Antonio: So I visited seattle. I travel a lot. It's always been on my list of places to go. To be honest it's a very simple/ boring city. There's a few nice areas to visit. This would be 1 of them. The space needle is in the center of a few museums and walking distance to parks. Nothing spectacular. It's nice tho. It's basically something you show up to and say you been there then never return. Just a 1 and done. I do like how the monorail pulls up right next to it. That was convenient. So yea. Just heads up. Don't think it's gunna be something grand. It's just a simple city with simple attractions.

Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals: what do users think?

Karen Fox Barreira: The location could not have been better! We will definitely be back and will be calling Seattle Oasis for our vacation needs when we return to this fantastic city!!

Gretchen Culp: Loved our stay at the 1 Bedroom Elliott Bay Oasis condo in Bell Town. Condo is comfy cozy, beautiful views of Puget Sound, rooftop view area, pool/hot tub, parking and Bell Town is close to all the sights, mostly walking distance. We love Seattle and this is a great home base. We will be staying with you again!

Andrea Jaggers: Loved the vibe and location of this place. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE - with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable!!! It was nice that the rental came with a parking pass - though we didn't need it. The ONLY complaint I have would be the attention to 'detail'... the shower faucet was practically falling off, the metal threshold into the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the restroom fan would come on and off at will, etc. If those little details were 'cleaned' up - this place would be 5 stars... but all in all - a good choice for the cost and location.

Mary Ferguson: . Washer/dryer handing for our 8 day visit. PARKING INCLUDED ---KEY. Try to keep the windows/sliding doors closed as the street noise was distracting for TV viewing/sleep. I would consider this my home away from home in Seattle...

Graeme Klassen: The team at Seattle Oasis was very courteous, outgoing and friendly. The condo was perfect for our stay with all the amenities of home! The close proximity to attractions makes it a definite hit. We walked everywhere within a short distance.I would definitely recommend this group and use them again next time we find ourselves in seattle!!Thanks again Darik!!!

Carol Cason: Super location and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The Oasis staff is very attentive and helpful. Cannot recommend Oasis enough.

Sally Falkenhagen: We love the Belltown location. The rental is comfortable, well-decorated and fully equipped. Seattle Oasis staff met us

Jennifer Mock: We stayed here for our honeymoon and have nothing but positive things to say about this location. It was clean and the staff was very considerate and responsive. I would stay here again if we were coming to Seattle.

The Century: what do users think?

Shivani Dave: Lived here for more than 2 years and had no issues whatsoever. We loved living at the Century. Alyssa and Esther were super helpful during the time of our stay. The maintenance staff was always on time and addressed the problems right away. We decided to relocate to another part of the city and move out was smooth too.

Junwei Wu: , great rates, and an even better management team. What’s really special about this place is that the team here cares about residents. They have regular social events and giveaways, give prompt notifications on their every decisions and changes. They once reverted the utility billing company because we don’t like the new one.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to live in downtown Seattle area.

Vane C: We lived here for more than 3 years, and the community and staff has been amazing. They always say hi to you when you enter the building, and give treats or pat our dog. Highly recommend anyone who want to live in the SLU area to choose here. They really make you feel home with all the community events, friendly staff and quick respond to any of your maintenance requests.Sadly, we have to move soon since we recently purchased a home. They even gave us a bottle of champagne and a hand written card as gifts to celebrate the purchase.

Malia Farley: I love getting to visit The Century! I walk dogs downtown and often frequent the apartment to pick up and drop off clients pups. The concierge and staff at the front desks are always so welcoming and professional! The building itself is sparkling! Beautiful windows, floors, hallways and elevators! They really know how to do their stuff!

Joe Quigley: I lived at the Century for 3 years and loved it! The units are very well kept, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Pillar is very attentive to upkeep, and was always very proactive about communicating outages, repairs, and alarms. One time when I had my AC go out, I filled out a maintenance request and had it fixed within 15 minutes! The building itself is solid too- concrete between all the floors and high efficiency windows and insulation means great sound isolation, and I never had any problems with appliances the whole time I lived there.

Zac Cutchall: Amazing locale, central to everything. The best staff possible, everyone cares about the tenants and is incredibly helpful.

Rachel P: Best apartment building in the city

Andrea Goldstein: I have been a resident of The Century for over six years and I can't imagine living in another community. The building looks new even though it is several years old. The apartments are spacious, with many floor plan options, the amenities are great and I use them often. If you want to be able to get to events, parks, restaurants easily without driving, the location is perfect.Staff at The Century are wonderful. All are engaged with residents. The community activities are fantastic! Every week is something new, and many weeks we have more than one planned activity. Kudos to the whole team for creating such a warm community environment.

Ahalya Anshul: The building itself is one of a kind with spacious units and in built cooling and heating. Amenities are well maintained!Noah Sebourn has made a fantastic impact with his community building activities!Overall 5 stars to the Managment and shout out to the entire team!

Catherine Breen: I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s the best place I’ve lived in Seattle. The staff are so friendly and such warm faces when I come every day. They make an effort to have social events for residents but also do their best to respect quiet time and space. Whenever I have an appliance issue, maintenance is there within a day. I’m not from Seattle, but the Century is home to me! I highly recommend living here

Bianca Aldir: . On top of that, the leasing agents and property manager are absolutely amazing people!! So amazing, I hope to continue a friendship with them even though I’ve recently moved out of Seattle. 10/10 community.

