Bob Smith: Absolutely love the management here. I've never had an issue with management themselves and they've always been a delight to work with. I actually live in Union View apartments, but we're managed by the company here.Shout outs to Jordan and Amy! Both DELIGHTFUL people and easy to work with! They get any problems I have sorted quickly and effectively!
Ethan: Avanti is definitely the best apartment experience I've had and its due in no small part to the fantastic people running it. The office staff are always very accommodating to any questions or issues I've had and the maintenance team is quick to resolve issues as they come up with individual apartments or shared spaces. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone searching for a place to live around the Cap Hill area because as you may well know, apartments that are run competently and compassionately are few and far between!
Audree Barkley: The office staff is so great! We moved to Seattle for work so i had to find a place to move into without ever stepping into the building. Jordan and Amy were so accommodating and face timed with me to show me around the building and tour the apartment. Absolutely love our apartment and it’s a great spot for our dogs and the location is great for starting to learn my way around downtown. So thankful to call it our home!

Vibhor Mishra: is such an expert in his field, and work with total dedication. Jordan and Cher were the other two persons I interacted with during my tenure, and they were always on top of things. Such a good team and place, I totally recommend.
Ritvik Srivastava: Apartment layouts are unlike anywhere in Cap Hill or First hill. Extremely spacious, reasonable rent. Pet friendly as they have multiple pet dedicated areas within the building. I am in love with my townhome style 1BR. The balcony is huge. Management has been super responsive and parking rates manageable.
Brandon Kleinschmidt: Avanti was a great place to live for me. The units are quite spacious, and the central location on First Hill is fantastic for getting around. Everything was kept clean and maintenance calls were responded to promptly. Solid choice for anyone looking for something in the area.
Sydney Martinez: addresses any issue within 24-48 hours. The location cannot be beat and the unit layouts are awesome. We only decided to leave because we felt it was time to live out of the city. We’ll truly miss living here.
Divyesh Darde: I lived here in 2016 and then came back in 2020. Avanti is one of the best apartments in and around downtown Seattle. It's convenient, spacious and within affordable range at the same time. The apartments have good sound insulation as well.The elevators are fast, available most of the times and any issues are immediately fixed. The courtyard is a relaxing retreat. Luxer One locker adds to the convenience.The staff is awesome as well. My move-in and move-out experiences were equally good, which is rare in Seattle. Harriet and Cher are doing a great job and have been very accommodating. The maintenance staff is great as well, including Dallas - problems are fixed within a day or two. Highly recommended!
Camille “C L Baker” Baker: I genuinely love living here. I moved in during winter and the pandemic and had a difficult time finding the right place. Harriet was warm, informative, and upfront about the community, neighborhood and property. I have had only good experiences with Cher as well and have found they are quick to answer my questions and offer solutions. Maintenance is also great. Dallas fixes things quickly, orders the parts needed, and communicates well.
Jon Adam: Harriet and Cher are both outstanding hosts! Every aspect from the move in, to help with finding documents were meet with haste. Very outgoing and friendly people. Kept the place in remarkable condition and were very understanding to any issues that arose. I can not say enough great things about the team at avanti, Highly recommend!!Great job you two! Angela Fleming: I have lived at the Marq West for a few years now and I don't plan on going anywhere for at least 5 more if they'll have me. The best place isn't just the nice apartments with the snazzy views, gym, bbqs, it's the people that work there that make it so special. I truly love Erica, Christian and Aaron. It's my routine to literally say good morning as I walk out the door to Aaron and he helps with anything I've ever needed, and Erica and Christian in the leasing office will literally go to the ends of the earth to make sure your concerns, needs or wants are taken care of in a prompt manner. When you live somewhere for long enough it's super important for the staff to also feel like family and that is 1/3 big reasons why I love it here. Thanks guys!

Jacob Castro: My wife and I first moved in 3 years ago and we have really enjoyed everything about CWS Marq West Seattle! To start, the scenery is amazing! We get to enjoy the whole cityscape view of Seattle and the distance is just right for us to visit Alki Beach or dine downtown. The building has secure garage parking which has been a peace of mind for my wife and me, and our community amenities are great for relaxing and winding down after tough days. The staff is super friendly and understanding. Eddie, Cristopher, and our former manager, Melissa always stayed communicative with us by email, phone, or in person whenever we needed something. We have always had quick repairs and really appreciate Aaron for all the maintenance in our unit or around the building. Overall, it's been a great experience being a part of this community!

