Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!
kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!
Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.
Tricia S.: , great community events every month and the best rooftop view in all of Seattle. The gym is on the top floor with an amazing view as well. The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

Jamie Lee: Despite not leasing from us, I had the best apartment touring experience with their leasing agent Collin. We had an unique situation where we need two motorcycle parkings which is not something this building has, and we didn't want to pay for a full vehicle parking for it. However, Collin not only gave us a wonderful tour of the building, he spent hours reaching out to parking management to try to create a solution for us. He genuinely cared and wanted to figure out a way to make things work for us while he could have just say there is nothing he could do about it. Even though we ended up leasing elsewhere, but if we didn't have the motorcycles I would have stay at premiere on pine in a heartbeat.

kartik uchil: won’t be dealing with a broken stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. 24-hour concierge and member/resident only access to almost the entire building ensures safety. Dedicated package room with access code entry for all my amazon packages. Lounge/common area with Wi-Fi to get some work done. Views from the rooftop, and the building staff were truly a bonus.

Janine Hall: Great place to live! Move in process was smooth and the management/office team is very responsive. The few maintenance requests I have put in have been resolved promptly with no issue.

Super Bash: I came in for a tour and was so impressed with Christian's professionalism. He knew a lot about the community and the surrounding areas. Their homes are cute and their amenities are pretty spectacular.Unfortunately I couldn't make my move in date work with them but if I could have leased here I definitely would have.
Daniel Fitz: Ive lived in seattle for 4 years and this is the first year I’ve been as happy as I am at an apartment. Staff is great and my dog loves the fenced run outside to play in. Location is close to the health club, brunch spots and some great bars. No regrets

Juan Aguayo: . The first-floor cinema room is great for having friends over to watch movies or sports. There is also a lounge on the first floor, and it is almost always available too. My favorite is the rooftop and lounge on the sixth floor. Lots of space to sit, firepits, grills, lights and great views of downtown Seattle. If you want to reserve the space there is a fee which seems odd to me
Rachel Neuharth: I really like the current management, maintenance and custodial crew here. They are friendly, helpful and have made a lot of effort in the last year to improve the cleanliness and security of the building, and they put on fun community events. The units are nice, and the location is great for getting in and out of West Seattle being so close to the bridge.

Gretchen Culp: Loved our stay at the 1 Bedroom Elliott Bay Oasis condo in Bell Town. Condo is comfy cozy, beautiful views of Puget Sound, rooftop view area, pool/hot tub, parking and Bell Town is close to all the sights, mostly walking distance. We love Seattle and this is a great home base. We will be staying with you again!
Andrea Jaggers: Loved the vibe and location of this place. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE - with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable!!! It was nice that the rental came with a parking pass - though we didn't need it. The ONLY complaint I have would be the attention to 'detail'... the shower faucet was practically falling off, the metal threshold into the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the restroom fan would come on and off at will, etc. If those little details were 'cleaned' up - this place would be 5 stars... but all in all - a good choice for the cost and location.

The move-in process, from signing the lease to settling in, was seamless. Ian and Ollie make an excellent team and have truly stood out, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for their residents. They actively work on fostering a strong sense of community.Maintenance requests are always promptly addressed, and the appliances are modern and reliable so my living experience has been hassle-free. Ongoing issues don’t get neglected for too long. For example, they’ve recently installed a security camera in the mail room. Location is very ideal and walkable. Best of all, the rooftop is a standout feature, offering views the sunset over the Olympics and a glimpse of the tip of Rainier on a clear day.Overall, Vive offers great value for those seeking a budget-friendly apartment with exceptional staff. Would highly recommend!
Junhong Kang: The service is really good. I forgot to turn off the ignition of my car, and the management door knocked on the door to remind me. I just moved and I don’t have a printer. The property management company helped me with printing and faxing. There is coffee and snacks in the lobby all year round. The property staff are always responsive and the service is very good and perfect.

