Indranee Saha: Delightful cake store! Marina is a skilled baker and her cakes taste as good as they look. I ordered a set of mini chocolate cream cupcakes and a chocolate mousse cake for a birthday event and both were smash hits with our guests. The mirror glaze work is incredibly beautiful, and the mousse melts in your mouth. Marina was prompt with her suggestions and replies and placing orders to picking them up were hassle-free. Will be returning back!

Silvana is skilled in teaching the kids and we could not believe the delicious food that came home to us every evening. The quality of the food and the number of dishes/desserts the kids made each day was amazing. My daughter learned a lot and had a wonderful time.

The kiddos had a great time swinging on the zipline in the backyard, whacking the pinata with a rolling pin, and learning how to make truffles. They were excited to bring home the fruits of their labor: absolutely gorgeous truffles. The birthday cake was incredibly delicious. And also, Silvana was able to accommodate some pretty challenging food allergies. We will absolutely have a party with Silvana again!!

P C: I will need to continue on my search for the best croissant in Seattle, because this place is not it.The croissant was too dense and not flaky enough.Of the five things I bought; the Kouign-amann was the best. The chausson aux pomme was the most disappointing. I actually don’t believe it should be called that as it’s an interpretation of what it should be: definitely a bit too cakey, more like an apple turnover. You would never find one with powdered sugar in Paris.The frosting on the eclair was great, but I’d actually like to see a little bit thicker, more airy layer of pastry.The parking in the neighborhood is definitely tricky. Make no mistake, if you live nearby, you should indeed go here. The food is good, and the people are lovely. I am just searching for the tip top and driving the city to find it.Parking: Be prepared to walk a block or two
Suman Grewal: The incredibly bad news is I found out that Rosellini's has a deliciously moist decadent chocolate cake that I can get by the slice. I can't think of another place I've tried that is on par or better. So now I run the risk of getting this any time I experience the slightest life hiccup where I justify getting myself a little treat. It's going to be a problem.Also, the morning bun is always a yummy choice. Cinnamon sugar with a bit of orange zest. This place is delightful.

Beth: If you are looking for a cake for someone special or just yourself, I recommend you try Morfeys. I have purchased from a handful of other shops in Seattle over the last 5 years and so far, Morfeys Cakes is my favorite. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for his birthday with a white confetti cake that reminded him of his childhood and this cake was so cute. The buttercream was smooth and delicious, without any strong sugary aftertaste. The raspberry buttercream filling was my favorite it was sweet and just a little tart. After we opened the cake, I placed it in a cake container and two days later the cake was still moist and the buttercream tasted fresh. Erin, was just as sweet as the cakes she bakes and was super accommodating. I highly recommend!

Destinee Sanders: Stopped in to check out what Morfey’s had to offer and tried this absolutely delightful melt in your mouth almond citrus cupcake. Took a look at the cakes and they were works of art. You definitely need to call ahead or go online for like wedding cakes, birthday cakes or other celebrations. If you are passing by like we were stop in for a cupcake you wont be disappointed.

We tasted a wide range of innovative flavor combinations, and easily found something that we both loved. She was also able to accommodate dietary restrictions – making a small gluten-free, dairy-free cake to go along with the primary cake. She worked with us to keep us on budget and delivered a stunning and delicious cake. We kept the top for ourselves and enjoyed it during our honeymoon and we fully intend to order a small cake to celebrate our anniversary!

Nick W: I got pretty lucky on my birthday in 2021, my previous employer gave me this cake. I think it was from a wedding shoot we had got done doing. Anyways it was a Poppyseed cake with strawberry jam. It was incredible! I only wish you sold slices. The frosting itself was just a bit too sweet for my taste. I like very little sugar, but everything else was incredible.

How could you possibly make such fabulous cakes over and over again without a little bit of magic? My husband and I ordered a cake tasting box with six of her custom and unique flavors, and you know it’s a good problem to have when you struggle to choose just one. In the end, we went with one of her micro wedding cakes in the espresso pecan crunch flavor, which was so flavorful and fluffy with delicious crunchy pecan bites. We also asked her to add sugar flowers that matched our wedding flowers. It was definitely worth it. Her flowers added a beautiful custom touch that tied our dessert table into the rest of the wedding.We will absolutely be ordering an anniversary cake when the time comes. Mary Albl: My niece and I did the Cookie Exchange Kid/Adult Class at the UVillage and it was so much fun. Very interactive, unique, and the instructor couldn't have been more friendly. She took the time to really explain everything but also let the kids be kids. We made three different kinds of cookies -- best way to start off the winter break.

Reed Sorensen: We took a cooking class the day before Thanksgiving so we could bring sides to the festivities. Heather was a pleasure to spend two hours with and we definitely benefited from her experience cooking for high-end restaurants. Highly recommended.

Stephen (JackeyXM8): Very small hole in the wall cover bakery there selection is small but they put a lot of passion into there products you get high quality over a quantity of items it's a take out only bakery and I went specifically for the conelés which were perfect had a nice burnished caramelized crust that had a nice chew with an amazing fluffy egg sponge center nice light vanilla note very good and they use the copper molds for them so they put a lot of detail and effort to make sure there authentic and perfect

Britney S: Recommended dishes Guava Cake
Ashlee Johnson: My boyfriend had a surprise birthday party for me and last minute ordered a cake from Cakes of Paradise Bakery! This was one of the best cakes I've ever had, if not the best! Real fruit, beautiful decor with real flowers, and whip cream frosting that melted right in your mouth. The cake was beautiful and delicious, we will definitely be ordering from here again.