Kushal Gevaria: Update:Rob was helpful to hear about the issue and promised to get the dishwasher replaced. Took some time but did turn around with some positive maintenance.Original:Appliances are really old and that is not the problem IF they work.I asked to get the dishwasher fixed MULTIPLE times and after each try it still doesn’t work. I asked to replace it since this is not acceptable and wasting lots of time, electricity and energy.Also always had issues with elevators not working. Wasted huge amounts of time during move-in due to this. Weekend staff is temporary and does not know what they are doing.
Candace Edwards: Such a beautiful building! The Olivian has a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere, the roof top view of the city is breathe taking. The amenities the Olivian has to offer are some of the best, a lounge with several different things to offer, pool table full kitchen, lounge to watch movies, they even have a gym! My experience was over the top, I highly recommend scheduling a tour! The Olivian could be your next dream building! Kaleb Mclain: Our apartment flooded, Rob the maintenance supervisor, perosnally showed up in twenty minutes after hours, and worked all night ripping out carpet and getting work done! The 24/7 concierge had our backs from the moment the issue was reported. The manager, Keith, reached out within an hour to check on us. Life happens, but I've never felt so well looked after during an emergency situation. Thank you team.If you are considering the Olivian, the Floorplans are the best. The team genuinely cares for your well-being. And the support and dedication is above and beyond. I can honestly say after a life of renting, this is the best ive ever found; we're never leaving!

Phil Martinicchio: April 2024 Stratus ReviewMy wife and I have lived in a 1BB at the Stratus for nearly five years. We decided to rent a larger unit and moved to a 2BB at the Stratus. We like it here. The location and walkability are major factors why we live at the Stratus. However, the main reason we live here is the Stratus itself. It is safe, clean, well maintained and well managed. The staff is excellent. Terri and Larissa handle the front desk in a friendly, efficient manner. Leasing professionals Danni, along with Kristie, did a wonderful job showing us perspective units and ultimately getting us settled-in. Maintenance requests are professionally, quickly and efficiently handled by Sebastian along with Jerry and Jimmy. The Property Manager Geoff has been here longer than we have and does an outstanding job of keeping the Stratus running smoothly. Whenever there is a personal or building emergency, Geoff solves the problem. The Stratus is a beautiful building that provides many tenant activities. Ask about the community garden, cookouts, pizza nights, wine nights and the holiday party just to name a few.Three useful items:Need a mover? Speak to Leland of Washington Movers. Washington Movers provides excellent service at an affordable price.Need custom paint work? Speak to JR of Maxin Remodeling. Again, excellent workmanship at an affordable price.Need Internet? Speak to Chris of Astound/Wave. Chris provided a seamless Internet transition to our new unit.Be Well,Liz & Phil
Daniel Officewala: and staff are very friendly, and by far they were the best part about living here.They really do care about the tenants and host regular events for us with free food and drinks! The amenities are good too, with two different rooftop decks, a decent gym, and a good pickup system for delivered packages.The location is also excellent

Kiley and her team were so supportive and accommodating during the move-in process, they were always available to answer even the most basic questions and have truly made their best effort to make us feel like home on day 1. The apartments themselves are very comfortable, spacious, with lots of light, great modern appliances and beautiful design. Super grateful to the wonderful staff at Helm and excited to be living here!

Tim Metcalf: so the finishes and appliances are all new and high quality.- The sound isolation between apartments is unbelievable, my neighbours had 10-20 people for a party a couple of times and with my bedroom on the other side of the wall it was only a faint noise and easy to sleep though.- There’s power outlets absolutely everywhere which comes in handy.- The apartments all have big floor to ceiling windows which really take advantage of the open views with no large buildings close by.- The best side of the building to be on is the north side with uninterrupted views of Lake union.- I’m on floor 12 on the west side of the building and would consider this the second best side to be on with a view of the olympic mountains

Rae Du: My husband and I moved into Helm three months ago. We really enjoyed the beautiful lake view from our living room, and the view of Space Needle from our bedroom. I think the apartment unit was nicely built with a modern design and thick walls since I have never heard any noise coming from my neighbors. More importantly, Helm team esp. our building manager Eli was super friendly. He helped us book our apartment through a virtual meeting, and also reserved elevator for us to make sure we had a smooth move-in experience. The Helm team also prepared a white elephant gift during Christmas for all the residents in the building, and they always go above and beyond. We felt so lucky Helm is our first home in Seattle.

I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!
Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

Jamie Lee: Despite not leasing from us, I had the best apartment touring experience with their leasing agent Collin. We had an unique situation where we need two motorcycle parkings which is not something this building has, and we didn't want to pay for a full vehicle parking for it. However, Collin not only gave us a wonderful tour of the building, he spent hours reaching out to parking management to try to create a solution for us. He genuinely cared and wanted to figure out a way to make things work for us while he could have just say there is nothing he could do about it. Even though we ended up leasing elsewhere, but if we didn't have the motorcycles I would have stay at premiere on pine in a heartbeat.

