    Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!

    Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home.     Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

    Jasmin Ponce: I would like to point out that in my experience, office staff has been very responsive, accessible and understanding. However, hallways are always "stuffy" a bit smelly due to lack of airflow, especially in lower levels. Entrances to buildings often smell like dog pee and if your balcony is near one of those, for sure you'll catch a whiff of that. The apartments are old, the cabinets have so many layers of paint that the doors no longer stay closed. My sink faucet is working but the water pressure makes it very difficult to open it, it may seem like an exaggeration but it is ridiculous the amount of force required to open the faucet. While the bathroom fans work, they are loud as helicopters and you will hear your neighbor's fan loud and clear. Oh, and there's also the package thief guy... Other than that, neighbors are nice, respectful, everyone seem to keep to themselves and seem reasonable for the most part. I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, I've been in way worse places that make this place not so bad... which is sad.

Every maintenance request I've submitted has been resolved within a day. Amenities are as advertised. The building is clean and grounds are clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly.

    Jordan W: .3. Units. These are some of the most spacious units I could find in Seattle. They have so much natural lighting and some of the biggest balconies I've ever seen. Such a beautiful view from them as well. The fireplace is a great touch for the winter season.4. Overlook Staff. I can't remember the last time I lived in a place where it felt like the management staff truly cared about their tenants. More specifically I've worked with Ana and Claire and they're so friendly and even remember the name of our dog!Cons: These aren't cons to me, but I know others may feel differently.1. Parking. Parking in the complex is paid but less expensive than other places I've paid for. There is street parking but it can be a pain sometimes especially later in the evening to find a spot close to your building.2. The units, may not be as updated and modern as some would like. I find them to be quaint, and cozy.3. There are times when we can hear the people above or below us walking around. We also live by stairs and can hear people going up and down them as well. More often than not, it is not an issue. But if you're sensitive to those kinds of things I'd advise looking at a unit not by the stairs.Overall I highly recommend living here. My roommate and I will be here until they kick us out :

    RISEN KING OF GLORY JESUS: Alex Findlay the community director has been extremely sincere and professional helping us since we've lived here we've had different situations arise that are just part of life and he was very professional didn't take it personally handled them in a business like manner extremely sincere prompt caring and I really appreciate that I've been around the block a few times and ran into my sheriff professional people and I'll just say that the team you got under Alex right now with Claire as well is phenomenal! If I was Overlooking at Magnolia I'd give Alex a raise definitely he is a good fit for that position Claire as well. Shalom thank you for making me want to keep living here .

    Orion: This was my first home in Seattle and the staff in the office is so incredibly helpful that we chose this complex over another in Northgate with in-unit w/d. We were in the K building and didn’t have any issues with pests or package theft at the time. Parking is priced reasonably, you can hear trains and the Ballard bridge, and the units all are reasonably priced. Magnolia is pretty car centric but the 24, 33, and 31 busses are relatively reliable if you can tolerate the hills lol

    N D: First of all, we are newcomers to Seattle and United States. We came here last year in April. I spent may be 3 or 4 night time calls from so far and there was a significant time difference in time zones. And I received so warm attitude and understanding of our movement and changes in life. The team of Overlook at Magnolia supported from initial steps and named us as "super heroes". They helped a lot from the application process. The application process went very smoothly. Exceptional attitude!!! If you are willing to find one of the best and quiet neighborhood in Seattle, it is Magnolia.

    Claudette S: The staff is on top of any issue right away. Snacks and coffee for tenants, someone in the office everyday, a cookie bar for the dogs. My beef, thin walls, but that’s all the buildings anymore.

The move-in process, from signing the lease to settling in, was seamless. Ian and Ollie make an excellent team and have truly stood out, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for their residents. They actively work on fostering a strong sense of community.Maintenance requests are always promptly addressed, and the appliances are modern and reliable so my living experience has been hassle-free. Ongoing issues don’t get neglected for too long. For example, they’ve recently installed a security camera in the mail room. Location is very ideal and walkable. Best of all, the rooftop is a standout feature, offering views the sunset over the Olympics and a glimpse of the tip of Rainier on a clear day.Overall, Vive offers great value for those seeking a budget-friendly apartment with exceptional staff. Would highly recommend!

