Charles Early: We just moved in and Michael was super on top of everything that we needed to have updated in our apartment! We can’t thank him enough for his great attitude and hard work.
Will Sanchez: I moved in early this year and I have to say that it's been a breeze. I get the City-living feeling from this location. The staff is cool and professional, especially Rolo. The hallways, elevator, gym, and sundeck are well maintained, recently the walls in the front entrance were painted.
Karan M: I moved in a few weeks ago and my experience has been great so far. Spacious rooms, surreal views and prompt responses when it comes to maintenance and any queries in general. The team goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time here.
Emily Haney: - love the smaller community, that they always have a great team working here, and love the location and building. It's why I stayed so long. The team responds very promptly to requests for service or information. It's not perfect, like any place, and issues that come up are communicated and addressed quickly. Plus there are great dogs.
Stephanie McDowell: The location can't be beat. You get the convenience of being downtown, but this location is much quieter than some other choices. If you like to walk, this is a terrific place. I walk to work each day. You are minutes from Pike Place Market. The pier is right across the street, providing miles of fantastic scenery with the Olympic Sculpture park in one direction, to the ferries in the other direction. My apartment is quiet as I have great neighbors. I've worked almost exclusively with Rolo, and he is super friendly and responsive.
Brittney Cunningham: I recently moved in about 2 months ago and have had a great experience so far. I love the location, great views and the majority of the neighbors I’ve interacted with have been really cool. I have noticed car break ins as mentioned in some other reviews, but realistically I don’t think it’s due to a lack of security but more so a lack of awareness on the part of people living here. There have been times where the front door has been propped open as people are moving but they’re nowhere in sight, which renders the security measures useless and easily allows access to vehicles on level P2. The elevators and the gym could be cleaned more frequently but no major complaints outside of that.
Pankaj Badgujar: We recently moved to 2300 Elliott and had a great experience. Lots of pros, the rooms are spacious, location is awesome, quite close to the elliott bay, great balconies, building is always well-cleaned and well-maintained, rooftop offers great view, the staff Rolo and De both are very helpful and quickly resolve our concerns. Service requests are addressed promptly. Equity portal is also a handy app for availing other services. Some cons are that the lobby should have a coffee bar and a TV monitor or speaker playing songs if possible. Also, the Gym is small and crowded by machines, also has short ceiling height so there's hardly any room to do Body weight exercises. The courtyard is hardly used, and is mostly empty since the weather is cold for 8 months anyway, they should ideally add that space to they Gym to extend it to allow more people and space for stuff like Yoga. Gym should have yoga mats, skipping ropes, wet wipes. Also, have heard the garage going through some break-ins, but we do not have vehicles so weren't affected in that regard. But the cons aren't that big a concern judging by the pros. Overall a great building.

I have to say that the staff at 2300 Elliott Apartments have made the whole apartment experience delightful. From scheduling virtual tours to move-in day, everything has exceeded my expectations. The location is great and the apartments are very well kept. I'd recommend this place to anyone living around the area.

Kiersten ODellick: I’ve been living here going on 2 years and will be signing another lease. Never had a package stolen, have always done street parking. The neighborhood is great and very walkable. Safeway has a minacious reputation but that’s just city life.
Ryan Hebler: Great place to live but management can be fickle due to high turnover.
Jillian Harmon: My partner and I moved to Seattle from Chicago & toured Session Apartments virtually. Alan and McKenzie were incredibly helpful & welcoming through the entire leasing & move-in process. The apartment has been very well-maintained & quiet so far, and the support from Session's staff gave us a lot of peace of mind while moving from out of state.
Alicia Feuls: . I love our community and as neighbors we often spend time together on the roof around the fireplace or hang out together at each other's apartments. The location is also amazing as we are walking distance from Capitol Hill and Central District. We are also walking distance from Safeway, 2 co-ops, and Trader Joe's. I would highly recommend moving here!

