No need to worry about stolen packages because they have a Luxer One locker system. A car is not necessary, but there is a convenient underground garage if needed. The building engineer is very professional and service requests were handled immediately. I cannot recommend this building enough - nice apartment, amazing management and great location!

All amenities will look less pleasing if it take days to get things fixed/resolved at your place. Rochelle is an amazing community manager and keeps things fun and safe in the building. Cesar, leasing consultant will always have a beautiful smile every time you enter/exit the building and will gladly assist you with everything he can. Reynaldo is super quick when it comes to fixing things around the building and taking care of your work orders.Overall, a great place to stay with top-notch management team.

After almost three years we have come to know many of our residents neighbors and that makes it an even more pleasant place to live. You'd have to be good at parking your car and be careful to avoid getting bumped into pillars when you turn.4. expensive, again this is Seattle, I'd say the market is competitive, so you get what you pay for.LastlyLuck is also a factor. When I came, I got a corner unit, but you know it's not always available. Jonathan Paulson: My experience with this building has been absolutely fantastic. Moving from Chicago to Seattle in the middle of a pandemic isn't exactly easy, but the management was always on top of any issues or concerns I had while planning a move thousands of miles away. They definitely make the building feel like a small community. The unit was also spotless on move-in and everything has been of the highest quality. I can't recommend this building enough, it has been a great home for me in my short time here so far.

One thing that needs to be mentioned is they have A/C in the unit, which is rare in other apartments.Price:Considering the location and it's a new apartment and , the price is good. Although I wish to have a bigger parking spot, I know parking here in the town is expensive.Management:The best thing that we like here is the management stuffs, both Chris, Rebecca, Jason, they are very friendly and help us in a timely manner. It's always a nice experience to see them and greet each other when you go to work in the morning. With them, the apartment is clean and things are organized. They also held some interesting events before COVID19.In summary, I'd definitely recommend people go by and take a tour of this apartment.Jay & Nichole.

Management does great job keeping the community informed of updates, which I love. I would like to give a big thanks to Talaia who helped us find our unit. Talaia kept in touch with us all the way and showed us everything we needed to know and has been helpful getting us acclimated here.

After coming from properties that provided little to no communication, it was relieving to come to Helios and find such an efficient system for applying, and signing our lease. Talaia has been super helpful and was very kind during the tour. The units are extremely nice, finishes are on par or superior to other 'luxury' buildings in the area. The area that the building is in is not as bad as it is made out to be, for the most part, unhoused people are living their day to day lives, and have no care to harm others.Hope my experience continues to stay so positive!

Brian Evans: My experience at 206 Bell Street Apartments and especially with Cori has been nothing less than fantastic. I was relocating from Atlanta to Seattle and knew nothing about the area. I found 206 Bell online and from the first call, it was a fantastic experience. Cori was responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. She conducted a video tour of the apartment with me prior to move in and she assured me everything would be ready for my arrival, and it was. Cori and the maintenance team even ensured that my many packages were delivered safely and securely put into my apartment until I was in market. While I am still getting familiar with my new home and community, I can honestly say, it could not have gone any smoother! Thank you, to the entire staff for being so accommodating!

We decided on Memorial Day weekend for my move in and the few things I requested from them were completed to my satisfaction by Thursday. queen of weeboos: 206 Bell is Great! Their rental rates are nice and affordable which in downtown Seattle makes a big difference. They recently changed ownership as of March 2023 and since then the new management has done wonders creating resident events, improving security, and actually caring about the community and its residents. This is a huge improvement over the last management company and I can’t wait to see how their changes will continue to improve 206 bell.

Charles Poole III: 206 Bell has been a great place to live at. The staff are all very friendly and kind and are always willing to work with you on anything that may occur. The leasing office staff does frequent community events which I think is amazing. I relocated over 3,000 miles for work and the staff here helped to make the transition as smooth as possible. I appreciate all there hard work and the support and education to the building and residents. The unit I am at is very nice with hardwood floors, big windows with lots of natural lights, in unit washer and dryer, and stainless steal appliances.I also like there there are lots to do in the area with shopping, restaurants, night life, and work. Everything you needs is in walking distance but if you need to take public transportation there is lots of options on either side of the budling to use.Special shout out to Justine, Marisela, and Jose!

Savanna Fernandez: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and while I’ve had some ups and downs with a few items, as a whole this complex is great. Ron is especially amazing and you can tell how much he really cares for the residents of the building. Location is great as it’s only a block from cap hill but feels more residential and is quiet, even on the weekends. I love my apartment here.

We enjoyed living here, and I particularly want to point out the great work that the management team of Roxanne and Ron has done. We have since moved to a new apartment complex, and I'm now realizing how good we had it at the Charbonneau, particularly in terms of response to issues and maintenance requests. I also believe that Charbonneau provides the best value for your dollar in the First Hill/Cap Hill neighborhood.

Kristina Lee: I've lived at Charbonneau for almost two years. Manager Roxanne and Ron, who overseas the facility have been some of the best people I've ran into in my entire rent history. They were 100% reliable with communication and getting work done. Not only are they competent people, but genuinely friendly and caring. My one bedroom apartment is cozy, a little smaller than my previous one, but the spacious yet private balcony made up for it, especially during the pandemic. Location is great, to take full advantage of Capitol Hill and downtown. It is only a couple of blocks from Pike so you do get the city vibe, but still has the neighborhood feel.

The superintendent takes pride in his work and issues are resolved quickly and competently, the manager is responsive to email, and all maintenance personnel have been quick and helpful. The messy prior reviews are all from before the transition--having been there for several years now, I can say that it's a great place to live. It isnt fancy or new, but between location, price, and good staff, its a great option for renters looking to be in walking distance to Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle but off the main drag.