Sophia Laws: My girlfriend and I lived here together for a year and had the best experience ever. Truly it was made wonderful by the kind and friendly leasing staff who supported us, checked in on us, hosted fun events and were responsive to anything we needed. We were so sad to move! We love you Century Team!!

Sadie Schutt: The Century has made the majority of my life here in Seattle amazing. I feel safe within this community and so happy with the current staff. You cannot beat the location, especially walking everywhere!

Codey Poole: Attentive staff and super responsive to residence needs. Thank you!!

National Car Rental: what do users think?

Charles Wetherbee: We always have a great experience with National and picking up in Downtown Seattle was no exception. Ryan provided efficient and friendly service, in and out in under 10min. While this compact location doesn’t have Emerald Aisle, I was offered a choice between three different vehicles in the range of the intermediate class I booked. Highly recommend!

The Traveling Bear: . Our staff member was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend if you need to rent in the Seattle area.

Kawarjeet Yadav: Great place to rent your car at in Seattle! Employees are great, and great service. I have not found any issues with them so far in 7 months of living here

gymp91: Best car rental company I’ve ever been to. Consistently provides excellent cars and customer service. The on site team at this branch is great and I’ve always had a great experience with them. I will continue to go to national and especially this branch if I need to rent a car.

Stephen Dalgleish: Great service & good condition vehicle.Blaine was very helpful & everyone else.Would definitely recommend

Johnny Israelsen: Great service, thank you Sean M.

carlos bud: Fast, good price, variety available and clean cars

Don Le: This is definitely my first good review of a car rental location in my life. I had multiple, non-planned contacts with the staff here and all of them were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am not sure why most of my hundreds of contacts with rental agencies have been sub par but the folks here, especially Lucas, made me believe that it doesn't have to be that way.

Jeffrey Dao: Had a great experience at this National location. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member also had a great recommendation of things to do in Vancouver. The car selection was a bit smaller than airport locations, but we did get an upgrade to an Audi A3. The car was clean and in good condition. Lastly, the after hours drop off was super easy.

My Opinion: Great dwtn location, much easier for transportation to cruise ships. Drop off a car here and also picked up a new one a week later and got a great car.

Jaime Sorgente: Ashley and team are fantastic !!!

Nishan: Had a really great experience here, I’m surprised at some of the poor reviews.I was given a really great, low mileage car for my rental period. The team were polite, and very helpful at answering my questions given it was my first time driving in the US.Beyond the hiring experience, I forgot I left my expensive sunglasses in the car, which was very stressful. However Annie in particular was incredibly helpful the next day in helping me get them back, going the extra mile, and I am incredibly grateful. Thanks for a great customer service!

Tower 12 Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Zach Chapman: Michael and the leasing team are extremely professional and are a joy to work with. They are very reasonable people--which can't be said for various other apartments throughout the city

Krista Rahman: Very happy with building, the staff and the location! The view from the sky lounge is beautiful!

Preston Leslie: , and it is within your price range---you absolutely should go with Tower 12. You will be so happy that you did. 5 stars is a no-brainer, highly recommend!

Camoen V: Pros:* Location. A couple blocks from Pike Place Market and a 15-20 minute walk from Elliot Bay Trail

Travelers Health And Wellness Inc.: “I have had the privilege of being a resident at Tower 12 for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the environment they’ve created. Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!

Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

Tricia S.: , great community events every month and the best rooftop view in all of Seattle. The gym is on the top floor with an amazing view as well. The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Blake Bartlett: Everything about Tower 12 from the concierge, leasing office, maintenance, amenities, apartment quality, views, and location is 5 stars. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Sanchit Batra: was extremely patient with the tour and going over everything the apartment had to offer.Incredible rooftop view, concrete flooring, tons of amenities. Pricey rooms but comes with the location and quality I suppose

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine! The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open. But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents. The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

Skye at Belltown: what do users think?

4 Dreams: Great building with an awesome management team. I have been a commercial tenant with them for a little over three months now and so far it has been a great experience! Sam, the property manager has been super helpful and made it so easy and joyful to run my business. Also, they have super friendly stuff at the front desk office and absolutely great maintenance crew! Special thanks to Alex, the maintenance manager, for all his help during the opening time!

Tanya Falk: It was great 😊

Grace Wright WA-Seattle: I lived at Skye Belltown for a year and I really enjoyed my studio. I thought the price was fair for the amenities + apartment features. My studio had a great view. Staff was always responsive, packages were safe, and maintenance got back to me in a timely manner -- with easy communication through the app. My only con is the parking garage was stressful at times. It is public on the weekdays. The spots are REALLY close to each other. Very common for cars to get scratches on them. Also, I would get ticketed a few times since their tag is made out of paper and would fall off the dashboard occasionally. Other competitive parking garages for apartments pay about the same, yet you get way more. This con did not overshadow my overall experience. I highly recommend if you want a reliable, affordable place you can trust.

Balaji Krishnamurty: Good place to live. Centrally located - close to the Space Needle, SLU, and downtown. There are no in-unit washer/dryers. There is a common area with laundry machines.