Justine Perrin: I would like to start by by absolutely commending all of Camilla and Alan's hard work from the very start.Both have been so welcoming and helpful in my onboarding as well as my move in and I could not have asked for a better experience! Camilla took the time to adjust my move-in dates and must have forwarded me my lease at least 3 times for a signature but made sure she walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I wasn't able to pick up my keys the day of move-in due to the power going out in the Sessions Leasing office and Camilla not only gave me a call but also made sure to put me in touch with Alan who touched base consistently to ensure I got my keys and was all set to move in.All in all, these two made my experience very smooth and easy and I appreciate them so much for it!

The new manager Sydney is so sweet and very responsive! Orly in maintenance is amazing! Loving this new team! So happy to call session home and hope I can for many more years.

Colleen W.: I’ve lived in the St James apartments for 5 years. Every lease renewal I like to check out other spaces to ensure I’m in the best place and I can confidently say that I am. While the building isn’t as new as others, and I do not have a W/D in my unit, the layout makes sense, I have a real bedroom and full size kitchen appliances. The laundry room is convenient with 4 washers and 4 dryers so laundry is not a time suck.The management and maintenance are the best. Strong communication and friendly. They schedule community events and make you feel truly at home.The location speaks for itself. I love being in the heart of Fremont.

Rebecca Butler: These are the views from my balcony! My apartment is just as beautiful on the inside. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it truly feels like home. I started out in a one bedroom, and when I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom the process was super easy and straightforward. The whole building is immaculately clean and well kept. The views are gorgeous from everywhere. I have always felt safe, especially with the multiple doors and security desk. And honestly, the best part of all is the people. The manager and head of maintenance are genuinely kind and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They're incredibly responsive to all my maintenance requests, and they always check in to make sure things are still going well. They have also organized several rooftop barbecues. My neighbors and I absolutely love them and always look forward to them. Everyone gets treated like a VIP here! If you're looking for a home that feels like home in every way, this is the place! 🙂
Stacee: I have been living at St James Tower for more than a year now.Marcus and Edgar are the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet in an apartment management office.The building is located in a great location, right close to the Burke Gilman trail and all the fun stuff in Fremont. The view from the rooftop and some apartments are unbeatable.Only 4 stars because I honestly think the management company could invest some more work on the 24-hour maintenance line. Our elevator was down a few times during the weekend and we called that line but they didn’t fix it 🤷♀️ When Marcus was back on Monday, he got it taken care of right away. But then what’s the point of the 24h maintenance line if that line doesn’t deal with urgency?There was another time when water was cut in our building on a Saturday morning, I called the 24h maintenance line again and the lady who answered the phone snapped at me and said too many people have called about that same problem so I should just wait. That answer was ridiculous on so many levels 🤷♀️

Evan Ziebell: St. James Tower was my first "home away from home" when I moved to Seattle four years ago. I could not have made a better choice for my first apartment. The building is positioned in a walkable location in Fremont. The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of Mount Rainier and Lake Union. The sense of camaraderie among the residents and staff provided an unmatched experience for me. Adrienne, the Community Director, is quick to assist residents and resolve any issues. Edgar, the maintenance Service Manager, is extremely skilled and professional at every encounter. I recommend this community to everyone I meet. While it's true that Seattle is a difficult city to meet new people, St. James was the place I made lifelong friendships and memories that I will cherish forever.

Blaine Peacock: I have now lived here for over 2 years and am getting ready to sign another lease. My experience as a tenant leasing here was great with the original company who managed the property. When Cushman and Wakefield took over, they even went above and beyond what the previous company did.Some of the detail that goes into their management of this building includes clear and timely communication about building issues and events. They are incredibly proactive. Here are some examples of the attention to detail to keep this 30+ year old complex in top condition. In the last few months, they have completed painted, pressure-washed and restripped the garage floors. They repainted the trim on the exteriors of all three buildings, as well as the interior common areas. The corridor carpeting is kept shampooed and vacuumed. Last week a professional company came in and did grout cleaning in the elevators and elevator landings. Whenever I have needed maintenance for a minor household repair, they react immediately and make sure that the repairs are done correctly the first time.Since I am in the building management business for another company, I know what they go through to maintain and enhance my rental experience and I am continually impressed.On top of all of this the office staff and management is very friendly, approachable and seem to really care about the complex and their residents. Mahdi, Ryan, Ni and Umarr are the best of the best. Also and just as important is the market-competitive rental structure. Yes the building is over 30 years old and I actually first lived here in 1999 for a year. When I moved back to Seattle in 2021, I was very pleased and surprised that the place was as nice as it was. The location has always been the best, being 4 blocks from Puget Sound and a few blocks from the Space Needle. The area of Belltown is the best and safest part of the city based on my experience. Therefore, I intend to stay as long as my experience is so positive or until I hit the lottery and buy a place in Seattle...LOL