    Junhong Kang: The service is really good. I forgot to turn off the ignition of my car, and the management door knocked on the door to remind me. I just moved and I don’t have a printer. The property management company helped me with printing and faxing. There is coffee and snacks in the lobby all year round. The property staff are always responsive and the service is very good and perfect.

    Rachel Seitz WA-Seattle: Moved into VIVE in October 2022 and already signed another lease. I toured 8 different properties in the Seattle area and basically the same layout and price point at all the properties. Quite a few properties had some amazing amenities that VIVE just does not offer at this time. I chose VIVE after meeting the Property Manager Nico. He was just so personable, his tour was great, he mentioned and showed me the activities that coordinates for the residents which seemed like a great time. I could tell he genuinely took pride in his community, which is so clean and it smells amazing, quiet and well cared for. The maintenance supervisor, Ollie is so efficient and takes care of any concerns immediately. I am always seeing Nico and Ollie cleaning the floors and different area as well as straightening up to make sure our property looks great! The community itself is so low-key and friendly and very pet friendly. Nico is so easy to talk to and never makes me feel like I'm burdening him with whatever questions or concerns I may have. I signed a new lease for another year at VIVE, mostly because I don't think another community can match the staff here. I do wish they offered amenities, but Nico and Ollie make up for that missing piece.

    Rachel D Seitz: I've lived at Vive in Ballard since October 2022. I love living here; so much when a new larger unit opened I re-signed. The staff, Ian and Oliver are fantastic. Vive is locating within walking distance of so many things in Ballard. The Farmers Market every Sunday and delicious restaurants, shops and groceries. It runs on the bus line so I know many residents that have given up their cars.There are activities via online and in person, a nice lobby where you can host a movie night, play pool or just hang out. The property is well kept, clean and secure.

    Colleen W.: I’ve lived in the St James apartments for 5 years. Every lease renewal I like to check out other spaces to ensure I’m in the best place and I can confidently say that I am. While the building isn’t as new as others, and I do not have a W/D in my unit, the layout makes sense, I have a real bedroom and full size kitchen appliances. The laundry room is convenient with 4 washers and 4 dryers so laundry is not a time suck.The management and maintenance are the best. Strong communication and friendly. They schedule community events and make you feel truly at home.The location speaks for itself. I love being in the heart of Fremont.

    Rebecca Butler: These are the views from my balcony! My apartment is just as beautiful on the inside. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it truly feels like home. I started out in a one bedroom, and when I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom the process was super easy and straightforward. The whole building is immaculately clean and well kept. The views are gorgeous from everywhere. I have always felt safe, especially with the multiple doors and security desk. And honestly, the best part of all is the people. The manager and head of maintenance are genuinely kind and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They're incredibly responsive to all my maintenance requests, and they always check in to make sure things are still going well. They have also organized several rooftop barbecues. My neighbors and I absolutely love them and always look forward to them. Everyone gets treated like a VIP here! If you're looking for a home that feels like home in every way, this is the place! 🙂

    Stacee: I have been living at St James Tower for more than a year now.Marcus and Edgar are the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet in an apartment management office.The building is located in a great location, right close to the Burke Gilman trail and all the fun stuff in Fremont. The view from the rooftop and some apartments are unbeatable.Only 4 stars because I honestly think the management company could invest some more work on the 24-hour maintenance line. Our elevator was down a few times during the weekend and we called that line but they didn’t fix it 🤷‍♀️ When Marcus was back on Monday, he got it taken care of right away. But then what’s the point of the 24h maintenance line if that line doesn’t deal with urgency?There was another time when water was cut in our building on a Saturday morning, I called the 24h maintenance line again and the lady who answered the phone snapped at me and said too many people have called about that same problem so I should just wait. That answer was ridiculous on so many levels 🤷‍♀️