Mary Abraham: I love spending time in Belltown and Skye is the best place to call home! Being minutes to Artisan Cafe, SLU or Pike Place is hard to beat & the staff is incredibly caring and hardworking. Sam, Tyler, Alex, Susan, Bruce and Milton will care about your residential needs. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a resident in Belltown and consider this place home. 🏡

Chad Pocher: I'm new to Skye at Belltown but have been extremely impressed thus far! It's been a while since I've lived in an apartment community, but I can say for certain this has been the best apartment living experience I have had thus far.First, Tyler showed me the building back in November when I was first looking to relocate for my work. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful, despite knowing there was little-to-no chance of me signing a lease immediately. He also recommended local things for me to check out, being new to the area, which I found very kind! This definitely gave me the warm and fuzzies compared to some of the other apartments I checked out in the area, and was ultimately one of the reasons I chose Skye at Belltown over others.Fast forward to January, I signed my lease and was moving in! Not only did Tyler remember me, but he helped me to find a bell hop and made sure my girlfriend and I were squared away with what we needed. Jayson, who I also worked with in signing the lease, was very helpful, despite my move-in date being his last day before relocating himself. We did find the kitchen sink to be leaking after a couple uses, but luckily Bruce came to the rescue promptly and had it fixed within an hour from submitting the request! These things happen, but the team at Skye went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued resident from the get go. If you're looking for an apartment in the Seattle area, this one not only has great views of the city and the Space Needle, but has exceptional people running the show, too!EDIT: Wanted to also thank Susan, Bruce and Milton for coming up to help trouble an internet issue after a poor experience with the installer. Once again they went above and beyond. Five star service!

Jacob Scocca: . The elevators seem to be in a constant state of whack-a-mole regarding which are functioning, but it's a small issue in light of my overall solid experience. The staff are truly wonderful which is why I was originally motivated to leave the review. It's very obvious that Susan

Eilis Jones: Just moved out of Skye Belltown after 2 years. It was a great experience. The maintenance team is top-notch. Any issue we had was addressed extremely quickly. The leasing office was also very good. Will miss the great rooftop views!

Akshaiy Ramlinkam: Skye has this chill, rustic vibe. Jason and Taylor from the leasing office were very responsive and helpful with any issues I had. They are customer-friendly and provides solutions thinking from our shoes.

Tyler Kelly: I cannot say enough great things about living at Skye. It doesn't just feel like another apartment, it truly feels like a home. The space is incredible, from the units themselves to the outdoor garden, but the greatest part of Skye is undoubtedly the people. I have never lived at a place where the team takes such pride in the space and has such care for the residents. A HUGE shoutout to Susan and the entire services and maintenance team and everyone in the leasing office. Skye is a community in every sense of the word and that is due in large part to the effort and care of the team.I am not surprised to see a lot of folks that have lived here for years and years, I've been here for 18 months and couldn't imagine wanting to be anywhere else.

John Roberts: This place has been nothing but accommodating so far. Started off dealing with one of the leasing agents, Tyler, who was able to help me with finding a unit that would be suitable for me. Jayson was able to help navigate some issues on my side and was able to help finalize my lease and get me into a unit! This is a very difficult move for me, as I’m all the way across country in Atlanta making the move to Seattle, but everyone here has been nothing but friendly and very helpful!I’m looking forward to moving into my unit soon and seeing what else Skye at Belltown has to offer! Thanks to the whole team for making this move possible for me!

Sam Nabawy: Love this place

Doug Coats: Reach out to Jason at SkyeBelltown, he will take good care.

Matthew Lemaire: Ok, the maintenance team at Skye At Belltown is great. Any time I see them in the building they ask me if there’s anything I need help with. Well today I did need help with an outlet in my apartment. They showed up minutes after I requested help in the portal and fixed the problem. I love living here.Special shout out to Bruce for his friendliness, this does not go unnoticed.

Ken Holder: Place is wonderful. From the GM, to the leasing team to most importantly the engineering / maintenance team. You put a request in on the app and it’s done the next day without fail. Our little “Central Park” is always on point. Always gas in the grills, landscaping to perfection and beach fireplace always on point. When everyone knows your first name, you know you’re home 🙏

Letty Chavez: The maintenance team is very hard working and kind especially Susanne!!

Denise Giambalvo: I love living at Skye. The space and location is perfect and property management does an excellent job of taking care of the building.

Antonio: If you been on a giant ferris wheel they are all the same basically. Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Vegas, London... this 1 in Seattle is good for directions tho. You will never get lost if you see the wheel. To the left is the ferry. To the right is the aquarium. Behind it is the Market place and the monorail back to the airport. Further right past the aquarium is Olympic Park and past that is the space needle. I walked it all. From the wheel to the space needle is a 30 minute walk. It's a very simple city. The only attraction on the pier really is the wheel. They are building more stuff. But I expected a little more. Like the area has the look. Like if you ever been to Mt Rushmore, Wisconsin dells, Myrtle... there's go carts, zip lines, mini golf, arcades, Rollercoaster, sling shots... Seattle pier just has the wheel and the aquarium for the most part. And a few places to eat. I can walk from 1 end to the other end of the strip in 10 minutes. Anyways. The wheel is nice. But that's all that's really there.

Seattle Rental Group: what do users think?

Jaime Reyes-Bravo: I got promoted up here from SoCal and my job connected me with Seattle Rental Group. My assigned realtor was Heather Turner and she did a great job showing us around! We were able to spend a good 6 hours touring different apartments and needless to say, she did not waste anytime! We knocked out over 10 apartment tours and found our current home. Thanks Heather!

