Daystar Retirement Village: what do users think?

rachel wheeler: Friendly and helpful staff. Fun activities for the residents to partake in. Delicious meals served breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sarah Bradley: Our mom has been at Daystar for several years now. She loves the size of the place, the people are all so nice, and there is a warm feeling about the place. My sister and I have found the staff friendly and so helpful. Eva, Melodee and Corinne...we love you!

Sue Siluch: I have a relative that has been living here. What I've discovered is that the people determine the success of a retirement home. Boy, does Daystar have the best staff! Eva, the Executive Director, is one of the kindest, most caring people I know. She always tries to help, has a terrific relationship with my rellie, and is always available if I need a word. Melodee on the Front Desk is equally helpful, upbeat and loving. This is a special place!

Famous: Friendly staff

Julie Gramm: Attractive place with warm and helpful staff. Beautiful grounds and conveniently located across from shopping center.

l: Good place but the food is awful. So sad to see the people have to eat that food.

Donald Thomad: I toured the facility for a family member, and found it to be one of the best in West Seattle, unfortunately my family member required more assistance than what was offered. The place was clean, and well kept. A major plus were the washers and driers in every unit. The staff were all friendly, and it felt like they wanted to help, not just a job. The building is a little old, but was well maintained for the age. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the young lady who toured me and was a little on the "fake" side, I'm glad the building, staff, and residents spoke for itself, they were what really sold me.

Mirabella Seattle: what do users think?

Nick Randazzo: Friendly staff, clean hallways.

Mike Waring: , and other services. We often walk to venues and events downtown but sometimes use the nearby stops for public transport to get to Seattle Center, downtown, Capital Hill or the University District. Mirabella also provides regular town car or bus service to varied shopping, museum, walks, art & cultural events/venues. Fortunately we have not yet had to avail ourselves of the health care services available here, but have heard from other current or former residents that they or their loved ones have had excellent health and/or memory care. The biggest problem we have is making choices from the very many resident planned and presented outings, educational programs and musical performances presented. It's impossible to do everything available. We're very happy to have chosen Mirabella!

Pineapple: Perfect, No mean sous chef!

johnson lawson: Best care N Seattle

Coach Dean: This can be a wonderful place for many of the residents. Tons of activities, and a sense of community. I would however avoid letting valets touch your vehicle if possible.

pete jelinek: We have had several clients go to Mirabella for rehab. The staff did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I own an in home care company called Senior Helpers and have not seen this level of attention at other places. nice work!

Jackie Johnson: I love this place, very professional staff

Amrita Ghosh: I just applied for a Mirabella Seattle Reception opportunity on the PRS retirement site that I found on Craigslist and I am looking forward to the potential of getting it.

Karen Fensel: My experience at Mirabella has been wonderful. I have been in this facility now for four months recovering from a bad fracture of my leg. Both in the skilled nursing and on to the assistant care. Everyone from administration to all of the nurses and staff are exceptional. Their professionalism and care is the best. The facility is beautiful and the food is very good, healthy and good choices. They are also very safe with this pandemic we are in, a main reason I chose this facility. I would recommend Mirabella to anyone who is looking for a place for recovery and or a beautiful place for retirement.

E H: was my “go to” for everything I needed for my mom especially due to covid and the inability to visit my mom and help her directly. Clearly this was a particularly challenging time given family members could not be of any assistance to our loved ones. Brooke just took the reigns and was there to help with anything I needed for my mom. She was super Responsive and really went above and beyond. She clearly loves her job and it shows!Hats off to Brooke and the rest of your staff! They made a very difficult set of circumstances much more bearable!

Oakwood Residence Seattle South Lake Union: what do users think?