    Evan Ziebell: St. James Tower was my first "home away from home" when I moved to Seattle four years ago. I could not have made a better choice for my first apartment. The building is positioned in a walkable location in Fremont. The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of Mount Rainier and Lake Union. The sense of camaraderie among the residents and staff provided an unmatched experience for me. Adrienne, the Community Director, is quick to assist residents and resolve any issues. Edgar, the maintenance Service Manager, is extremely skilled and professional at every encounter. I recommend this community to everyone I meet. While it's true that Seattle is a difficult city to meet new people, St. James was the place I made lifelong friendships and memories that I will cherish forever.

    Maryann Kepreos: Beautiful apartment building in the heart of Seattle Washington. Walking distance to all the major sites, restaurants and pier. Seth Chambers is the property manager and made the move-in very very easy for our son. We moved him cross country, not familiar with the area. As a real estate broker, I had a million questions. Seth was patient, kind, and informative. Finding a place for a small lease was not a easy task. Seth helped us navigate long distance with videos and recommendations. The apartment bldg. is clean, secure, downstair laundry facilities, rec room, bike room, and coffee in the lobby. Do not hesitate!! The apartment was huge, updated, bright and clean!! Thanks Seth!!

Even with its historic charm it still feels like an apartment to be proud of. The managers greet you when you come in and say “welcome home.” complimentary coffee during business hours is offered in the main lobby and the staff are very communicative!The location is perfect for those wanting to live in downtown for a reasonable price! They will organize small community activities from time to time which is always a plus.2. The location is very accessible in terms of public transportation and there are a bunch of good restaurants/bars nearby. It is also quite close to olympic sculpture park.3. From some apartments, you can get a breathtaking view of Elliot bay and the mountains.4. Repairs and Maintenance always happen on time. Taahir and his team have been quite helpful and efficient.Cons1. In recent times, the safety in the area has taken a hit. There have been a number of violent incidents in the surrounding areas which makes it a feel a bit unsafe. Not sure if there is anything the management can do about this though.2. Minor: One of the elevators is an older style one where you have to slide the door open manually. While most times this is not much of an issue, when you have your hands full with groceries, this can be mildly annoying.

    Jonass Placitis: I've been a resident now at The Cornelius for more than 2 years, and I feel wistful as I enter my final month before transitioning to my own studio. I think that few would disagree that Seattle, when it comes to the cost of living, is quite harsh - a reality which can bring great stress and even shame. Despite my own economic difficulties after moving from Chicago to Seattle, management was always more than willing to work with me in a firm, yet empathetic, way. I'm happy to say that I'm in a far better place as it relates to finances, but I won't forget that The Cornelius truly was my first home in this new life adventure of mine, and that I owe the continuation of this adventure to the managerial staff that were patient with me as I got my s*** together. More specifically, I'd like to give due credence to James Ware and Judith Serrato, the current managerial staff, as well as the head of maintenance Dahir Hussein. All of them have been nothing but diligent in their efforts to make residents happy, and are even nice people at that. All-in-all, the surrounding area and its people on the streets need a lot of help, and it could be more clean, but you can rest assured that The Cornelius will serve as a safe-haven and that you'll reside in one of the most convenient transportation hubs in the city, as far as I'm concerned.

