Hoping the management throws more cool events like this! First time doing watercolor and I kinda like how my turn out. Saw everyone else too and they did amazing

Priyanka Rajeev: Great apartment at affordable prices, also great offers on the move-in!

Mandar Shrikrishna: It was easy to move-in. The Emerson staff helped me out for every question asked. Emerson is a great place to live and I believe I’ll continue saying that.

Keemi Ereme: Enjoyed the free paint and sip put on by Emerson as a fun activity and great way to get to know my neighbors!

Nathan Mathisen: , and an amazing staff that’s friendly and super helpful when you need something/have a question.

Christina Arana: The building and units are very beautiful. The amenities are great especially the 24/7 gym access. Parking is terrible and the cost to park at the building is not practical at all. The staff gets back to you pretty quickly though so all in all it’s been a good experiance.

Pleasent Prelude: You couldn't ask for any better staff then those managing The Emerson! Equally friendly , yet professional! Every aspect from touring to move in was handled with ease and worry free. The best hands down!!

Stephanie G.: Love it here! This is quite an upgrade, no complaints so far, it is fairly walkable, and I like the amenities, people in the office have been very kind. ♥️

ESOL: CieCie was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend any of my close friends and family to lease a home at the Emerson. If it weren’t for CieCie, I don’t know if I’d be here!

City Watch Apartments: what do users think?

John Brunelle: floor and use the rooftop terrace often. It has grills, nice seating areas and beautiful views of the downtown skyline and Mount Rainer.I already advised Mario that I am renewing my lease. Two of my apartment neighbors on my floor have been here for more than 12 years each. Longevity speaks volumes for how nice living here is.

Ruchi Kapur: I've been here for about a month now and I've loved it. It's a quiet building with nice residents, in an incredibly convenient area. I moved from another state and the property manager, Mario, has been so kind and accommodating. He was super helpful in giving me information and helping me find the perfect apartment to meet my needs, and this was before I moved to WA. He would update me every step of the way and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and give me the full picture of what it would look like living here. He's super friendly and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his residents. His professionalism and approachability exceeded my expectations!

Kayla Sandoval: My experience with Mario at the CityWatch Apartments truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and made the entire move-in process seamless! Mario's communication was outstanding; he kept me well-informed at every step, ensuring a stress-free transition. The apartment itself is fantastic. Very clean and well maintained - I feel right at home! Additionally, the location is more than ideal, the walkability of the neighborhood makes me never want to leave! I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Rob Elliott: I lived at CityWatch Apartments for almost three years and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Not only is the location great but "Team CityWatch" - composed of Mario, Ed, & Mary really made living there easy and comfortable. The units are good size, and the staff is very responsive to requests. I would highly recommend CityWatch Apartments to anyone looking for a rental in/near the West Seattle Junction. Thanks again team for being so helpful!

Julia Irion: I lived at CityWatch for two years, and it was a wonderful experience. I have lived all over the Seattle area and across the United States, and the management and maintenance staff is the best I’ve ever had. They are available when you need them, responsive, and keep up the property daily. Any time I put in a maintenance request, it was either fixed that day, or I was informed on when it would be fixed, which was always prompt. Security in the building is great also, and super cute roof top.

Oregon 42 Apartments: what do users think?

Stephen King: I have lived here for 3 months now, and I have to say that Cindy and Julie have been nothing short of amazing. They made the process of moving in very easy and have always been very friendly and have taken care of any small requests right away. Other than the $25 fees for valet trash which is not in their control I give a 5 star rating with much ease. They are a true asset to this property.

MATTHEW CODER: and having neighbors garbage line the hallway

Jesus Robles: Oregon 42 is wonderful. Warm environment with kinda and caring staff. Walking distance from great restaurants and grocery stores.

J M: Please don't let all of the recent 1 star people dissuade you from checking out these apartments. It's a really great place to live. We have one of the best roof tops in the neighborhood, a fully stocked gym, it's super pet friendly, and the staff is great. Not to mention how convenient it is with everything you need within walking distance.Did rent and water go up? Yes, it's Seattle. Did they bring in a valet trash service? Yes, and man is it convenient. Not to mention that the maintenance guy can actually do maintenance type things instead of schlepping garbage around the property for hours on end.I whole heartedly recommend giving the property a chance and checking out the place for yourselves and don't let a few unhappy folks keep you from what could be the perfect place for you. I love my apartment, and my view, and the people that work here and I'm so grateful to live here.

Tessa Bowden: My husband and I have lived at Oregon 42 going on six years now and we absolutely love it! Great staff, beautiful spaces.

Rick Cavender: I love my apartment. The staff is very friendly and professional. The building is well maintained, peaceful and pet friendly. The view from the rooftop is the best in Seattle. The location is perfect as I can walk to the gym and I’m less than a block from the best restaurants in the junction. I moved in a little over 3 months ago and I’m glad I chose Oregon 42 for a home.

Artemis LeRaux: I've been living at Oregon 42 for a little under a year. This is hands down the cleanest and nicest building I've lived in. Beautiful views, extremely friendly staff, and smack dab in the middle of the West Seattle Junction. Management has done a really great job during the pandemic. They recently re-opened the gym and keep it spotless, thank you for all you do!

Springline Apartments: what do users think?

Maleaha Menifee: I did a self tour with Springline and before my appointment Stephanie gave me a call to make sure I knew how to get into the building and ask any questions that I had. She informed me she would be on the property if I needed help. Once I got there she was very welcoming and nice. She was very resourceful with information about the community. She even recommended her other property Junction 47. I went to view that one and met Maria and she was kind and welcoming as well! She showed me to the apartment I was viewing and took the time afterwards to discuss everything with me. It was a great experience!

Sue West: We found Adrienna and Stephanie at Springline Apartments absolutely outstanding to deal with! We are not experienced renting and they patiently walked us through the entire process. Every question we sent after our tour was quickly responded to and they provided several helpful suggestions we had not considered. We are delighted to have selected Springline as our next home!

Mikala McCoy: I moved into Springline this last week and I've been more than impressed with the entire experience, facility, and staff thus far. Everything from scheduling the tour to the actual move in has been seamless with all of their online tools and information. The people in the community have been welcoming, the neighborhood is awesome, and the leasing office is super responsive. I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this property when I did.