Ryan from the leasing team was consistently supportive and helpful throughout our stay. Maintenance requests were addressed almost immediately, and the breathtaking views from the apartment added to the overall positive atmosphere. I had no complaints during my entire stay. Highly recommend this place!
Johnny McIntosh: Been a happy resident for nearly 3 years now. Management is friendly, attentive, and very helpful - Ryan and Mahdi are very approachable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the happiness of the residents. Maintenance is super fast, really nice and Ni is super knowledgable. The grounds are clean and well kept. They are also serious about security which is nice. Its also in the best area of Belltown - far away from the riffraff but close enough to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Just wish I could give more stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alena: For me, moving is always a very difficult and stressful task. When moving here, I also focused on the reviews and I can confirm that this place is very quiet despite the location, it is very clean, light, warm and cozy. I feel safe here. I want to pay special attention to the staff, everyone I contacted during the move is very open, friendly and ready to help. All problems that arise are easily and quickly eliminated. The manager who met us and accompanied us at every stage of the movie is Ryan. I agree with previous reviews that thanks to him it was possible to avoid stressful situations. He is a great professional.

Taniya Tomar: I have lived in a cushwake property before, I faced the usual maintenance issues in the previous property and even on this property with the building elevators breaking down, hallways having a weird odor, rent portal having issues, mail room clogging with packages. I have been very patient with all issues and try to work around it. I do want to mention that Ryan and Ni are very responsive and helpful and try their best to make sure residents have a good experience. I understand the management change has its transition period and can be tricky but I’m here to highlight the lack of service and follow through on referral bonuses promised by the company time and again. There was a promise for a referral bonus and it wasn’t followed through.

The staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free.Although my career has taken me away from this beautiful place, the memories of my time there remain vivid in my mind. Eve: We moved here for the view and dog amenities. So far, we love it and the staff except:-windows haven’t been cleaned since 2022. See pics below shared by residents. So if you also move here for the view, it’s pretty disappointing that Equity Residential does not prioritize this.-big dog area is great but I rarely see it being cleaned-our car was vandalized in the garage- even if not owned by the building, residents should feel safe and confident about our cars while we live here

Lindsi Luken: Venue Baby Shower -- We had a wonderful experience utilizing the Mark on 8th venue for a baby shower! The venue is on the second floor of the building and is highly spacious with great lighting. It has beautiful french-style sliding glass doors that open onto the large patio. There is a fire pit, BBQs, and plenty of comfortable seating outside which is is nice if the inside venue starts getting warm. We had the catering delivered to the venue as well, which proved no issues with vendors we were working with. Shakel was the building manager we worked with upon arriving to the venue with decorations; she was very helpful and made everything as seamless for us as possible. Would definitely use this venue again!

Imani Murph: I lived here for about a year and I would highly recommend this place to others. Maintenance always responded to requests quickly. The apartment usually had events once a month, in addition to having a nice rooftop and ground floor patio area that’s great for reading/sunbathing in the summer. The complex was always super clean and I never lost a package or felt unsafe.Additionally, during my time living here, the complex let me downsize to a smaller unit, and allowed for a 16 month lease. I really wanted to continue living here and my current apartment at S&B had a HUGE rent increase. Like $200 a month increase which is insane and that was AFTER negotiating. Luckily, thanks to the hard work of Sarah, one of the community managers, I was able to avoid that and go to a smaller unit pretty seamlessly. She went above and beyond to make my unit transfer process painless. The staff in the front office really care about keeping residents happy!As long as the corporate management company keeps the rent prices fair, I would recommend living here to anyone. I loved it here!!