Alex Widmyer: We've worked with Seattle Rental Group for almost 15 years on multiple rentals and have had a wonderful experience. Most recently we've worked with Brenden. He's responsive, reliable and knows the market well. He was able to rent out our townhome quickly and took care of all the details. I would not hesitate to work with Seattle Rental Group and Brenden again.

Jaheim Barrett: Margarita was amazing to work with as she helped make thesearch for housing super easy! Definitely recommend reach out to them if you are in search of housing within the area!

Amanda Gallop: My partner and I are apartment hunting and found ourselves getting pretty overwhelmed— we scheduled a call with Jose and are now feeling much, much better! He gave us so much helpful information and advice.

Paul Kang'ere: They helped navigate my apartment search. I highly recommend them!

Yi-Hsiang Kao: I had a great experience with Margarita Hardy. Support was fast and on point.

Nikith Hosangadi: I worked with Margarita Hardy, to find me a new home for my move to Seattle. All she asked me was for my preferred locations and budget, and she did the rest. Her selections were all amazing and had great leasing offices, and the apartments were stellar. I was able to make a great selection thanks to her, and safe to say the Seattle Rental Group is the place to go for your new home needs!

Kelsey Thrush: Possible it

Shivam Tundele: They are perfect! We were looking for apartments nearby downtown Seattle and there were an overwhelming number of online listings. Everything changed when we contacted Seattle Rental Group and we were helped by DJ/Donald Beavers which was an excellent experience.DJ was transparent and quick with the communication. From sending the apartment listings curated based on our preferences to the fact that he was such a friendly guest/guide on the day of the tours, DJ was amazing and fun! DJ was very accommodating and made sure we felt welcomed at Seattle for our apartment-finding trip. He never lost track of questions to ask to communities we were touring because at the end of the tour, everything starts to become Spaghetti. But DJ made sure none of our questions and concerns were missed and his excellent professionalism helped us to make sure we are making the right choice and get to know all the information. We were able to book a two bedroom apartment in downtown Seattle right on the shore. The apartment was spacious and the view was excellent. It wouldn't surely have been possible without the help of DJ and Seattle Rental Group. They are worth the money and cut down all the hassles for you to search for an apartment in a big city! I recommend them 100% and zero complaints!

Kushagra Chauhan: I worked with Dahlia in finding an apartment in Seattle and she made the whole thing so effortless and easy. I was able to go from having a rough idea of what I was looking for to signing my new lease within a week! Dahlia was extremely responsive and gave a lot of tips and infromation about the different neighborhoods and provide a huge selection based on my needs. Thanks for all the help!

Janolin Bowyer: We worked with Kim to find a new home for us in Seattle. She was so responsive to our questions and needs and really helped us figure out what sort of priorities we had when trying to find an apartment.During our tour she told us about different neighborhoods in Seattle and what we should look for. She also would tell us about where the apartment was located and what it meant for our needs.Overall we are so glad we used the service. It made finding an apartment so easy and I feel now excited to move rather than dreading it.

EB B: My experience with. Ashley Hayes was exceptional. I had a small window of time to find a place, so she understood my situation and helped me move-in fairly quickly.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Georgina Garza: I worked with Dahlia for my move from Texas to Washington, and she was truly amazing throughout the entire process! She really got to know me, and the type of values that I wanted when looking for an apartment. She was consistently responsive and helpful to all my questions and inquiries, while also providing her own perspective and expertise throughout. I was able to find my new apartment extremely successfully with her help!

Nicole has been so sweet and kind, and always quick to answer whenever I had an issue or question. Kiara: what do users think?

Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. I felt like seeing an angel after a long exhausting trip. Also other people in the team, Sara, Michaela are also really nice. The concierge people Hong, Scott, Denisse are also really nice.

Sergio Mattei: I toured so many buildings. The tours were boring, the agents apathetic. The Kiara raised the bar. Cheri was the absolute kindest and the front-desk staff as well. The care for tenants they displayed put this building in my top contenders for leasing. I went with another choice, but I left with the best impression.Never change, y'all!

David Nazarian: Exceptional Service from Cheri!I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Cheri as my leasing agent, and I must say, she exceeded all my expectations. Cheri's professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we stepped into the apartment, Cheri's attention to detail was evident. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights into the property and surrounding neighborhood. Her enthusiasm for her work and genuine interest in finding the right fit for me were truly commendable.Throughout the tour, Cheri demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, going above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her dedication to her clients is evident, and I couldn't have asked for a better leasing agent.I highly recommend Cheri to anyone in search of a new apartment. Her professionalism, expertise, and personable approach make her an invaluable asset to any leasing team.Thank you, Cheri, for making my apartment hunting experience a memorable one!

Haneen Shib: We recently had the pleasure of touring the Kiara building in Seattle, guided by an helpful and knowledgeable Sales Associate, Michaela Campbell. Her attention to detail made our apartment viewing experience so informative . Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we were unable to proceed with renting an apartment at Kiara. We highly recommend Michaela Campbell to anyone interested in Kiara building tour

Nitesh Mehta: , location, views, and amenities were all exceptional. The apartment offered a variety of floor plans, and we particularly liked our "10" floor plan with views of South Lake Union

K G: My husband and I moved into Kiara about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

Shahrukh Islam: Michaela was super nice with her tours, and it is a great property

E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

Elliot Park: I was given a tour of Kiara by Michaela and it was by far the most pleasant tour I’ve been on. She took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. The building itself is beautiful with stunning community amenities. If you’re on a search for an apartment, reach out to Michaela and be ready to be wowed!