We like it here. The location and walkability are major factors why we live at the Stratus. However, the main reason we live here is the Stratus itself. It is safe, clean, well maintained and well managed. The staff is excellent. Terri and Larissa handle the front desk in a friendly, efficient manner. Leasing professionals Danni, along with Kristie, did a wonderful job showing us perspective units and ultimately getting us settled-in. Maintenance requests are professionally, quickly and efficiently handled by Sebastian along with Jerry and Jimmy. The Property Manager Geoff has been here longer than we have and does an outstanding job of keeping the Stratus running smoothly. Whenever there is a personal or building emergency, Geoff solves the problem. The Stratus is a beautiful building that provides many tenant activities. Ask about the community garden, cookouts, pizza nights, wine nights and the holiday party just to name a few.Three useful items:Need a mover? Speak to Leland of Washington Movers. Washington Movers provides excellent service at an affordable price.Need custom paint work? Speak to JR of Maxin Remodeling. Again, excellent workmanship at an affordable price.Need Internet?     Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. I felt like seeing an angel after a long exhausting trip.Also other people in the team, Sara, Michaela are also really nice. The concierge people Hong, Scott, Denisse are also really nice.

Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

    E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

She took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.The building itself is beautiful with stunning community amenities. The place itself is fantastic - awesome views and lots of natural light in the units. Plus, the rooftop is the coolest spot around! The staff here is top-notch too - always there to help out. Definitely recommend Kiara for a great place to live with great people!

The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

    Sue A: I used Compton Builders to re-side my house - remove 70 yr old cedar shakes and replace with Hardie board siding, trim, soffits and fascia. They removed the old gutters and replaced the roof with all top of the line materials. My front porch roof was sagging and they replaced/reinforced the support structure - now it's level for the first time since I've owned the house. My neighbors walk by and comment on how lovely my "new" house looks! The workers were polite, cleaned up at the end of each day and were very careful of my yard/garden and personal items. Really great job and I will definitely use them again for future projects.

In this COVID time, they were careful to maintain social distance from me, and wore masks when working inside the house.Two small negatives: I had to do more cleanup afterward than I expected. Raking bits of old siding and shingles out of the lawn, discarding empty paint cans. And then there were problems with communication. The office never called to say if or when people were coming over to work. Did a lot of sitting and waiting when I thought people were coming; couple times answered the door in pajamas when I didn't expect people.

    Charles Early: We just moved in and Michael was super on top of everything that we needed to have updated in our apartment! We can’t thank him enough for his great attitude and hard work.

    Will Sanchez: I moved in early this year and I have to say that it's been a breeze. I get the City-living feeling from this location. The staff is cool and professional, especially Rolo. The hallways, elevator, gym, and sundeck are well maintained, recently the walls in the front entrance were painted.

    Karan M: I moved in a few weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. Spacious rooms, surreal views and prompt responses when it comes to maintenance and any queries in general. The team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time here.

    Emily Haney: - love the smaller community, that they always have a great team working here, and love the location and building. It's why I stayed so long. The team responds very promptly to requests for service or information. It's not perfect, like any place, and issues that come up are communicated and addressed quickly. Plus there are great dogs.

    Stephanie McDowell: The location can't be beat. You get the convenience of being downtown, but this location is much quieter than some other choices. If you like to walk, this is a terrific place. I walk to work each day. You are minutes from Pike Place Market. The pier is right across the street, providing miles of fantastic scenery with the Olympic Sculpture park in one direction, to the ferries in the other direction. My apartment is quiet as I have great neighbors. I've worked almost exclusively with Rolo, and he is super friendly and responsive.

    Brittney Cunningham: I recently moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. I love the location, great views and the majority of the neighbors I’ve interacted with have been really cool. I have noticed car break ins as mentioned in some other reviews, but realistically I don’t think it’s due to a lack of security but more so a lack of awareness on the part of people living here. There have been times where the front door has been propped open as people are moving but they’re nowhere in sight, which renders the security measures useless and easily allows access to vehicles on level P2. The elevators and the gym could be cleaned more frequently but no major complaints outside of that.