You can't beat this neighborhood with all the parks close by, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores within walking distance. Not to mention easy access to bus lines! I hardly have to drive anywhere!

Ryan Nguyen: I lived here for a year before moving out. All the workers there have been very friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue. The apartment was very affordable for the nice building and amenities included. Even after I've moved out I mistakenly had a package sent there and they are providing help in rectifying the issue. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here.

Jonathan Paulson: My experience with this building has been absolutely fantastic. Moving from Chicago to Seattle in the middle of a pandemic isn't exactly easy, but the management was always on top of any issues or concerns I had while planning a move thousands of miles away. They definitely make the building feel like a small community. The unit was also spotless on move-in and everything has been of the highest quality. I can't recommend this building enough, it has been a great home for me in my short time here so far.

One thing that needs to be mentioned is they have A/C in the unit, which is rare in other apartments.Price:Considering the location and it's a new apartment and , the price is good. Although I wish to have a bigger parking spot, I know parking here in the town is expensive.Management:The best thing that we like here is the management stuffs, both Chris, Rebecca, Jason, they are very friendly and help us in a timely manner. It's always a nice experience to see them and greet each other when you go to work in the morning. With them, the apartment is clean and things are organized. Beril Ozay: apartments and the maintenance guy Victor was super quick to address issues and also very very nice. We had 4 different property managers in the office in the 9 months we were there. 3 of the 4 were good but the current one is worthless. The area is kinda tucked away but still very close to capital hill. It's walking distance to a couple restaurants and a small park. There were a lot of break ins to cars on the street but we generally didn't have any issues in the building with shady people or anything. I had a couple packages get stolen from the lobby BUT most packages were delivered to lockers so it wasn't an issue if the delivery people did their job. They did increase my rent significantly but the price was on par with similar apartments in the area. I would live there again and would recommend it to others.
Carly Meier: Mindblown by the level of hospitality shown by these apartments! I feel like I live at a hotel with the above and beyond attitude that Brandon continues to display every time we interact. I’ve never felt more welcome. Any questions I’ve had, any concerns, have been handled better than I could have ever imagined. Recommending this apartment complex is an understatement! So glad I made the choice to live here. Shout out to Brandon! Thanks for making the experience so special!
Josh: I love living at Metroline Flats! The building is always clean and surrounding areas feel safe. My neighbors are very respectful and friendly, and I have nothing but positive things to say about building management. Brandon is always polite, prompt, and through. The only knock that I can think of is the higher rent prices, but that's to be expected for a quality apartment in First Hill.

Janine Hall: Great place to live! Move in process was smooth and the management/office team is very responsive. The few maintenance requests I have put in have been resolved promptly with no issue.

Super Bash: I came in for a tour and was so impressed with Christian's professionalism. He knew a lot about the community and the surrounding areas. Their homes are cute and their amenities are pretty spectacular.Unfortunately I couldn't make my move in date work with them but if I could have leased here I definitely would have.
Daniel Fitz: Ive lived in seattle for 4 years and this is the first year I’ve been as happy as I am at an apartment. Staff is great and my dog loves the fenced run outside to play in. Location is close to the health club, brunch spots and some great bars. No regrets

My favorite is the rooftop and lounge on the sixth floor. Lots of space to sit, firepits, grills, lights and great views of downtown Seattle. If you want to reserve the space there is a fee which seems odd to me
Rachel Neuharth: I really like the current management, maintenance and custodial crew here. They are friendly, helpful and have made a lot of effort in the last year to improve the cleanliness and security of the building, and they put on fun community events. The units are nice, and the location is great for getting in and out of West Seattle being so close to the bridge.

All amenities will look less pleasing if it take days to get things fixed/resolved at your place. Rochelle is an amazing community manager and keeps things fun and safe in the building. Cesar, leasing consultant will always have a beautiful smile every time you enter/exit the building and will gladly assist you with everything he can. Reynaldo is super quick when it comes to fixing things around the building and taking care of your work orders.Overall, a great place to stay with top-notch management team.