Jacob Dairaghi: along with added benefits of shared building amenities

Shashank Gandhi: Very fast and quick maintenance response by Jose

Satish Ahuja: Fast and reliable maintenance services

Adam: I moved to mResidences a year and a half ago and the experience has been great! The mResidence team is awesome and they are always on top of things. They are proactive with keeping residents up-to-date and quick to get to a maintenance issue if one comes up.The residents here have all been very nice, there's a good community. The building has a parking garage, community room, gym, and a rooftop which is nice to grill at over the spring/summer.Overall I have had a pleasant experience at mResidences!

Hiroki Boyle: Moved in here a few years back and I’ve been lucky to call this place home. Benjamin the manager runs a tight ship here and all maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 hours. Everyone I’ve come across in the apartment have been really friendly and the shared spaces and workout area are great! Haven’t had any noisy neighbors either which is a plus! Location is nice easy access to 99 and I-5

Maria Garcia: and Michael who is always so welcoming at the front desk! Jose is also the absolute best and most efficient maintenance man I have EVER encountered! Kudos to Grey Star for hiring the best team to manage this building. It is so pleasant to live in such a well organized residence.

Neeraj Singh: Nice apartment with friendly people

The M Seattle: what do users think?

Collin P: I've lived at the M for a year and a half and I've had a great stay with a few hiccups, but mostly enjoyable, made possible by the staff who work there.I started renting at the M as a grad student at UW. I would advise any graduate school or non student tenant to really be sure about what they're looking for as a renting experience. A majority of residents are undergrads. The cons: Unless you rent with someone you know or into a studio or one bed room, you could be matched with anyone. Even with clarity on your preferred matched roommate, this can be good or bad. Another con, the building is run with a relatively light set of staff. They are often called to run multiple duties, especially security for unhoused entrants. I have seen the number of homeless sneaking into the building decrease from when I first started renting. There are security staff that run a night and graveyard shift, however there's a small overlap in the morning where no one is at the desk. There isn't exactly a 24 hour line. Another con is that the ability to remove and evict tennants who are extremely out of line is difficult and slow, this is due to renters protection. Undergrad residents behave like undergrads. The Pros: The ammeneties are excellent. Pre furnished rooms feel new. There are very small areas that could be cleaned like fan grates in the bathroom. The TV's in each room, and the wi-fi are great. The first generation of foam beds are softer and easier to sleep on vs the spring beds in my opinion. The basketball court is a great attraction, and can reasonably fit 3 on 3 and no more than that. I wish it had a large wood floor broom/dust mop on hand for residence to use but I can see why they wouldn't allow that. The upstairs lounge and study area are extremely polished and luxurious. They are clean and well kept. The upstairs microwave doesn't have a rotating pan but it heats well. The printing is straightforward and reserving the study rooms and movie room is easy. The Pool table in the movie room isn't level. The TV in the movie room is huge for a home but small for the room, I would have thought to use a projector. But it is a beautiful space that other apartments wouldn't have nonetheless. The movie room does suffer from having multiple people use the bathroom even if they don't reserve the room. It is annoying. The gym is excellent for the small space it takes up. The machines are all in good condition. The folding benches have even been replaced with wear. There are no 25lb dumbells. But they have 2.5lbs up to 80lbs. It could reasonably have 10 people in it, 4 on weights, 4 on cardio machines. The side choreo room has medicine balls, one set of ropes, weighted bags, and a punching bag. There are yoga mats as well. There are 2 TV's in the main gym and a TV in the choreo room. The only part of the gym I wish it had with the space given is a dip bar. The maintenence staff are quick to fix requests. The views out of windows on the 24th floor are very beautiful in all directions. All of the shared ammeneties are very popular, so it can be difficult to enjoy them in peace if that's what you prefer. Finding times that work for you can help. I stress that these are shared luxuries. If you're lifestyle fits with sharing sometimes, the very high rent can be worth it!The stars: I had a very unfortunate incident out of my control that required an immedieate transfer to another apartment. This event made me realize how much the staff matter. Hannah and Odesa in leasing and John and David all did great work to help me move during a delicate situation. Hannah and David in particular were working in my best interest beyond what I expect. While I still feel there could be a bit more staff, the staff they have are excellent. They make efforts to improve the experience and safety of the residents and uphold profesionalism as far as Greystars lines will allow. I've lived here long enough to know that there are efforts to improve the experience, and that so far they are working! I am very fond of the staff that work here currently.