    Pankaj Badgujar: We recently moved to 2300 Elliott and had a great experience. Lots of pros, the rooms are spacious, location is awesome, quite close to the elliott bay, great balconies, building is always well-cleaned and well-maintained, rooftop offers great view, the staff Rolo and De both are very helpful and quickly resolve our concerns. Service requests are addressed promptly. Equity portal is also a handy app for availing other services. Some cons are that the lobby should have a coffee bar and a TV monitor or speaker playing songs if possible. Also, the Gym is small and crowded by machines, also has short ceiling height so there's hardly any room to do Body weight exercises. The courtyard is hardly used, and is mostly empty since the weather is cold for 8 months anyway, they should ideally add that space to they Gym to extend it to allow more people and space for stuff like Yoga. Gym should have yoga mats, skipping ropes, wet wipes. Also, have heard the garage going through some break-ins, but we do not have vehicles so weren't affected in that regard. But the cons aren't that big a concern judging by the pros. Overall a great building.

    K C: I lived at AMLI for about 3 years. It was an overall pleasant experience, the staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions and difficulties I had. Shout out to the maintenance people for being responsive and efficient too.I recommend checking out the actual apartment before signing a lease, just so you know what the view and feel is like.The gym is small but has good coverage, I mostly used the cardio machines, but sometimes machines and dumbbells. There's also free coffee/tea in the lounge area, which was awesome and convenient if you didn't want to brew your own.The best thing was the location because it was close to the Lake and I could go walk by it any time. This was really good in the summer.There are some drawbacks which is more of preferences, but it might not bother you:If you are not a morning person, the garbage truck is very loud and comes for pick up early, like 6-7AM. I was facing Pontius Ave N. I am a morning person and wake up at 6AM usually, so it didn't bother me.Walls are pretty thin, from bottom too. I had made couple noise complaints while I lived here. Which were resolved, after reaching out to management.If you want a good view, you won't be getting it here, the building is shorter and adjacent to other apartment buildings. You will see other people's apartments. Windows aren't tinted so you won't have much privacy, especially at night. Natural lighting will be hard to get unless you have your blinds up.If view and morning noise doesn't bother you, AMLI 535 is an amazing apartment choice. There's a lot of good restaurants and its walking distance to Whole Foods for groceries. And not too far from Capitol Hill if you are trying to get there. There are also buses close by.Thank you AMLI Staff for making the apartment experience great.

The best place isn't just the nice apartments with the snazzy views, gym, bbqs, it's the people that work there that make it so special. I truly love Erica, Christian and Aaron. It's my routine to literally say good morning as I walk out the door to Aaron and he helps with anything I've ever needed, and Erica and Christian in the leasing office will literally go to the ends of the earth to make sure your concerns, needs or wants are taken care of in a prompt manner. When you live somewhere for long enough it's super important for the staff to also feel like family and that is 1/3 big reasons why I love it here. Thanks guys!

We get to enjoy the whole cityscape view of Seattle and the distance is just right for us to visit Alki Beach or dine downtown. The building has secure garage parking which has been a peace of mind for my wife and me, and our community amenities are great for relaxing and winding down after tough days. The staff is super friendly and understanding. Eddie, Cristopher, and our former manager, Melissa always stayed communicative with us by email, phone, or in person whenever we needed something. We have always had quick repairs and really appreciate Aaron for all the maintenance in our unit or around the building. Overall, it's been a great experience being a part of this community!

So if you also move here for the view, it’s pretty disappointing that Equity Residential does not prioritize this.-big dog area is great but I rarely see it being cleaned-our car was vandalized in the garage- even if not owned by the building, residents should feel safe and confident about our cars while we live here

He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions about the area and property policies. He was candid and presented everything thoughtfully and realistically. He provided me a virtual tour which allowed me to see that the apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed in my first Seattle apartment. I look forward to being part of the community!

    Douglas Fuchs: I have enjoyed living at Valdok. The staff is very responsive to requests. For example, I asked to change the hours of the co-working space since I sometimes have early morning meetings and they made the change immediately. The community team hosts about three "events" a month. Typically these are grab and go breakfasts or they drop themed bags with wine or self care supplies at your door. By no means is this necessary, but it does make your day a little brighter. Lastly, the sound insulation here is incredible. I have hardly ever heard my neighbors while in my apartment and there are lots of small children and dogs.