Rachel Seitz WA-Seattle: Moved into VIVE in October 2022 and already signed another lease. I toured 8 different properties in the Seattle area and basically the same layout and price point at all the properties. Quite a few properties had some amazing amenities that VIVE just does not offer at this time. I chose VIVE after meeting the Property Manager Nico. He was just so personable, his tour was great, he mentioned and showed me the activities that coordinates for the residents which seemed like a great time. I could tell he genuinely took pride in his community, which is so clean and it smells amazing, quiet and well cared for. The maintenance supervisor, Ollie is so efficient and takes care of any concerns immediately. I am always seeing Nico and Ollie cleaning the floors and different area as well as straightening up to make sure our property looks great! The community itself is so low-key and friendly and very pet friendly. Nico is so easy to talk to and never makes me feel like I'm burdening him with whatever questions or concerns I may have. I signed a new lease for another year at VIVE, mostly because I don't think another community can match the staff here. I do wish they offered amenities, but Nico and Ollie make up for that missing piece.
Randy Miller: Ian is a beast and has been a bright light and an encouraging soul he is the leasing specialist and an asset to the property.
Rachel D Seitz: I've lived at Vive in Ballard since October 2022. I love living here; so much when a new larger unit opened I re-signed. The staff, Ian and Oliver are fantastic. Vive is locating within walking distance of so many things in Ballard. The Farmers Market every Sunday and delicious restaurants, shops and groceries. It runs on the bus line so I know many residents that have given up their cars.There are activities via online and in person, a nice lobby where you can host a movie night, play pool or just hang out. The property is well kept, clean and secure.

There are two rooftops, both offering amazing views of the city and the Space Needle. The location is truly unmatched, with everything just a few steps away. Very happy with my place!
Catie Getzendaner: I have lived here for 2 and a half years now and I have loved every day here! The amenities and location make the rent totally worth it and then some. I love the convenience of the espresso machine and the cafe style furniture in the lobby. It makes for a cozy place to get through emails or a chill hang with neighbors and friends. My studio has great storage with floor to ceiling cabinets providing me with organization and peace of mind. Anytime I have had a maintenance request, it has been addressed quickly and professionally. I appreciate Kit, Alina, Cesar and Stephanie in the leasing office because I know they genuinely care about the well-being of all the residents here. They do everything in their power to provide the best experience for their residents.

CE Hardin: Recently moved and loving the property so far. The staff has been extremely helpful. From management to concierge to maintenance to security we appreciate what we see. Management does great job keeping the community informed of updates, which I love. I would like to give a big thanks to Talaia who helped us find our unit. Talaia kept in touch with us all the way and showed us everything we needed to know and has been helpful getting us acclimated here.
Haik Dabaghyan: So far my experience has been great! After coming from properties that provided little to no communication, it was relieving to come to Helios and find such an efficient system for applying, and signing our lease. Talaia has been super helpful and was very kind during the tour. The units are extremely nice, finishes are on par or superior to other 'luxury' buildings in the area. The area that the building is in is not as bad as it is made out to be, for the most part, unhoused people are living their day to day lives, and have no care to harm others.Hope my experience continues to stay so positive!

4 Dreams: Great building with an awesome management team. I have been a commercial tenant with them for a little over three months now and so far it has been a great experience! Sam, the property manager has been super helpful and made it so easy and joyful to run my business. Also, they have super friendly stuff at the front desk office and absolutely great maintenance crew! Special thanks to Alex, the maintenance manager, for all his help during the opening time!

Grace Wright WA-Seattle: I lived at Skye Belltown for a year and I really enjoyed my studio. I thought the price was fair for the amenities + apartment features. My studio had a great view. Staff was always responsive, packages were safe, and maintenance got back to me in a timely manner -- with easy communication through the app. My only con is the parking garage was stressful at times. It is public on the weekdays. The spots are REALLY close to each other. Very common for cars to get scratches on them. Also, I would get ticketed a few times since their tag is made out of paper and would fall off the dashboard occasionally. Other competitive parking garages for apartments pay about the same, yet you get way more.This con did not overshadow my overall experience. I highly recommend if you want a reliable, affordable place you can trust.

Chad Pocher: I'm new to Skye at Belltown but have been extremely impressed thus far! It's been a while since I've lived in an apartment community, but I can say for certain this has been the best apartment living experience I have had thus far.First, Tyler showed me the building back in November when I was first looking to relocate for my work. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful, despite knowing there was little-to-no chance of me signing a lease immediately. He also recommended local things for me to check out, being new to the area, which I found very kind! This definitely gave me the warm and fuzzies compared to some of the other apartments I checked out in the area, and was ultimately one of the reasons I chose Skye at Belltown over others.Fast forward to January, I signed my lease and was moving in! Not only did Tyler remember me, but he helped me to find a bell hop and made sure my girlfriend and I were squared away with what we needed. Jayson, who I also worked with in signing the lease, was very helpful, despite my move-in date being his last day before relocating himself.We did find the kitchen sink to be leaking after a couple uses, but luckily Bruce came to the rescue promptly and had it fixed within an hour from submitting the request! These things happen, but the team at Skye went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued resident from the get go. If you're looking for an apartment in the Seattle area, this one not only has great views of the city and the Space Needle, but has exceptional people running the show, too!EDIT: Wanted to also thank Susan, Bruce and Milton for coming up to help trouble an internet issue after a poor experience with the installer. Once again they went above and beyond. Five star service!