Vanessa Gessel: Wow wow wow! Can I just say how amazing the staff is here. The building is beautiful and safe but the staff really set it apart. I recommend this place to all my friends! 😊 10/10 amazing place and amazing location

J. D.: Staff is super friendly and attentive. Facilities are clean and well maintained.

Alex Lyn: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Springline Apartments in Seattle, Washington, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I knew this was a special place.First of all, the location is fantastic. The apartments are situated in a great area with easy access to all that Seattle has to offer. But what really sets Springline apart is the exceptional customer service and attention to detail that they provide.During my tour, I had the pleasure of being shown around by Adrienna, who was an absolute delight. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. It was clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work.As for the apartments themselves, they are beautiful and spacious, with high-end finishes and modern amenities. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the stylish fixtures to the thoughtful layout. It's clear that no expense was spared in creating a comfortable and luxurious living space.Overall, I highly recommend the Springline Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to call home in Seattle. With exceptional customer service, stunning apartments, and a great location, it's the perfect place to live. And if you have the chance to take a tour with Adrienna, I highly recommend it!

Ivan Miranda: I recently did a virtual tour of the Springline Apartments. This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly especially Adrienna!! It's location was near a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation, and with great views from the rooftop .

Michele Fernandez: Had an amazing experience with the staff and Adrienna was truly a gem to have as my tour of property.

Rianna Apartments: what do users think?

Sage James: Very nice staff, and such beautiful Studio apartments and very affordable. Would highly recommend

Luis Rondon: The staff here is very very kind and helpful, great location and very nice apartments! Also really like the rooftop in the main building, great place to take in some sun and enjoy the weather.

Sinchan Bhattacharya: Great service by Levi and team. They were prompt to respond with maintenance request and fixed the complicated electrical wiring problem.

Brandon Shaw: Amazing staff!

Meghan Brown: AHMAHZING location! Central and quiet; close to everything! Love Seattle!

Jung hun Cheon: to Seattle Streetcar, which leads to Cap. hill Light Link Station, which was a great location for me who relied on public transportation a lot.The management was great and responsive

Nick Chang: Just moved out after a year. Pretty good amenities and space given the rent, and very conveniently located ground floor businesses. The only drawback is the street noise during the summer. Get yourself an AC unit, because leaving the windows open is almost completely unbearable; constant sirens, trucks, leafblowers and motorcycles.

nikolas vasquez: Clean, quiet, modern, and staff has been very helpful.

Metro on First Apartments: what do users think?

Gabriela Elwell: Alexis P. went above and beyond as a leasing consultant! My Fiance and I did a virtual tour with her and she made sure all of our questions were answered and we felt comfortable with the information provided. During the move in process, Alexis was quick to resolve a parking issue and has continued to be communicative and supportive of what ever our new home needs! We love the community, the amenities, and the views of Seattle. Highly recommend Metro on 1st!

Tyler Edwards: Alexis at Metro on First has been very communicative and helpful during our move in process. She also quickly helped us resolve a parking issue we were having! So far, we have loved living in this community and our favorite amenity is definitely the views of the city, the water, and the mountains from the deck. Would definitely recommend this building and Alexis as a leasing consultant!

Jonathon Humphries: So far front office staff and maintenance personnel have been very professional and helpful. View is great. Neighbors are nice. Only complaint is the gym is a little small.

Ken Lenhart: I really appreciate all of the maintenance staff here at Metro on First! Paul was very professional and knowledgeable! Thanks again!

Qurat Ul Ain: are all walking distance. But the main reason I actually came back is the management. Tony and his team is kind, helpful, available, compassionate and just good people. I don't see myself moving out unless I win a lottery or move to Mars. It's a safe place to live. They made some lock upgrades recently which is fantastic if you're like me and watch too much true crime:D

Kara Emerson: We chose Metro on First sight unseen. We read other reviews and knew we wanted a quieter place that still has easy access to all that Seattle has to offer. The management team was incredibly helpful and Tony made the move-in process smooth and easy. The building itself is well-maintained, and the view from the roof adds to its charm. Tony has been quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. We have no regrets with our choice. Metro on First is a great place to call home.

Ahmed Hashmi: kind staff, big space, easy amenities, great location, reasonable price, quick maintenance - overall a great experience living here so far

Sanchit Batra: is fantastic, fell in love soon as I first took a look at it. Plenty of space and a small balcony, I haven't heard my neighbors yet aside from their cat yelling but I think my cat likes the company. Maintenance quickly repaired my microwave's broken handle.

mc sea: Thanks for a great living experience. Highly recommended!

Yvette Hong: I enjoyed living at Metro. Great management and professional services team. The location is super convenient for sports events and concerts. I would highly recommend this community in Seattle.

Breanna Bennett: I have lived at Metro On First Apartments for a while now. I can honestly say, not only am I more than happy with my apartment, management is amazing. They are extremely attentive, understanding, and very helpful. The maintenance team works so hard to make sure my apartment, and the building are well maintained. Not to mention the location is top notch, it's more on the quiet side, but you still get your downtown feel. I like having the option to be able to walk to the water or downtown within 15 minutes.I am very happy with my decision and I will continue to live at Metro On First for as long as I can!Huge shout out to Aaron, Tony, Soph and Mohammad, they rock, they are all so friendly, and helpful. They make Metro On First so easy and enjoyable to call home.

Chloe C: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my recent move to the Metro on First, luxury apartments in Seattle.First I would say that the community manager Aaron and Equity Residential. His expertise and professionalism and is second to none .Aaron was extremely accommodating to my parents as well. My dad and mom we're so appreciative. The building is beautiful ,It really stands out amongst the other buildings kind of reminds me of a Villa in the French Riviera, the views are amazing, the rooftop deck is definitely the picture postcard of Seattle. Large luxury floor plans are stunning.

