previous visit, and found there was some additional electrical issue they didn't catch before. Only charged me for the new work done. Runs great now. Would like to go back to them for everything now, which I hope is not anytime soon!
James Michael: Right about December 1 of this year I walked into SUB asking for a favor. I wanted to lease the vacant lot next to them . Dave the Owner was not sure at first but said yes. As the weeks went by I could tell Dave ran a tight ship from his sales men to the guys in back. Customer satisfaction is what I saw not worried about the dollar bill. Dave and his shop are above reproach from a guy who had never been In his shop nor new that it was even there. So many times I heard are you happy can I do anything else for you.let me know. A true shop that actually cares about people and not just sales.

Michael: I went in recently to check out a KTM 690 they had on their site. Unfortunately I missed the bike by about 20 minutes. Colin R. showed me a couple other bikes near that size and price range. Talked about helmets they had and looked at another employee's DRZ400sm. I didn't feel he was pushy and trying to get me to buy something. More showing me options to be considered. If I find a Triumph I like I'll get it here or possibly something from their pre-owned.

Robert Gary: This was the first time I had gotten service on my Vespa scooters purchased at Triumph Seattle a couple of years ago. Joe made my life easy, given that I needed to trailer the scooters from a remote location. His communication during the service was excellent, and the follow-up afterward to help me find a part went above my expectations. The expectations set during check-in matched the work that needed to be done, and they turned the scooters around faster than I expected. Overall, it was a great first experience.
D BroWeb: There’s change afoot here. I was losing faith in this dealership a year or so ago but decided to give them another chance for my Tiger 900 annual service. I’m glad I did. There are a number of new people in the service department and they’re all very customer oriented and willing to go above and beyond to serve the customer’s needs. To be fair, some of the previous people were good too, but something abut the underlying system is different. Before, they always seemed to be fighting their own system even when they wanted to be helpful, where now, it just seems to all flow together the way it should. Both the annual service and a subsequent appointment to install a couple wire harnesses for add-on running lights were done quickly, and the work was done well. Specific thanks to Paige and Joe for coordinating and David for doing the servicing!

Thomas Cox: I went to schedule some repair work at Triumph of Seattle. A phone call into their service department a week earlier was answered by a cheerful staff member who was able to schedule the work when I wanted it done, on a Saturday.When I arrived for the work to be done, the store and the service departmen was a blur of activity. Apporoaching the service desk I was immediately greeted. They took my keys to log my bike information. I was given and estimated repair cost, signed the repair authorization and decided to hangout a while. I rode in from Everett, so my ride home will take a while to get me.Some strolls through the show room and some magazine articles later, I hear someone calling my name. The service department finished the work faster than they thought. HECK YA!! I don't have to wait for my wife to pick me up. On budget, done sooner than projected and everyone there is pleasant to work with at Triumph of Seattle. Luke Distelhorst: The only place I take my e-cargo bike! Also, I called a major "coop" retailer and 1. they didn't know what charger I needed when mine died, and 2. they don't keep them in stock and said it had to be special ordered. Called G&O which had it in stock and stayed open late for me to come pick it up 30mins laters. Great shop, great people, top notch service.

Nicole Dolan: went to G&O to test ride a bike. When they got back, I was surprised how excited our son was to tell me about going to the bike shop. The toys and coloring pages were a highlight. This was a first for us. It was actually easy to go on an errand with our son there.We later went as a family to test ride a mid-tail cargo bike for me. It became clear why our son loved the bike shop when I stepped in. I was amazed how welcoming and unpretentious the entire staff were. Jenna was very helpful getting the bike set up for me to ride it. She took the time to show me the bike and point out different features before I rode it - something that many shops don’t make time to do. I found the Bosch system to be easy to use and more adaptive than other systems I had tried, and I really liked the belt drive system for ease of maintenance on commute.We ended up buying not one, but two bikes from G&O. The pick up experience for my bike was amazing. Davie tailored his bike overview to my bike experience level and spent time letting me test out different things, like dropping the battery, with him there to guide me through it. He takes the time to set each bike owner up for success so you actually want to ride your bike. While I was there, I got to watch Davie interact with a few other customers. He really wants every bike owner to be safe and happy, regardless of if they purchased their bike at G&O. His activism in the bike community really shows and is part of how he runs his shop. Confidence is instilled with every customer.I've put 450 miles on my bike in the last 4 months. I just went in for a tune up. It was the first time we used the restroom there, and they had a toddler toilet seat to use too. They think about not just their customers, but the entire family. We will be coming back to G&O service on an ongoing basis. Thank you for all that you’ve done to make your shop welcoming to the community!
Katherine Tassery: I got a flat tire on my cargo electric bike, that I use every day for commuting and kid transport. I called around to get it fixed ASAP, and all other bike shops quoted several weeks. G&O was able to get me up and running within a day, at half the quoted cost of other repair shops. I am so lucky to live nearby! Great experience.

The Leonards: Its a grip to get here from where I live on the South end and it was well worth the drive. If you're looking to buy a top of the line cargo bike with the specific goal of getting your kids around, this is the only place to go. You can feel that kind of care given to family biking throughout the entire process. They make sure to tell you that building your bike will take as long as it takes to ensure their mechanics are not over worked as to not make mistakes. We're glad to have bought our bike here!

Andrew McKinlay: I broke a spoke while truing my bike wheel. They were able to cut a custom length spoke and charged me less than the bus ticket it took to get here… all for less than the cost of the bus ticket! Very helpful to people who do not have a car or can only afford to do mechanical work themselves.
Phillip Duggan: I love this place! Such a great selection of bikes that are hard to find anywhere else. They're really helpful in comparing options to get the bike that's right for you. And they're really great with service, even in the pandemic when things are busy and difficult. They were able to squeeze me in for something quick to make sure it didn't become a bigger issue.

Tim Knutson: I ordered a 200 ah battery. It arrived in perfect condition. Charged it up with the little included charger. Everything is looking good. It was a little anticlimactic, as it just worked.
John Mccafferty: Hill topper is located within Dakota lithium batteries. Staff here is knowledgeable and pleasant. A special shout-out to Mike who got ambushed by me with numerous questions. I was able to make a purchase for my older Hill Topper hub with the newest version of the battery available for my unit. Everything was tested before I made my purchased. When Mike didn't know, he found the answer for me from other staff members. They have several bikes on display in the showroom. Thay also carry all the accessories you might need.

Robin Farrand: Early days, but we're extremely happy with the Horizon conversion kit we purchased recently. I'd been completely unable to use my Schwinn Meridian adult tricycle; loved it, but it weighs 70+ pounds and is a one speed and I just could not make it go! My husband actively enjoyed installing the conversion kit and plans to rehab and convert another old Schwinn bike we've had around for 20 years. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. Very pleased!