Skye is a community in every sense of the word and that is due in large part to the effort and care of the team.I am not surprised to see a lot of folks that have lived here for years and years, I've been here for 18 months and couldn't imagine wanting to be anywhere else.

Jessica Sweet: I've lived at Stazione25 for a little over a year now and plan on renewing my lease when able to do so. The staff that work here are very kind and I've never had an issue getting ahold of them. The area is slightly sketchy but the city recently moved the homeless encampment that was across the street from the buildings so it does feel a bit safer here once the sun goes down.It does take a while for things to get fixed here unfortunately. The North building hasn't had a working garage door for months now, while I understand that the office is more than likely waiting on vendors I don't like that I'm paying $200 a month to park in a garage with no working door, there is a security guard parked in front of the door most of the time but I think he's only there to deter people from walking in.Over the last few months we've had issues with the fire alarm for the whole building going off at all odd hours of the day, it seems this issue has been mostly resolved.I love living so close to where I work and being next to the transit station is nice for when I don't want to drive into the city.As with most apartments there are pros and cons. Most of my neighbors I've come in contact with are kind or simply keep to themselves.The building is clean and has a cleaning service every few days or so. My unit is spacious with nice features and has really become my home over the last year.

Shaina Carter: I’ve lived at the Stazione for three years and can tell you that this place has turned around tremendously! It’s a shame that the older reviews are tanking the rating of this place. It’s clean, a great location, and has a fantastic management team.The old reviews *were* true and I’m not going to pretend that they weren’t. But since they got a new team in here it’s been worlds different. They’re communicative, consistent and most of all— they quickly and efficiently deal with issues that are brought up to them. Not to mention they’re so friendly and seem to know everyone by name.Personally, I love it here. I’ve said many times that I’m not leaving unless I’m leaving Seattle.

Derek Reeves: The entire staff bends over backwards for the residents here. We signed here because that was apparent from day one. My roommate and I threw them a curveball a week after moving in and they handled us with the most kindness and patience. They're real people I feel like I could have a drink with, but they're also knowledgeable and professional. They also take pride in the property and it shows. Everything is in really great condition and looks cared for. We love our new home!
Brianna Finley: My apartment tour experience was an A+ with Sarah! She was extremely attentive to my needs and did not sugarcoat anything which I greatly appreciate when looking for a new home. Although I didn’t end up leasing here, I was very impressed with the pre-leasing processing and professionalism. The apartment complex itself is BEAUTIFUL, all new everything and great amenities. The community spaces appeared very clean and updated as well.

I’ve never had issues with building security or feeling unsafe in the immediate area, but I have lived in buildings before that had pay per hour parking kiosks inside the secure garage for guests or the ability to get a guest pass for a week or so if family was in town - which would be a nice amenity for residents if it were possible to offer

Travis M: Been here about a month and couldn't be happier. The move in was super smooth, the community manager is wonderful, my neighbors aren't noisy or disruptive and the unit itself is very nice.One thing to note is that parking is very tight which would be an issue for bigger vehicles.
Josh Sprague: Very professional team, the manager worked with me on lease terms to fit my current work assignment, added new gym equipment upon request, and even gave me his parking spot to better fit my larger vehicle. He even modified my lease/rent start to accommodate a family emergency. Very pleased so far with the top notch customer service, location, and amenities.
Emma Connell: I recently moved to Sonata and am loving it here. Great staff, friendly and accommodating, great communication compared to other places I looked at in the area. My apartment was clean and tidy when I arrived and I have yet to be disappointed. The parking garage is a huge plus, despite the small spaces, and the amenities are simple and meet my needs. Kyle Geib: I enjoy the cozy feeling of this apartment. Since moving in in June I've seen a distinct improvement of the upkeep of the complex. The management, as I've known them, have been warm and receptive. I can't recall any problem or issue I've brought up with them being ignored or responded to slowly.In September I had the misfortune of experiencing a plumbing issue and was really satisfied with the focus the management and maintenance had in fixing it. Compared to my last apartment I feel that the management really pays attention and wants to help whenever I have an issue or question.I like my unit, the apartment itself, my neighbors, the location, and the people running it. So I would feel comfortable recommending it.