Lalitesh Bansal: We recently checked out Kiara Apartments with Cheri, our leasing agent. She was amazing! Super friendly and helpful throughout the whole tour. The place itself is fantastic - awesome views and lots of natural light in the units. Plus, the rooftop is the coolest spot around! The staff here is top-notch too - always there to help out. Definitely recommend Kiara for a great place to live with great people!

Sanjay Challa: that was responsive and easy to work with. 24/7 concierge at the property. Housekeeping staff that keeps common areas clean every day. Great location. Our stay has been very pleasant.

Kevin Yang: Kiara has been a great place to live. Great location, great community. Concierge are friendly and Michaela, Sara and Caitlin are all great. The maintenance staff are prompt and always have a great attitude. Most of our issues get resolved within a day. There's a few flaws here and there, but by far the best apartment we've rented at to date.

xSsuio: The leasing agent is really great. She answered my questions patiently and keep updating useful information to me. It is a wonderful experience to visit the Kiara apartment.

Luke Lappala: The Kiara is a great building with amazing views and really nice units with lots of natural light and windows. We worked with Michaela Campbell as our sales associate and she was great! Always very responsive and flexible while helping us navigate the different options and price ranges.

Brad Carman: will be at the very top of my list. The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

谭天宇: but Cheri helped me to solve it in one day.

Ander Gillies: . She took time to show us the apartment multiple times and always with a smile and really went out of her way to try to make this home work for us. There are many, but I would say she is the main “amenity” at this building because her level of customer service is rare in this industry. It’s also a very well maintained and beautiful building.

The Martin: what do users think?

Peeyusha Shivayogi: My experience at Martin so far has been good including the time of moving. People at the leasing office are warm and welcoming. Casey helped us find a unit here and she is one the sweetest people you’d meet. They address any service requests pretty quick too.

Justin Morris: I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-tier service from Jamen, the maintenance specialist, who came over to address some issues with my washer. From the moment Jamen stepped through the door, his friendly demeanor and professionalism were immediately apparent, setting a positive tone for the entire service call.Jamen wasn't just a maintenance guy; he was the nicest guy you could hope to meet in any service situation. He greeted me with a warm smile and a respectful nod, instantly making me feel at ease. It's rare to encounter someone who combines such kindness with efficiency, but Jamen did just that. He listened attentively as I explained the problem, nodding understandingly and asking insightful questions that showed his deep knowledge and experience. What stood out to me was not just his ability to diagnose the issue quickly but also his skill in explaining the problem in terms I could easily understand. Jamen's expertise was evident as he walked me through the steps he would take to fix my washer, ensuring I was informed and comfortable with the process. His transparency and willingness to educate without overwhelming me with technical jargon were genuinely appreciated.

CJ H: My stay in The Martin has been nothing short of amazing! I love the office staff and they were one of the biggest reasons i moved into the building sight unseen. I was greeted with a smile and never really had any issues. I wish the gym was a little bigger but the location is perfect. I saw a review that was talking about the crime, but what do you expect in a metropolitan area?? Its not bad and I've never had problems walking out after dark. It's a quick walk to the attractions downtown plus i live two blocks away from work. I've enjoyed my time so far and it's a little hidden jewel downtown. Also Casey has been the best! I love them all but Casey has been there since i arrived. Promote this lady. She needs her own office!

Taci Chin-Robinson: . Any question about the residence and every maintenance request we’ve ever made have been handled swiftly and with care from the great team here. The atmosphere is super cozy. The people you encounter in the building are just genuinely friendly. We’ve made some awesome friends while we’ve lived here thanks to the community events. The building is also super pet friendly. You won’t go long without seeing a dog or puppy going on a walk, or even a properly transported cat, to brighten up your day.Being downtown has some great perks. The building’s location is perfect for taking the bus, light rail, or even a walk to Pike Market. You also get some great cityscape views. We’ve had some awesome times on New Year’s Eve and the 4th of July watching the fireworks. One last thing I’d like to praise is the layout of our unit. Being in a taller building, the intentional avoidance of awkward support pillars that create dead space was one of the major reasons we moved into the building years ago. We didn’t know we’d have such an awesome time living here and I’m so glad we made the decision to call the Martin our home.

Carlena D: My husband and I moved to Seattle--sight unseen--and The Martin has been an integral part of our best and most memorable experiences living downtown. The staff are INCREDIBLE--shout out to Casey and Jaimen!!!--where they not only watched us grow up but became like family. We valued The Martin so much, when it came time to expand our home, we just ended up moving into larger units within the building, eventually landing a penthouse--all with a top-notch kitchens, tons of space, and views to melt over! I would, without hesitation, recommend The Martin and its community to anyone and everyone--whatever your needs are. You will create wonderful memories in this centrally located, safe and secure, pet friendly, kid friendly, active community.

Kim Potter: I love living here and the staff are incredible. Casey goes above and beyond for everything you need and even anticipates stuff you haven't thought of yet. She's truly amazing and is the main reason why I love it here so much!