Ankit Gupta: and in good working condition. There are no ACs as is common for most Seattle apartments. Most apartments are entirely carpeted which did make keeping them clean time consuming.Maintenance - Except during the pandemic, I found that maintenance requests handled fairly quickly.Garage - I didn’t have a car. However, a friend living in Metro did. Parking is relatively tight and it can be quiet tough to safely get the car in and out given the space.Views - The Metro deck offers amazing views of Elliot Bay, downtown and Space Needle. The last unit I stayedin Metro had views of the bay from every single window and patio in the unit. That alone was worth the minor inconveniences I had at Metro.Move out - I decided to move out only because my roommate and I wanted to get our own places. Tony tried his best to find 2 1 bd units for us in Metro but did not have vacancies.I now live in a community close to Metro but terribly miss the views from my old apartment. I’d like to move back into Metro once my current lease is over just for the views. It’s unfortunate though that even with modest amenities, rents at Metro are not much less than brand new communities with way better amenities in the area. Even so, I recommend Metro highly for the views, helpful staff and proximity to everything Lower Queen Anne has to offer.

Kuushagra Mittal: Although I didn't signed the lease with them , the leasing consultant Tony Broyles provided a detailed information about the apartment. He provided the pictures of the available apartment as well as the virtual tour.

Hailey Tieskoetter: From the very start, the staff has been unbelievable! So kind and helpful, not to mention the apartments are amazing! Great price for the size and area, amazing views and amenities. After not having a good experience with other complexes, Stephanie & Dana did everything they could to make us feel at home. Definitely recommend!

Junction 47 Apartments: what do users think?

Ryan McCoy: Maria is the best always comes through.

Jessica Overmars: Never been in there but they look super nice and super secure there's never trouble.some things going on outside it's never crowded with groups of ppl just habging out super clean and quite

Nathaniel Hough: a fabulous writer on the community website! If you’re looking to move, contact her and she’ll help you out!

Minxy Stafford: I've been living in Alaska Junctionfor 4 years now and I can day without a doubt that Junction 47 has been my best renting experience. When I came to view units here Maria immediately made me feel as if this was aleady my home. Making a self-guided tour seem personal and intimate is no easy task but she nailed it. I applied for my unit the very same day and signed a lease the next morning.Since moving here, Maria's hospitality and gracious delegation of this community has not waned. Days I get home from work in time to see her always give me a little pick-me-up, there is always time for her to flash a smile and quick wave. Have a "quick question"? She has time for that; if there isn't an immediate answer then you have the assurance that she will look into the matter and expertly communicate that with you shortly. How can someone oversee a community like this, keep everyone content, navigate unforeseen circumstances and inconveniences with ease and look polished without skipping a beat?I certainly couldn't tell you, but what I DO know is that the grass is greenest where it's watered and I intend to stay in my little pocket of paradise for a long time.

Noah: is always on point, prompt, and well spoken. The service team is super fast, kind, and knowledgeable. Honestly, anything I was worried about I’ve been blown away by how well they handle it. Easily the best place I’ve ever lived by a thousand miles.I could go into a dozen other reasons why I am constantly reminded of the great choice I made moving here. But I’ll just say: Don’t hesitate on picking this apartment if the neighborhood is right for you.A very special shout out to Maria for being the kindest, coolest, most understanding and helpful people we’ve ever worked with. She’s an absolute gem! Give her a raise!!!

Afiea Addy: Great location, happy and supportive staff, nice amenities and safe.

Cameron Guilbeau: Great experience

Erica Alvarez: I have called Junction 47 home for almost a year now and I could not be happier. Stephanie and Maria are wonderful! The building is kept clean and feels very safe. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the West Seattle area.

Sarah O'Sell: EDIT of my review after 2yrs living here. The management at Junction 47 as well as Equity Residential is professional and hires great staff. They keep the building clean, perform maintenance, are communicative, and when problems do happen, they seek to resolve them. They have also been the first landlords I've dealt with to actually be willing to negotiate rent for fair market price. All landlords will be capitalists, that is reality in this country, but I am definitely someone who is very willing to exit a lease if the quality of service is not there and the raise in price is above market value. This team is able to understand long term thinking and the total value of tenant retention. For some reason, most other landlords seem to bet on people not moving and are willing to incur the cost of turnover + revenue loss in a down economy.Thank you for being the best building management company I've had in 10yrs+ of renting!

Emmanuella Braide: I really love this building, the staff are has been very helpful especially Maria she’s always so pleasant.

Austin Murnane: Great service from a friendly staff!

Christopher Whaley: Recently moved into Junction 47 and could not be happier. Both managers, Maria & Stephanie have been wonderful. They are equally professional, helpful and courteous. Always quick to say hello with a smile when passing through the nicely designed, well-appointed lobby area. So happy I chose this place to call home.

Tran Ton: We’ve been living here for a couple months and love it. It has the best location which is in the heart of the Alaska Junction and short walks to at least 4 groceries store, multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Maria, the leasing agent, is super helpful, organized, and responsive. The community manager sends out clear email communications for updates. The complex is well cleaned and maintained. The apartment is nice and modern with open kitchen, big windows, and high ceilings. On top of that, the price is reasonable for this area and all the pros mentioned above.

Abril T: Love it here! Maria is fantastic

Cheryl Bortz: Equity actually sucks—but the manager Stephanie is the absolute best!! She will fight to the death for her residents.

Session: what do users think?

Kiersten ODellick: I’ve been living here going on 2 years and will be signing another lease. Never had a package stolen, have always done street parking. The neighborhood is great and very walkable. Safeway has a minacious reputation but that’s just city life.

Ryan Hebler: Great place to live but management can be fickle due to high turnover.

Jillian Harmon: My partner and I moved to Seattle from Chicago & toured Session Apartments virtually. Alan and McKenzie were incredibly helpful & welcoming through the entire leasing & move-in process. The apartment has been very well-maintained & quiet so far, and the support from Session's staff gave us a lot of peace of mind while moving from out of state.

Alicia Feuls: . I love our community and as neighbors we often spend time together on the roof around the fireplace or hang out together at each other's apartments. The location is also amazing as we are walking distance from Capitol Hill and Central District. We are also walking distance from Safeway, 2 co-ops, and Trader Joe's. I would highly recommend moving here!