Jenny Macke: This is one of the best apartment buildings in the area. Maintenance and staff are super helpful and friendly, apartments are spacious and quiet, we never hear any of our neighbors. They’ve been recently going through renovations, which caused a few issues but staff was always there to answer questions and offer solutions.
Kayla Duhamel: and make us feel like we are a top priority. We can tell that they truly care about the tenant's needs and strive to make living at M Street the best experience possible.

Brad: I’ve been a resident here for 3 years on the upper floors.The recent fire that ended up flooding the elevators was very annoying. However, Paige and her staff did absolutely everything I can think of to help. Assisting with package delivery, groceries, pet relief, reimbursement for pet walking services. Even gave us temporary access to the medical elevator to reduce the number of flights we needed to climb. Things happen outside of our control every day. In every apartment I’ve lived in for more than a year there has always been elevator issues.The building is nice and clean. The current remodel of the lobby looks absolutely amazing! The view on the rooftop is one of the best you’re going to find. It’s a good vantage point to watch the Blue Angles, sit back and chill, or play table tennis. Attached a few photos from the rooftop.This is one of the safer apartment complexes I’ve lived at in the area. Like any other apartment, some residents let strangers in. Leading to stolen packages, and other issues. The elevator is controlled with a key fob so random strangers can’t just use the elevators. Sometimes cars get broken into. Bad things are going to happen when you live in a major City. I've seen less of it here than at my previous locations.The location is amazing. I don’t need to drive much; majority of the places I go I can get to easily on foot or via transit.I love living here.

Brandon De Ruiter: Great location. Management changed last year and has been significantly better. Adrienn Kinsey is always on premise and available to help, super responsive to email or call. Made for a very good renting experience overall.
Jon Beacher: Adrienn is a marvelous property manager! She is kind and affable and responds to all of my emails quickly. Further, she is always downstairs during business hours, ready to chat if she's not in a meeting. These units are a fantastic value for the current price. I got a six-month lease for around $1,000 a month, not facing the street. This complex is a newer development in this prime Capitol Hill location, with an elevator, a superb roof deck, a locked bike/package room, in-building laundry, heating, and a fast-fiber internet option. A lot of vegan takeout options around this complex which I enjoyed. I never had any issues with hot water, and Seattle tap water is drinkable. I work from home and don't currently own a car, so this complex was perfect for my needs. A large grocery store is a flat walk away, which is rare for a Capitol Hill or even a downtown Seattle apartment building. I would highly recommend a six-month lease here to experience everything Seattle offers

Cody Duncan: Update #2: I got a call from Pike Flats today about a package newly arrived, and it was indeed the latest lost package. +2 Stars back since they shouldn't be dinged for FedEx's mistake in marking an undelivered package as delivered, and for contacting promptly to return a $1000 piece of computer hardware to a recently former tenant. This doesn't resolve the other packages that have long since been irrecoverably lost.The missing star is for the remaining need to improve the package flow through the facility from courier to resident. Lost packages have half a dozen places they could be, not the least of which is 'accidentally picked up by another resident' or 'outside'.Update #1: I should mention that the staff are exceedingly helpful in checking the package lockers, package room, security cameras, and other possible locations for said lost packages. I had contacted them every time a package was lost, and I had recently contacted them about a recent lost package prior to posting this review. Doing so has never found a lost package.Staff are nice. Unfortunately lost update:$500 worth of packages because couriers put them in a wrong, unsecure, or unknown place. Something about this place makes package reception difficult.

Sheilagh is a solid property manager - when moving I sought out buildings with the same management company first because I appreciated the way this one was managed. The entire team that works here always seems happy and that made living here all the better. Nice neighbors too.

The new team has made significant improvements to the property and clearlyJorge is the Maintenance Supervisor, and he has done stellar job at making repairs to our previous unit and renovating the unit we recently moved into. He is very responsive and extremely detail oriented. He is definitely the go to for the day to day building operations.Ivy is the new Property Manager, and she is always very communicative and accommodating. She seamlessly facilitated our transfer and worked with us to make sure the transition went smoothly.Overall, we enjoy calling Verse our home and look forward to continuing to live here.

Mateo Martinez: Ivy and Jorge are always super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had our apartment flood due to an issue with our washer. The emergency maintenance worker was wonderful to work with even though he had to show up at 11PM on a Friday to help. Jorge and Ivy were great at letting us know what to expect and quickly getting our washer/dryer swapped out for us. They kept us updated the whole time and made sure we we're all set before closing our maintenance request. Communicative management makes living here easy.

