Seattle Resident (Trying To Help): We have a Vespa. Easy to get help with in Italy - not so much in Seattle. We were lucky to find the Scooter Center once our other Vespa guy shut down. Seattle Scooter is really knowlegeable! Even allowed us to order our own parts.
Marcus Volpentest: These guys are great, I’d recommend giving this place a shot before others, the prices are fair, I did a lot of research before buying my Cabo 50 and prices are same or more everywhere. What I appreciate most is the times I needed advice or help on my Cabo 50. Little things like the battery dying after I let it sit for too long and they charged it for me and called it a favor and I’ll gladly come here for my motorcycle/moped needs.

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, offering a wide range of options in terms of brands and models. They even provide the opportunity for test drives so you can experience the bike firsthand. While the bike we considered isn't inexpensive, it's among the best we've encountered thus far.The store is conveniently located next to a restaurant and across from Green Lake. They also offer repair service.

Andrew Gomez IV: I had engine trouble with my vintage '70 Honda CT90. Most shops will not work on older bikes. But they made an exception for me. This was a hard one to pin down what was wrong. Took it to them once and they fixed it up and ran well but after having it back for a couple of weeks it reverted to its bad performance. SUB took it back without hesitation. rechecked all their work from the previous visit, and found there was some additional electrical issue they didn't catch before. Only charged me for the new work done. Runs great now. Would like to go back to them for everything now, which I hope is not anytime soon!
James Michael: Right about December 1 of this year I walked into SUB asking for a favor. I wanted to lease the vacant lot next to them . Dave the Owner was not sure at first but said yes. As the weeks went by I could tell Dave ran a tight ship from his sales men to the guys in back. Customer satisfaction is what I saw not worried about the dollar bill. Dave and his shop are above reproach from a guy who had never been In his shop nor new that it was even there. So many times I heard are you happy can I do anything else for you.let me know. A true shop that actually cares about people and not just sales.

Michael: I went in recently to check out a KTM 690 they had on their site. Unfortunately I missed the bike by about 20 minutes. Colin R. showed me a couple other bikes near that size and price range. Talked about helmets they had and looked at another employee's DRZ400sm. I didn't feel he was pushy and trying to get me to buy something. More showing me options to be considered. If I find a Triumph I like I'll get it here or possibly something from their pre-owned.

Robert Gary: This was the first time I had gotten service on my Vespa scooters purchased at Triumph Seattle a couple of years ago. Joe made my life easy, given that I needed to trailer the scooters from a remote location. His communication during the service was excellent, and the follow-up afterward to help me find a part went above my expectations. The expectations set during check-in matched the work that needed to be done, and they turned the scooters around faster than I expected. Overall, it was a great first experience.
D BroWeb: There’s change afoot here. I was losing faith in this dealership a year or so ago but decided to give them another chance for my Tiger 900 annual service. I’m glad I did. There are a number of new people in the service department and they’re all very customer oriented and willing to go above and beyond to serve the customer’s needs. To be fair, some of the previous people were good too, but something abut the underlying system is different. Before, they always seemed to be fighting their own system even when they wanted to be helpful, where now, it just seems to all flow together the way it should. Both the annual service and a subsequent appointment to install a couple wire harnesses for add-on running lights were done quickly, and the work was done well. Specific thanks to Paige and Joe for coordinating and David for doing the servicing!

A phone call into their service department a week earlier was answered by a cheerful staff member who was able to schedule the work when I wanted it done, on a Saturday.When I arrived for the work to be done, the store and the service departmen was a blur of activity. Apporoaching the service desk I was immediately greeted. They took my keys to log my bike information. I was given and estimated repair cost, signed the repair authorization and decided to hangout a while. I rode in from Everett, so my ride home will take a while to get me.Some strolls through the show room and some magazine articles later, I hear someone calling my name. The service department finished the work faster than they thought. HECK YA!! I don't have to wait for my wife to pick me up. On budget, done sooner than projected and everyone there is pleasant to work with at Triumph of Seattle. Chelsea Collier: I rented from scootaround on a recent trip to disneyland in anaheim. I cant be on my feet very long and regular scooters arent comfortable, so I rented their Whill power chair. It was clean, in excellent shape, ran well, and was very easy to maneuver. It ran all day on a single charge too. Scootaround was pleasant and easy to deal with. They dropped it off and picked it up from my hotel on time. They also communicated with me so i knew when they were on their way. I am in the process of planning my second trip to Disney and I'll be renting from Scootaround again.
Terri Rivera: Planning a cruise to Alaska from Seattle with a group of 8 all siblings and I called for information about renting 3 motorized scooters and they answered all of my questions and explained to me in language I can understand of rates and any maintenance that ine might need and they deliver and pick up right at the ship.

Pat Belbot: Very helpful!! I absolutely loved the scooter and it certainly was one of the best ideas I had concerning our cruise. I have severe back issues which most people wouldn't realize once I'm up and moving. However, I have both herniated disks, torn cartilage and numerous fractures starting in my cervical spine all the way to my tailbone!! I live on heat and massage therapy as well as pain meds. I can walk, but only for short periods before I have to sit. There is no way to repair me, so I am used to taking it slower that most. The scooter absolutely made it so much easier to get around and in a very comfortable seat! I would refer anyone to you for whatever the reason would be...Thanks so much!!!

Tim Knutson: I ordered a 200 ah battery. It arrived in perfect condition. Charged it up with the little included charger. Everything is looking good. It was a little anticlimactic, as it just worked.
John Mccafferty: Hill topper is located within Dakota lithium batteries. Staff here is knowledgeable and pleasant. A special shout-out to Mike who got ambushed by me with numerous questions. I was able to make a purchase for my older Hill Topper hub with the newest version of the battery available for my unit. Everything was tested before I made my purchased. When Mike didn't know, he found the answer for me from other staff members. They have several bikes on display in the showroom. Thay also carry all the accessories you might need.

Robin Farrand: Early days, but we're extremely happy with the Horizon conversion kit we purchased recently. I'd been completely unable to use my Schwinn Meridian adult tricycle; loved it, but it weighs 70+ pounds and is a one speed and I just could not make it go! My husband actively enjoyed installing the conversion kit and plans to rehab and convert another old Schwinn bike we've had around for 20 years. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. Very pleased!

Kenneth Kaiser: Very knowledgeable workers, I did not buy a bike, but learned a lot about them. Definitely the place to go if you want to buy an electric bike, I do not recommend going to the regular bike shop, they just don't have the knowledge that I find in these specialized shops.

Dalton Conn: Just bought my first E-Bike and this store’s customer service is top notch! Everyone at the shop is very personable and not pushy on purchasing at all. They perform guided tests rides and answered ALL of my questions. Went back for a second test ride to make sure I was purchasing the best bike for me. They stayed open 45 minutes after close to complete my purchase and tune my bike the day of!