Connie Chen: a decent amount of space, and beautiful big windows that let in lots of natural light

Justine Perrin: I would like to start by by absolutely commending all of Camilla and Alan's hard work from the very start. Both have been so welcoming and helpful in my onboarding as well as my move in and I could not have asked for a better experience! Camilla took the time to adjust my move-in dates and must have forwarded me my lease at least 3 times for a signature but made sure she walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I wasn't able to pick up my keys the day of move-in due to the power going out in the Sessions Leasing office and Camilla not only gave me a call but also made sure to put me in touch with Alan who touched base consistently to ensure I got my keys and was all set to move in.All in all, these two made my experience very smooth and easy and I appreciate them so much for it!

Katie Waiters: I have lived at session for a couple years and feel like it is finally turning into a community again after a rough year of office turnover. The new manager Sydney is so sweet and very responsive! Orly in maintenance is amazing! Loving this new team! So happy to call session home and hope I can for many more years.

Nava Lavine: Have had a wonderful time living at Session! It's so nice to have Richelle and Bobby who have gone above and beyond to help out.

Annie Gould: Super friendly and inviting! The building is very clean and property manager Richelle is wonderful!

Ashley Frisbee: Tia is incredible! She has been so helpful and kind with our moving process, and is very transparent about everything--she really put our minds at ease. Thanks, Tia!

Alex Taylor: were provided on the roof. Great day, great apartments, great manager.

AVA Capitol Hill: what do users think?

Sean Reynolds: Had an issue with my window and Kyle was there the next day. I thought it was gonna be a bit of a pain to fix but he got in done in less than 5 minutes and it works perfectly now

Jon Kim: Kyle did a great job maintaining our place when the garbage disposal was broken!

Andrew Schimming: I've been here now for more than 5 years. It's convenient to my work, great internet lets me work from home with no issues, and transit is close by. The apartment itself is well-appointed and the appliances in great shape. The leasing staff is great, providing timely updates and notifications to the community. Maintenance team is awesome - Kyle and Mike especially provide great service. The neighborhood has a lot going on, but like all urban areas these days ymmv.

Sindu: I have living over here little over an year. My experience has been great. The staff has changed a bit over last year. Although downtown is known for people’s car getting broken into, mine did few months ago from the secure garage, nothing anyone can do so didn’t want to leave off one star because of the location.Coming to the building itself, it’s modern and the apartments are well made. The sound proofing in these apartments are so good, if I close my doors and windows, I really can’t hear any noise. The build is quite secure, you have to use your fob at every entry point and in elevator as well. The current staff, Johnny Le and Andrue Cashman are great. They are very friendly, and host a good number of apartment events. They are also very helpful when you need something. I highly recommend these apartments.Update: I recently had a first service request and Byron who is a part of maintenance team came over and helped me out real quick.Update Feb 2024 - Requested for a service request, Mike helped me schedule and Kyle came over and helped me with everything, he was great. Shout out to a great maintenance team.

Ruan Jiayi: Thomas comes up to fix my window! He is great!

Isha Dave: , Johnny and Andrue

Matthew Nigro: Excellent service, Kyle is always quick to help when issues arise and is very professional. 10/10

Metroline Flats Apartments: what do users think?

Beril Ozay: apartments and the maintenance guy Victor was super quick to address issues and also very very nice. We had 4 different property managers in the office in the 9 months we were there. 3 of the 4 were good but the current one is worthless. The area is kinda tucked away but still very close to capital hill. It's walking distance to a couple restaurants and a small park. There were a lot of break ins to cars on the street but we generally didn't have any issues in the building with shady people or anything. I had a couple packages get stolen from the lobby BUT most packages were delivered to lockers so it wasn't an issue if the delivery people did their job. They did increase my rent significantly but the price was on par with similar apartments in the area. I would live there again and would recommend it to others.

Carly Meier: Mindblown by the level of hospitality shown by these apartments! I feel like I live at a hotel with the above and beyond attitude that Brandon continues to display every time we interact. I’ve never felt more welcome. Any questions I’ve had, any concerns, have been handled better than I could have ever imagined. Recommending this apartment complex is an understatement! So glad I made the choice to live here. Shout out to Brandon! Thanks for making the experience so special!

Josh: I love living at Metroline Flats! The building is always clean and surrounding areas feel safe. My neighbors are very respectful and friendly, and I have nothing but positive things to say about building management. Brandon is always polite, prompt, and through. The only knock that I can think of is the higher rent prices, but that's to be expected for a quality apartment in First Hill.

Andrew Hill: Beautiful building, great location, and a fantastic property manager, Brandon.

Helen Habib: The building is clean and well organized. On-site personell are very helpful and responsive.

Robert Chriscoe: I was involved in an accident that left me paralyzed thus having to stay here with my son during my rehabilitation. Brandon is the absolute sweetest person I have ever dealt with in my rental history. He’s such a pleasure to see in my passing and now I actually make it a point to stop and say hello. I really wish there were more like him.

Eva Kiss: This is a very nice building. The apartment was clean upon move in. All the fixtures and appliances are look new . Regarding management, I typically communicate with Brandon Mendoza and he is always very prompt with his replies and helpful.

Anthony Chriscoe: Living at Metro has been one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had living in a building. Especially moving from out of state. I appreciate the manager before and the current manager Brandon. He’s very attentive and cares about us as tenants. You can tell he cares about what he does. He saved me from dying from the heat and had AC units available for us!

Rebecca Wright: Recently toured the property, and had the pleasure of working with Brandon! He was very friendly, and made sure that he found the perfect home for me. I cannot wait to move!

Abenezer Gebre: I recently just moved in and had a hassle-free move-in experience, all thanks to the wonderful property manager, Brandon for making the process incredibly easy and stress-free. The apartment is well-maintained and clean. Highly recommend!

Saroeum Kou: Our experience transitioning to Seattle was seamless. The application process and touring the apartment with Brandon was simple and easy, which we greatly appreciated.

Cindy Luong: Brandon, the recent property manager is by far the best they have managing Metroline flats. He tries his best for the residents; better at communicating any changes, resolving issues, problems, making sure the apartment building is safe and running smoothly w Victor who goes above and beyond helping with maintenance, keeping the apartments clean and functioning.