Amira Lopez: I still remember when I first toured at The Martin. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Ever since I moved in, they've only exceeded in their service. Casey has been my go-to for everything! She goes above and beyond from helping me with getting maintenance to my unit, or locating a missing package. She even extends her warmth and kindness to my pup, Maple Bacon by giving her treats and love whenever we walk through the lobby. Thank you for everything you and the staff do to make this place feel more like home than it already does. 3

Ross Hamilton: Fantastic apartments with a great view of the Space Needle! The staff are incredible, especially their leasing consultant Casey. She has been the kindest and most helpful, and The Martin wouldn't feel the same without her.

Ty W: We lived at the Martin for 3 years and we love it and miss it so much. The apartments are super nice, clean, in great condition, and have big floorplans, especially for Seattle. Amenities were also killer, the rooftop has fantastic views and a great grill & chill room. The management team is also absolutely incredible. Everyone was always so friendly and eager to help, and made you feel like you were part of a community. Extra special shoutout to Casey for always making us feel so at home.

Mekenzie Jones: Really easy move in, staff is very responsive and friendly. Can’t beat the location - the building is in an ideal, walkable location. So far, so good!

Tharun Poduru: I have lived in an urban 1 bedroom apartment at 'The Martin' for a period of 1 year and my stay here had been excellent. The apartment is well built without any wasted space. This ensures I got the best value for my money. They have a good set of amenities with a small gym. This apartment is right in the middle of downtown, so it has easy access to most places in Seattle. Some notes about the management:I basically found this apartment online via the website in March 2022 and I was traveling, so I was half way around the world in a different country. The property manager Mae Garcia had been super helpful in providing me with the right information on time which helped me make my decision. As soon as I got here, I was greeted by Lauren who helped me with my move in procedures. I did not have to run back to them for anything as she was thorough with the information she provided and ensured I had everything I needed on Day-1A special thanks to Casey, who tracked down my packages even before I arrived and I was surprised to see them already in my apartment before I stepped into it for the first time. She also helped with the tons of luggage I walked in with and was really helpful with any requests for my entire stay at 'The Martin'. She always greeted me and all the other residents with warmth and kindness. The rest of 'The Martin' property staff Kilee, Jaimen and Vince have also been super helpful and kind when I needed some information or any kind of maintenance requests.Overall, I deeply enjoyed my stay here and would recommend staying at this apartment.

Molly Long: We met with Casey today to view some units and she was so incredible! We really appreciate the amount of time and attention to detail that she shared with us. We are excited to potentially move forward with The Martin 🤞🏻🤞🏻

p.b uday: Amazing move in experience

Allen Z: My move-in experience at Kinects Tower was excellent, primarily due to the outstanding support from Mark. He was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by assisting me in moving heavy packages from the locker room to my apartment. Mark was also very patient and thorough in answering all my questions, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Alysia Sombillo: Maintenance team does a great job at service requests, repairs. Joseph was very helpful at fixing our clogged toilet

Victoria Henderson: I recently moved into Kinects and had such a positive experience throughout the touring and move-in process, I thought it only right to share some kudos. Our leasing agent, Bree Cohill, worked with us throughout the entire process. From an initial tour scheduling error on my end, to navigating roadblocks throughout the application process and finally move-in day, Bree was professional, patient, kind, and was thoroughly helpful at every step. Coming from a difficult experience with the property management of my last place, this was very refreshing. Alongside the beautiful units and amenities, the initial experience Bree helped to provide was definitely a factor in us choosing Kinects to be our home.

Cirrus: what do users think?

Shreyas Tiwari: Just moved to Cirrus, and Jacob made it really easy to transition. He is very helpful and available to assist with any questions. The Building is at great location, and has cafes, whole foods, transportation etc nearby. The only feedback, I think is trash discarding could be a bit more user friendly.

Kelly Moore: Dealing with the Cirrus Leasing Staff, especially Kilee Cecil was a very positive experience. I needed to move quickly from NY to Seattle and had limited time in Seattle to source an apartment. Kilee and the Cirrus leasing folks made things very easy for me for the entire process. I was not able to view the apartment prior to leasing it, so I was provided with accurate videos of the unit, and that made the difference. On my acceptance day, Kilee walked me through the unit, and it was exactly what was portrayed when I leased it sight unseen. The unit was well prepared and freshly renewed in all aspects from the prior occupants. I cannot say anything bad about my experience with Cirrus and would highly recommend the Winsor brand of accommodations to anyone moving to the Seattle area.

abbi currah: Cirrus cultivates an amazing atmosphere and the events Kilee coordinates are the best!

Santosh Kumar: Cirrus is a great community to stay and I love being here. The facilities are excellent and all staff members are very courteous. I will highly recommend this place for anyone planning to stay in Seattle Downtown.