Dedicated package room with access code entry for all my amazon packages. Lounge/common area with Wi-Fi to get some work done. Views from the rooftop, and the building staff were truly a bonus.

They even gave us a bottle of champagne and a hand written card as gifts to celebrate the purchase.

The concierge and staff at the front desks are always so welcoming and professional! The building itself is sparkling! Beautiful windows, floors, hallways and elevators! They really know how to do their stuff!
Joe Quigley: I lived at the Century for 3 years and loved it! The units are very well kept, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Pillar is very attentive to upkeep, and was always very proactive about communicating outages, repairs, and alarms. One time when I had my AC go out, I filled out a maintenance request and had it fixed within 15 minutes!The building itself is solid too- concrete between all the floors and high efficiency windows and insulation means great sound isolation, and I never had any problems with appliances the whole time I lived there.

Andrea Goldstein: I have been a resident of The Century for over six years and I can't imagine living in another community. The building looks new even though it is several years old. The apartments are spacious, with many floor plan options, the amenities are great and I use them often. If you want to be able to get to events, parks, restaurants easily without driving, the location is perfect.Staff at The Century are wonderful. All are engaged with residents. The community activities are fantastic! Every week is something new, and many weeks we have more than one planned activity. Kudos to the whole team for creating such a warm community environment.

Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. I felt like seeing an angel after a long exhausting trip.Also other people in the team, Sara, Michaela are also really nice. The concierge people Hong, Scott, Denisse are also really nice.

K G: My husband and I moved into Kiara about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

The place itself is fantastic - awesome views and lots of natural light in the units. Plus, the rooftop is the coolest spot around! The staff here is top-notch too - always there to help out. Definitely recommend Kiara for a great place to live with great people!

The maintenance staff are prompt and always have a great attitude. Most of our issues get resolved within a day. There's a few flaws here and there, but by far the best apartment we've rented at to date.

The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

Management does great job keeping the community informed of updates, which I love. I would like to give a big thanks to Talaia who helped us find our unit. Talaia kept in touch with us all the way and showed us everything we needed to know and has been helpful getting us acclimated here.

After coming from properties that provided little to no communication, it was relieving to come to Helios and find such an efficient system for applying, and signing our lease. Talaia has been super helpful and was very kind during the tour. The units are extremely nice, finishes are on par or superior to other 'luxury' buildings in the area. The area that the building is in is not as bad as it is made out to be, for the most part, unhoused people are living their day to day lives, and have no care to harm others.Hope my experience continues to stay so positive!

Adrienne Cohea: The building is terrific to live in, just off of Capitol Hill, so it's quiet, yet close to fun amenities. Rent increases are modest, and they want to keep good relationships with their tenants. The building manager and leasing office staff are kind, caring, and responsive. I've been here two years and plan to stay.
Savanna Fernandez: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and while I’ve had some ups and downs with a few items, as a whole this complex is great. Ron is especially amazing and you can tell how much he really cares for the residents of the building. Location is great as it’s only a block from cap hill but feels more residential and is quiet, even on the weekends. I love my apartment here.

Michael Whelton: I lived here for a couple years, and I would definitely recommend charbonneau. The management staff is super friendly and very helpful. Any maintenance requests or questions were always promptly taken care of. I had a great experience living here.
Austin Hunt: My wife and I lived at the Charbonneau Apartments for two years. We enjoyed living here, and I particularly want to point out the great work that the management team of Roxanne and Ron has done. We have since moved to a new apartment complex, and I'm now realizing how good we had it at the Charbonneau, particularly in terms of response to issues and maintenance requests. I also believe that Charbonneau provides the best value for your dollar in the First Hill/Cap Hill neighborhood.
Kristina Lee: I've lived at Charbonneau for almost two years. Manager Roxanne and Ron, who overseas the facility have been some of the best people I've ran into in my entire rent history. They were 100% reliable with communication and getting work done. Not only are they competent people, but genuinely friendly and caring. My one bedroom apartment is cozy, a little smaller than my previous one, but the spacious yet private balcony made up for it, especially during the pandemic. Location is great, to take full advantage of Capitol Hill and downtown. It is only a couple of blocks from Pike so you do get the city vibe, but still has the neighborhood feel.
Tucker Flood: . The superintendent takes pride in his work and issues are resolved quickly and competently, the manager is responsive to email, and all maintenance personnel have been quick and helpful. The messy prior reviews are all from before the transition--having been there for several years now, I can say that it's a great place to live. It isnt fancy or new, but between location, price, and good staff, its a great option for renters looking to be in walking distance to Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle but off the main drag.
Daniel g: Lived here for two years. Management is reasonable and always kind. Was a minor leak in my unit that got fixed promptly. My only gripe was that the floorboards are a bit thin so you'll sometimes hear your upstairs neighbours. Other than that, a great place to live.
Will Bjorn: I think most the bad reviews are old. It's a great fairly new building in the center of the city. Management is prompt and considerate.
Janessa Cummings: has always been helpful and has addressed any issue that we've brought to her, but respects the privacy of the tenants, which is something that came as a great relief in comparison to previous building managers at different complexes.Perks of the building are the fitness center, lobby sitting area, larger deliveries can be held in the office for later pick up, and your unit is entered into a monthly drawing for a gift basket if your rent is paid prior to the 1st of the month. The location is fantastic, and the units come equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, balconies