Sydney: I recently moved into Metroline and have had a great experience so far. The current property manager, Brandon, has been incredibly accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. Whenever I have had an issue, he has promptly sent over maintenance, and everything has been resolved in a timely manner. The neighbors who I've come across are very quiet and friendly, which has made for a peaceful living environment. We are lucky to have such a nice view from our unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to move here and highly recommend it, especially for those who work in the area.

marina rivera: Brandon in leasing was amazing. The apartment complex is safe and secure. Contact with management is easy & they get back to you quick. Nice tenants and they keep the apartment building clean and tidy!

Emily Dunlop: I have loved my experience at MetroLine Flats. I moved here last July from a different state and it was the easiest move I have ever made! The managers here have been so helpful. Brandon, especially, has gone above and beyond for me whenever I put in a work order or needed anything from them! The community here has been very welcoming and me and my pup have made many friends along the way! It is in a very walkable part of the city. I would definitely recommend moving to MetroLine Flats! Brandon will surely take care of you!

Avanti: what do users think?

Bob Smith: Absolutely love the management here. I've never had an issue with management themselves and they've always been a delight to work with. I actually live in Union View apartments, but we're managed by the company here.Shout outs to Jordan and Amy! Both DELIGHTFUL people and easy to work with! They get any problems I have sorted quickly and effectively!

Ethan: Avanti is definitely the best apartment experience I've had and its due in no small part to the fantastic people running it. The office staff are always very accommodating to any questions or issues I've had and the maintenance team is quick to resolve issues as they come up with individual apartments or shared spaces. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone searching for a place to live around the Cap Hill area because as you may well know, apartments that are run competently and compassionately are few and far between!

Audree Barkley: The office staff is so great! We moved to Seattle for work so i had to find a place to move into without ever stepping into the building. Jordan and Amy were so accommodating and face timed with me to show me around the building and tour the apartment. Absolutely love our apartment and it’s a great spot for our dogs and the location is great for starting to learn my way around downtown. So thankful to call it our home!

Anna Westforth: I have lived here for 5 years, Avanti is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Jordan at the front desk always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help or for just a nice chitchat!

Joseph G: .However, the pros are the office team is responsive

Emma Cate: Jordan is the best. He’s so friendly and always helpful. He genuinely cares for us and wants what’s best. anytime we’ve needed something he’s been able to provide in a timely and kind manner. 💕

Andrea Slack: Dallas, head of maintenance, is always responsive, helpful and kind. He responds quickly and always keeps me updated on the progress of projects. We often smile and wave to each other when I’m leaving for work in the morning. He’s the best!

Vibhor Mishra: is such an expert in his field, and work with total dedication. Jordan and Cher were the other two persons I interacted with during my tenure, and they were always on top of things. Such a good team and place, I totally recommend.

Ritvik Srivastava: Apartment layouts are unlike anywhere in Cap Hill or First hill. Extremely spacious, reasonable rent. Pet friendly as they have multiple pet dedicated areas within the building. I am in love with my townhome style 1BR. The balcony is huge. Management has been super responsive and parking rates manageable.

Brandon Kleinschmidt: Avanti was a great place to live for me. The units are quite spacious, and the central location on First Hill is fantastic for getting around. Everything was kept clean and maintenance calls were responded to promptly. Solid choice for anyone looking for something in the area.

Sydney Martinez: addresses any issue within 24-48 hours. The location cannot be beat and the unit layouts are awesome. We only decided to leave because we felt it was time to live out of the city. We’ll truly miss living here.

Divyesh Darde: I lived here in 2016 and then came back in 2020. Avanti is one of the best apartments in and around downtown Seattle. It's convenient, spacious and within affordable range at the same time. The apartments have good sound insulation as well. The elevators are fast, available most of the times and any issues are immediately fixed. The courtyard is a relaxing retreat. Luxer One locker adds to the convenience. The staff is awesome as well. My move-in and move-out experiences were equally good, which is rare in Seattle. Harriet and Cher are doing a great job and have been very accommodating. The maintenance staff is great as well, including Dallas - problems are fixed within a day or two. Highly recommended!

Camille “C L Baker” Baker: I genuinely love living here. I moved in during winter and the pandemic and had a difficult time finding the right place. Harriet was warm, informative, and upfront about the community, neighborhood and property. I have had only good experiences with Cher as well and have found they are quick to answer my questions and offer solutions. Maintenance is also great. Dallas fixes things quickly, orders the parts needed, and communicates well.

Jon Adam: Harriet and Cher are both outstanding hosts! Every aspect from the move in, to help with finding documents were meet with haste. Very outgoing and friendly people. Kept the place in remarkable condition and were very understanding to any issues that arose. I can not say enough great things about the team at avanti, Highly recommend!!Great job you two! Nice to see people who truly care!Cheers!

Kari Whiteside: . The only downside would be the lack of amenities but that wasn't a huge problem for me. Overall, I loved living here.

Theresa Garrety: Friendly and supportive staff! Great housing options at a very fair price. The flexibility the company has had best support our unique needs is of immeasurable value to my family. Highly recommend!

Matthew Liu: Great leasing office and management team, they're all very nice and willing to help with whatever problems you may have. The maintenance team is also great and will immediately try to solve any issues you may have. Overall great place and location, could not recommend this place enough.

Origin Apartments: what do users think?

Gaming Chronicles: Reserved an apartment without seeing it in person. While the studio apartment I rented was a lot smaller than I was expecting, I was very happy with it and the apartment complex itself. The origin staff is amazing and they will do everything they can to help you throughout your stay. Marge is amazing!!!Additionally the complex is clean, has onsite security at night that patrols the garage/outdoor areas, and it is always quiet. I didn’t have any issues or troubles through my 2+ year stay here. The gym and community area on the top floor are also great and maintained regularly.

nigatuwa bogale: It is pretty good place. I like it. Thank you.

ernest s: Marge and Keanna,Thank you for your excellent service and help with our unexpected move. We were in need of a quick move and you provided all the information to facilitate this process. We shopped around at many places in the north Seattle area and your service was the best!!Sincerely,Ernie and Marlene

Kayla Burgos: I moved from out of state and was very nervous moving into a new apartment without physically seeing it. Marge helped me feel more comfortable about the apartment and provided the security details. I’ve been here a week and love how quiet and clean the property is. Can’t wait to see what else Origin has to offer.