Deanna DiUlio: I moved to Verse about 5 months ago. As other reviewers have stated the value is unmatched. The building is well done so that noise from other neighbors is minimal, sometimes I forget that I have upstairs neighbors! All of the residents have been friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to most stores you need. The gym is fantastic, well equipped and maintained. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Special shout out to Ivy who brought my package into my apartment for me, when I was out of town and worried about it. She really went above and beyond. Also, to Jorge who is the best maintenance man anyone could hope for. He always responds to maintenance requests quickly and tells you when to expect the work to be completed by, if it’s not a quick fix. He always stops to say hello and chat with the residents to make sure they are doing well. I am so glad that I found this community!

racerxion88: I have just moved into Verse however, I feel a review is warranted for the quality of service, the price, and location of this community. This place is amazing! The gym is great, the community room is beautiful, and the parking is reasonably priced. Some parking spots can be a little tight however, there are more then enough as finding parking at night during the week or other times when everyone is home in the community is not a problem at all.My unit is super spacious with tons of luxury features from beautiful flooring to GORGEOUS white counter tops. I do have carpet in the bedrooms but it is very nice and none of the cheap stuff you sometimes see in some post reno units at other places. My neighbors have been welcoming and my overall experience has been lovely. The prices are unbelievable for the features and amenities and I don't know if we just got a stellar deal but this price was wonderful and warrants at least a look at this community if whoever reads this happens to be looking.Lastly the staff are amazing here! There were issues along the way such as a power outage the day before my move in and the system having slight hiccups but it was nothing Amanda and team couldn't handle. Jorge *I call the friendly maintenance person* has been friendly, nice, and helpful. Amanda and Jorge both have gone above and beyond and I must say this place is a true gem in central district! RENT HERE!!!!! 5/5, 10 stars, there is even an amazon fresh right across the street and great dining options close by so this place ticks all the boxes. OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY!

Amanda Jorgenson: My significant other and I were only residents for about 5 months, as we were planning on heading overseas before COVID-19. The front desk staff, as well as Lance in maintenance, were incredibly helpful and friendly and truly accommodated us from touring the building, to move-in to move-out and everything in between.Neighbors in the complex were quiet and cordial - which was a nice departure from other apartments we've lived in in past.It's also very conveniently on the 40 bus line and walking distance from anything you could ever need.Thank you, Ballard Public, for being our place to figure out what our next step should be in the midst of a pandemic. You certainly kept us calm!

Laurel: My boyfriend and I lived here for a year with our dog. We are sad to leave. For those that love Ballard, this is a perfect location. A close walk to downtown Ballard while still being a quiet building. There are plenty of close by coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.The furnishings are beautiful and well thought out. The rooftop area is gorgeous. The building is quiet and all of our neighbors were friendly and respectful. Building management was also prompt to respond to concerns.

This building is in an excellent location, walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Market Street as well as the beauty of Golden Gardens. My favorite thing about this place as well is the cafe located on the first floor. Friendly staff and great happy hours 7 days a week.

I feel safe walking around the neighborhood and have enjoyed getting to know people who live at the community. The rooftop deck is beautiful and has sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Apartments are spacious, have ample storage space and are great for entertaining, relaxing and working from home. The leasing and maintenance team is outstanding - very helpful and very friendly!

Gaming Chronicles: Reserved an apartment without seeing it in person. While the studio apartment I rented was a lot smaller than I was expecting, I was very happy with it and the apartment complex itself.The origin staff is amazing and they will do everything they can to help you throughout your stay. Marge is amazing!!!Additionally the complex is clean, has onsite security at night that patrols the garage/outdoor areas, and it is always quiet. I didn’t have any issues or troubles through my 2+ year stay here. The gym and community area on the top floor are also great and maintained regularly.

Marge in the front office is exceptional. We are always surprised by how quickly our service requests are handled. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented, with some amazing restaurants and a wonderful farmers market during the summer. We cannot recommend Origin enough!

The speed at which the maintenance crew worked was fantastic. I wasn't expecting it to be done but it was fixed the same day I submitted the request. The people who work maintenance are extremely respectful of my space when they have to do work and are very timely. Everyone is kind and professional and I just loved living here! I always felt safe in the neighborhood and never had any issues with packages being stolen or delivered to the wrong place. I would have lived here forever if able! The rooftop is gorgeous and has a lovely view of Mount rainier. The dog run is great for furry friends. And the residents are all very kind and respectful as well!