もりみずめ: Cirrus is a gorgeous choice for residency. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take residents and their feedbacks seriously and make them practical. The management has focused on climate change, wildlife protection and provided pet services. I have actually expressed environmental salvage and my interest for my kitten. So my praise for the staff isn’t just a courtesy. In fact the staff take the lifestyle and its healthiness as a big concern. I took a star off because of the general cleanliness. The package locker room is stuffy. The area of recycle and compost and also where the loading dock is located are very putrid and pest buzzing. On the other hand, in the nearby public streets are with frequent dog wastes and vomits. It is the city’s duty for embracing the community so it is understandable that public space is not ruled by Cirrus but I still hope the property can do something about the surrounding environment. This is a followup of the review which was made in 2021. Since then, I have found an improvement in the integrity of the management team. As I have continued to renew my leasing contract for some years, I consider my satisfaction as a result of the belongingness in Cirrus. My gratitude remains for the former property manager, Lauren, as she was a caring leader. With new team members, I hope the standard and quality continue to thrive for Cirrus.I still took another star off because of an incident from last year. We didn’t have water on December 22 and 23. Coming near to the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests staying and visiting, and going to parties were expected. I still wonder if the inspection or process was necessary when no one found a problem with the cold/hot water supply. The arrangement was unwise.

Kian Mousavi: Loved my stay here. Great staff! Spacious, clean units and amenities

Dr Vijay Wairagade: Nice place to live with very well maintained amenities.

Avinash A: I loved my stay here. The standout feature was the incredibly helpful concierge service, which enhanced my entire stay. From a seamless move-in to a hassle-free move-out, their attentiveness and professionalism were unmatched. Moreover, the apartment's prime location, just a stone's throw away from a variety of restaurants and amenities, added an extra layer of convenience to the experience. I recommend this apartment to those seeking unparalleled luxury and exceptional service.

Anibal Zuniga: I think there are many preconceived notions about what it’s like to live in Downtown Seattle, I think living here at Cirrus has definitely broken down most if not all. Living in this building I’ve had a wonderful time. The concierge has been nothing short of extremely helpful and gone above and beyond his position, maintenance is always considerate of what time works for my schedule and Sarah has been an amazing manager. Mitch gave me a wonderful tour of the building and I can’t stress how nice it is to live in the area! It is far enough away from the tourists that it doesn’t feel so congested but it’s in just a comfortable enough area to be able to walk to local bars and restaurants! Thank you.

Jpearthmovers Salem (Jaganathan): Excellent and very close to city downtown and few rooms no ventilation for good breathing

Claire Yang: Very professional and helpful staff and maintenance.

Dylan Greene: Alan was awesome and hooked us up. Great service and perfect experience!

Amir Margalit: Bikes in perfect condition, and very friendly staff. hoping to come back for another, longer trip

Ron Icard: Awesome people and a great company. Love the company and the services they offer

Stan McKinley: Wonderful experience! Nice selection of bikes, great customer service, and the bikes were ready when expected. When the airline delayed one of our bags with motorcycle gear in it for 8 hours, EagleRider helped figure out a solution that minimized the impact on our trip.

Abhay Sawhney: EDIT: special shoutout to Okalani! he's an incredible staff member and helped me resolve an issue with my bike

Pritinder Singh: Amazing spot, great bikes that are well maintained. Alan provided expedition service and got me setup smoothly on XRS900

KojiKP: EagleRider saved the day! I was at Day 1 of a 2-day track school and my motorcycle wasn't running right. Thankfully EagleRider was there and I was able to rent a Yamaha MT-07 last minute. I did a two day rental but was able to get my bike running for day 2 so the rental just sat.EagleRider has a great selection of well maintained bikes and Arthur was super helpful getting me setup with the rental so I wouldn't miss any time on the track.

Kyle Linman: I became a member of Eagle Rider three or so years ago. I heard about them from a fellow rider. From the moment I started my first rental I was hooked. Alan and the team at Eagle Rider in Burien are not only friendly, but they are extensively knowledgeable about each bike and different rides in Washington. Any chance I get to spread the word about Eagle Rider, I do. I just told a buddy today. I can’t wait to rent in Palm Springs during my son’s spring break this year. Just another example of the different opportunities Eagle Rider provides. Well done Eagle Rider, Burien!!

Michael Dietrich: Ive been a member for 6 years now, and ride at least once a month all summer. Allen is the best. Super friendly, fun to chat with, helpful, and mindful of your time. Gets you on the road quickly without feeling rushed. Always a 5 star experience here. And plenty of bikes to chose from to match your style, abilities, or trip. So go see these guys and get on the road!

Darshan Ganapathi: Good bike , great service. Had rented a Yamaha R3 for 3 days.. bike was in great condition, almost like a new one with only 500 miles on the meter. Pickup / return whole process was smooth and timely

Andrew Hedden: Rented a Harley Street Glide for the day while in Seattle. Alan and team did a great job through the entire process. I rented online and a couple days before called the location to sort out parking logistics. Alan was available and helpful in answering all of my questions. On a Saturday there was plentiful street parking within a block of the location. The check in process was easy and quick. Completing my paperwork and orientation online ahead of time really helped. After some quick orientation from Okalani on this bike specifically I was on the road. The bike was phenomenal and I had a great ride up north over Deception Pass. On my way back I ran into a little issue with timing a ferry. I called Alan as soon as I knew I was going to be cutting it close to getting back on time. He was very understanding and even worked with one of his team to help me out. I got very lucky and got back just a few minutes after their 5pm closing time. Okalani took the bike back quickly and with amazing grace even though I was keeping him late on a Saturday. Thank you for making it such a great trip EagleRider of Seattle, Alan, and Okalani. I will definitely come back the next time I need a bike while visiting.