Kate Thompson: The staff is amazing and the units are gorgeous

Nishkala Garapati: Life is good at origin. We loved living here! Marge goes above and beyond to ensure the property is clean and organized. She was always quick to respond to maintenance and other requests.

jenny hung: It is very clean and the teams are very friendly .

Tiffany Collins: Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. My tour guide was amazing and so friendly. Plus the managements interaction already made me feel at home.

Dali Velasco: I love living in this place, always attentive to everyone's needs. Always taking care of the spaces, very friendly. A great community. I feel very safe living here. Thank you!!!

M J: Merge she has Been accommodating and helpful all these years, I would appreciate if all individuals clean after their pets especially in the elevators; I would also request more enhanced patrols by security sometimes I smell weed in the parking garage it triggers my allergies and would request no smoking signs in the parking garage

Taryn Tomassetti: Have lived here for over a year now and in 2 different units. We absolutely love it here. We talk all the time about how lucky we were to have found this place. Marge in the front office is exceptional. We are always surprised by how quickly our service requests are handled. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented, with some amazing restaurants and a wonderful farmers market during the summer. We cannot recommend Origin enough!

Kerry Cortright: I turned in my request in the morning. By that evening when I got home from work my heater had been fixed. I was so happy to have a warm room to sleep in. It's been so cold outside. The speed at which the maintenance crew worked was fantastic. I wasn't expecting it to be done but it was fixed the same day I submitted the request. Our crew here goes above and beyond anytime I have needed anything repaired or reset.Thank you!!!

Eliana R Gill: Origin apartment is amazing! I absolutely loved living here. Marge has to be my favorite person in Seattle hands down. She is so welcoming, kind, respectful, and professional. She is always happy to help when issues present themselves and comes up with solutions quickly and easily. Jessica is equally amazing and I appreciated their management of the apartment so much. The people who work maintenance are extremely respectful of my space when they have to do work and are very timely. Everyone is kind and professional and I just loved living here! I always felt safe in the neighborhood and never had any issues with packages being stolen or delivered to the wrong place. I would have lived here forever if able! The rooftop is gorgeous and has a lovely view of Mount rainier. The dog run is great for furry friends. And the residents are all very kind and respectful as well!

4730 California: what do users think?

Angela Rodriguez: Connor has been nothing but amazing! He is very communicative and is on top of sending out emails/updates in regard to our community.Spencer has done a thorough job on work orders that I have submitted and completes them in a timely manner!Rockstar team!I have noticed housekeeping has been coming more often instead of once a week which has been a plus! The new luxer lockers they implemented have also been a plus! The location is the best! As Chipotle and portage bay are directly downstairs, LA Fitness is down the street, Whole foods, QFC, and Safeway are all within walking distance, and lastly so many restaurants and fun bars to explore! Honorably mention to the year-round farmer's market that is a step away from your front door.

David Newton: I have lived here 5 months and have experienced excellent customer service from the team. Izzy a Leasing Consultant is always quick to respond and provided excellent customer service regarding a family emergency I had, making the situation much more tolerable. I'm impressed with the teams willingness to help out and accommodate me during that time.Spencer from the maintenence team was incredible fixing the maintenence issues i had with my apartment. I submitted a work order for three small issues I had in my unit. Spencer came out the next day and had the issues fixed before I returned home from work. I came home to the work completed and note detailing the work that was done. I was impressed with the friendly customer service and the urgency placed on my ticket, regardless of the urgency. This is a great place to live, and the views from the roof are incredible!

B S.: , out to the bars. There is almost always someone out in the Junction, even through the residential area. Still be aware of your surroundings though, obvi. There's even a dog wash downstairs of the apartment that I loved!Spencer is quick with maintenance repairs and works hard to get things fixed, too.A few things worth mentioning:Parking is expensive but worth it in my opinion. Spots are super tight, and you will most likely get frustrated. I was lucky enough to snag an ADA spot with a valid placard.I would suggest reading through the fine print and every single line, acknowledging the charges that will occur monthly. There was an apparent "discrepancy" regarding the Fetch system they are required to charge you for - whether you use it or not. You will pay for common area electricity and such too.The elevators constantly smelled like dog urine through out the day. I know the floors are mopped in the morning... but a lot of dogs live here

Jamie C: to get a reasonable rate. Now similar apartments in the same building are ~500$+ a month more. So close to Alki, close to downtown and the water taxi. If the weather was like spring and summer all year here, I would have stayed, but the winters are miserable.Pros: Overall the main pro here is the location. Even with the bridge closed I could walk to a dr, massage, nail appointment, multiple grocers, grab food, coffee, etc. You will hardly ever need to drive.Less crime than other Seattle areas we’ve lived. Even with street parking our cars were never broken into or keyed. The build is high quality. Hardly had issues with garbage disposal, toilet, or anything in the house compared to other places I’ve lived. The only issue was our living room heater which did not seem adequate for the space it was supposed to heat, or the windows were the issue. Never quite figured that out.Cons: the parking lot has EXTREMELY TIGHT SPACES. So tight each time you park if you have any spot other than on an end cap where you drive straight in, you will need to take a 2-5 point turn to park. We have a compact car and were just skinny enough to fit with enough room to exit. A ton of people have trucks

Legend: When I first moved here, the management was constantly changing and there wasn't much stability, however two years later, Axel and Izzy are doing a great job! They are both friendly and professional, and get the job done. Furthermore, maintenance has been swift and work around your schedule. Most of the neighbors are nice friendly people, and the overall building is nice. Location is walkable to a bunch of restaurants and shops in the Junction on California Ave. I like the gym, rooftop, grill, dog run, and coffee areas! Parking rates are a little high, but that's expected for this area, and has been safe so far. Highly recommend for anyone moving to Seattle/West Seattle!

patpat: Move in process was super easy and seamless. Izzy was my main point of contact. She answered the 1000 questions I had and made me feel secure and happy in my decision. I love this neighborhood and this community.

Richie Apigo: The apartment manager, Axel Arvizu, was tremendous help through the whole process. He made it very easy without any hassle.

Alyssa T: within a two minute walk. The building and garage feel clean and secure. Would def recommend living here.

Square One Apartments: what do users think?