Daniel g: Lived here for two years. Management is reasonable and always kind. Was a minor leak in my unit that got fixed promptly. My only gripe was that the floorboards are a bit thin so you'll sometimes hear your upstairs neighbours. Other than that, a great place to live.

Janessa Cummings: has always been helpful and has addressed any issue that we've brought to her, but respects the privacy of the tenants, which is something that came as a great relief in comparison to previous building managers at different complexes.Perks of the building are the fitness center, lobby sitting area, larger deliveries can be held in the office for later pick up, and your unit is entered into a monthly drawing for a gift basket if your rent is paid prior to the 1st of the month. The location is fantastic, and the units come equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, balconies

So if you also move here for the view, it’s pretty disappointing that Equity Residential does not prioritize this.-big dog area is great but I rarely see it being cleaned-our car was vandalized in the garage- even if not owned by the building, residents should feel safe and confident about our cars while we live here

Liam C: is always very helpful with repairing things in the apartment. My drain was clogged earlier and he came and fixed it in a few minutes and he's also helped repair my sink and washer/dryer.

I've never had issues with getting my packages even though they receive a lot of them each day. A big shout-out to Justin from concierge for labeling them.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they handled the request, and I'm very grateful to Robert for the quality of his work.

Robert from maintenance is also super great! Viktoria is a great location in downtown Seattle and has a good selection of amenities to utilize. I am happy to have re-leased for another year and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to make the move downtown.

The rooftop is a fun place to hangout for the views, grills, TV, and firepits. Secure building with having to use your key faub to get into practically every door. So far into my lease has been a good experience and would recommend people to come live here.

Josie Mckillop: Robins nest is a prime location for a university student. Simone is an amazing leasing manager who really puts her all into making sure you get what you need. The maintenance personnel are super nice and quick workers. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it!

Deja Strother: Been at Robin's Nest for about 6 months and have loved living there. The rooftop views are great, the building is very safe and secure, packages are always dropped off in the package room and it's usually very quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that there is no free resident parking, parking in the garage is limited and quite expensive and street parking can be difficult but besides that it has been enjoyable.

Jesse Kim: Management is very attentive and quick to respond. Location is great for quick access to the water. Parking garages are secure. Apartments are up to date.

Claire Dennis: A great place to live! Simone and the rest of the building staff are awesome and very attentive to any needs you may have. The location is tough to beat - a close bike or drive to most parts of Seattle and walkable to the U district, arboretum, etc. The building and neighborhood are very dog friendly and we have enjoyed making friends both in the neighborhood and the building. Units are well-equipped, bright, and modern and the water views provide a nice backdrop for the long WFH days. Would definitely recommend!

April Pasono: We moved to Robin’s Nest about a year and a half ago and it’s been a great place to live! The pizza place in the building, Johnny Mo’s, is amazing and the owner, Johnny, is such a nice man! He knows our order by heart and always stops by to say Hi! The rooftop is amazing, has really nice fire pits, and it’s never crowded. But the best part of living at Robin’s Nest is the property manger, Simone! She really cares about and knows everyone that lives in the building and she will go out of her way to help you however she can. She’s incredibly responsive and takes such good care of the building and everyone in it.

Tim S. Chemical Ordering: I moved into Robins Nest last year when I came to Seattle and could not have asked for a better situation. Between being walking distance from UW's campus, the onsite pizza/nearby food, and charming residential neighborhood with views of the water, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the city. It's a tremendous space, and I'd highly recommend living there. Also the rooftop patio is second to none!

The apartments are very modern and spacious with tons of amenities. There are community events that are held often and are a lot of fun.The move out process here was also the easiest/smoothest I’ve experienced, in all of the apartments I’ve lived in. Jing G: Update - I just moved out of Marlowe after 2 years. What makes Marlowe an great place to live is the staff. Chris and Angel have been super helpful with the move out process and went above and beyond to make sure everything go smoothly. Thank you for your help!I've been a resident of Marlowe for almost two years now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The units and amenities are top-notch, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is great and safe. However, it's important to note that if you are sensitive to noise, Marlowe may not be the best choice unless you can secure a unit on the 7th floor. Unfortunately, if you have an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor who likes to engage in all kind of activities during quiet hour like heavy stomping, moving furniture around, or doing laundry, you will hear every bit of it. While the leasing office has made efforts to address this issue and communicate with the neighbor, it seems that the problem persists without much resolution. Marlowe is still a great place to live, just be mindful of the potential noise concerns if you prioritize a quiet living environment.

Ari Sperber: As someone who moved apartments due to poor/rude management, Marlowe has exceeded every expectation I could’ve had. The apartments are fantastic, but more importantly, the staff is incredible. They are always willing to help, very friendly, and do a great job of making you feel welcomed. A special shout out to Chris for making the process from application to move-in seamless and being flexible along the way whenever I encountered a hiccup.

One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was because of its spaciousness and ample natural light, which has made it a truly enjoyable living space. The community at Marlowe also organized enjoyable events, including both fun and health-related activities, which I will miss.The management team at Marlowe has consistently been supportive and responsive to any inquiries or requests I had. They have always addressed my concerns promptly, and their efficiency has been commendable. Levi Wheeler: I stayed there for 2.5 months in a furnished rental through blue ground and I didn't have any issues with my place. The apartment itself was super nice and modern, the gym was always clean and pretty well equipped, and the onsite management is wonderful. Ty was super helpful when I was moving in and was always incredibly friendly even if it was just saying hello. It's expensive to live there which is why I didn't sign a lease there, but if you want to stay in a modern, clean, and safe place then I wholeheartedly recommend the Marlowe.