Kim C: Love the people. BRING BACK RHE ZEROS PLEASE ⚡

Lawrence Allen: Great check out experience Alan was very knowledgeable and asked me questions to help with my needs.

Myra Anderson (myrabuzz): So happy to have an Eaglerider location close to me! The team here always makes me feel great as a female rider, which is important to me in this male dominated industry. The manager always talks to me about what is available to rent and helps to find the right bike for me. He took the time to show me the new 2022 Harley and spoke to me about it even though it wasn’t available to rent. It got me hyped up for next year when spring hits so I can take one out for a weekend! Appreciate this location and the people keeping those bikes tip top for me!

Woodland Park Zoo: what do users think?

Kevin Hicks: . There seem to be many negative reviews complaining of only seeing "35%" of the animals - I think these folks just weren't patient enough. There were several instances where we'd show up to an exhibit along with some other families, and within 20 seconds of not seeing the animal, they'd all leave. Sure enough, not more than a minute or two later, here comes the wolf, hippo, etc. This happened with the snow leopard, and we ended up getting the amazing video attached to this review all to ourselves! We enjoyed taking our time, because the paths and exhibits were so well built, it was the most "in nature" we've ever felt in a zoo.

Bikash S: Nice place for family weekend. Kids with love it. Zoo has tigers, hippo, giraffe, penguins, orangutans, bears and other animals. There is cafe and carousel ride inside Parking is paid on hourly basis. Overall park is very clean and fun place.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Jeff Zhan: Well maintained and beautiful zoo overall. Volunteers and other park staff are plentiful and animals looked happy. Wish it was free parking but otherwise was easy to find a spot.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

HBGG Snauwaert: Nice little zoo. Well maintained. Nice enclosures. Good information about the animals provided.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Mariela Aguirre: Visited on Weekday Wait time 1 hr+ Reservation recommended Yes

Aleca Murphy: Woodland Park zoo is the very first zoo that was designs as a natural habitat. It's a great place to scroll around and peek at a few animals. Even on a rainy day there's plenty of places that are covered in animal houses.Good choices for food in the food court in the parking lots Make it easy to park close to an entrance.

Dimension: what do users think?

Matthew Ross: Toured the building looking for a new apartment. Alicia gave a very informative tour and went above and beyond my expectations. She followed up providing detailed floor plans, phots, and videos of specific units. The apartment ultimately was not a fit for me, but Alicia's efforts were extremely appreciated in my apartment search.

Lauren: Called the number that was provided and received better support. Super friendly and very informative. Thank you!

Bruno Manarelli: Lived there for 1.5 years. Charlotte and the team there are super stars and helped us with all the move in and move out needs. Always supportive of our asks and maintenance requests as well. We had to break the lease due to external circumstances and Charlotte helped us with the main office to get better terms on monthly lease. But we had to buy-in the leasing contract, which we follow through and one week later she was able to get some other tenants in our apartment, greatly minimizing the financial burden on our end. Thanks, folks!!

GabeG: First time to tour Dimension and I fell in love with the property right away. The apartment I fell in love with has nice views all around. The amenities are amazing...the rooftop views of the Space Needle, the Puget Sound, and Gas Works Park are hard to beat.....Shout out to John - he truly knows the building and I was impressed with his friendly and fun attitude during my tour. Charlotte was super responsive with my inquiries and John responds asap to my emails as well. The gym is a little small but it has everything I need to do cardio and lift weights. I was put on a wait list for parking but I am optimistic I will be assigned a spot as soon as possible. All in all I am excited to move in to this building...it has a lot of potential....so glad I found Dimension!

Unnati Rao: This is a review of my experience touring the property. I have not lived here so can’t comment on that. I did a tour with John of some 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and the community. I really liked the community, location and amenities. John was very helpful and clearly answered all my questions. The only reason we didn’t apply here was because the apartment’s layout and square footage area was not to our liking. We wanted something a little larger and more spacious. I would recommend you check it out if you’re looking for a cozy place in belltown

Sumi Singh: . I'm really happy with the support, easy contract signing, and seamless move in.

Ethan McCue: Although we didn’t end up living there, I really appreciated Alicia at the leasing office’s white glove service in helping us tour an apartment on a very short time frame. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we had all the knowledge we needed to make a decision

Lakshmi Athivarapu: I stayed in Dimension for a couple of years, they have the best studio and urban 1 bed plans. The management is pretty good and always prompt for any requests. The rooftop has an amazing view of Space Needle and the city. Also, love the social events they have seasonally.

Devin Dearth: Since moving in Dimension I have loved it - John and Charlotte are amazing and made the moving process so much easier. The elevator has only been broken down for a few days for my entire period living here so far and even when there’s only two working it doesn’t take long at all. Love the rooftop as well!

Srijita Pramanik: Went for a tour and Charlotte went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! The amenities also seem great. They have Minnow’s pickup pods for food delivery as well, something I haven’t seen in a lot of apartments!

Jayant Yadav: Went to tour the apartment. John was amazing and wonderful, showed us the apartment and units, explained everything in great detail. Nice apartment with beautiful rooftop view.

abz hart: my time here was absolutely wonderful. charlotte in the front was amazing so helpful and kind. always responsive to all my emails almost instantly. i never had any issues with communication.the appartment was lovely, everyone was so helpful always. tyler always came through to fix every problem i had! i loved living here and had a great experience living in seattle. sad to go, on to new things!