Austin Heinz: A bit pricey, but not as much as some of the other "nicer" apartments that have popped up in the area. After several years living here, I've never had a problem with management and service has ALWAYS been very quickly handled. While I've had some appliance issues over the years, and the building has had some issues with things like trash compactors and security systems, things have often gone wrong, it's still I think way better than the typical apartment experience. The management, despite changing several times, has always communicated quickly about these issues. The Amazon lockers that were eventually added are also a lifesaver. Being next to Whole Foods, Ravenna Park, and the light rail link station are all absolutely incredible features of the location.I would really recommend living here. I wish they had AC, but that's rare in these areas anyways. I learned how to install my own portable one and it works quite well, despite the window format not allowing for a typical strong AC unit.If this is one of your options, I recommend it highly. There have been no nightmare stories about waiting on service, or terrible management, it's been very smooth and comfortable the whole time, despite little bumps, and that's all you can really ask for.

Samuel Evans: We signed a 9-month lease here and are very happy with our decision. We have a south-ward view on the 5th floor that is spectacular, definitely the highlight of the home. On the south-facing side there is no noise issues.Whole Foods is across the street, the rail is a block away, LA Fitness is a block away, and took up salsa lessons at Salsa de Sueso a couple blocks away. Green Lake is a 15min walk away and Cowen Park is a min walk away. Location-wise, this place is excellent.

Laila Barr: Service requests have always been quickly and efficiently responded to.

Zach Larkin: and hope to do something about the WF noise in the middle of the night - it'd be 5 stars

James Cameron (MacGillFhaolain): After 34 years, we sold our house near Green Lake in Seattle and moved into an apartment. Square One, to be precise. And we love the change and the apartment. We've been here over a year and a half, and have been more than happy. The location is removed from major arterials, so especially quiet, but still near nice amenities including Whole Foods and Bartell Drugs. In addition, as long as we've been here the building management has been really great, always responsive to questions or issues and just plain nice. Our only concern here - and this is an issue with all of the apartments in this urban village - is the size of future rent increases because of our proximity to the nearly completed Roosevelt Light Rail Station.

Justin: Great place! Friendly staff, neighbors, and convenient location. Although it is only about a mile away from the UW, the neighborhood feels a lot more "homey" and family friendly.

Toni Brumbaugh: It is such a joy to live here. As a grad student, I really wanted a chill place where I can be near the school. The building is quiet, located next to Whole Foods, within a block of some amazing fold, and a two minute walk to two bus stops. The building is wonderfully maintained, secure, and the management is seriously the best. Beth knows how to run a building, Tucci knows how to keep everything working well, and the rest of the leasing staff will regularly go above and beyond to make residents happy. Maintenance is prompt- even when it’s not an emergency. The roof offers great views of the city and it has a fireplace for cooler nights. There is a two-story community room, which is often the location of community events. It’s a great place to be, no complaints!

Sara Mecca: I've lived at Square One for 2 years and recently and very happily renewed my lease for a 3rd year. The location is perfect for anyone looking for easy accessibility to pretty much anywhere around the city but a very quiet place to come back to at night. The building itself is clean and well kept and the tenants I've met are friendly. It's also never experienced feeling unsafe - which I grew accustomed to previously living downtown. Bonus that there's both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods super close. The staff of Beth, Luke, and Tucci are fantastic. They are great about helping with any questions, answering emails quickly, and responding to any service requests. If you're looking for a new place, definitely give Square One a look!

CuiWen Lee: Erica had been a delight to work with from viewing the apartments till when I moved in. The office has been really helpful with packages and any other requests. Building is kept clean and the location is really convenient!

Rylee Fuerst: and other neighborhood. Most things that you need

Jamie Wittman: Square One Apartments is a great place to live. I moved to Seattle from Iowa. I have never even been to Seattle so all communication was email and phone. I connected with Nyssa and she was very helpful from the start of our communication, she made me feel secure and welcome. I signed my lease site unseen and the building was exactly as the video I was shown. Clean, spacious, and the roof top access is wonderful. I have been very pleased so far with the management here.

Melissa Cald: Lived here since it first opened around 4 years ago. Saw a lot of transition, but I feel that it is now in very stable management. Really love Nyssa and all the other leasing agents' kind attitudes every time I interact with them. The staff is very helpful and helps create a good environment throughout the building! Thanks guys!

Valerie Hamilton: are kind and helpful. It is such a pleasure to come home to their smiling faces. The complex is safe, clean, and quiet. The in-unit amenities are up-to-date. It is wonderful to have a good washer and dryer in the unit. Everyone who has visited me is amazed at the large bathroom. "It's like a hotel!" In addition, being close to all of the great restaurants, Whole Foods, and shops is a bonus. The rooftop deck has stunning views. I have lived in many different places all over the country and can safely say this is the best! I highly recommend living here!

Andrew Carroll: Nyssa, Erica & their team have been so pleasant & are always super kind! It’s nice to be able to go home to such a wonderful building & call it home!

Frankie Carroll: Quick to respond, extremely helpful and they care. They honestly make living here a dream. Schedule your tour now! This place won’t disappoint.

2300 Elliott Apartments: what do users think?

Charles Early: We just moved in and Michael was super on top of everything that we needed to have updated in our apartment! We can’t thank him enough for his great attitude and hard work.

Will Sanchez: I moved in early this year and I have to say that it's been a breeze. I get the City-living feeling from this location. The staff is cool and professional, especially Rolo. The hallways, elevator, gym, and sundeck are well maintained, recently the walls in the front entrance were painted.

Karan M: I moved in a few weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. Spacious rooms, surreal views and prompt responses when it comes to maintenance and any queries in general. The team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time here.

Emily Haney: - love the smaller community, that they always have a great team working here, and love the location and building. It's why I stayed so long. The team responds very promptly to requests for service or information. It's not perfect, like any place, and issues that come up are communicated and addressed quickly. Plus there are great dogs.

Stephanie McDowell: The location can't be beat. You get the convenience of being downtown, but this location is much quieter than some other choices. If you like to walk, this is a terrific place. I walk to work each day. You are minutes from Pike Place Market. The pier is right across the street, providing miles of fantastic scenery with the Olympic Sculpture park in one direction, to the ferries in the other direction. My apartment is quiet as I have great neighbors. I've worked almost exclusively with Rolo, and he is super friendly and responsive.