Lindsi Luken: Venue Baby Shower -- We had a wonderful experience utilizing the Mark on 8th venue for a baby shower! The venue is on the second floor of the building and is highly spacious with great lighting. It has beautiful french-style sliding glass doors that open onto the large patio. There is a fire pit, BBQs, and plenty of comfortable seating outside which is is nice if the inside venue starts getting warm. We had the catering delivered to the venue as well, which proved no issues with vendors we were working with. Shakel was the building manager we worked with upon arriving to the venue with decorations; she was very helpful and made everything as seamless for us as possible. Would definitely use this venue again!

Nicole Haffield: My husband, pup, and I love living at 10 Clay! We moved here from the east coast and took a bit of a leap of faith, moving in before doing an in person tour. We relied on our experience with the 10 Clay team virtually, their digital 3D walkthroughs, and the other reviewers input. We are so glad we decided to move in here! Jeremiah and Alex answered all of our questions prior to / during our move and are very responsive on the app they use to manage the property. We’ve loved getting to know the management team and additional residents at resident events they host - definitely makes it feel more like a small community even in the heart of the city. The units are gorgeous, the amenities are nice and the location is amazing. We love taking our dog on long walks along the water at Olympic Sculpture Park! So many great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. It’s definitely urban living with a decent amount of street noise and train passage but, that just comes with the territory of living in this area and we were used to that. If you’re looking for an apartment thats beautifully designed, steps away from the waterfront, is well managed, and offers easy access to all Belltown has to offer, we would definitely recommend 10 Clay!
Jack Bao: 10 Clay is the 1st apartment we lived in since moving to Seattle, and it's the best decision we've made. This apartment is equipped with excellent infrastructure and amenities. The management staffs are professional, kind, responsive to all of our needs, we can not ask for a better management team. Highly recommend!Tips: The railway can get a bit busy sometimes, so if you are sensitive to noise, a unit not facing the railway may be a smart choice.

Apartment buildings nearby sometimes offer spots for rent in their garages. Garage spots at 10 clays are limited and pricey, although the bike room is convenient and super affordable.Packages 5/5AMAZING system for picking up your packages at any time with no delays.Safety/Security 5/5Extremely secure. Great guest system to the point that elevator can be used only to the floor of the person who buzzed you in.

Tura Williams: and indoor resident get-togethers during the fall. After the onset of COVID, common areas were cleaned daily, hand sanitizers were in the elevators, and every resident received a mask. Alex decorated the common areas for the holidays and I literally felt like I was walking through a winter wonderland every time my pups and I would walk through the decor. Not being able to travel to see family this year, it really lifted my spirits during a difficult time. I honestly don’t think quarantine would’ve been the same with any other manager.I chose to move into a larger unit during my second year at 10 Clay and really appreciated the efficient layout of both units. The fixtures are top notch, there’s an incredible amount of storage space, and everything is soft-close. Maintenance is on point and Jade is fast, kind, and knowledgeable. This is also a great place for dogs. My pups love the floor to ceiling windows, the rooftop dog run, and all the new friends they’ve made during our daily walks at Olympic Sculpture Park 😊Overall, I am so glad that I chose to live here and am so grateful for the incredible management of this gorgeous building!

Saeed Osman: Overall nice building. Would only move here if you’re fine with lukewarm showers though, water heating is inconsistent and often maxes out at 100~ F or less.

Classless Podcast: I toured The Dorian today and was pleasantly surprised at how patient Scott was with my thousand questions. He took time with me without rushing and even took extra time at the end of our facetime to tell me about the neighborhood and gave me a tour of the neighborhood from the rooftop! I'm relocating from out of state and this made me feel very good. I appreciate the extra care. From what I could see via phone the building looks very taken care of and from reviews it seems the residents really like it here. I have not made a decision yet but this is at the top for me.