Marina Lopez: The staff at The M Seattle is very personable and helpful with any questions I was having. The apartments come furnished and the mattresses are a big step up from the ones in the dorms. I didn’t even have to use a mattress pad. I’ve never had any problems with the other people living here at The M Seattle and have never felt unsafe. It’s generally a pretty nice place to live near campus.

Alexandra Quist: Great place to live. The rooftop is amazing and the floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere are unbeatable.

Herb Stanton: Just wanted to start this off by saying that The M is one of the best apartments I have lived in. Any issues I've had, maintenance and the leasing office have been able to fix within a few days. The new manager is on top of it and their responses are always quick and detailed. The office staff that tour do an excellent job, and are some of the only tour guides that actually seem like they like their job compared to the other apartments around the area. They do fun giveaways, and monthly breakfasts, and really just make your experience wonderful. They are VERY upfront on everything which makes me confused about some of the other reviews as me and all my friends that live here have never experienced even half of these issues. Any one who has never lived in an apartment won't know that no matter who you lease from, they ALWAYS take the cleaning fee out of your deposit, which is typical everywhere. I appreciated how clean and accessible everything was and I am happy I get to stay here another year as it has really made my graduate program easy from the distance. to the proximity to food and transit. If you are going to take anything from this, know that they are one of the better apartments in the area. I lived in The Standard before here and it was terrible, The M actually care about you and are always helpful and accommodating.

Xiaorong Cui: It is a great apartment!

Sam Montgomery: Hannah in the leasing office has been absolutely fantastic throughout my time living here. Everyone has been incredible nice and willing to answer questions, even before I moved in. Maintenance is also quick after requests are filed. Definitely would recommend living here!

Starlite Christie: Very nice and great atmosphere

James M: I had a wonderful experience on my tour today with Hannah! She answered every question I had and I absolutely loved all of the amenities and features this building offers. I am looking forward to living here, Thank you!

Alex Baek: , staff are friendly and helpful, and rooms are furnished 🙏🏻. Great location next to the Ave along with grocery stores being only a couple blocks away

Wilsonian Apartments: what do users think?

Lukas Zha: Moved in for a week and am loving it already. I especially enjoy coming downstairs to a lobby full of friendly faces and picturesquely vintage decor. My unit is spacious enough and has a marvelous view from the windows. The walk-in closets also embellish the apartment unit with a touch of mid-century feel. My roommate and I do have some home-improvement work to do here and there but nothing was too hard to fix considering how long this building has been erecting on University Way.I'll come back for an update later when I spend more time here. I don't know if my attitude will change, hopefully it won't.

Alyssa Sismaet: We had a very positive experience living at the Wilsonian from last September to May. This was our first apartment experience and it was great! The management and maintenance were always very helpful when we sent maintenance requests or had questions over email. Management had occasional holiday parties, which was a cute perk. The pricing was very reasonable for a 1 bedroom in the U District, and so was parking. The location was great, right next to many buses and food places. The 1 bedroom was also really big for the price! It’s an older building but it’s perfectly fine.

Kyle Walker: The Wilsonian apartments are overall a decent place to live with really friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you at the desk, leasing office, and for maintenance jobs. The only drawbacks are the older building itself and the lack of amenities.

Leni B: and have new ones inside. Also, they have an app and camera system to allow you in. Given the price it’s a good deal. I know there’s way worse apartments out there.

water Bottle: Great area. Just toured this place last week. Going to be my future home. Great staff. Ground is super clean. Would definitely recommend this place

Monique Koenig: I have been living at Campus View for 3 years and graduated this year. The location is great. Price is even better. Overall I have been happy during my time here. There is an actual office with staff un like several other apartments in the area. Management was prompt in responding to me. Thanks.