Brittney Cunningham: I recently moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. I love the location, great views and the majority of the neighbors I’ve interacted with have been really cool. I have noticed car break ins as mentioned in some other reviews, but realistically I don’t think it’s due to a lack of security but more so a lack of awareness on the part of people living here. There have been times where the front door has been propped open as people are moving but they’re nowhere in sight, which renders the security measures useless and easily allows access to vehicles on level P2. The elevators and the gym could be cleaned more frequently but no major complaints outside of that.

Pankaj Badgujar: We recently moved to 2300 Elliott and had a great experience. Lots of pros, the rooms are spacious, location is awesome, quite close to the elliott bay, great balconies, building is always well-cleaned and well-maintained, rooftop offers great view, the staff Rolo and De both are very helpful and quickly resolve our concerns. Service requests are addressed promptly. Equity portal is also a handy app for availing other services. Some cons are that the lobby should have a coffee bar and a TV monitor or speaker playing songs if possible. Also, the Gym is small and crowded by machines, also has short ceiling height so there's hardly any room to do Body weight exercises. The courtyard is hardly used, and is mostly empty since the weather is cold for 8 months anyway, they should ideally add that space to they Gym to extend it to allow more people and space for stuff like Yoga. Gym should have yoga mats, skipping ropes, wet wipes. Also, have heard the garage going through some break-ins, but we do not have vehicles so weren't affected in that regard. But the cons aren't that big a concern judging by the pros. Overall a great building.

Christopher Morris: I lived here for 3 years it was good, no complaints

Angel Rodriguez: I'm moving from El Paso, TX and this is my first time renting an apartment. I have to say that the staff at 2300 Elliott Apartments have made the whole apartment experience delightful. From scheduling virtual tours to move-in day, everything has exceeded my expectations. The location is great and the apartments are very well kept. I'd recommend this place to anyone living around the area.

Marq West Seattle: what do users think?

Barry Hennessey: Erica is a great manager, helping me view the unit and building remotely while traveling for work. Looks like a awesome building and great apartment.

Destiny Kausin: We love living here. The amenities and apartments great and well taken care of. The location is central to everything and the bus line. The staff are always super friendly and helpful!

Angela Fleming: I have lived at the Marq West for a few years now and I don't plan on going anywhere for at least 5 more if they'll have me. The best place isn't just the nice apartments with the snazzy views, gym, bbqs, it's the people that work there that make it so special. I truly love Erica, Christian and Aaron. It's my routine to literally say good morning as I walk out the door to Aaron and he helps with anything I've ever needed, and Erica and Christian in the leasing office will literally go to the ends of the earth to make sure your concerns, needs or wants are taken care of in a prompt manner. When you live somewhere for long enough it's super important for the staff to also feel like family and that is 1/3 big reasons why I love it here. Thanks guys!

Christopher “C5T”: Erica Job really helped me out here, I cannot express my gratitude enough, I am new to Seattle, living in downtown its incredibly stressful with a work van and the opportunity to move into Marq West is going to help improve my quality of life.

Ash H.: I love living here. It’s quiet, good amenities and amazing staff. The management team is always quick to respond to any requests or questions I may have. Christian and the new property manager are just a pleasure to work with.Aaron, the Maintenance Supervisor, is bar-none one of the best at what he does. He’s always happy lend a hand when needed. In addition, he’s just an all around great guy.My wife and I are very happy. Keep up the great work everyone. We appreciate you.

Jacob Castro: My wife and I first moved in 3 years ago and we have really enjoyed everything about CWS Marq West Seattle! To start, the scenery is amazing! We get to enjoy the whole cityscape view of Seattle and the distance is just right for us to visit Alki Beach or dine downtown. The building has secure garage parking which has been a peace of mind for my wife and me, and our community amenities are great for relaxing and winding down after tough days. The staff is super friendly and understanding. Eddie, Cristopher, and our former manager, Melissa always stayed communicative with us by email, phone, or in person whenever we needed something. We have always had quick repairs and really appreciate Aaron for all the maintenance in our unit or around the building. Overall, it's been a great experience being a part of this community!

Bethany Ramsay: I lived in two different units at Marq West and had such a pleasant time in this building. Eddie and Christian are incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly. I was new to Seattle and they made the experience great. The building was clean, the apartments were nice, and I felt secure which for the girlies I know is a major priority when looking at apartments.Thank you both for everything.

Destiny Wong: We have lived here are over a year and have loved our stay. The staff are amazing and always friendly. The amenities are thoughtful and maintained. We love living here.

Sofia Mehr: Great place to live! Everything is in walking distance. Nice staff.

Savannah Möller: I've lived here for over 3 years and have loved this community! Super helpful leasing staff and maintenance, amazing location and the whole community is just great.

Shankar Das: We have lived here for 3 years, we love it, our dog loves it; Eddie and Aaron are great! We wish they would put a bathtub in our downstairs bathroom but thats our only complaint! We are really, really happy here.

Peter Anderson-Hoelzer: I've had a great experience at Marq West Seattle. The management is very professional and attentive - they're proud of their work. Good location, well kept apartments, considerate neighbors, and dog friendly. Would recommend.

Alison von Eberstein: Thanks to Marq West staff, who respond quickly to service/maintenance requests!

Rachel Martin: !Coming back a year later to state how amazing West Seattle is in the summer and how much I love living at Marq West Seattle!

Raquel Garibay: My husband and I moved here from out of state, so we weren't able to view in person but Eddie and Christian have made the process so easy. They have been very helpful in our move and getting settled in to our new home! We love it here.

Guillermo Dominguez: Great management and maintenance team, including Eddie, Aaron and Christian! They set up fun events, are quick to respond, and are making improvements to the community

Alexz Lopez: Amazing living environment. Been living here for a year and a half now and it is amazing, views of the city from the rooftop, EVERYTHING is walkable from this location. Grocery stores, gyms, endless bars and restaurants are a simple walk up the hill. Parking is available, if no vehicle the bus stop is just around the corner.Friendly neighbors and friendly staff make for a great living experience

Dane: Great place. Within walking distance of so much and the rooftop has fantastic views of the city.
